Issac wasn’t very pleased with his performance at the casino it could have turned out better. He was now on his way to help afishermen out with a little problem he was having. Apparently he wasn’t having any luck the traditional way so it was Issacs job to show him something a little more unorthodox to get the fish. Issac had no problem with this and he already had a jutsu in mind. It wasn’t anything flashy or difficult but it would get the job done and that’s what really counted tonight that fisherman will have food on his table. Issac took the short walk to where the fisherman was supposed to be, at first he thought he wasn’t there. He saw the small boat and fishing pole propped up against the side but it appeared that the pole was left unattended. Issac stood for a moment looking around wondering if he had come at the wrong time when all of a sudden he heard a large splashing of water and people trying to regain their breath. He turned and faced the water. It appeared as though the fisherman and his boys had given up with the poles and stripped down to their skives and jumped in the water trying to catch the fish. It wasn’t a smart idea that’s for sure but Issac figured they were fustrated and they were beginning to become desperate to catch some fish. Well this is where he came in it was about time to get to work.
Issac walked over and helped the fisherman out of the water followed by his sons, when they were all on dry land and partially clothed Issac introduced himself as the shinobi sent to aid them with their problems. And from the looks of it they were having some pretty serious problems. “First off, their fish why would you even attempt to catch them in the water you don’t exactly have fins ya know?” Issac didn’t mean to come off hard in any way they just weren’t thinking right they just wanted to catch some fish. Issac had an idea and they were supposed to be well versed in the suiton release so this would make things many times easier. As they finished getting dressed and made sure they didn’t knock anything into the water Issac asked them if they knew of the technique the Chiisaimizubakahatsu of course, with Issacs luck while skilled in suiton he didn’t know a basic jutsu. Well if he did there really wouldn’t be a challenge here so perhaps it was a good thing. So carrying on with his plan Issac grabbed some bait from their tackle box and sprinkled it over the water as he stepped over the water he wanted to try to get as many fish to come to the surface and start biting it as possible. When there was an adequate amount of fish gathered around Issac took a swift step back his hands flashing as he unleashed the jutsu pointed along the shore so the water would make it to dry land. When the wave came crashing down several fish were left stranded on the beach. The fisherman wasn’t overly impressed it was something he could have thought of himself had he actually taken the time to sit down and think about an alternative. He would have to learn how to utilize this jutsu to his advantage and Issac was going to have to teach him how to do it. So they set up on the shore side by side as Issac began the run through for the handseals.
