Finally in the Land of Water, Tsuraiki made his way to one of the many docks. "I need the next boat to the Land of Claw." He said to the boatmaster. "Well! Youre in luck. I was just about to head out there. Hop on!" He replied. Tsuraiki nodded, and thanked him before hopping on. Taking a quick rest before getting to claw, a fresh memory popped into his head. It was of him continuing his training right before leaving for Ninja Island.

”Now. We must continue your training. You already know how to get the bones to move in the correct shape. Now you must get them to move a bit faster, and then prepare them to come out. You aren’t sending them out yet, but you want them to be just along the skin’s edge, and ready to be launched out, in the form of a wing. Okay?” Tsuraiki’s mother said. Tsuraiki nodded to her, and concentrated like he did before.
Focusing on his shoulder blades, Tsuraiki tried to align them like he had not too long ago. He had taken a break from this due to the mission. So now he had to get it done before his ninja island journey. Feeling them align, this time faster then before, he prepared them to leave the body. Unfortunately, he caused it to move a bit too far, and they pierced the skin, releasing some blood. His mother saw this, and walked over to him, healing the cut.
”Alright. That was pretty good. You moved the bones a bit too far, but overall, you did a good job, and moved the bones at just the right pace. Lets try that one more time, and this time, get it right along the edge. They need to be so close that they partly come out if you happen to move them any more. Got it?” She said to him, before adding ”Watch me do it first.”
She then proceeded to form the handseals, and aligned the bones just right, and moved them to the edge of the skin. Tsuraiki went up and felt how close they were. ”Oh! I get it now. Okay. Let me try again.” He said to his mother, who returned her bones to the proper position, then turned around, and watched Tsuraiki attempt it.
Forming the handseals, like his mother, he tried to align them up, just right, the same way he had just a moment ago, and in the exact same speed. Once they had achieved such a state, he then proceeded to move them toward the skin. He got it to just the right position. They almost pierced through, and Tsuraiki got a bit afraid, but it worked nonetheless, without piercing through.
”Good job. You have a couple things left to do however, but you have done a good job so far. Next we need to work on slowly trying to get it out. This time, you want it to break the skin, but just barely. Once its broken the skin a bit, you will then be able to shoot them out, feathers and everything.” His mother said to Tsuraiki, making sure he understood, and demonstrating for him.
After watching the demonstration, Tsuraiki formed the handseals again. He then rearranged his shoulder bones just right. He was actually getting the hang of it. Then he moved it to the edge of his skin. Shortly after he did that, he started moving it out slowly, and hopefully better. But it started to hurt badly. Eventually he got it out the way his mother had hers, but it was very painful.
After being healed a bit, his mother said ”That was good for a first try. Now you need to work a bit harder, and get it out a bit quicker. You don’t want to spend forever trying to send them out of the skin in the middle of a battle. So give it another shot, and try to get it out of the skin quicker this time.” His mother then demonstrated again for Tsuraiki to get it completely once again.
Now that he had seen the demonstration again, Tsuraiki tried to give it another shot. Forming the shoulder bones just correctly, quickly at that, he brought the bones up to the edge of his skin. Just then, he focused on his bones and moved it up, and out of the skin, quicker then before, and the same speed his mother did. Breaking the skin, Tsuraiki was relieved. But then he was a little happier. Golden feathers were laced on the bones here and there.
Returning it to his skin, his mother said ”Excellent! You have just gotten the first glimpse of your own feathers. That is a great thing. And you didn’t even get shown that. Now we can move on. Be careful, the next section is the hardest part of it.” He then nodded, and the image of his feathers kept in his mind as he got a drink of water, and prepared himself.

Tsubasa Sodachimasu no jutsu (Wing Grow Technique)
Rank: C-Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Lets the user grow wings of a bird out of their shoulders.
Special: handsigns, half ram
Drawback: The user may feel some pain, due to the initial outburst of the extra shoulder bones that are used for the rest of the wings to grow on.
Description: The user forms the handseal, and then the extra shoulder bones that come from the Ritual of Talon and Feather burst through the back of the user and they start to grow into wings of any given bird, through chakra increasing the length of the bones, (user chooses) that are twice the length of the user’s arms. Chakra will numb the pain, but it will still hurt. The chakra will also accelerate the growth of the skin, but it will come out with feathers. The user may then use the wings to fly and perform other techniques that require this jutsu.
