Above are several views of the Ryuuchou Issui (Flowing Waters), serenely placed within a rural area of the Capital City. A beautiful Torii Gate is placed at the entrance and exit of the Park, clothed in decorative kanji markings that have been placed there over time. Gravel paths lead travelers through twisting areas of the massive garden, where the first stop along the main path is a marble monument, on which are carved the names of honored people in the history of the Sea Country, as well as the names of Honored Members of the Ninja Villages. Cherry blossoms surround this monument, and a small bridge carries visitors along the main path.
Soon, the gravel paths smooth out into a brick path, carefully surrounded by a plethora of different plant-life. The brick pathway leads to a small river that flows throughout the park, and from it can be seen small animal life floating amongst the pond. This bridge provides a clear view of a small portion of the park, and the river, from any point, is also considered to be one of the most beautiful sights in Sea Country at night. The lanterns placed two meters above the ground in three meter intervals cast a beautiful glow upon the river, which also alights with the moonlight and sparkles brilliantly among the park.
Another pathway will bring visitors to a rather wide portion of the river, at which one can climb a hill to a small temple at the top. Within are incense candles that surround a meditating Buddha statue, and following the path one can find another, larger temple at which they can seat themselves within and have a beautiful view of the river. Twisting trees are easily climbed upon if one were to hang above the lake, and the larger of the two temples have an exit that continues the travelers along the path of the park. Of course, there is a vast multitude of plants and flowers that surround the area, almost covering a small dock at the bottom of the river, at which one can take a boat and have a peaceful trip downstream.
When traveling down the river, another dock is seen hidden among many trees and shrubs, and going upon it will bring one down a trip through a heavily forested area. However, the path is easily distinguishable and one will not be easily lost within the forest. Benches line the pathways for a peaceful sitting in the forest, and the happy chirping of birds can be heard echoing throughout the falling leaves. Once they reach the end of this path, they will find themselves again at the entrance of the park. The remainder of the park is generally strolls through massive gardens filled with a plethora of colors and different species of plants. The river can be seen at various points along the path, and the Torii Gates seen around the perimeter of the park denote the entrances or exits that surround the area.
