Introduction to Teamwork (Meeting)

The Kusagakure genin exits his domicile and meanders through the village streets in his usual attire. His navy blue shozoku and sitabaki with underlying fishnet harness, the scarlet and powder blue sashes, and his sword "Hagun" at his left hip. Accenting his forehead is the Kusagakure headband above his charcoal eyes. The morning is cool and refreshing with a brisk breeze pulling and tugging at his hair and clothing, but it doesn't bother the Uchiha.

He simply keeps walking to a predesignated rendevous point where he was instructed to meet with two or three other individuals about the formation of a new team. One he is aware is a chuunin, but no other information has been divulged to him about anything else, or even the others for that matter.

The young Uchiha passes several other shinobi wearing their choice clothing, some in customary outfits and others in traditional Kusagakure flak jackets and mainstream uniform. He also passes several citizens and innocents that he really couldn't care less about unless they proved to be somehow useful to his acquiring of power. He nods to those who acknowledge him and are friendly enough to signal so.

The rendevous spot is a common meeting place, the village square where a small park and pond are located. Satoshi visited here recently in his Suiton training, and often came here as a child to play and relax. Today, however, is official business. Taking a seat on one of the public benches, the Uchiha waits.

As the sun rose and the streets of Kusa started to stir, Oru too would become part of the chaos which raged the city in the early mornings of his village. His hair, twisted into many different strands, pranced on his back as he ascended into the streets of Kusa outside of his place of residence. Word of his new team’s arrival stirred his blood, he couldn’t wait to be under the guidance of a chuunin, either.

They were all given a rendezvous point, and as he leered over to the location he’d see another. His figure was blurry at first, but a simple shunshin carried Oru to the unknown figure. After his halt, a mere three meters from….this man, he’d analyze his person while introducing himself.

”Yurokara, Oruganei… but you can call me Oru. Are…you perhaps here for the formation of a new team?”

Satoshi would glance at the man who approached him through the usage of the Shunshin no Jutsu. Such an act is one that the Uchiha would never do; displaying one's abilities before a stranger or potential enemy. He merely looks the man up and down and studies the man's build, making key mental notes. Instead of instigating a fight or anything, he looks down and smirks.

"Yes, I am here for the team formation meeting. I am Uchiha Satoshi. I believe we should be expecting two others..."

Satoshi says nothing further to the man. He would get more specifics later on when the rest of the team is here and their identities are established.

Lyn awoke very early the morning of when she was to meet her new team. She had been one of the three to learn from a chuunin and she was not going to mess this up. She got a shower very quickly and went to the mirror to do her hair. She had decided to put her best foot forward and took her brush out and make her long hair perfectly straight. After that she applied her make up and gave her face a good look in the mirror, perfect. She stepped into the next room and pick out her outfit for the day, a small tan, sleeveless shirt and a black skirt. TO accessorize she put on a blue scarf and she just wore her brown sandals.

She made a quick look at the clock, she was late. So she skipped breakfast, grabbed her acoustic guitar and ran to the meeting point. She put the guitar strap around her neck and played as she ran. This allowed her to think more and she began to get nervous. 'What if they all are more talented then I am. Ohhh I hope it's not me being the weakest. I have talent, I hope. This is a bad idea.... Stop Lyn, your talented and so what if they are better than you, your like the youngest on the team anyway.' These were the thoughts that ran through Lyn's head as she neared the meeting point.

She saw two people there already, she was mad about not being the first one there. Lyn just walked up, still playing the rock beat on her guitar. "Hi, I'm Lyn Runi! Are you two here for the team meeting?" She just blinked at them and played, she hoped that she didn't come off to nervous. She studied the two boys in front of her. The first one said something to Lyn. His clothing, hair and mostly the feeling of his chakra. His physical traits brought Lyn back to the reading she done before, he was a Uchiha. Lyn had read about them before, very powerful. Lyn felt nervous about being the weakest already.

Lyn couldn't reed much on the other boy but his strength was apparent. She truly needed something to give because her nervousness was plastered on her face.

"This is most irritating..."

His words were swift, and slightly muffled thanks to the winds he brushed by. It was early morning, and he'd overslept, surprisingly. Usually one to be on time for solo missions and important festivals, it was strange that he'd oversleep on the day that he'd meet what was to be his team; his first team.

Sunlight slowly flooded the streets of Kusagakure, consuming the darkness and paving the way for what would, most likely, be a beautiful day. The taps of his footsteps were all that sounded throughout the streets at such an hour; most were still asleep. Eventually did he emerge from the dim-lit alleys, and onto the main road. There were more people here, and he could finally see his destination: The Square.

Twas common meeting grounds, and a place for relaxation. Regardless of how close he'd gotten, he'd keep the same running pace. As he swiftly brushed past and dodged the citizens and shinobi that traversed the streets, he could see a trio up ahead at the square. 'Dammit. I hope that I'm not too late...' the boy thought as he closed in one them.

The Chuunin skidded to a stop mere feet from them, his blank attire dancing in the wind as it adjusted to him not moving as much. The clearing of ones throat was sure to catch the attention of each of them, and when, if, they turned around, optics of Emerald would glance at each of them, their faces.

"Pardon my intrusion, but might to three be Genin waiting here for a Chuunin instructor?", he asked calmly.

Satoshi flicks his gaze to the woman approaching him and Oruganei while carrying a guitar and playing some sort of invigorating rhythm. The Uchiha senses her eyes upon him so he returns the attention by studying her thoroughly. He notices first her clean scent and immediately after her facial cosmetics. This tells Satoshi that the girl is vain about her appearance and that could prove fatal later on in a combat situation. He would have to address that later.

Before he could respond to her with his name, he watches another shinobi approach the now trio asking if they were the genin awaiting a chuunin. He looks that man up and down and notices something different about him, but cannot quite place it.

"Indeed we are. I presume you are the chuunin to become our squad leader? If so, I shall begin introductions. I am Uchiha Satoshi and I specialize in Ninjutsu and Taijutsu. Your names and specialties?"

Oru looked over his shoulder as the rock star hotty made way towards them. He’d notice she was the only female so far, and he was hoping that at least their leader was a female so that they’d balance out but his hopes would quickly be shot down as Tsumaro, their predestined leader, approached rather quickly. Oru turned towards Lyn, smiling at her, letting her know she had nothing to fear. Though as a sign of respect he’d quickly redirect his attention towards Tsumaro. His presence was different than that of a Genin, much different.

Sato on the other hand was much more interested in getting to know everyone off bat, which wasn’t such a bad idea. After introducing himself, Oru would make his introduction.

”Oruganei Yurokara sir. You may just call me Oru though, I specialize in ninjutsu and taijutsu as well.”

Lyn looked at the man assigned to be there teacher for the team, he was far from what Lyn had predicted. She could tell he was disturbed by being late, he was most likely very punctual. Lyn saw his emerald eyes fixate on her for a moment, Lyn tensed up a little. Then she relaxed, he had the most interesting color of eyes. Lyn just looked back and gave him a big smile. She stopped her guitar playing, took the strap off her shoulder, and put the guitar on the ledge.

Lyn hoped that her smile had confirmed that they were waiting for a chuunin. Lyn was slightly shocked when Satoshi asked about what there specialties were. She did not consider that a introduction at all, it was an interview. She could tell that her was sizing everyone up, not getting to know them. Lyn didn't want to start out like this with them, she wanted to change it up. She did know to wait her turn though, so she let Oro go first.

Lyn felt confirmed that all she knew about these men were that there names and there specialties. Lyn smiled and said "Hi I'm Lyn Runi! I'm a medical jutsu specialist and tai jutsu specialist. I also love playing my guitar, eating, reading, and playing sport." She said this all with a high energy, this was a very not high energy group. Lyn normally wasn't a big queen of pep herself but to get to know people pep was good.

She turned to her sensei and smiled, it was his turn. She was so curious, she wanted to know more about the man and her teammates as well. She smiled and waited.

'Hmmmm', the Chuunin thought as he listened intently to each of them speak. The first and obviously older one, Uchiha Satoshi, seemed like the orderly type; his words were quick and to the point. He specialized in Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, and probably knew some of his clans special jutsu. The next one to speak was closer in age to Tsuro. He went by Oru, and seemed like the relaxed type. Like Satoshi, he specialized in Ninjutsu and Taijutsu. The final one to speak was the only girl, and much younger than the other two. Her name was Lyn, and she seemed energetic. Unlike her teammates, she was a Medical specialist. Such an attribute was of great value.

As the introductions ended, the Chuunin assumed that they would want a bit of information on him. Oddly enough, he wanted to know more about them as well; not just their skills as shinobi, but more about them as people. A single, slender hand ascended to a crown of onyx locks, brushing through them momentarily. "My name is Tsumaro, and it's a pleasure to meet all of you.", he said, placing his hand pack in his pocket.

"As important as it is for me to know your specialties, I'm a bit more interested in you three as people. Favorite places, favorite foods, hobbies. Your dreams and aspirations. We'll start with you, Satoshi.", he explained, nodding towards Satoshi as he mentioned his name.

For a split second the Uchiha smirks and snorts lightly while closing his eyes, almost as if he were mildly if not remotely amused that he were the first to be addressed. He takes a moment or two to collect his thoughts into letting three new people into the complexity of his life. Before responding, Satoshi opens his eyes as nearly all emotion is wiped from his expression.

"I suppose my favorite places would be someplace where I can relax and be alone. I enjoy finer quisine such as shashimi and various sushis. My hobbies are few but advantageous. As for my dreams, goals, and other aspirations, let's just say it would be best to not divulge such information on our first meeting. Some if not all of you may not agree with what I believe in."

He would then stand as some minute levels of chakra are pooled into his charcoal eyes, causing the legendary transition into the blazing crimson with three black tomoe that is the generally accepted highest level of Sharingan possible. With such eyes he glides his vision between all three of his teammates.

"Suffice it to say that I am a killer. I do not know fear as I believe that any and all obstacles, enemies, or trials can be overcome with logic and strength. When I take a life I make it as quickly as possible to ease the passing of my victim. Otherwise, I enjoy using various forms of Genjutsu to pick at my enemy's psyche to the point I manage to drive them over the brink of insanity and pull their minds into the abyssmal depths. Furthermore, I have absolutely no qualms in spilling the blood of any creature whether it be animal, or human.."

Oru’s hairs stood up as he stood stable hearing Satoshi’s response. His figure was undisturbed however by his statement, because it was purely close minded in his opinion. Oru definitely had a problem with someone that could kill without remorse and it’d become evident as he clenched his fists calm himself down. Sighing and giving a few more moments to let himself regain a level head, he wanted to avoid confrontation by any means, especially with a team mate.

“Well, I am not a killer. I do believe in justice, however and everyone deserves a fair chance when it comes to trial. My favorite place? The bar or the Ichiraku Ramen restaurant. My favorite drink is tea, and…I like girls, pretty ones.”

He hadn’t confirmed all he could about himself, but they’d find out for themselves later on. Oruganei couldn’t help but feel uneasy, but he hoped to come over it as they progressed as a team.

“What about you?” Oruganei responded.

Lyn looked at both of her new teammates, she was so not in for this because there answers differed so much. Lyn wasn't about to pick side and start a blood feud with one person so she just wouldn't state that part. She took a breath and thought to herself, she had covered a few things in her first statement but she did want to say more. She did want to give it all serious consideration before saying anything as well so she took a breath and thought. She began to get lost in her own little world again.

She recalled each question that had been asked and she thought of what to say to each. She had an easy answer to where her favorite place was at within moments of thinking. She also had an easy answer to her favorite food because food was a big thing for her. Hobbies was also easy but dreams and aspirations was something very new for her to think about. She had never given it much serious thought but she might as well try. There were a lot of things that she wanted to do but she didn't want to say something and sound stupid so she skipped it.

"Ahh well I guess it's my turn to go. Well my favorite place is my backyard where I have the shrines to some people I've lost. my favorite food is anything because I love food and will eat almost anything. I enjoy reading playing guitar, training and many other things in my free time. Finally I'm not sure what my goals are yet, but I have a lot to think about" Lyn stood there for a seconds and took her teammates answers into consideration and found that she had some interesting people to work with.

One who loved to kill and one who saw a need for justice to get in the way of that sort of thing. Lyn was intrigued to see how these two would go at each other. She looked at her teacher now and just waited for him to move on. She wanted to get this done with before a fight broke out, she didn't want to have to do any healings today.

"You three are an interesting bunch."

His words conveyed kindness, as far as emotions were concerned. Each of the genin brought something interesting to the table, and when combined the possibilities for excellence were near endless. 'They probably want to know about me...', he thought. Large, Emerald eyes took another short glance at each of them. And then, he'd speak.

"I suppose it is my turn now. My favorite places would have to be anywhere in Kusagakure. My favorite foods are anything that tastes good and doesn't make me sick. My hobbies include things that I enjoy doing. As for dreams and aspirations..."

He'd pause now, allowing his Emerald eyes to cut all connections with his team, and ascend. Now gazing skyward, he'd continue.

"...I'd like to be one of the great three, one of the Sannin."

Twas a big dream, especially for a Chuunin. But, like most things in this world, it wasn't impossible. The Chuunin turned back to the team now, smiling.

"As part of my team, I need you three to be well-versed in the shinobi arts. I'd like the three of you to train for a few days. In due time, you will all be assembled, much like today, and your days on Team Delta will commence."

With that he'd turn and begin to make his exit, not before waving however. "See you then."

They had been dismissed and now it is time to expand one's horizons and attain new levels of power. Satoshi bows his head slightly to his new captain as his Sharingan fades away to return his eyes to their normal onyx colors. He couldn't help but notice a slight increase in Oruganei's muscular tension as well as the vocal hesitation in Lyn.

"You two should relax more. While I admit to being a killer, I am not one to backstab allies nor allow them to be harmed. If you believe otherwise I apologize but it shall be proven in due time.."

With that, Uchiha Satoshi bows to his new teammates and takes his leave until their next meeting. He shall do as he was ordered by the team captain and go increase his skills so he would become stronger.
