Location:
In a somewhat secluded area of Kirigakure no sato is the Runeska residence where Gekkido Runeska lives. He inherited the house from a female alchemist who is currently living in a smaller house. The area is not so close to the city centre of Kirigakure, hence the low population.
The garden:
In front of the house is a lawn that has a couple of wild flowers. Buttercups, oxeye daisies as well as poppies are in bloom during the warmer seasons. The grass is vibrant green and is kept quite short. Some birch trees are located at the south-western part of the property. Right next to the house is a large pine tree that was planted to honor one of the former Mizukages.
A passageway made out of gray slate stones leads up to the entrance of the house. A three feet tall stone fence is surrounding the property with a metal gate in the front. The gate is locked when the owner is away and during the night.
In the backyard is a training area that is 150 feet square. Thick wooden poles with padding on them for taijutsu practice plus some large dart targets for weapon practice can be found here. Like the rest of the garden, the training area is covered with grass. This is mainly to improve the balance plus providing a more realistic surrounding.
The manor construction:
In front of the entrance door are three small steps made out of slate stone. At the left side of the steps are two large pots with a miniature green plant in each. On the right hand side are two comfortable chairs plus a small table. These are usually stored inside the house during the colder seasons.
Due to the low crime level in this area, there are no security alarms or cameras located in the outdoor area. But the house itself however has a good security system that has an alarm plus a strong lock. All of the windows are made out of a special type of glass that will not break unless they are hit by a “B”-ranked taijutsu or ninjutsu of any kind.
Floor one is mainly made out of a stone foundation that cannot be melted or broken unless they are hit by an “S”-ranked taijutsu or genjutsu. The second floor has wooden panelling that’s made out of pine wood. In order to make the wood more durable, the former owner painted the wood with deep brown wood stain.
Kirigakure is quite notorious for its variable climate after all.
The manor itself has two floors. Floor one consists of a kitchen, storing room, living room, a large bathroom, two office rooms plus a guest room. There is a well-hidden alchemist lab located at that floor as well. Floor two consists of bedrooms as well as bathrooms. All of the rooms have a window (all though the ones at the bathroom are rather small). The manor has a Western exterior while the interior is a bit more modern.

There are six rooms located at the first floor. A decently sized kitchen is located at the south-west side with a dining room right next to it. These two rooms are not separated, making the atmosphere friendlier.
Two offices are located at the eastern part. Both of these offices are right next to each other. A small bathroom is located at the south-east side. This is the bathroom meant for guests who are visiting.
The kitchen has a more sleek design in order to make it look more modern. Nearly all the electric equipment is relatively new while the lights are checked regularly. Most of the furniture is made out of dark wood that is rather sturdy.
All of the dinnerware is stored in the cupboards while the cutlery is in the drawers. The kitchen machines are located in the lower cupboards. A kitchen island is at the centre, which can be used to prepare or serve food. A wall with mosaic décor has been added to make the kitchen look more interesting. The rest of the walls are painted in a pale yellow colour.
A dining room is located at the west part. Up to six people can eat here at the same time. The floor is made out of pale stone while the walls have pale golden yellow wallpaper.
An archway made out of solid wood makes the room a bit rustic. Sturdy wooden chairs plus a matching table stands in the centre. A wine cooler plus two mini cupboards can be found in there as well. Two windows with a wooden frame give the room a nice view of the gardens.
One of the most comfortable rooms in the large house is the living room. This room is located at the north-west part of the first floor. It has a warm and friendly atmosphere with plenty of room.
The fireplace at the eastern wall is mostly used during the winter in order to provide some warmth. A pair of soft light green sofas is located close to the fireplace. A table with a vase on it stands in the middle. The floors are made out of light wood, but there is a brown carpet there in order to protect it. The wall has a lot of smaller windows to provide the room with a nice view of the forest.
Two offices plus a well-hidden alchemist lab can be found at the east end of the house. Office number one is the largest one. It contains two large book cases filled with books, a medium sized cupboard, a book case with a number of boxes for storage plus a nicely sized desk with a computer on it. This office has the same Western style as the rest of the house. All of the furniture is in dark wood while the walls are painted medium grey. Two windows facing the property are located right behind the desk.
Office number two is slightly smaller. It is mainly used as a storage room for house decorations. Boxes in different colours are inside the book case, all containing decorations for different holidays. The walls are in a pale brown shade while the furniture is made out of medium brown wood. All of the cupboards and drawers are made out of white wood.
Only the current owner and the former owner know how to access the hidden lab. The lab itself is at the same size as the two home offices. It is a rather small room with a very sleek white design to it. There is nothing inside the cupboards or shelves since the former owner removed everything before moving.
The storage room is at the southern end of the house.
Unlike the other rooms, the storage room has a rather sleek design to it. All the cupboards are green while the laundry machine is gray. The laundry machine is right under a desk together with two large baskets for laundry. Some shelves can be found above and next to the desk. The walls are white. All of the cupboards are empty while the laundry machine is brand new.

This floor is where most of the living quarters are. At the east side is a master bedroom plus a nicely sized bathroom. A smaller bathroom and two smaller bedrooms are located at the west side.
Since the former owner was a single woman, the master bedroom has a more feminine feel than the rest of the house. The walls are covered with light beige wallpaper with the curtains in a similar colour. On the floor is a pale type of wood, giving the room a more airy feel. A queen sized bed made out of sturdy pale wood is at the north-east part of the room. Both sides of the bed have a small nightstand in the same type of wood.
Close to the bed is an old fashioned closet that is currently empty. A bright pink comfortable chair stands on the right side of the bed. In front of the bed is a carpet in a shade similar to the one of the chair. Right behind the bed is a medium sized window that faces the entrance area of the house.
Bedroom number two was originally meant for a child. The wallpaper is light brown with some texture to it. On the floor are light red tiles while the furniture is made out of medium brown wood. A nicely sized single bed is at the opposite side of the entrance.
In front of the bed is a fluffy grey-beige carpet. A nightstand is at the left hand side of the bed while a chest of drawers is on the right. A window with off-white curtains is located at the right side of the room. At the same side, you can see bigger chest of drawers with a mirror.
The third bedroom has a queen sized bed as well. It was most likely designed for a couple or visitors. A reddish type of wood covers the floor while the walls have off-white wallpaper on them. The bed is made out of dark sturdy wood. A nightstand made out of a similar type of wood is located at the right. At the same side, you can find a closet built into the wall. On the opposite side of the bed is a window that is facing the grounds. This window has curtains that can be pulled down.
Last but not least is the bathroom. It has wooden walls in a light color plus a floor made out of pale golden tiles. A sink with cupboards and shelves is at the left side of the entrance door. The surface around the sink is made out of marble while the cupboards underneath are made out of dark wood. A shower is on the right side of the sink.
A toilet is located in front of the shower. Last but not least is the white bathtub that is at the opposite wall of the entrance. The bathroom is not that large, but it looks bigger thanks to the light coloured interior.
