When Gosei halted the Sakurai, she looked at him quizzically. With how ridiculously thorough of a job had been done binding the second man, it was almost unimaginable that he could be a threat. Still, he was her captain, and she followed orders without comment.

"It's really in your best interests to cooperate with us you know. If you make him work for it...it's not very good for you, trust me." She could barely suppress a shudder at the thought of the pitiful state her captain had left his last victim in.

"But if you're cooperative and - what's the word? - forthcoming, we can try to make things a little easier for you. Maybe take off a couple of those cuffs now and then so it doesn't chafe so much? Tell me what you want, and within reason I can see if maybe we can't arrange for it to happen."

As Gosei would approach the captive he would notice righ away that something was wrong. He would sense the energy of Jinmaru and find immediately that there was another chakra signature present. Within Jinmaru's mouth, along the back of his tongue down his throat, Gosei would sense the presence (fleeting as it was) of another chakra and a familiar seal. The directive seal would be in place within Jinmaru. With his extensive knowledge of the seal Gosei would easily understand just what was directed. "I couldn't tell you anything even if I wanted to" Jinmaru would again state. For the record the word written upon the seal would be, 'secrecy'.

hat was all that stood in his way? A directive seal? A dangerous smile curled up around Gosei's lips. "A directive seal? You puny excuse for a human being..." He remarked, folding his sleeves over one another to hide his hands and the movements they made. Suddenly from his sleeve his hand would rush forth, intended to startle the man, grasping Jinmaru by the forehead. Immediately he would start reading out the first directive and its exact details before deleting it. The directives themselves should already contain a wealth of information on what was not to be talked about. Up to three more times he would perform the same technique with the same methods employed, for a Directive seal could only contain four directives. "Very well, you are free to talk now. But rest assured, if you don't satisfy me I am going to fill up that seal again with directives." Just the look on Gosei's face implied that they would not be nice directives.

Claire poked at Gosei's arm again. "Er, Captain? Later on, you're going to have to explain what all that was just now, okay?"

For the prisoner's benefit she reiterated her earlier offer - "Remember, help us willingly and you stand to benefit too. Nothing like freedom, but I'm sure someone in your...position...would appreciate a few creature comforts. Resist us and, well, Captain Gosei here has a lot more fun than I'm comfortable with when people resist. It's really in your own best interests, now that whatever it was that was stopping you is gone."

Time for talking

As Gosei rushed forward Jinmaru's shock would be evident. He knew nothing of what was about to transpire though he did feel a sense of freedom he had not experienced for a while. As gosei would speak the words Jinmaru would answer in kind. "You know of the directive seal?" Jinmaru's eyes would soften and his whole body would relax. "I see... I am... Free..." he'd push as his restraints. "So to speak." With a renewed vigor his gaze would return to Gosei, somewhat determined. "The ANBU were unable to tell I had such a mark or if they could, knew not what it was. You truly are a terrifying human being Gosei. Truly. Ask your questions, my words will be true. However if you'd truly like answers I'd like to make a deal, one where you wouldn't have to waste your time with directive seals, genjutsu, torture or anything of the like. In exchange for my full cooperation. My answering any questions you have about myself, my organisation, and what I know, as many questions, even if it takes days or weeks, a full interrogation. I ask only one thing. I ask that only when you have finished asking me question, that you end my life. My life and the life of my partner. Do us this one kindness and I'll answer any question you have to the utmost of my abilities."

"For this I'm afraid I must insist. Bring me the head of Rintatsu now, and any question I will answer without resistance."

For the record the words sealed within Jinmaru's throat were: 'Secrecy', 'privacy', 'serpentine', 'lies'.

asiest interrogation in ages. If Jinmaru was speaking the truth that is. With his still active sensor senses Gosei would spy for any lie. Now, to make things even surer. The Godaime formed handseals, touching the forehead of the captive. Immediately new lines would be inscribed into Jinmaru’s head, new guidelines for obedience. ‘Do not wound or kill, ‘Do not lie’, ‘Do not withhold parts of the truth’ and ‘Do not have ulterior motives’. ”Very interesting. You just named the three things that never are a waste of time when I am involved. I have turned that seal into a lie detector, you know what happens if you try to lie, so please, restate your offer word for word.” Once the Kazeraikou was satisfied and assured that there was neither lie, nor parts of the truth withheld he would nod. ”You have yourself a deal.”

The Godaime would place the tape back over Jinmaru’s mouth and beckon Claire to follow him outside the cell. On the hallway, on the way to Rintatsu’s cell he would take some time to explain. ”The directive seal, it is a seal that places rules in a person’s head. If those rules are broken the seal hurts. If you do not stop breaking those rules, you eventually go unconscious. It is a very effective way of keeping someone under control.” He added. A few minutes later they had returned to Rintatsu’s cell.

As soon as the door opened and Gosei had zoomed in on Rintatsu the Kazeraikou would take his battle fan from his belt. and open the weapon with a flick of his wrist. Waving at himself with the item a few times the Godaime would try to pacify the man, that he only needed some fresh air in this damp cell. Suddenly he would slash the weapon at Rintatsu, aiming for the throat and if successful, create a long red gash along the man’s throat, cutting both the windpipe and many arteries. It was as humane a death as Gosei could give without completely blowing up the man at once. Had it succeeded the man would die soon of either asphyxiation or blood loss. With a few shakes the Godaime would try to get the blood off his fan, waiting for the chained man to die. Once that was done he would rummage around in his pouch and retract a kunai. Holding the blade carefully he would offer the handle to Claire. ”Take off the head.” It was only fair that she would contribute in this way, considering that Gosei had already taken care of the part that would have been hardest to do for the young girl.

Directive Creation [50]

Skill: Universal Ninjutsu
Effect: Creates the directives within the back of the bearers mind. Giving them the guidelines for obedience.
Special: Handseals, and then hold your hand to the recipients forehand.
Drawback: These are very finicky. The wording needs to be just so, or else loopholes will be present. Directives may only be one sentence long at most, and one bearer may have a maximum of 4 directives. The recipient must be willing to accept the first set of directives, afterwards their directive may be edited and changed with the various techniques without consent as long as the limitations on the deletion technique and creation technique are followed. There are ways to remove the directives, with certain mental techniques, but the bearer has an ingrained directive not to remove them, Meaning someone else would have to perform the technique.
Description: After the placement of the seal upon the recipient, the user must make a mental note in the back of their brains. By keeping hand contact with the recipient’s forehead, the user will implant at maximum 4 directives that are to be followed by the bearer of the seal. Should they be broken, the seal activates and the bearer is subject to all the adverse effects. The directives may only be simple commands such as “uphold the law”, “Don’t murder”, or “Protect the innocent”. Many directives are vague enough for loopholes, so the user needs to choose them carefully. Many users tend to hide the directives particulars from the bearer, so that they cant work out a loophole mentally for themselves. Many Yamanaka, and other mental clans have been known to disable these kind of mental suggestions with various amnesia causing techniques, but due to an automatic fifth directive, are unable to perform such a feet upon themselves.
Limit: Must know of the directive seal, and the placement technique.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Jutsu)[60]

Effect: The Kage Bushin no Jutsu (Shadow Clone Jutsu) is a increased and stronger form of the Regular Bushin jutsu which is a meer Genjutsu. Kage Bushin allows the clones to actually inflict damage upon the opponent, They can even use jutsu for they carry their own chakra circulatory system making it even impossible for the Hyuuga clan members to tell them apart from the original. Each clone that the user makes divides his.her chakra up evenly between them making ten clones means each clone has one tenth the original users chakra supply. The clones are real enough they even bleed when cut but when inflicted with enough damage the clone disappears.
Special: A special Handsign where the user crosses the two first fingers of each hand making a cross.
Drawback: The average user can only make about 5 clones. Excessive use of the Clone jutsu can leave the use extremely low on chakra. When the clones are destroyed the user does not get a return in charka.
Description: The Kage Bushin is an Exact Replica of the user and can not in anyway be proven to be a copy not even by the most elite of jutsu. Unless taken to the test and actually harmed.
Limit: Must be an ANBU. Must be Chuunin in order to get this technique. Kage only is capable of allowing someone to learn.

Well, death was probably better for the first person, but for the second, he seemed truly repentant. He wasn't in control of his actions before, as Gosei's explanation of the Directive Seal clarified.

Her Captain agreed so readily though, so cheerfully it was a touch disturbing. At least death was swift. If she remembered her lessons correctly, someone with no way to breath could only survive for about forty seconds. It was still her first time seeing someone killed. She had taken care of her father until his death, so dead bodies themselves were no bother, but this was different. Shocking. She stifled a gasp. And was then expected to decapitate the corpse!? With a kunai!? Claire stared wide-eyed at her Captain, no words being able to form. At his urging though, she performed the grisly deed, splashes of blood staining her white vest and her cheek as she turned away. She couldn't watch herself do this. And the smell. In death his bowels had slackened, causing him to release all of its contents at once, urine and feces assaulting her sensibilities.

Once complete, she handed over the grisly trophy wordlessly, and fled into the hall. She couldn't breathe. Her heaving chest hurt so much. And then a splash of vomit escaped her maw. Dripping and acidic, it tasted foul on her tongue. She spat, and vomited again. Tears streamed down her face, not out of any regrets or sadness for the slain monster as she had none, but from the sheer stress of emptying her breakfast across the floor, and from the agony of being incapable of more than brief, hitching breaths.

She slid down to the floor, edging away from the mess. Needed to recover. Should Gosei check on her after delivering the head she would fix him with a glare, wiping away at her mouth and bloody cheek. She would have nothing to do with him until he was rid of it. "That was the most foul and disgusting thing I have ever had the displeasure to smell."

Despite the captured mans assurance that it wasn't necessary Gosei placed the Directive Seal upon Jinmaru once again. Free of will for but a moment it was a shame that he was once again at the mercy of someone else's wishes though it was about to end soon so it didn't really matter now did it? Upon Gosei's request he would again repeat the words he first spoke, no hint of a lie present in his voice. His words were honest. Upon leaving the cell Gosei and Claire would once again be escorted to the cell of Rintatsu. As they'd pass they'd find that the bodies were now removed and the cells were somewhat quiet. Only sombre murmurs could be heard from the confines. Once again entering Rintatsu's cell the two would find him in a slump were they left him. He'd simply be repeating a soft whisper to himself, unintelligible to anyone but him. When sliced his throat would spurt for a moment, splashing the individuals with a trickle of blood. He would bleed out quickly, there was not much blood left within his frail body. Decapitated quiet slowly Rintatsu's head would prove a difficult task for Claire as his muscles and tendons made it hard to cleave at the bone and remove the skull from the neck.

When able to return to the cell of Jinmaru, escorted once again by another ANBU operative, if the skull of Rintatsu was in the open for all to see the inmates would again become rowdy and shout words like 'They really are going to kill us!' as they rioted in their cells, forcing the ANBU to act in order to calm them down. Presented with the head of his comrade Jinmaru would sigh with somewhat of a relief and speak when the tape on his mouth was removed. "For you to know of the directive seal to such a degree you would know that my Master, the man who placed the seal upon me, would know of my location. Yet no help has arrived. It's safe to say he has abandoned me, left me here to rot. Death is a much appreciated favor. Ask your questions."

ith a grim look on her face the girl accepted the kunai, starting on her grisly work. Though his face remained passive, Gosei was impressed. Though she looked away she did it regardless, handing back the weapon and the head when done. And then ran out of the cell at a brisk pace. With strong tug Gosei would rip the burlap off the dead prisoner’s body, wrapping the head into it before proceeding to the hallway too.

There he found his charge, emptying the contents of her stomach. Without saying a word he would close the distance and hold the girls hair to keep it clean until she was done retching. ”You did well Claire.” he spoke as the girl slid down to the floor. He wouldn’t need to guess at what her look portrayed when she looked up at him and announced her displeasure. ”Yes. And you probably resent me for it. But now, next time your life is in danger, you will not flinch from a little blood. And that might just save your life.”

Though she must have known that he carried the head wrapped in what used to be Rintatsu’s clothes, at least she would have to look at it as he extended his arm to help the young girl back on her feet. ”Come on, let’s go back to Jinmaru, get some answers and then we’ll go do more pleasant things.”

Back in Jinmaru’s cell Gosei would briefly show the head to the captive, limiting the time it would be exposed and not forcing Claire to gaze upon it. Once the man is satisfied Gosei would hand the head to the ANBU just outside the door. They would have to clean up this mess and Claire’s sick anyway. ”Very well. What is your organization, how many and what kind of people are in it, what is its goal, is your master the leader and who is he. What are your abilities. Can you heal yourself and to what capacity.” This was the first stream of questions, if Jinmaru’s answeres didn’t evoke any new questions Gosei could start thinking about his part of the deal, as to which his last question pertained.

What is your organization?

"My organisation is Serpentine. It's an organisation, as cliche as it sounds, bent on what I suppose would be world Domination though my reasons for joining are different however they sympathise. I joined seeking peace.

How many and what kind of people are in it?

"Exact numbers I do not know, I would say over over a thousand however officially there are only ten members of Serpentine. Nine that my partner is dead. The thousands are made up of members underlings. They're for the most part unremarkable however to become one of the ten members you have to have a power far surpassing the average shinobi. I can't for the record describe all of the back grounds for each individual member however I can name a few. I myself hail from Kusagakure. I was used as an assassin until I left, sometime after Serpentine recruited me. Rintatsu hailed from Sunagakure, again he was used for killing though his abilities were mainly used for large scale battles, war fronts. In those areas he is prime, one on one battles are actually... Were actually, a weakness of his.

Third I will give you the name of a duo currently located in the Land of Rain. 'Projekt' is the name he goes by though I heard it's actually Akira. He runs a local syndicate and is responsible for a majority of the income for the organisation. He runs drugs, slave, and counterfeit trade in the country and has an unusual power that grants him prowess over a large number of clans techniques. He is attended to by Mamoru. All I know of his history is that he grew to be a giant. know nothing outside of his stature and name. Even his abilities allude me. Both the country of origins of these two are beyond my scope of knowledge.

Finally I will tell you of the Uchiha siblings. If I were you I would question Amarante on those two, she would know much more on them than I would as they're former Leaf Shinobi. All I could say was that in our attack, while we were tasked with killing Amarante they were tasked with something else. What that is I was not informed. Perhaps she knows, whilst only for a short time upon being made Chief of Police she was the elder brothers handler.

what is its goal?

"To further on what I have said previously our goal is world domination, or rather, a world ruled by our leader. I don't know what exactly drives our leaders ambitions however the explanation posed to me was that a world ruled by one man would have no need for war. I expect that to be an answer, no a reason, specifically tailored to me however, as a means to have me join. As if beating me half to death was not reason enough.


Is your master the leader and who is he?

"He is indeed the leader. I know him only by his first name. Satoshi. I have only met with him a handful of times. All I really know of him is his name and that he has knowledge of the directive seal. Outside of that I've never even seen him lift a finger. I was over powered by Mamoru. After I attacked them at their sudden appearance Mamoru single handed, and well as bare handedly, blocked my sword and forced me into submission. As such I suspect Mamoru to be a Taijutsu user however I am unsure. I am toward the bottom of the hierarchy of Serpentine. Officially I am seventh on the totem pole, with first being Satoshi himself. For the record, Rintatsu was tenth.

If you're looking for more information on the leader in particular I would ask Mamoru. Ranked third he would be privy to all the information, the ins and outs, of the organisation. I will say this of our leader though, he strikes me as someone very similar to you."

What are your abilities. Can you heal yourself and to what capacity.

"I am proficient with a knife, am well versed with the blade of the sword saint, and a practitioner of traditional kempo. I am a Taijutsu only user. I am able to heal myself to large degree however there are wounds I can't heal. Your acid attack was rather difficult to repair. I do this via meditation. Limitations would be that an attack to the heart could possibly be fatal however possibly not.

8: Nime Uchiha, a runaway from Leaf. Never formally within the military, left Leaf along side her brother. Partnered with Ryo Uchiha.
7: Jinmaru, proficient with blades and his hands, dubbed nightshade due to his prowess with assassination. Partnered with Rintatsu.
6:Hikaru, no battle information known however is rather young. Partnered with Akio.
5: Akio, a winged man he is superbly religious. Assumed to be associated with the Tsubasa Clan. Partnered with Hikaru.
4: Ryo Uchiha, a prodigy of the Uchiha clan information on him was classified by the KMP and the ANBU. Amarante has more information on him. Partnered with Nime Uchiha.
3: Mamoru, a large and burly man, he is very powerful and proficient with hand to hand combat. Partnered with 'Projekt' aka Akira
2: Akane, the only woman within the group, she bares bright red eyes that differ from the sharingan. Partnered with Satoshi.
1: Satoshi, his battle prowess is unknown though has intimidated both Jinmaru and Rintatsu simply by being around them and shows complete authority over both Mamoru and Akane. Known to utilise the directive seal it is assumed he is proficient with their use. Partnered with Akane.

Also if questioned on why he knew so little he would reply that he was low on the totem pole again. Further questioning would result in something like: "At the time, if a four year old had told me had was going to bring peace to the world I would have believed it. I wanted to believe it."

This was insanity. Claire listened from outside the cell door, and so heard everything the prisoner said. World domination? A snake? Pretty cliché, but at the same time these people were a real threat. She would have to train harder, become stronger, if she was going to defend innocent people from a bunch of overpowered lunatics. She peeked her head in, just for a moment.

"Uh...Captain? Isn't Amarante the Kage's name? Is she being implicated in this Ouroborous scheme?" She almost chuckled. Serious moment, but that was too good of a pun to pass on. A crime "ring" by the name of "Serpentine", and the "Serpent Who Forms A Ring Eating His Own Tail" was such a choice connection.

"Uh...Captain? Isn't Amarante the Kage's name? Is she being implicated in this Ouroborous scheme?"

"She's Hokage now? She certainly is an ambitious one, I feel bad for underestimating her. I don't have any idea as to what depths of information she would know however she does have some intel on our organisation that made our leader stress enough to kill such a high ranking individual such as her. The exact details are sketchy however it would appear as though she found the location to some of our hide aways and found one of our main facility's that Akira operates within the Land of Rain. I suspect she knows more than this however. The fact that the leader summoned us all together would indicate a larger stresser as previously there were only two other instances in which he had summoned us all together. The first time being to deal with the likes of Ashi Uchiha. The second was... I can't recall... That's weird, I remember being summoned but I can't remember for what reason..."

It would be clear that he was struggling with the memory of something. It could be surmised that the memory was somehow removed.

ow the information was flowing like water and quick as ever Gosei made mental notes of every thing said. This was a pathetic group with pathetic goals and objectives. It was like a fool, reaching for the sun. Too bad they were a bunch of exceptionally strong fools and thus immensely dangerous. Claire snickered at her own remark, when she compared the organization to a piece of jewellery. “I don’t know, but she is involved somehow. Whether Amarante knows that or not.”

Then there was a mention of a name that the Godaime knew. One that made his blood boil, the only perpetrator of the KMP rebellions that got away and the ring leader at that too. His voice notably turned as cold as ice for the first time. ”Uchiha Ashi!? That b***h?! Tell me everything about her! Is she one of the Uchiha siblings? How is she involved with your organization?” This was perhaps the only person in the world Gosei wanted dead, really dead. He had not heard of her since he had defeated her and took away all her resources. With that he had thought to have beaten her once and for all. To hear her name again however? This could spell trouble if she was somehow aligned with an organization bent on world domination. The man also had a second memory, but he could not remember it. That was sad, Gosei had no way of recovering memories that were lost.

”Uchiha Ashi!? That b***h?! Tell me everything about her! Is she one of the Uchiha siblings? How is she involved with your organization?”

"No she's not one of the Uchiha siblings. Her involvement with Serpentine is that we attempted to recruit her early on in the creation of the group. This was soon after the revolt she held in Leaf and before your final defeat of her forces. She turned us down as she felt as though her victory was a sure thing, which in turn did not sit well with us. We then were brought together and prepared an assault against her and her Konoha Liberation Front however before we were able to act you had already defeated her and she went into hiding. After that we had no interest in chasing after her. We were confident actually that she would find us again at some point though for years there was no chatter about her. In the recent times before our capture we had been hearing some chatter about a small group of individuals lead by a woman with monstrous strength. Apparently they called themselves Konoha's Recovery Force. Numbers five and six were tasked with learning more about them. For the record, they were spotted in the Land of Rain, the Land of Hot Springs, and the Land of Tea."

eething with rage the Godaime listened. Not only did the traitor live, she was still plotting. How could this intelligence have escaped him?! He brought his fingers to his chin, thinking a while of all the implications and of further questions. He could think of none. And thus he brought his hands together, forming a set of handseals with some extra chakra. On his finger his clan emblem started to glow, which he pressed against Jinmaru’s lips. Instantly this prompted the same seal to appear in mirror image, on his finger, which Gosei would press against a small coin which he produced from his haori with his other hand. ”Claire. I am out of questions for now.” Implicating that he was not to execute the prisoner as he had promised. ”You see, I promised my kage to procure more intel, but it would be a shame to destroy what is left of your memories. We might not know what else we need to ask you. And thus I shall hold off on your execution until we have dealt with your organization.”

Tape could be ripped off or wetted, at this moment Gosei was not in the mood for backtalk thus he had applied the much more potent seal to make Jinmaru keep his mouth shut, one that would alert him if it was ever broken without his knowing. If the guards would want to feed this guy they would just have to run a tube through his nose. ”I need to do one more thing here, Claire, why don’t you go ahead to the tower to collect your mission reward?” The Kazeraikou would wait until he was sure that the girl had left before reaching in his pouch, producing a kunai. ”I am sorry Jinmaru, but you are still a potent fighter. I am going to curb your power and aggressiveness, so your friends will no longer have a use for you.”

He would grab Jinmaru’s head with his left hand, using the other to operate his tool. As a medic, the Kazeraikou knew exactly what he was doing thus every cut would be clean and precise. With two stabs he would poke the kunai into the man’s eyeballs, twisting to remove the sight organs completely from their sockets. If there were no eyes to regenerate the man would no longer be able to regenerate them right? With a wry smile the Godaime noticed that he was getting good at amputations. Now taking his kunai he would focus his attention on Jimaru’s hands, removing the little and ring finger from both to make sure the man would never be able to wield a weapon again. Absentmindedly the Godaime would draw his kunai over Jinmaru’s stomach, trying to ignore any expressions of pain that the prisoner could be emitting, pondering. If this man ever got free he could be hateful and aggressive. There was however one foolproof way of making sure that would not come to pass and to curb this man’s passions.

Reaching down Jinmaru’s pants the Godaime would procure the crown jewels. ”Last time to enjoy them” Gosei whispered sadistically to the captive. Placing his knife against the soft skin he would then proceed to remove the manhood with a single determined cut. Storing his kunai and dropping the other two objects he held the Kazeraikou would appreciate his handiwork. This man would never fight again if everything had proceeded as planned, that much would be sure. Now to make sure that he would not die. Channeling chakra to his hands they would start to glow green with chakra. First he would work on closing the largest wound between the legs, then the head deserved his attention and finally he would work on the fingers. Perhaps this was a fate worse than death, but then this man had deserved it. Closing the cell door behind him Gosei would exit without saying another word, leaving the man behind to wallow in his fate

Description: The user forms handseals and then channels his chakra into his finger, on which an image will appear that takes the shape of whatever the user wishes it to be, the image will light up in a color that differs from user to user. Pressing the ring on whatever the user wants to seal will cause the black seal to appear and lock whatever it was placed upon. Immediately after this the users finger will glow again as the same image will appear on their finger, but in mirror image. This will become the key, the user must then press the image against the object which they want to be the key, this object must be something that is easy to carry around. (Easy to carry as in that an average six year old can pick it up and carry it around without too much effort.)The image will appear on the object the user has chosen as a key and this is the only one thing that can be used to open the lock seal the user just placed.

Effect: The user adds an additional amount of chakra when placing the ‘Lock seal’ which will escape when the seal is opened, removed or destroyed alerting the one who placed the seal.
Special: N/A when forming the first time, “Handseals” when adding after the seal has been placed.
Drawback: N/A
Description: When forming handseals for the ‘Lock seal placement’ technique the user will mold an additional D-rank amount of chakra and apply it to the seal, or if the seal has already been placed user forms handseals and then channels his chakra into the key. The image on the key will light up in a color that differs from user to user. The user presses the key on the Lock seal and adds this additional amount of chakra. When the lock seal is opened, removed or destroyed this chakra will rush out and alert the user that his seal has been opened or destroyed. The user will also get a general idea of in which direction this has happened, though the further away the less accurate this will be, when the user is in a different country he will only get a vague idea if the direction. (North, east, south or west, quite general.)

Effect: A Healer gains the ability to heal Serious Wounds within an amount of time.

Drawback: ---
Description: When laying the hand upon a living creature, the user channels positive energy that cures Serious wounds within the amount of time performing a "A" Rank technique in handseals. While curing Serious wounds this technique brings higher wound levels down by 1 step. Since undead are powered by negative energy, this Jutsu deals damage to them instead of curing their wounds.
Limit: Must be a Medical Doctor. Must know Healing Hands (Moderate).
