Nagito Hrashinema was concentrating letting his chakra flow into his feet . He stepped on the frizzing cold river and took out a shurikin and aimed for the 40 meter distant tree on the other river bank . He threw it and on the same time he started to close handseals and whispered wind style ! Gale Palm . The shurikin accelerated tremendously and past right threw the tree but bounced of a stone behind it . Nagito was happy with this accomplishment until he noticed that he had sunk knee deep into the driver

"Damn ! Not again"! Nagito shouted
"What is it little brother" ? Ran his sister asked
"I lost again my concentration" , he growled while pulling his feet out of the water .
"Come on you have accomplished something today" . she said in an attempt to cheer him up
" Well it wasn't to bad " , he said with a little cheer in his voice .
"But now you will have to go home " Ran said
" Why ? asked Nagito
" Have you forgotten ? " she asked Father wanted to start teaching you Waster style Raging waves "
"Oh yeah that will be great " Nagito exclaimed
To gether they went back to Kirigakure

"So those are the handseals for the jutsu " Yeroshu Nagitos father showed him .
" Ok I'll try " he formed the handseals for the water style raging waves jutsu . He put his forefinger and middle finger to his mouth and exhaled . A slim stream of water left Nagitos mouth and just bounced of the tree on which he was practicing .
"Damn . Why won't it work the way it should ?" Nagito asked his father .
"Well it's a pretty difficult technic don't expect to much of you ".
"Ok but I will give it another shot right now " Nagito stated
"But don't be disappointed when it doesn't work "
"I won't " Nagito said
He looked away from his father and activated his rinnegan Nagito didn't like that he had to hide his powers but it was necessary . Nagito again closed the handseals and exhaled again a gigantic stream of water came from his mouth and transformed the tree into a thew wet lumps and even cracked the stone behind the tree but then he fell to his knees because he was so tired now .
