Fuuton Kaze no Senbon (Needles of the Wind)
Rank: "D"
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: User hurls a mixture of senbon needles in the form of wind to cut into the opponent.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: ---
Description: The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. This technique may be blocked by large objects, however something small such as a sword, or a staff will allow the needles to seperate still moving towards the object it was originally sent to. Not a powerful technique as the user is capable of hurling up to ten senbon wind needles that gives out minor cuts. However this could be used as a more of a set up technique to allow the user to perform a more dangerous technique.
Limit: Must have the Wind Release

The very next day I returned to the field, my head held high with pride. The sun was blocked by dense, rolling clouds, a rarity from my knowledge, and a cool breeze blew low to the ground, lifting my kimono and cooling my ankles. Birds of comely hues flew through the sky, warbling to each other in sweet, melodious voices. Alas, it was a beautiful day; one that I would take full advantage of.
A late night trip had awarded me another jutsu scroll. This time I chose to tackle a much less demanding technique, one that I was truly only bothering to learn to use as a prerequisite for another, more powerful technique.
Kaze no Senbon, in the hands of a crafty ninja, could be quite devastating. It was usually utilized as a set up technique; for distractions, mostly. I would endeavor to learn it in the same vein, as my heart lie with stronger, more destructive techniques.
My feet carried me to the center of the field; it still bore the scars of my previous training. The area looked as if a tornado had run through it, ripping up the ground and scattered debris everywhere. I was mighty impressed with myself, so much so that I broke out into a big goofy grin, forgetting the entire reason I’d returned to the field! My forgetfulness only lasted a second, erase by barely a glance at the scroll in my possession.
With a rueful shake of my head, I unrolled the jutsu scroll held loosely by delicate, scanning the paper with dull red eyes. I condensed the contents of the scroll into a short summary; never much of a book learner, I abhorred long, drawn out explanations.
Fuuton - Kaze no Senbon. Using pure chakra and wind, this jutsu would allow me to form needles out of wind, hence the name, and launch them at my opponent as much velocity as I could throw.. The senbon couldn’t cause much damage unless aimed precisely; something that I was certain I wouldn’t be able to do. However, if used as diversionary tactic - which was my goal - it could be useful besides a few shallow cuts.
I rolled the scroll back up after I read it, dropping it to the ground distractedly. I had turned my focus to the jutsu, approaching it with the same single mindedness with which I had approached Tsuin Doragon. At blinding speeds, I formed the few handseals needed for the technique, channeling my bounteous chakra to my hands, coating them in a shimmering white sheen. Air was sucked into my hands like a vacuum, mixing together with my chakra to form a vibrating orb of transparent wind. With preternatural focus, I willed the amalgamation of chakra infused air into the shape of senbon. It took great focus, but I was able to replicate the thin throwing darts, compressing my chakra around individual strands of wind to form the technique.
”Fuuton - Kaze no Senbon.” I announced, my voice soft, yet intense at the same time.
The wind lengthened, evening out into separate, even slices, gradually thinning to sharp points as I focused my chakra. Once ten had coalesced between my fingers, I reared my arm back, whipping it forward and letting the nearly transparent blades of wind slice through the air, cutting a path in the atmosphere. The needles traveled for sometime before cutting into a tree across the thicket. Unable to see the damage my from vantage point, I activated my Doujutsu, drinking in the sight. Ten small wholes had been cut into the tree, but only a few centimeters deep, if even that much.
