Heightened Touch
Rank: "C" Rank
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: By having a heightened sense of touch a user can concentrate their chakra along their fingertips concentrating along the oil of the fingers to where the user guids their fingertips over ink created lettering so then a user can gain the ability of reading without the knowledge of brale.
Special: ---
Drawback: If the writing is smugged it takes more difficulty for the user to read. If there are no ink smuges or really if something was not created with ink, then the user will not be able to read.
Description: The user concentrates on their chakra as they push it down to their hands. Doing so the user concentrates on their chakra to gather, to wrap around the oils that accumilates against the fingers, as this happens the user guides their fingertips over bits and pieces of the lettering. The oils act like a reader as they move in and out of the skins as the brain waves capture the feel. Within the mind of the user they capture vibrant pictures that enables the user to somewhat "see" the letterings within the mind.

Sano silently made his way to the roof of his house and sat down atop the slanted tiles. His hands gripped a large scroll in his hand. His hands moved to feel every bit of this scroll his world narrowed down to the scroll, even his heightened hearing seemed to have shut off as he concentrated on his contemplations. He was still so far from truly being a member of the Shitakuma clan. It was in his blood to be one of them yet all he could do so far was see somewhat through his hearing. He still had much to learn and his father had expressed such. Now that Sano was a gennin the time to learn the academy basics was over and he needed to take the time out in order to focus on jutsus that would help him survive in this world. With this scroll his father had given him his first step onto that road. As Sano unraveled the parchment his hands only affirmed what his father had explained to him. The scroll was drawn in plain ink, no brail. Therefore, Sano was unable to read it as he was now. However, that would hopefully soon change. On the scroll was information on how to perform a certain jutsu that would give Sano another method of sight. In order to read the scroll his father had presented him with both a test and knowledge. He had explained to Sano a jutsu that Shitakuma members used in order to translate regular ink words into something even their blind clan could read.
His mind was sharp and Sano’s memory seemed to rewind recalling the words that his father had spoken almost perfectly. The explanation by itself had been somewhat confusing and Sano hadn’t been exactly sure if it would work, but his father would not lie to him about something concerning the clan and he was eager to continue with his growth in the shinobi arts. He exhaled and inhaled slowly calming his body. Even on the slant of the roof he was able to remain perfectly still not even the occasional breeze rocking him on the uneven footing. Such things like height and falling didn’t bother someone who couldn’t see just how far he would be dropping. When he felt that he had become relaxed enough to truly concentrate he began calling forth the chakra that pitted itself in the center of his being. He willed it to come forth. As he felt his body become warmer he shifted that pulse of chakra from something that spread completely throughout his whole body to pushing it towards his fingertips.
What he was doing was no easy feat. Sano had to not only make sure that he was keeping a firm control over the chakra so that it pooled only at his fingertips. However, he had to get just the right amount of chakra to form there. If he attempted to call too much it would be too difficult to keep it steady long enough to read the words given the very small space he was trying to push it in. If Sano concentrated too little an amount then there wouldn’t be enough chakra for him to even pick up on the words. When Sano felt that he had formed enough chakra at his fingers he attempted to wrap it around the oil that gathered there. He would need the oil on his fingertips to help formulate the images that he would then read as he poured them over the scroll. He felt his eyebrows furrowed as he fought against the need to spill more chakra down to his fingers. His breathing was helping to steady him and soon he thought he had a good enough grip over the oil on his fingers.
With all the steps done in order to complete his task he let himself see if he succeeded. He placed his fingertips atop the scroll. He wasn’t sure how far he would get before the jutsu was lost on him, but he would do what he could for now. He began to move his fingers across the scroll the oil picking up on whatever was on the scroll and translating them to images. Sano’s mind seemed to fill with pictures of lettering as if someone where transmitting them directly to his brain. He marveled at it as he did his best to keep his concentration and keep moving his fingers.
