Sharingan: Konsui (Dead Sleep Gaze)
Rank: "B"
Skill: GenJutsu
Effect: The user initiates a powerful gaze putting others to sleep.
Special: None, however, holding the rat handseal increases focus, making the gaze more powerful.
Drawback: ---
Description: The user begins by locking eyes with the opponent or the person in question. The user then begins by having the three tomoe within the Sharingan begin to spin. As this happens the user then begins to perform the usage of the hypnosis technique along the opponent. When doing so they push their chakra outwards to the opponent as the eye is used as a medium in which when the gazes are locked causes extreme lathargy and then seconds later, instantaneous sleep. This technique can affect sharingan users if they do not have the Sharingan technique activated and are capable of undergoing against techniques of "B" Rank within the GenJutsu creation. As the user falls into a sleep, they stay asleep for a full length of what a body may need.
Limit: Must have Sharingan (ŽÊ—ÖŠá "Copy Wheel Eye,") 3rd Tomoe, Must know Handless GenJutsu "S" Rank, Must have Phantasm Perception.

"Look at him...he looks almost as pathetic as you do." a voice muttered. Deep in its laughter, the intensity of the vocals toward Anotsu's ears signaled that he was stepping ever closer. Darkness spread out over what used to be the Uchiha's vision; he was unable to open his eyes, the rest of his senses sufficing to aid him in figuring just where he was. The familiar feeling of weakness washed over his aching body, his left tibia throbbing in pain as he struggled to suppress the weight of his eyelids.
The laughter slowly died to a halt as Atsuhiro felt his body move involuntarily. A set of arms could be felt hooking under his own, a quick hoist sending him from off of the earth that he layed on. The sudden jerk caused his occuli to function just barely, and it was then that he caught the rather portly male who had effortlessly lifted him. A simple shinobi by the looks of him, the headband on his forehead was much too tainted with grime to be of any use in gathering intel. Anotsu simply took a deep breath, beginning to ponder what violence he'd inflict on this simpleton for touching him.
Unfortunately, his physical abilities would not aid him. Closing his eyes, the pools of chakra within his reserves were fresh. What better way to subdue him than with Ninjutsu? Perhaps, though, it was more beneficial to listen to as much as possible to find what information he needed in regards to where he was now located.
Closing his eyes, Atsuhiro began to remember the first days of summoning his Sharingan. His indigo hues were still in place, seemingly void of any alertness. In his younger days, it was as easy as staring at the opponent and luring them into a daze. Genjutsu was not that simple now...he would need to recover the comfort associated with his Kekkai Genkai's true nature. Anotsu began by taking a deep breath, the fellow before him crouched and examining the various injuries upon his body. It gave him enough time to access his chakra, pouring a mild amount of it into the occuli. This...this was the focal point of the Sharingan.
Perhaps there was a certain technique with which he could utilize this single technique to its greatest potential. Past Sharingan experiences had allowed him to render his opponent paralyzed and fearful, this being no exception. It was then that the ANBU realized that another possibility could arise from having his potential victim gaze into his line of sight - Sharingan: Dead Sleep Gaze.
A rather powerful technique in itself, this particular jutsu could render the opponent useless on various levels. Its main function, however, was to put them into a deep slumber. Even the most ferocious of opponents would fall under this spell, the chakra signified by symptons of deep fatigue. Of course, it was only illusion. But with the Sharingan upgraded to its greatest potential, the feat would be a cakewalk for one with such a high chakra level. He would not even have to engage in any handseals - over a year in experimentation with the zodiac, Atsuhiro had confined his Genjutsu implication to the pupils as a medium. He only needed a glance from his supposed saviour..and under the spell he would go.
"Jinsuke, it looks like we've got one of those ANBU fellows on our hands. Where he came from, I dunno. But this gem he was holding is a fine one. I think he'll be more than grateful and let us have it for saving him from the ravens!" In the distance, a smaller male let out a disapproving sigh. "Hibiki....you're full of it."
For the most part, the husky male seemed to ramble. Another chakra signature was nearby - one that he was clearly talking to, and one that Atsuhiro could sense with the Chakra signature possessing an elemental affinity. This was another gift of his Kekkai Genkai, but its focal point would rest around the Dead Sleep Gaze.
...It appeared that he would have to practice before attempting the technique. The steady flow of his tenketsu complete within the time of ponderance, he allowed his occuli to shift toward a small seagull that had landed upon the coast. Its beady eyes slowly began to shift to meet his piercing stare. Now..it was only a matter of time.
