Drawback: It is possible to dodge the spikes with enough given speed. In order to achieve maximum damage, the opponent must actually be hit with both phases of the technique. Requires a large enough water source to perform the technique. Drains an "E" Rank amount of chakra per pillar per turn from the user to maintain spikes past the first turn of creation.
Description: One of the most frightening Suiton techniques to ever have been created, Juugo Kasui Are Kara Joukai Ame, or Fifteen Spikes That From Heaven Rain, is capable of doing incredible amounts of damage. Performing the required handseals, the user channels chakra into the water around them. Lifting up fifteen portions of water, the water itself will shape into a large spike, about four meters in height and one meter in width at its' widest point. These spikes, made out of highly condensed water, rise up a total of about fifteen meters into the air. Then, directed by the user's hands, the spikes will descend downwards from the sky at startling speeds, making them difficult to dodge if used correctly. The user can have all the spikes come down at once, or can delay them and drop them as he or she wills, but to delay their drop requires additional expenditure of chakra. The spikes themselves, due to their speed and condensed water form, are each capable of dealing a "B" Ranks amount of damage. However, a second after the spikes make impact with something, they will detonate with a concussive water force, dealing an additional "C" rank amount of damage to anything within three meters of the spike.
Limit: Must have the Water Release. Must have Ochiru Ame "B" Rank. Requires 500 TP in Suiton techniques before this ability can be learned.

Nyustukyi was standing in front the middle of a field. He looked around smiling, he knew what he was about to do. It was going to take some time, it was going to take some power, but still he would do it. He was about to perform a jutsu that was given to man from the heavens. The attack itself was a Water Release Jutsu. This water jutsu was that of a heavenly nature. It was so strong that most high class ninja even were scared of it. The fact is, that this jutsu was unbelievably hard to perform. The main reason was it took a special few who could perform such a jutsu. To make such an amount of water took a legendary caliber of ninja. The question that entered Nyustukyi’s mind was, Was he capable of performing the jutsu?

Only one way for him to find out. He began to focus his chakra and his mind. Finding his resolve to perform the jutsu. In itself the jutsu was of the highest class of jutsu. It was called “The Fifteen Spikes that from Heaven Fall”. As the name implied the jutsu created fifteen spikes that from mid air dropped down upon the opponent or opponents. Now that might not seem too great of a jutsu to learn right? Wrong. Simply put this jutsu could end entire squads or platoons, unlucky enough to be caught in it. The jutsu was not making fifteen small or medium size spikes that came down. In fact saying spikes was rather misleading in Nyustukyi’s mind.

Now you see This jutsu created fifteen columns of water. That is right, columns of water. This is why it was so hard to use, and so hard to make. Not to mention it was so scary. The jutsu itself, made you make fifteen very large columns of water. That came crashing down at the users choice and command. Then the water would splash outwards in a massive riptide of power for a few meters. This was the deadly part. He looked around and took a deep breath. He had enough room to perform this jutsu. Even with his mastery over water and Kaishin it would be hard. However, thanks to his Kaishin mastery it would be a lot easier for him than normal ninja. Thus he began to practice the hand seals.

This jutsu actually took a rather long string of hand seals to perform. As such Nyustukyi would repeat the half seals over and over until he finally got the hand seals down. Only after that would he begin the jutsu. He kept practicing and practicing. Getting faster with time, as he learnt the hand seals. His hand now doing a graceful dance of death he knew better than to just keep his eyes off his hand seals. One small mistake and he could kill himself in trying to summon the massive jutsu. He shuddered at the thought of the water spikes coming down upon his head due to the mistake. He smiled, he would learn them enough to where he wouldn’t make such a mistake.

Nyustukyi began the hand seals over and over. Sweat coming from his forhead as his practicing took over his entire concentration. He focused his chakra beginning to make sure each hand seal was correct. Then he began to perform the half seals, making sure each of the half seals were correct as well. At his current level it took him twenty hand seals to do the jutsu. He smiled and watched the jutsu going over and over in his head. He knew what it was suppose to look like. However, he had never seen the actual jutsu. You see the teacher in the school house had been scared to even try it. Even by themselves it scared them for the cost of chakra it would take. Still he would perform he jutsu he had not choice in the matter. His mind was made up.

This jutsu would be the key stone in his training. His mastery of the elements was something he wanted. Something that he would be proud of. This would be one of the tests to prove that he was worthy enough to go on and train in the other elements even more. To become a true avatar of the Hidden Mist. He would do it, he would become the one that mastered all the high class jutsu of the releases. He knew that he could master this jutsu and he finally felt ready enough to perform the jutsu. To actually perform the jutsu and make the pillars of water that stood before him. Well to be more correct above him. He would begin with the hand seals, the two handed hand seals. Once he got them down pat, then he would move on to one handed half seals.

He focused his chakra an dclosed his eyes. Beginning the hand seals for the jutsu. Summoning forth his chakra form his body in one massive push of power. He knew this would be the crowning moment in his training. Well at least one of them. This would be the crowning achievement in the water release. As such he focused his chakra and began to have the chakra focus and summon forth more water. He was making water in the air above him. This was the part that really counted. He watched as the water was formed and focused. He smiled as the water stood there before him. He begant o stack the water in the air together. Making it into a giant pillar of water.

He focused he was making one pillar at the current moment. It was taking all his concentration to perform this task. It would take even more to try and make two, or three. He could not even imagine fifteen, not right now at least. He k new this jutus would be something he would have to try again and again at. He smiled, that was ok, he really didn’t mind that. He focused his chakra and began to try and make the second, before his was done with the first. The second began to take shape then the water broke and fell to the earth. Watering the grass beneath it. He smiled as the first fell and a down pour of water hit the earth. It splashed upon him, he was wet. But he was not washed up.

Nyustukyi began to look out over the water stained land and smiled to himself. He could and would make this jutsu his own. He began the hand seals to summon forth more water. He smiled and began to increase the amount of water he was creating above him. He would make this jutsu his own if it killed him. It made more and more water form and focused it above his head. Then with a great thrust of his own chakra he had the water form into a straight pillar of water. He smiled, one down now begin the other one. He focused and there created a second pillar. His chakra was making the water form and focus. This was the best thing he needed. He focused more chakra and more chakra. Pumping it into the air around him, into the air above him.

Watching the water forming he smiled and focused even more. The water begant o take even higher shape and he smiled. There above him was half the second pillar and he would have to keep it up but he could do this. He focused his chakra and the water rose higher. The level of water becoming a great pillar in itself. He watched as the water took the final level of strength above him. He knew that if he could just add more chakra into the jutsu he could do this. He began to increase the level of chakra into the jutsu. The third pillar began to take form and the water broke immediately. The water fell to the earth and the tried to hold the other two. He managed it somehow he did and he smiled.

Now for another one. He held out enough chakra and pushed it into the air. He began to make the third pillar all over again. The water broke once again and fell to the earth. He cursed and as he did, he lost control of his other pillars. The fell to the earth and he was hit with a massive burst of water. Pushed to the ground under the strength of the water he stood up. He was wet, and looked like he had just been through rain storm. It didn’t bother him he stood up and looked at the sky. Time to try again, he knew it would be a trick to do, but he would. He smiled to himself, the first thing however was first.

He would rest, and regain his chakra before he tried it again. He sat down in the wet grass and ground. He looked up at the sky he would learn how to make the jutsu that fell from the heavens his own. He would be one of the select few that could perform such a jutsu. He took a deep breath and his chest rattled with the cold that had besieged him from the cold water. He still looked up, he was not deterred. He would just regain his energy and begin anew. Just like he always did and just like he always would do. This was nothing new to him and he would master this jutsu to night if he must. Because well, he must, he must master it for his own sake.

Nyustukyi began another round of hand seals after regaining his breath. His mind still wondering with how he would pull of such a feat as summoning the water spikes. He would find a way even if it was just guts and determination. He smiled and began to focus his chakra, then he began to have the water gather. The water gathered in three places. He watched as the water grew and the level increase in each. It was hard work to perform this, but he would do it. He would increase the amount of water he had in each one. He forced himself to do so and he began to increase the amount of chakra in the jutsu.

He had faith in himself, and in his abilities. He had mastered Wind, and Water, as well as Ice. His bloodline was under his mastery as well. The other elements would fall in line as well. This jutsu was the water jutsu that would not escape him. He was a master of the water release. As such he would master this jutsu. What was more was that he was a Kaishin water master, which meant one thing. He really would master this jutsu. He could create water with his mastery of water or mastery of his bloodline. Adding in both he would have more of an advantage. His control over his chakra was supreme and only a few could out do him in that fact.

He began to increase the amount of water the flowed into the pillars looking at the sight that he was not helping to create. He had three pillars of water standing above him, not directly however. Each were suspended in midair and each were half way full. This was the perfect thing he could do. He smiled as his water was now increasing and as the pillars began to increase in time and power. He was smiling at the speed of his pillar making. It was increasing and he was amazed he could make three at once now. He smiled even more when he began to increase the amount of chakra in the jutsu. He watched the pillars, they were stable.

The thought then entered his mind. Should I increase the amount of chakra and make a fourth pillar of water? He began to take a deep breath and focus his chakra into his mind and body. Then with a massive push he increase the amount of chakra the flowed forth from his body. He watched ina we as the water rose to the heights he was hoping. He was not going for the fourth pillar. He would settle with having the three. At least for now, not any later, just for now the three would matter. Then he began to increase the amount of chakra that flowed forth from his body. He smiled, this was perfection he must admit.

Nyustukyi began to rest. The forming of three pillars of water was very tiring, and very stressful. He took a deep breath and began to relax even more. Understanding that if he rushed head long into the training he would die. He began to relax and take deep breaths. Understanding what he was going to do he was now sitting very comfortably in the wet water. After he had dismissed the jutsu the water had fell to the earth and soaked him once again. This had not bothered him really, just more or less made him wet. The ground and grass was also wet, which also made him annoyed.

He really didn’t like mud to much. He more or less like to stay dry. Odd for a water master and Kaishin right? Still he had his reasons it reminded him of the night his fmily had died. He had just gotten out of a shower. Still he knew better and began to increase his chakra even more. His heart was getting heated with the memory, and he wished he was there now. He wished he could go back in time. He smiled and began to increase the amount of chakra in the air. Break time was over it seemed. He began the hand seals, his hands springing into life. Crossing over one another and becoming even more enchanting.

His chakra was focused and targeting one thing and one thing only. To make the jutsu he wanted, that he needed. He watched the pillars slowly start to form. This time four pillar began to form instead of three. He watched the water pour into the jutsu. Not literally pour, more like appear. He smiled the water was appearing at a faster rate than normal, this was a sign to him. A sign that he was getting use to the jutsu which of course was good enough for him. Then he began to increase the amount of chakra that he was sending into the jutsu itself. More chakra more power the and the faster the jutsu formed.

He smiled as the jutsu formed faster and faster. The pillars of water began to increase and grown in size. Becoming taller and taller. This was pretty much what he wanted to see. He wanted the jutsu to be finished, to have mastered it, but this was just a small stepping stone to that. He smiled at that knowledge and he watched the jutsu begin to get faster and faster. He smiled as the jutsu grew in size and power. A bit more was needed. The four pillars were now towering over him and he smiled. They were almost there, at the point of climax. Once there he would have the jutsu under his control at 4 pillars. That is all he really needed for now is four.

Nyustukyi began to lwet the jutsu go. Watching the water pillars fall to earth in a great cascade of water. He knew that he could have had them come crashing down at his own choosing still he likes this better. The man reason for this was simple really. As the water came down he enjoyed the waterfall, the rain was calming. It helped him relax and after the first shock of the cold on his skin, it would let him go ever so quietly. Thus allowing him to regain his energy ever so much simplier. Relaxing his muscles and his emotions. He took a deep breath and began to increase the amount of chakra he focused into the jutsu. He smiled almost done with this jutsu. Once he was done he could easily get up and go if he wanted.

He then sat down, letting himself relax even more. Watching his body relax was boring but he had to. If he over pushed his body he could do great harm to himself and to those around him. He began to take deep breaths that helped his body relax even more. As he did this he looked around, just a little bit more chakra regained and he could easily just perform the jutsu again. He had to regain all the chakra he ahd just burnt. This was the time and place that he did this and he smiled. He took a deep calming breath that relaxed his muscles. He then shook out his cramps and stood up and looked up into the sky. Time to being his training once again.

His hands sprung up into a defiant dance against the stillness that they had been. The motion in the air was a blur, each hand seal being performed in accordance with his own whims. The hand seals themselves each represented that of a zodiac animal and that was the purpose fo this jutus in a way. To have something fall from the zodiac animals themselves. Fifteen things to be exact that was all that was needed. He smiled and his energy began to rise and reach another peek. He was close to having the jutsu performed. The water began to be created and rise in the air in five tall pillars. He watched the water form.

The water itself was forming at an alarming rate, this was amazing to him. He smiled at this and watched the forming of the power. It was something he wanted to see. Just a few more, ten more, and he would have this jutsu under his control. He watched the five pillars form, more water forming them. He smiled the water was slowly taking shape now. The limits of his speed was reached, but still he was not angry. As long as the jutsu kept forming he really didn’t care. He watched the water form and there saw it. He was there, he had the jutsu made at the level he knew it at. The five pillars of water now stood above him and he smiled at their sight, so beautiful.

Nyustukyi began to regain his chakra, while trying to hold all five pillars above him. He held them there, it was draining but not by much. He then stood up from his sitting place that is. Then he walked to the next area where he wanted to stand. He was now standing out from under the five pillars of water. He stood on a tree stump that was left over from the tidal wave. He stood there and then controlled each of the five pillars to come crashing down to the earth. At first he only controlled one to come crashing down, and it did so in a nice fashion. Hitting the ground the wash out went out in three meters in all directions.

Nyustukyi smiled at this and then had two more fall to the ground. Sure enough he was out from each reached three meters and the water was heavy upon the ground. He stood there looking at this and noticed the water. He was standing in a place where the water wouldn’t touch him really. The whole purpose of being on the log was so the water didn’t hit him. He then had another pillar come crashing down to the earth. It hit the earth and caused minor damaged. He smiled, perfect and more water came out. Now only one pillar was left and he smiled. He had the final pillar come down in a crashing manner. It was the farthest away but because of the water already on the ground, the water caused an up rushed of more water. He smiled.

That was perfect, the water rose and his feet were wet. At least the bottom parts of them and he smiled. You can’t always get what you wanted huh? Then he began to focus his chakra and make more of the hand seals. Each of his hands tossing and turning over one another. He smiled this was the best thing he had ever learnt he must admit. The water was rising with power and he smiled at this, it was simply amazing. He was now focusing his chakra and letting water form into six pillars. That is right six pillars, he had nine more to go. He smiled at this, he would do so with more training.

He watched the chakra focus and the power of the water was astounding to him. The fact that it had dented the earth was just straight up amazing. Then combine the power if the water, that must be one heck of an attack. He felt bad for anyone who it hit and he looked up. So close to having the six pillars half way up. He smiled they were so close to being there. He focused more chakra and sure enough they were the at half way point. He began to smile and increase the amount of chakra in the jutsu even more. This was just amazing how fast he was learning this jutsu. He must admit he was really out doing himself on some aspects. Others remained horrid as usual.

Nyustukyi began to increase his chakra even more and focused it into a single channel of power. He would finish forming the sixth pillar of water before moving on. He was at three fourths of the way there just needed a little bit more and he could. He took a deep breath, he was reaching his limit to how fast he could make the jutus and he smiled. Soon he would be at the brink of his abilities. Nonetheless, he would go on with guts if he had to. He never gave up on a jutsu and he wouldn’t begin now. He watched the sight fo the six pillars take form and he smiled to himself. Such an amazing jutsu was surely something to behold with such a sight that it would bring a smile to one’s face.

That is unless you were the one on the receiving end. Then it would just bring disappear that much he was sure on. Even he was thinking that if he was on the other end of this jutsu he would be scared. Still he began to pump more chakra into the jutsu. Knowing that this would add to the pillars and he smiled at that. The pillars now stood at full height and he smiled, that was an amazing sight. Six pillars of water that now stood above him was just utterly amazing. He closed his eyes, taking in the darkness of his eyelids. Taking some deep breaths, trying to regain his breath. The small amount of chakra being taken from his body for the jutsu.

Then he opened his eyes and the pillars fell to the earth with a sudden and massive crash that shattered earth. Nyustukyi knew that even if the bear had been under that that the bear would be dead for sure. He smiled and began to increase the amount of chakra he was pulsing into the jutsu. He knew that wa the only way to truly make more pillars. Still right now he had a small wave of water coming forward. His hands were a blur of half seals and a shield of ice took shape. It blocked the water from touching his skin and he smiled. That was all he really needed was a shield of ice.

To his amazement the water managed to crack his shield of ice which was amazing to him. He began that hand seals once again. This time he would summon more water and more pillars. Seven would be the amount of pillars he would summon this time. He focused his chakra and began to create the creations of water andwatched the water form upwards. He smiled as the water began to take shape in the shape of giant towers of water. That was the shape of this jutsu and he smiled at this. He then began to increase even more amounts of water. This was the most amazing thing he could see. He smiled and then there above him stood seven half way completed water pillars.

Smiling at the sight of the half way completed pillars he began more chakra to rush forward from his body into the jutsu. He watched as the jutsu took shape and form. The pillars quickly took the shape and were three quarters of the way done before it took him. What was it? The energy drain that came form making and keeping the pillars up for so long. He was now performing more and more hand seals to keep the jutsu up. He knew he could do it if given the chance, he could keep the jutsu going. He would have to. He was so close to making seven pillars of water it was so close. Then he stood back looking at the sight. Then smiled as he focused his chakra.

The chakra worked perfectly to creating the water as he had trained it to. Then there was the final product. Seven fully made pillars of water at which he just could do nothing more than smile. He then let the water fall down to the earth. He did not have the pillars crash, not instead he had the water just fall to the ground. That was the thing he really wanted to happen. He then reformed more hand seals and he began to increase the amount of chakra he was pushing to the jutsu. He was going to try again. This time he was going to have eight. He knew that doing it without a break would take a toll on him but he had no fear of that. Only by pushing yourself do you truly gain anything. That was the truth.

He pushed more chakra into the jutus and watched the jutsu rise with power. Pillars, eight of them, started to be made. Water being created and being formed right before his eyes, the pillars added to their height. Water making them up and building them to their full stature. He watched and smiled as the eight pillars were now a quarter of the way done. It was taking a lot out of him to do this. His body was tired and ragged from the training but he would do it. He would master this jutsu and he looked around him. The water from the previous jutsus had made a small pond. He smiled he didn’t care and he jumped onto his ice shield. He had rebuilt the shield with more ice made from the water of the jutsus.

He then watched as the pillars closed into three fourths of the way done. He smiled and focused more chakra sending it into the jutsu. Watching as the jutsu grew, the pillars becoming taller. He smiled and began to watched the pllars grow and grow and grow. Finally they were at their full height and Nyustukyi fell to a knee. It had taken a lot out of him to do that. He sat there as the water fell and it looked like a down pour had sent it. The water washed into the shield which stayed strong. Little water reached Nyustukyi. He took a deep breath. Eight down now he only had seven more to go. He could do it, he knew he could do it.

Smiling as his finished product crashed to the ground he looked on as the wave of water rose and touched the shield of ice he had created earlier. He needed to add make more pillars if he was going to master this jutsu. He knew he could nad he knew he would and he smiled as he began to focus his chakra. He pushed his chakra into the air and sure enough the hand seals of the zodiac began. He was performing half seals this time, mainly because he needed to. He needed to use the jutsu with half seal in order to truly master the jutsu. He had been using two handed hand seals the entire time. Now he went to the real thing.

You see in actual combat Nyustuyki would use the half seals not the tow handed, as he would have a sword in that hand. He watched on as the half seals began their dance and smiled. He focused his chakra upwards and the push fo the chakra made more water form. Pillars of water took shape and took power then stood over Nyustukyi. He smiled, he was only a quarter of the way down with eight pillars but he knew he could finish them. He had before and he had been in a weakened state at that time. He took a deep breath and looked on as the chakra began to make more water.

He controlled his chakra very well and always had. The Kaishin Bloodline members actually controlled their bloodline rather well all the time. He guessed this was because of the control it took to use two elements at once. Using wind and water to perform jutsus. This was easy for him now since he was a master fo both wind and of water. He smiled and increased the amount of chakra flowing into the jutsu and watched the pillars of water get taller before his very eyes. He smiled they each were half way done now. He had eight of them in the sky above him suspended there.

He knew that it took a lot of chakra to do this jutsu. Still he was not scared to do this. He increase the amount of chakra he could gather into the place. The pushed it higher and higher, knowing that this would make the water go higher and higher. That was the goal of the move, to get the pillars of water completely built. He understood that the jutsu would take a lot of his chakra to perform but still. After this he would only have seven more pillar to go and he would have mastered this jutsu. He smiled he was going to master this jutsu today. He increased his chakra and began to build the pillars up. Then he smiled, they were fully built now.

A storm began to settle in on an island in the water country. It was considered abandoned but still in the area of the Mist Village. On a small boat thugs began to row there. You see they had lost contact with some of the allies a while back. They were out for blood since they knew why their friends had come here. To hunt down and kill a girl who had made them look like fools. The men knew what the girl looked like and that is what they needed. No need for a name, and they knew she was on the island…Alone. It was perfect for the, revenge was in order. They landed on the island and unloaded the boats with themselves and their weapons. The gang of men that venture forward were only a gang of ten.

All armed, each with some sort of weapon. Whether it be sword or axe or some other weapon. The men traveled the entire island until they hit a clearing where they saw a small cabin. The wind blew up and they approached the cabin with caution. They peered inside and saw no one was home. Then one of the men looked out and saw a figure with long hair standing in the middle of a flooded field. They looked at her and began to all see it was the girl. At once they all charged her with their swords and weapons raised high. Her attention was caught and she turned around to see them charging her. Scream little girl you are about to die. they all thought as they approached the defend less young maiden.

They couldn’t be more wrong than to think that. The girl smiled and they all wondered why she was smiling. Her hands behind her back she gazed at them as they came closer and closer. Then she revealed a hand sign from behind her back. It was only one hand sign and not two. They slowed and laughed at her. Did she really think that would scare them? They would kill her with ease, she was no ninja. No ninja could perform a jutsu with only one hand. This much was common sense and the closed in on her slowly. She began to smile and laugh at them. The were confused and then with one hand she pointed upwards to the sky.

It had started raining. The rain was great but that was not why the men’s stares were frozen in fear. Why they stood mouths open like turkeys in a rain storm. No, because there above them stood fifteen large pillars of water. Each one larger than a man. They all went white with fear and looked at the woman. ”Glad you’re here. You all get to see my new jutsu I learnt today. I just mastered it. Tell me what you guys think.” she said and with that the pillars fell upon the men. Some being crushed by them, the rest being knocked down and drowned by the wash out of the jutsu. None of them were left standing. The woman smiled and did a few hand seals and skated across the water and bodies. She skated to the hill and into the cabin where she warmed up.

Nyustukyi smiled at his mastery of water. It was such a beautiful thing, but the storm raging above him left him with one more thing to think about. His mastery over lightning. He had not really trained in the lightning release, which was in the end a downfall for him in a few fights. He had lost do to his lack of knowledge in how to fight using the lightning release. He looked into the sky and vowed he would learn something that helped him defeat any and all who dared use lightning against him. He took a deep breath and looked at a tree. There was one jutsu he knew about that was of great strength. He knew that the jutsu would cause great damage to himself if he was not careful.

Still he was going to try his hand at this jutsu nonetheless. He looked out and saw a tree in the field. He took that as his target, but the first thing he must do was hand seals. He would have to practice his hand seals before actually trying his hand at the jutsu. He began to use his hand seals, doing two handed hand seals instead of the regular half seals which he always used. His hands were slow at first, so he could get the movements down. As he did so he memorized each one into his mind and into the very muscle tissues of his body. This would make it were all he need to do is think the jutsu, and the hand would spring to life on their own.

He must make sure each was correct and he did exactly that. At the end of the hand seals he held the Ox hand seal. This was because this jutsu used the Ox hand seal as a controlling hand seal. Allowing the performer to control the bolt of lightning to their bidding. This was true enough a powerful attack but also very dangerous if the person was careful. Nyustukyi breathed in a deep breath and began to think about what else he should do. He wondered if he could try and bump the speed up a notch or two. His hands crossed one another in a never ending dance and he smiled. They were working wonderfully and he was doing excellent with this jutsu training so far.

He then began more hand seals at a faster speed understanding that this was a very hard thing to do. His hands moving fast and furiously he made sure he kept the right hand seals the entire time. From time to time he would slow down when he hit a rough patch of hand seals. He knew that he was doing a high level jutsu. In fact it was a very high level jutsu for him to be training. The jutsu in its own rights was of the highest tier and as such something he didn’t want to mess up on. These jutsus were deadly as he very well knew. The other one that could possibly match it was the Fifteen Spikes that from Heaven fall. That jutsu was a top tier for the water release like this one was for the lightning release.

What was the jutsu that he was planning on using? It was called simply the Laser Storm Technique. The results of the jutsu was in itself astounding. It would call down a bolt of lightning that would fry anything it touched. Add to the fact that it can be guided made it all the deadlier. He simply had to master this jutsu, he had to. He began to concentrate his chakra into vast amounts trying to get more and more chakra into the area of his choosing. He had managed to get the two handed hand seals down now it was time for something else. He needed to get the half seals down or else he would be in for some trouble. He took a deep breath and his hands flew into life.

His eyes were now closed as he saw the hand seals he was suppose to do. Going down the list in his mind and using his control over his hands to perform them. He knew them to be a strong match for two handed users. The difference was simple really. Two handed users you see, hand to bring their hands together to perform their arsenal of jutsu. While on the other hand, those who knew half seals did not. This meant they could talk, hold stuff, and do things normal ninjas couldn’t do. The whole point for him learning it was for these reasons. He could hold a sword and shoot off one thousand ice senbon at his opponents. This was the effect of having the halfs seals mastered.

Not only that however, there was one other thing. The thing that he must admit he found to be quite well used. He didn’t have to move his arms. This meant he could just stand there, under his cloak, and his opponent would be caught. He knew that this was merely a small thing, but it was a big thing to him. Surprise would be on his side for this. While some could have tags on blades in their hands, he could be summoning a water prison or something worse. He smiled as he repeated the list of half seals once again in his head, and following with his hands. He was enjoying this rather much.

The he began to speed down the list once again. He smiled and performed more and more hand seals. He was repeating the number of hand seals he was using. He understood that these were the best thing he could do. He took a deep breath and then he exhaled once again. He began to smile as he did so and his hands began to flux and his chakra followed suit. His smiled on his face grew as he knew he was ready for another round of training. This time, he would use chakra, and try to use a lightning bolt this time. He would see if he could get it on one go, but he somehow doubted he would. He smiled, that never meant he wouldn’t try to.

Feeling now was the time he took a deep breath and began to walk father out into the field. He was going to really call up a monster of an attack. He was going to really enjoy it as well. That is if he didn’t fry himself in the process. He took a deep breath and began to gather his chakra together in his stomach. This jutsu would require a very big price. A price he was ready for after only a second or two of preparation. He took deep breaths, controlling his breathing understanding what it meant if he didn’t. It was much eacier to perform a jutsu if you had your breathing under control. The steady and constant breathing help you concentrate.

He looked towards the sky and pushed his chakra forth into the sky itself; focusing it, concentrating it, channeling it. All this was for one reason and only one reason. He was trying to summon a storm up. Doing so he would then create a bolt of lightning. Something that could be controlled and then used as a weapon for him. The jutsu would destroy anything that he chose to use it against. The strongest defenses would fall to this jutsu. He smiled, that was all he really needed, just one shot with this jutsu. He took another deep breath in through his nose. Then he exhaled it from his mouth. The long extended gust coming from his nostrils made a cooling breeze.

He focused and saw a few clouds starting to form. Only white clouds, he needed to turn them dark and make them raging storm clouds. This was the only chance he honestly had if he was going to accomplish this goal. He took another deep breath and focused once again. Pushing more chakra into the sky he focused. Charging the sky with his own energy trying, and hoping, that he could make the entire sky his weapon of power. He focused looking at the sky and seeing the clouds grow bigger and fatter with his chakra. He fed them more and more until the patches of clouds formed together and became one.

He looked at the massive cloud complex he had made and smiled focusing more chakr.a So close only a little more, just a little more and her would have the goal completed. At least, this step in the overall goal in making a laser storm. He smiled and watched the cloud form and darken. At first it was a small outline of grey and then it grew darker. The shades of color moving from light grey, to dark grey, to black. Then it looked as if night itself had befallen the island and he could tell that the storm was building. He would only need a little bit more time and he would have what he needed. A raging storm complex, clouds full of fury, just waiting to be unleashed.

He was so close to actually having the thing he wanted created. The sky was dark with fury and power. The powder keg was just waiting to be tapped into and unleashed. He would use this power to attack something that would be his test. The next part was to make the lightning come down and attack something. He would just settle for getting the lightning to come down without killing him. He took a deep breath and then looked up at the sky. Still holding the chakra there as the storm brewed and started to gather. He focused more chakra and then he pushed more chakra outwards. In his mind he knew what he wanted, but to grasp it with his body was another task in itself.

He smiled and focused his chakra into the area and there he watched, waited, and wondered what would happen next. His mind drew a blank at exactly how he would draw chakra from the sky in the shape of a lightning bolt. The static power that was in the air was high he just did not know how to grab it. He focused his chakra nad began to channel more chakra into the area. Focusing he began to pour more chakra into the area. He would just have to fly this one out with his guts and only that. His instinct is what was meant by his guts. He focused his chakra and began to gather it, forming it. Focusing it into a long line of electric power and might. He breathed outwards and then looked towards the sky.

He would bring the bolt down on something, and he took aim at a log fifty meters away. He took another deep breath and focused the lightning would start to form he knew and he waited, and watched. The lightning came down in one long line of power. However, it only got a quarter of the way before dissipating into thin air. He fell to his knees breathing heavily. Sweat was falling from his hair and soaking his body. He took a deep breath and looked up at the sky, the sky was starting to revert to their normal state of clam and gentle blue and white scenery. He looked at his body and realized he might have pushed himself a bit to far.

He stood up, his legs cracking as he did so. It took every ounce of strength he had to pull himself up from the ground. This jutsu had in itself caused himself to really be put through his paces. He took another deep breath, and it rattled in his throat. He knew he needed to rest, but he must rest only for a moment. Before the night was out he would have this jutsu under control. It would take a while but he knew he could do it. He knew he had the ability to perform this jutsu. The lightning release would not escape his mastery of it. He would master the lightning release even if it killed him. He took a deep breath and then moved closer to his hill. Upon which his wood shelter was located. It was a long walk, to say the least.

He took a deep breath and then began together more chakra in his body. Looking out upon the entire area. He knew that this was a sad state he was in. He could not believe that he was this weak. He understood that it was a strong jutsu to perform. Had he not mastered strong jutsu like this before? Had he not mastered and overcome three different release? His bloodline was also under his belt and a sword style. Was he really hitting the wall? He didn’t think so he took a deep breath and then focused his chakra some more. His anger at himself was building and with it his determination. He knew that this jutsu would be tough when he started the training. It didn’t mean he was going to give up. No the exact opposite, his resolve was building.

He closed his eyes and then saw one dream that he would grasp. He would be one of the strongest people at the chuunins. Regardless of what people thought. He took the deep breath opening his eyes and then smiled. His eyes were ice blue and his stare was cold and relentless. His opponents would be defeated by him and there was no if, ands, or buts, about it. He smiled and stood up feeling renewed and reenergized. He exhaled a deep breath from his lungs and smiled at it. He glanced at the sky, and knew what he must do. His opponent right now was the sky and this jutsu. He would defeat his opponent in this one day.

He began the string of hand seals that focused and guided his chakra. He knew that there was no stopping him once doing the hand seals. The chakra began to roll from his body finding its way to the sky. He smiled as he looked at the sky and he focused. He began to charge the chakra in the preexisting clouds. The clouds began to grow fat and happy with his chakra. Feeding them until they became a sea of clouds. He smiled, the clouds now began to darken. He was preparing himself for the next step. The summoning of lighting within the clouds. He inhaled a deep breath and began to gather himself in his mind and body.

Then he looked at the sky as it darkened. He heard Fenrir howl at the pickup of the wind. Nyustukyi was not scared of the wind. He was however amazed at the shear power fo a high level jutsu such as this. They really were forces of nature. He took a deep breath and began to gather his chakra in the area. The pressure soon gave way and streaks of lightning could be seen all about. He smiled that was what he wanted exactly. He focused his chakra and smiled at the sight he was seeing. It was time for him to begin to try and called down a beam of lightning. He focused his chakra and watched the beam of lightning begin to form and he watched himself call it down. One question did however pop into his head. If you piss the bed when you play with fire, what happens when you play with lightning?

Taking another deep breath Nyustukyi was caught in the sight of his own jutsu at work. He took another deep breath and smiled at the jutsu beginning. He stood and using his chakra broke the pressure that was in the sky. The tension gave way and lightning broke out at different parts of the sky. Like waves of light in the sea of clouds and he could on smile. Now it was time to call down a big lightning bolt, the bolt would be forty meters. The power would radiate a light blue, unlike most bolts of lightning. He smiled as the power began to gather. Taking a deep breath he took aim and locked on to a log that was fifty meters away from him. He knew this bolt would destroy the entire thing in just mere moments.

He smiled and began to push more chakra into the jutsu. Using his chakra as a marker he sent the chakra to form around the area the target was located at. Forty meters was a nice patch of land to be covered. He smiled, such a large area that even dodging it would be a very difficult thing to do. He would control the jutsu with on theory. Lightning followed a pathor were the opponent charges were. Basically, negative charge would draw forth a positive charge of lightning. Which is exactly what lightning was. A massive amount of a positive charge begin drawn to a negative charge. Which usually was the ground. The ground had a constant negative charge. It was when the negative charge became too much that lightning struck.

He would follow this basic concept and use his chakra to create a large negative area. He smiled and focused his chakra as the giant attack came crashing down. He looked upwards, the speed at which the jutsu was falling was unbelievable. By making the entire radius of forty meters around the target a negative area he would have the positively charge lightning bolt flow down like a moth to flame. The charge already set the trap would be sprung and the opponent would be nothing more than bones. In fact, he would have to experiment with making the opponent a negative charge. A walking, talking, and fighting negative charge. This would make his opponent almost certain of being hit by the attack.

He smiled and began to gather more chakra into the sky and the area. Understanding the effect that this would have on the ground. It would utterly destroy the land it hit. Scorching the entire grass with its power. The amount of chakra he was calling down would in itself destroy even his ice and other hard surfaces. He smiled he could easily destroy things with this jutsu. Even another high class Kaishin, if there was such a person out there. He stood and watched the attack. Smiling as he did so, he smiled at the attack. It hit the ground with a massive eruption of power and sounds soon after. He was in awe at the sight of the blue coming down upon the log, he could only stare at the sight of the slaughter. It was utterly beautiful.

The blue flash of pure power, and what could also be said to contain utter chaos, was coming down directly on top of a log. This log was the only target in the entire area for forty meters. At least Nyustukyi hoped that was the radius. Any farther and he would be completely destroyed by his own attack. Not even forming his own ice shield would protect him. As much as that sucks but still he would have no other course of action. Still he would have to take the risk, because it was kind of late right now. Funny huh? If it would be to big then well, he wouldn’t be able to change it right now would he? He smiled at that and then looked at attack coming down from the sky. He was still captured by sight of the attack.

He took a step back as the attack came down and he watched the attack landed. It destroyed the tree and anything else within the area of the attack. Nyustukyi was smiling at the power of the attack. He must master the power of the attack. To those who didn’t know better they would think that he had in fact done as was needed by the attack. However, he knew better and he knew two things that were wrong. The first was the fact that it was taking him way to logn to perform he jutus in its own right. He knew that he needed to increase the speed at which the jutsu was performed. He knew he could do it, just it would take more time for him to do it. He took a deep breath he was going to perform the jutsu again he knew it.

The second thing he saw that was wrong was the fact that he needed to make it hit the entire area. The attack had actually hit up to thirty meters and not fourty meters as it was suppose to. He took a deep breath and began to gather more chakra into his body. It was going to take a heavy toll for himt o do this once more. Still he would have to really put forth effort into this. He exhaled his breath and then focused his chakra more. He performed the hand seals understanding each one like it was a part of his body. He focused and opened his eyes focusing his eye sight on the embers of the burning tree trunk. He exhaled a deep and long held breath.

Then sent his chakra into the sky above him and watched the clouds gather. They gathered and darkened and above him he heard the roar of the thunder. Lightning striking throughout the entire area and he smiled. Time for him to truly increase the power of his attacks. He focused a bit more and knew that he would have to build up the electrical power in the clouds themselves. He held his chakra there and felt the pulsing power of the lightning current grow as he waited. He knew it would be only a few more seconds until he had the power ready. He smiled, he was getting faster and he knew how he would go through a few more training sessions with this jutsu.
