I'm confused about 1 small detail... it's sort of contradicts itself. It's to do with the Arishu Clan's 'Bullet ant Burn'. No offence to Masakuni or anything but this Technique really bugs me (no that was not a pun).Solution:Tamaari Yakedo (Bullet Ant Burn)
Rank: B
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The user directs a bullet ant to sting a foe.
Special: --
Drawback:. Causes no true damage.
Description: The user directs a bullet ant to sting the foe, transferring the ant to the foe by touch. The sting of the bullet ant is the most excruciating insect sting in existence, and the indescribable pain rushes throughout the body, immobilizing and debilitating the foe with the pure pain for three rounds.
Limit: Must be of the Arishu. Must have Hiari Wakari.
Bullet ants are not the strongest ant on earth but they do have the most painful bite. My character is part of the Arishu clan and i'm using bullet ants entirely, believe me when I say that bullet ants don't develop this skill. Bullet ants have a naturally developing venom which causes their bite to be painful, how am i meant to train this technique when by all means Bullet ants should by nature already have this bite venomous?
*I do realise that the technique also involves the user placing the ant on an opponent. Although ants by nature don't bite after been placed on someone.
In addition I noticed this technique is not limited to just bullet ant using Arishu members, ant hived do not cooperate with stranger ant hives in my understanding so how does someone use bullet ants if they command another sort of venomous ant? (an example might be the closely related Fire ants)
The other disadvantage is that until i learn this bite my ants cannot attack, therefore I cannot learn this technique or anything to do with biting:Aripiripiri Gyakujou (Ant Sting Frenzy)
Rank: C
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The user causes his ants to all sting the target at once.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: May sting the user too.
Description: The user forms the hand seal, sending out a subtle chakra signal that indicates to all their ants to sting whatever surface they are on immediately, causing a massive amount of pain on any foe struck by a large number of them.
Limit: Must be of the Arishu Clan. Must have Hiari Wakari.
This is more of a side note than anything else, bullet ant bites don't hurt as much singularly like the 'bullet ant Burn' suggests. They inflict excruciating and mind numbing pain when they sting in numbers.
Look I really hate complaining, but this B rank technique basically puts a leash on one of the 'not-so-dangerous' ants naturally occurring abilities of this world. I say not so deadly because all it does is jump out of trees, have the most painful (not damaging) sting in the world and have a high pitched scream. Compared to the soldier ant which can devour entire cattle in 15 minutes and build living structures with it's collective hive to cross most obstacle, the bullet ant isn't that dangerous. Yet most the Soldier ants natural abilities are C ranked or bellow.
I'm not suggesting that you lower the Rank of the bullet ant burn. I'm thinking it's probably time for a revamp, because this isn't the only contradicting I have seen. I think more research needs to be done into how different ant societies work.
I know how difficult it is to make techniques and categories ant, they vary so much.
Again I seriously don't like complaining, I know Masakuni would have spent hours upon hours making this clan. I'm sorry but I couldn't let this slip . It just unbalanced.
(ps.I have a habit of coming off rude and offensive sometimes, Please understand I really don't mean to come off that way)
