Description: Once chakra is focused on the user's feet they can form the Ox handseal which will create a thin layer of chakra around their feet. This can be used to make a protective shield around their feet. This jutsu can be used in so many ways, from going to protective chakra to be able to walk through spikes, hot ground, sticky floor, or to canalize it and create a link with the ground, making the user sticky to the ground, prevnting them to be pushed and moved from their place. This jutsu can protect against D ranked or lower attacks that deals with the ground under the user. This technique lasts as long as the user keeps the Ox handseal.
Limit: Universal Technique.

I headed away from the Cloud Village and off into the sunset towards the Land of Moon. There was two ways to get there, travel by land until I hit water then get a boat or get a boat and travel by water all the way there. I didn’t want to be tired by the time I got to the mission so I chose to go by boat, the first thing was to make my way to the boat docks so I could rent a boat to the Land of Moon. As I began traveling I noticed that the docks where on the other side of a large mountainous path, I had planned to travel around the mountains but this way would be much quicker and much more direct.

As I began to walk I felt a sharp jab to the bottom of my foot. “Yeowch! That bites! *Arf!*” I looked down to find that the ground was covered in long, vine spikes all the way over the mountain path. I had nothing I could do to travel over them, they where to thick to move between, and it’d take forever to go around… so instead I’d crush them under my feet as I walked!

I’d heard of a simple technique that covered your feet in chakra much like the academy technique but to a much larger extent, protecting them moderately and allowing me to walk on spikes, hot coal, lava, and thorns like they weren’t there. The technique was supposed to be so simple that a ninja academy student was said to have learned this technique before even mastering Henge.

I focused my chakra on my feet, thicker than I ever had before, and then began to slowly walk forward until. “Owch! What the hell is the problem?!? *Arf*!” I pulled the thorn from my foot and tried again, runni-… er… walking into the same problem. “Owowowowow!” I knew I was doing something wrong, but what was it? “Oh yeah! There’s a handsign! *Arf!*” That was it, I could remember that because there was only a single handsign you had to hold, but what was it?

I didn’t want to wait and think so instead I simply tried all 12 of the handsigns! “Alright, first one is Tiger.” I walked forward slowly and felt the sharp pain as a spike penetrated the sole of my shoe. “Ow no, Rabbit.” I tried again with the Rabbit handsign to no avail… stabbing another hole into my shoe. “Owch! Fine, Ox.” I stepped forward and expected to feel a sharp pain, but it never came! I’d successfully remembered the right handsign!

“Yahoo! *Arf!*” I jumped up, clapping my heels together and landing before I remembered that I had to hold the handsign, the spikes drove into my shoes again. “Yeowowowowow!” I held the Ox handsign and skipped around the spikes, fuming in pain. After a short while I calmed down and continued to walk towards the boat dock, crushing the spiky vines.

As I walked up to the boat docks and turned off the technique I noticed something… my shoe had been ripped to shreds by those large spikes… I would be forced to walk barefoot until I could find another pair of shoes… “Woe are my shoes.”

Description: The user gathers chakra into their bladed weapon of choice and then dashes forward for about 5-10 meters with the blade pointed outward. The chakra is released in a burst that flies outward from the blade in a cone shape. Aside from the impact of the blade, the chakra involved causes the enemy to be knocked backward, breaking through most defenses. Even if the strike is blocked, the force of the chakra will usually push an opponent back, leaving them open.
Limit: Must have a bladed weapon equipped

I’d find a large boat traveling to the Land of Moon, this wasn’t just any boat though; this was the most epic boat I’d ever seen or could possibly have imagined! It was a massive vacation boat with numerous rooms and plenty of activities on its many decks; it stood in the water at about 400 meters long, many stories high, and wide enough to run from side to side and be tired afterwards. I walked up to the boat; I’d never imagine I’d be able to afford such a ride when… “Oh my gosh! It’s only 500 Ryo for the whole ride! *Arf!*” I ran up to the man in front of the walkway, it was a mistake right? It was actually 5000 Ryo right? Wrong!

After I paid for the fare I asked how on earth such a thing could exist, the man told me that the owner of many casinos in the Land of Moon had this boat made to travel from different countries to the Land of Moon and back in order to increase the amount of people at the Land of Moon. Not only that but how it was set up a person could travel from country to country just by taking this single boat to the Land of Moon and then waiting until it sailed to the country you wanted to go to.

I entered the boat and ran around the many decks for a few hours; eating some cheap, yet good, food and watching people do everything from gamble to play games to playing sports to fighting in an arena that was on the boat! As I watched a thirty year old, lightly armored swordsman strike down his third victim, he called out a challenge. “Ha! Nobody could dare defeat me! I am the bladed god! I challenge any fighter that can hear me to a fight!” It was an open invitation to fun! “I’ll fight you! It sounds like fun! *Arf!*” At this the crowd and the man would begin to laugh. “Ahahahahahaha! You think I, Hozashi Choi, the greatest weapons master ever, would be beat in a weapons only match against a barking kid?!?” Oh no he didn’t! I just wanted to have fun, but he took it too far! “We’ll see who’s laughing when you’re on the ground! *Arf!*”

I entered the caged arena, taking my place in front of Choi. “And what are you going to fight me with? Your sharp tounge?!?” The crowd burst into more laughter. I took out my staff and attached the scythe head on the end, forming an eight foot long pole with a three foot long blade on it. The crowd became silent at seeing my weapon, compared to the long sword that Choi was using it seemed like a giant. “Alright! *Arf!*” I psyched myself up, the ref ringed the starting bell and the battle started.

“Aaaaaaaaah!” Choi would rush forward with his blade held in both hands, he would slash through the air and release a shockwave of chakra. It was close but I managed to dodge the attack. ‘Damn, I didn’t know he could use chakra…’ I had to reevaluate my strategy. ’I guess I’ll just use the same technique against him!’ I moved my scythe down quickly to block the oncoming sword attack and shoved the man backwards. I was at the right range to use the technique!

I focused on my scythe and focused on sending that chakra out like he had, if he could do it then so could I! I could feel a slight pulse emanate from the metal weapon, I began to rush forward quickly with a Sugizou with the scythe dragging behind me. The entire thing only took half a second; the man had hardly recovered from me pushing him backwards when I attacked. “Take some of your own medicine! *Arf!*” A small shockwave of chakra emitted forward as I swung the scythe upward, Choi blocked the attack with his weapon. At the same time I swung the scythe back downward, the staff section knocked Choi hard on the head and smashed his skull; the man was instantly put out as the heavy blade had added to the weight of the attack.

I had a good time on that boat, a bit of relaxation, some fun running around the decks on the boat, some fun running from the guards on the boat >_>, and even a bit of gambling and a few good pranks involving fake explosions (Hence the reason for the whole guard running thing…) About five hours after the ship had set sail though the entire guard squadron on the ship converged together in order to stop me from gambling illegally and disturbing the guests. It took two dozen guards, two nets, a dog, three children, and a scuba tank in order to finally trap me…

I was quickly tied up in an empty room. “Hey! I paid to have fun on this ship! Not to be arrested! *Arf!*” The guards all left silently, only the last guard sawing anything. ”You should have thought about that before you started causing trouble.” *Thonk* The door was closed and I was left in the dark tied up… unable to make handsigns and with Kaito tied up in a hammock type rigging that kept him from wiggling loose. “Well… damn…”

After a long time… days I think… too many days to count… about 4 actually… of being tied up and given only fair three meals a day, the guards came to where we where. “Oi! I nearly forgot about you guys! We’ve been docked at the Land of Moon all day!” The guard quickly cut me and Kaito down and out of our knots. “Thanks… can I have a refund?” I thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask… “Sure, I guess you didn’t get your full trip anyways.” And just like that I was handed back my 500 Ryo. “Sweet! *Arf!*” With money in hand I’d run out the door and leave the ship before anyone decided to change their mind and throw me overboard while out at sea or something.
