Description: A new fixture is being constructed in Kusagakure. An institute for the sole purpose of studying plant life, the Herbology Research Institute will provide resources and assistants to any and all budding scientists in the field. They are looking for some ninja to help in the construction of the building.
Objective: Aid in the construction of the herbology institute. Pt. B construction consists of laying a metal structure and installing glass pannels on the three giant domes used to house plants. This should take 4 posts

Masakuni sighed, looking out at the half-completed Herbology Research Institute. It was sad that the village work wasn’t yet being done, especially for so important a building as this. He figured it might as well be his duty, as the sole Jounin of Kusagakure, to do it. He cracked his knuckles, stretching out slightly and looking at the vast expanse where the building was being constructed. The thing to do next was to acquire the metals for building the domes.

That was easy enough, he supposed. There were three domes to be constructed. Each of them was massive, and, as the name dome would lead one to believe, shaped rather like a sphere stuck halfway into the ground. They would be made of reinforced metal framing, with glass sheets to fit in between them. Masakuni nodded, cracking his knuckles again. Well, he better get started if he was going to get this done.

“Kage Bunshin no Jutsu.” He said, crossing his fingers in the appropriate seal position, dividing his chakra into one sixths as he created five clones around him. Without delay, each of the clones took a set of tools from the material yard, as well as hauling away a number of metal rods and framing supports. Their first and most important task would be setting up the domes of the three greenhouses. So that is what they would begin with...

Masakuni grinned as he and his clones formed a rough pentagram shape around the area were the dome was going to be formed. Each of them carried bolting and welding tools with them, as well as a great number of metal rods that would be used to establish the frame-work for the three great domes. He grinned, looking around for a second to ensure that the workers were clear of the area. He made a quick motion with his hand, signaling to his clones.

As one, the metallic pillars were driven into the ground. They bolted them down quickly, moving with the speed on the ninja. In perfect synchronization, they moved to the next pillar, like a slowly swirling whirlpool, as they circled around the wide base, establishing the first level of metal rods and bolting them into place. Then, with ninja-like grace and agility, the leapt atop the rods, moving in the same clock-wise fashion and attaching the next set of rods.

It wasn’t long before the dome was complete; Masakuni and his clones were perfectly systemic and methodical, forcing the rods together, bolting and welding them into place, and ensuring the entire construction was connected. They met at the top as they laid the final row of pillars, fusing them together at the top of the dome. The skeleton of the first dome was complete. It had taken a few hours, at most. Masakuni grinned. It was a good start.

The work, however, wasn’t done yet. He and his clones leapt from the top of the dome simultaneously, using chakra to arrest their fall and land safely on the ground. It was the maximum limit of distance even a skilled ninja such as himself could jump and use chakra to prevent their fall with. Any higher and he would have suffered damage from it. He looked at the spaces for the other two domes, considering for a moment.

“Suiton.” He murmured, forming hand seals and flowing the watery essence through his veins. “Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu.” Water around him rippled out of the free air, taking advantage of the powers of his Kekkai Genkai. His clones mimicked his action, and in a matter of moments, three clones had condensed around all six of the original creators. They looked at one another, their expressions identical.

“Go!” Masakuni yelled, and he and all his clones moved at high speed, hauling metal over to the other two dome areas and arranging themselves around them. As one, once more, all the stakes were forced into the foundations. With a flurry of motion, even faster than before, the domes were erected with lightning speed. It was frightening, how fast the creations worked; in a matter of an hour, both of the domes were erected, completed within minutes of one another.

“Almost done.” Masakuni murmured.

The final work left to do was to install the glass panes in all three domes. He considered for a moment creating further clones to do it, but he didn’t want to over exert his chakra. He was at nearly a tenth of his chakra remaining as it stood. Even for a medical specialist for himself, creating that many Kage Bunshin was a massive drain on his system. He sighed, cracking his neck and moving over to the glass panes.

“Careful now.” He said commandingly to his clones. Each one hefted a stack of glass panes are carefully brought them over to the domes. “Now go!” As one, once more, they each hefted a pane, fitting it into the base floor of the greenhouse domes. They had to be sealed into the frames, and they used an extremely powerful industrial adhesive, stored in caulk guns. They continued this process, repeating it at each level.

The adhesive fumes grew heady, soon, but he and his clones were fine. They were ninja, trained to deal with intoxicating or nauseating fumes and flavors. They simply ignored it, moving faster as they forced the glass into place. It was a credit to their creator that they didn’t break a single sheet. Before long, within two hours, both of the greenhouses had been erected. Now, they merely had to wait a little for the adhesive to settle.

“Alright, now it’s time to go get drunk!” Masakuni cheered, heading off to collect his pay.
