Name: Internal Gate Duty
Rank: B
IIC Length: 2 Days
Difficulty: Medium, 1 Chuunin or 2-3 Gennin
Description: Though little danger comes to Snow that the ANBU cannot handle, sometimes a little help is needed. Help defend the final, internal gate before the Snow Village in case the ANBU slip up.
Objective: Watch the gate for intruders. This should take eight posts.
Reward: 3,000 Ryo
Immediately to meet the three would be a group of ANBU, all smiles and grins because of the time off they'd have due to the taking of the mission. Normally, ANBU were assigned to patrol these parts endlessly and monotonously, but every so often, when someone took up the mission they could have a break. A small exchange again occured between the ANBU and the Shichidaime, resulting in a couple of laughs and pats on the back, before they walked off to their barracks for some rest.
"Shall we?"
With a small smile his arm motioned in the direction of the stretch of gate they'd be patrolling, the southern portion of the gate, where most of the action went down -- or rather, where most of the crime takes place. This portion of the gate had seen it all since Asato's reign, much to his own headache. Even bandits were known to get in through small cracks in the security. They would cause all sorts of trouble and even attempt to smuggle goods in/out.
In the night the crime increased even more, fights broke out due to the distance to some of the pubs/bars located in Yukigakure, and sometimes even unofficial ninja battles took place. This portion of the gate had been given beefed up security since Asato's taking over to almost no effect. It was an inevitability, the constant crime in the area being something Asato was informed happened since the reign of the first Yukikage. Nevertheless, the crime was always handled swiftly and professionally, he'd expect no less from his Ninja.
With a small slow gait, his hands within the confines of his pocket he began walking one length of the side of the gate, whistling aimlessly. Would one of these two strike up a conversation?
