((Since Ryuujin left the site, I'm gonna write him out of this place...))
The Hyuuga's eyes were still, lifeless, his face emotionless. He had no time now to be saddened by these two deaths. He had managed to break this fight up, but at the cost of two of his clan. He had not ever met the girl he had taken himself, but her eyes told him more than anything that they shared blood. The other ninja, he was sure, went by the name of Hotoka. He had left the Aistyn village some time ago, but here he was, in a village where he was obviously not welcome. As ninja, it was his responsibility to ensure that his clansmen would not be taken and their secrets discovered. The tendrils around the dispersing group of fighters withdrew as they themselves left, and he began to walk forward to the aftermath.
Hakkyou withdrew his pipe as he walked, loading it and setting it alight, taking a long, slow drag from it. It was a habit picked up from an old master, and surely bad, but especially at the moment, he didn't care. The smoke entered his lungs and seeped into his bloodstream, washing him over with a calm that could hardly be found anywhere else. She looked at the little girl, her puppet freed, and began to speak.
"You may go home now
Your friends I will take care of
They are family"
The unfamiliar Hyuuga slumped to the ground after having been impaled several times. Her blood had quickly run out of her body from the wounds, and lay in a large pool of it soaked into the snow underneath. Without a sound, he picked up the body and slumped it over his shoulder, paying no mind to the warm wet feeling it gave, and then walked to Hotoka's body. The damage there would probably have been enough to ensure that anything he had in him would never be used, but he still at least needed a proper send-off. He reached down and slung that body over his shoulder as well after taking a final long drag from his pipe, putting it out, and slipping it back into his belt. With the two bodies in his possession, he started back out of the city, his intention to get far off into the wilderness before building a pyre for the fallen. He didn't care if Yori wished to go straight home or come to pay her last respects, for bother were strictly her privilege.
