He had traveled to Hitofuki with one thing on his mind. How was he going to end his patathic life. He didn't want to go out like a wuss and kill himself. He had to do something that would make him one to remember for ever. He stood on a building 6 stores high and looked down. His cloak would make for a good cover has he walked the steps of the shop. He ran down the side of the building while making handseals under his cloak creating a clone made of lightning.

It was his way of going out with a bang by taking people with him. The lightning clone looked just like him appering beside him. They would jump once they were on the 2nd floor and begin the havoc. When he created the clone he put more chakra into to let him perform lightining jutsu. So him and the clone made handseals both creating 50 thunder ravens making a total of 100 thunderstorm ravens.

They directed 5 ravens to hit the same person to in the heart killing 20 people. But he wasn't done yet he took his spiked poach out of his harness and threw it into a giant crowd of 80 people and he activeded it kill them all and causeing damage to the buildings nearby them. Then he stood there has he looked at the mess he made. The capital seating in flames it was wrong for him.

"MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IS THIS WRONG FOR ME TO DO TO THE PEOPLE OF HITOFUKI I SAY ITS ITS............................................ I SAY NAY!!!!!!!!!!!! He yelled as he wrapped 4 kunais in explodeing tags and threw one into the center of 4 buildings about 4 stories high that were 20 meters in front of him. He activeted the kunais the a mintue after they hit the building.

To be honest, it did not take much to figure out where the attack was. With all the running and screaming, it was fairly obvious. All it took was for her to make her way through the fleeing mass to come to the source of the violence. A man stood there, laughing rather maniacally, making her rage peak, how dare someone attack the civillians, it was one thing to face another ninja in battle, but to strike down those who were not trained to protect themselves, it was down right animalistic.

He was a fair distance away, around sixty meters, meaning that she would need to get in closer, but for now, shuriken would do. As she began to sprint forward, she took two shuriken from her pocket and held them at breast height, imbuing both with chakra. These two would be warning shots, although the man would not know they could follow him, he would simply think they were meant to miss him. With a mighty throw, she hurled the two metal weapons and formed the three seals which would activate the technique.

Having moved about thirty meters forward, she focused on the male, knowing that the two shuriken were nearly at him, so she would need to send a technique at him that was quick and effortless. Taking a deep breath in on her stride, she formed the handseals and blew out a mass of air, thousands of needles erupting from her mouth in a massive cone. Now, as the shuriken would pass him, as soon as he turned, the needles would be his worry. The shuriken of course, would arc their way round and go back to him, locked onto him.

Effect: This attack is a cone area affect type attack. The user inhales air while forming the three seals. (It basically looks like they are going to perform Sauskes Katon no jutsu.) The user then exhales by roaring aloud in the direction they wish to attack in, damaging that area with a thousand or more needles.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: Multiple uses (such as 3-6 times of use) of this jutsu could cause the user to pass out from an irregular breathing pattern.
Description: A huge blast of air shoots out of the users mouth with a thousand or less chakra needles flying within it and fans out in a cone-like shape.
Limit: Must have Wind Release

OOC: Sorry for the wait i got caught on the phone.

Yes it was just what he wanted the thrill of a fight maybe she has what it takes to end his life. He was no idiot even if his opponent was very distracting him. His clone was infront of him blocking all view of him from here. She she hurled the two metal weapons and formed the three seals. He wasn't sure what they were for but he knew that he was messing with a B-rank ninja felt with rage. She was about 30 meters infront of him by now as she started to make more handseals.

She took a deep breathe making more handseals then blew out most likely a fuuton jutsu. So he had to take the problems as they came he got his clone to make the monkey handseal using
the Magnetism Jutsu to attract the two shurikens to it. So while he was blocking the shurikens he was making handseals for a sand shield creating a dome of sand around him to block the wind jutsu. As the clone ran forward at the opponent making handseals while channeling chakra creating 50 thunderstorm ravens. That it could control at its free will.

Hendrix Jutsu
Suna no Kyuutai (Sand Sphere)

Effect: A Defensive move that enables the user to hover up from the ground and allows the able to hover into the air for a lengthly amount of time. This technique is a strong technique that is used for defenses in every purpose that can last as long as the user is capable of keeping the very technique up. This technique the sphere of Sand will withstand all pressure of attacks for a maximum of one turn when first trained into that is equivalent to one class over the user's capability.
Special: "Handseals" Hands Slam to Ground
Drawback: The user is only capable of keeping this technique up for one round when first learned. This technique must be learned multiple times in order for the user to keep the technique going for one additional turn. During this time, the user cannot see what is happening outside of the orb, but when using the Daisan no Me, they can keep a close eye on all occurances, but, however, cannot react upon it.
Description: The user creates a large massive amount of Sand Shield of protection in the form of a large sphere. By doing this the user is capable of protecting themselves from all sides in a 3D Formation. This technique would be considered as the perfect defense as all sides is protected and so much chakra is formed within that it stops attacks up to one rank extra then the class of the user. The only attacks that gives trouble however is that of the lightning variety.
Limit: Must have the Sand Release, Must know the Suna Hogo Sochi no Jutsu (Sand Shield). Must know Sand Control B Rank.

Clone jutsu

Effect: Creates ravens of lightning to attack your opponent.

Drawback: Must be learned multiple times in order to truly master. The swallows dissolve if they pass out of forty meters of the user.
Description: The user forms the hand seals, creating ravens of lightning around them. The ravens are roughly two feet in wingspan. The ravens are comprised of pure electricity, and discharge into a shock of electricity when they strike an object. Each swallow discharges with a D rank shock. The user can control the motions of the swallows completely. When first learned, the user is only capable of creating up to five ravens at a time. Each time learned, the user can create an additional five ravens. When the user attains to capability of creating fifty ravens, the technique increases to a C rank technique, allowing for an additional five per training as usual. When the user reaches the capability of creating one hundred twenty swallows, the training becomes B rank. The user can create two hundred swallows, total, before they max out.
Limit: Must have Lightning Release.

Effect: The user can, using their attunement to lightning, control metal objects around them to a degree.
Special: Monkey
Drawback: No other jutsu can be performed while doing this jutsu.
Description: The user does and holds the monkey handseal. They then become charged with electricity, which will be able to control metal around them. They can attract and repel metal to and from them.
At C rank, the user can attract and repel small metal, like kunai and shuriken. They can attract and repel this metal up to 30 MPH
At B rank, the user can attract and repel medium metal, like swords, axes, and other metal based things of similar size. They can attract and repel this metal up to 40 MPH
At A rank, the user can attract and repel large metal, like very small structures, and large metal based furniture. They can control this metal up to 50 MPH.
Limit: Lightning release, All CLoud ninja can freely learn. If a ninja is not cloud, they must learn it from a cloud ninja who knows the A rank.

OOC: I'm calling this, the clone is no longer able to make techniques, as you did not even post saying you imbued it with enough to perform the first two.

Amatsu looked at the ravens, a tad impressed, that was a lot of electricity shooting around. Still, it was made by the clone, and he had stopped the shuriken too. Well, taking the clone down would mean the end of the ravens, so she would work this. It was running at her, the birds all around him, Taking in another deep breath, she began to run too, heading straight at the clone and its ravens. Her hand had slipped into her pocket, taking a moment to imbue another shuriken with chakra, and taking it out to throw. The shuriken would be aimed at the sand shield.

As the shuriken left her hands, and as she closed in on the clone, six seals would be performed and she would let loose another mass of wind shuriken, that from such a close distance, could not be avoided, and would take out the clone, meaning the ravens would also be destroyed due to lack of will to follow. The shuriken would strike the dome before the hand seals would follow, exploding in a massive show of destruction. If, somehow the dome had survived, she would wait outside of it, blade poised, and ready to strike. Although, she did not expect the male to know what was going on outside as the wall of sand was in his way.

However, if the explosion did indeed break down the sand dome, she would be there, having sprinted fifteen of the thirty meters, she would shunshin ten more, bringing her five meters away. Her blade would be driven out in three swift strikes, each creating a sickle of wind, and with her mastery of wind, and the distance between, the sickles would likely slice through everything within the collapsed shell of the sand dome.

Effect: The user causes an ordinary shuriken to explode in a vast explosion.
Special: Dog, Boar, Ram
Drawback: The user can be caught in the blast as well.
Description: The user imbues a shuriken with chakra, and then throws it. After it has landed or is in flight if the user desires, the user will form the hand seals, causing the shuriken to explode in a large blast of heat and light. The explosion is littered with tiny scraps of metal from the original shuriken and has a radius of about five meters. This explosion is quite capable of killing.
Limit: Universal Ninjutsu.

Description: Not to be confused with Temari's Kamaitachi no Jutsu which requires a fan. The user gathers chakra to there hands or weapon and slash the air, diagonally in front of them with much force as a sickle shaped gust of wind blows out incredibly fast. It can cut down opponents, inflicting a moderate amount of damage and chop down trees. It has even been known to cut through rock when used with enough force. Can also repel weapons and even sound waves.

Amatsu looked at the burnt corpse on the ground, apparently, the shuriken had done its job. Leaning in, she looked at him, trying to figure out what he had on him of use. First off, his headband, a missing ninja apparently, of cloud, which were not their allies, so this would be interesting to see how it went down, as she would take the body back to the tower and see how it went down. From there, the rest of the stuff she would keep. She began to strip the body of all its items before summoning a Eatama and making it lift the body.

They are often made of plastic or fiberglass to house the electronic components. The user will wear it on either the left or right eye and press a small button on the side in order to activate the laser and refocus the lense. This will give the user extended vision like a telescope and find a target's range. This devise is best used on assassination missions, spying, or situations where distance and accuracy are critical factors.

Description: Simple in design, yet very multi-functional. The ninja tape is a black, single-sided adhesive strip that is rolled onto a spool. This adhesive strip is very sticky, allowing for a great adhesion to almost any surface (excluding water). The strip itself is very strong and if used correctly, can ho,d up to 200lbs or so (via layering the ninja tape). The strip is roughly 1 inch in thickness, and can be cut to varying lengths by the user. A single spool contains 20 feet of ninja tape. The ninja tape has a wide variety of uses, from being used to silence enemies, being used to bind and restrain foes, or even be used to serve simple medical needs (has been proven to prevent minor bleeding from cuts when applied directly to wound, though no healing properties other then the users has been noted).
