Satoru was tossing his lunch for the firth time now over the side of the large fishing vessel to which Satoru had boarded a few hours ago. It would be a five day boat ride to the land waves and boy was Satoru regretting it already.

In terms of transportation the boy preferred to go by means which used solid earth. The motion of the boat against the water was always to much for Satoru's stomach to handle.

Usually his clan didn't have to worry about acceleration or motion sickness but for Satoru, he had no idea why boats effected him this way.

"Only....hurrrrrgh---more days.....then land......I dont think I have enough food in my stomach to thro----urrrrghh---some more....."

It was going to be a long trip..

“Land of waves its been a while..”

Indeed it had been a while since the boy had set foot in the island country. The last the boy was here it was when his clan had travelled through the country on their ever moving caravan. Though being at a very young age Satoru could still remember the sound and smell of some of the places he’d been to.

This was one of them, the smell of the ocean, the crash of each wave against the islands were all like memories of the past flowing back to him. But this feeling only lasted until the boy walked off the boat that had carried him to a small fishing port on one of the small islands in Wave country.

"Do ya need help off the boat there lad?” asked the old fish monger.

The statement from the ol salty sea captain was a result of Satoru’s unbalanced nature on the boat. The boy was no good on the rocking boat having his tremor sense dulled and distorted by the water below the boat.

“No worries, no worries I just don’t have sea legs hahaha” Boasted Satoru as he shifted awkwardly to what he thought was the plank that lead off the boat.

Luckily for the blind genin the solid piece of wood did in fact lead to a solid dock which the boy thanked by quickly dropping to his knees to kiss the solid structure. After the weird display of gratefulness to the dock the boy quickly looked to the old fish captain, and with a wide smile Satoru would offer his thanks.

“Thanks for the ride, my uncle will give you guys a great deal on your fishing equipment for this…..and I do not envy your career path my friend….well not in my state hahaha”

To this did the old man and the boy share a common laugh before Satoru would then give a casual wave to the captain and the others who had set sail from stone on their long journey. And even though the crew and captain’s journey with the boy was short lived the boys journey was far from over.

Pulling the spear that was fastened to his back Satoru would use the blunt end of the long staff as a walking stick. Then in a very blind like fashion Satoru would use the stick to guide him to the end of the dock and into the small village.

The best possible choice of action was to simply ask around the locals for the information that he sought. And a good location for locals would be the tavern or what ever these peaceful villagers passed off as a tavern.

“Excuse me, can you direct me to the nearest tavern….and for the love of all that is holy and pure don’t point and say over there….since I am blind” Quickly stated Satoru grabbing the first person to grace his path.

With a solid description in hand the boy would make his way to the villages port bar. Two houses up and one house to the left was the physical description of where this local pub could be found. So feeling the area with his tremor sense the boy was able to pinpoint a solid structure that fit the directions given.

So with determination to his step Satoru would approach the decently sized tavern where the locals would gather to drink and mingle after a long and tiresome day at work. And so finding the door by using the blunt end of the spear the boy would casually open the large oak doors that block his path into the cozy restaurant and bar type of area.

Continuing his blind like manner with his spear as a guide as well as using his tremor sense into the wooden floor the boy would push his way into the empy tavern save for a few men here and there as well as the bar keep who Satoru could hear cleaning dishware. How did the blind genin know that this man was the barkeep, well most people don’t smell like a tavern throughout their body and customers don’t stand behind a counter cleaning glassware.

This was a perfect chance to obtain some useful information. Trades people like merchants or barkeeps overhead and knew of everything worth knowing. So the obvious fist and best choice was to fist ask the man behind the counter for information.

“A nice tall glass of water and some information” Motioned the boy to the bartender in a friendly and joke like manner.

“Sure lad, what can I help ya with” From what Satoru could tell the man was about fifty with an old salty kinda voice.

“I’ve come a long way on a rumour, but they same some old sword hermit is living around these parts…they say he’s some kinda ghost. Me I don’t believe in such things after all, you could be some kinda apparition and I would never know hahaha” Stated Satoru to the old man pointing to his head where the wrappings were bound tightly over his eyes.

“A blind swordsmen that’ll be the day, I drink to your health there boy…hahahaha…But now that I think about it. I’ve heard some tales that this guy…ahhh Yang! That’s it! Yang is some kinda great master round these parts…sadly tho no one knows what he looks like seein as he changes his appearance all the time.” said the barman who Satoru could hear take a long swig of some kinda brew form a large tin cup.

“Might be hard for a person like yourself….I mean you cant really see whos a sword master can ya?” Asked the barkeep once again.

“Ya but I donno, I can usually tell when I am in the presence of a swordsmen…its just they way the walk sound and I donno they give off this kinda aura about them….but thank you for the water and info…may you cup never be empty old man hahaha” Said Satoru moving away from the counter.

It was a minor setback but the boy would not be detoured from his goal at becoming the greatest samurai of all time.

"Oh and can I get a nice warm meal...whatever you got will be fine as long as it tastes good. My trip via boat was....well lets just say I lost alot of my inner cargo if you catch my drift, hahaha"

Laughed Satoru quickly turning back to face the barkeep's general direction, then in a polite manner the boy indicated that he was going to find a place to sit and enjoy the coming meal.

"I'll just be over here sir thanks...." Continued the blind genin using the end of his spear as a blind man's cane to a table which he thought was deserted.

Then in a very swift and calm manner the boy took a seat on a very surprisingly comfortable oak chair. Such a seat would also require Satoru to disarm his body so that none of this blades would poke and prod into his back as he sat at the table.

Uniting the Katana that was strapped to his back the boy would lay it in a very gentle manner on the table in front of him. Then in the same manner the boy placed his other blades upon the table near the katana so that the could easily be found and refastened once the meal was over.

How long did his Kage give him to find this guy? She really didn't give him a time limit but still she made it clear that he shouldn't be searching in the land of waves for to long.

The level of uncertainty was irritating to the point where the boy shouted it out,

"If there are any masters of the sword in here lemme know!"

There in a way that statement felt releaving in some odd way. Hell it even caused the boy to give a childish smile. And so scratching his head Satoru's mind would being to wonder on the prospect of what next.

"Here ya go lad, rice and grilled salmon.."

Well that was a decent temporary solution, for the barkeep had simply slid a decent plate of succulent smelling rice and salmon beneath the boy's nose.

"Thanks, Just tell me what I owe on my way out.."

And with that the boys worries would seem to evaporate with each bite of the meal in front of him.

OOC: Deduce 110ryo plz, The search continues!

"Ahh that was a good meal barman...freash salmon too, here your one hundred ryo that I owe for the meal" said Satoru rubbing his filled stomach with happiness in his voice

The meal was a perfect way to ease one's worries. So putting the money on the table, the boy would then begin the tedious task of re-strapping his blades back onto his body for the travels ahead. It would appear that no one in this small fishing port had any notion of where this blade master was.

It was all right, one can not expect to find gold in the first hole one digs. It takes time and a bit of effort mixed with a pinch of luck to find treasure.

"Take care old man, maybe next time you see me I'll hopefully be, if gods allow the greatest swordsmen who ever lived....hahaa"

And with that the boy arose from his chair and in the same manner used his innate abilities along with his spear to guide his way out of the small tavern.

There was a beautiful smell to the approaching nightfall in the land of waves. The salty waters mixed with the cooling tropical air. Also there was a sound in the air that may have added to the beauty of the environment.

Satoru had heard this type of musical instrument, it was a pipa and the player of the tune was quite gifted at it. Moving towards the sound like a moth to the flame Satoru came to what, from what he saw via sound and vibrations was a beggar playing a Pipa for a few ryo.

Liking the tune the young genin tossed a few spare ryo into the area where he thought that the beggar was collecting money in. As it turns out it was a very old and aged man who had been playing for he spoke out against his tune as Satoru began to turn in a attempt to continue his search.

“You carry a many blades there boy, katana, spear, tanto and wakashi….are you preparing for some war?”
It would appear that the man had spotted all of Satoru’s weaponry where were all strapped to various parts of his body.

“No sir, on a quest to learn how to use them….a bit difficult I might say heh, I’ve hit a snag you might say….” Replied Satoru turning once again to face the beggar.

“Ahhh well let my tune ease your troubles you paid for it after all, come listen on the tune it will help find the answer to you little snag.”

Not being rude to the old beggar the boy would oblige by resting against his spear, letting the sound of the pippa wash over him. It was a beautiful melody, and it fit the setting sun perfectly as light gave way to the coming nightfall.

Maybe in the near future the boy began to think that he would to like to take up a musical instrament aswell. It would serve no combat purposes to him however but the thought of creating something as beautiful as this melody was its own reward.

But in a quick thought, Satoru realized that he was being rude to the musicain by being deep in throught. This type of sound was to be enjoyed without the contamination of ones of desires and worries of things to come and things that have come to be.

So the boy would enjoy the music for the time being....

The beautiful music would be soon spoiled by the scream of a woman, "AHHHH!!!!!!!! HELP ME!!!!!!!!" It was such a soft yet powerful voice, coming from the left side of the boy. Being a Shitakuma, the boy could probably know the distance among the woman and himself, 30 meters precisely.

"Gah, captain! There's one old hag and a boy there, should we kill them before we claim the girl back to our fortress?" It was the whisper of a guy, just a whisper, but a Shitakuma could hear it because of his prowess in picking up voices. It was 28 meters away, same direction.

"Sure, go and get them and be fast, cuz I don't want to attract more attention here." whispered a deep voice.

"MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!" Now this was a wild and loud laugh, coming from 27 meters away. Such a barbaric idiot, letting his opponent to know of his position even before he starts his attack. The boy then could hear three set of legs rushing his and the old man's way.

What would the boy do?

OOC: If you wanted my character to refrain from the use of explosives for what you had in mind I can edit my post. I just thought it was funny and suited my guy's character lol.

The boy cursed his bleeding heart, not wanting to get involved in this situation would be easy. All he would have to do is just launch himself onto the roof for a quick getaway leaving the beggar and girl on their own. No conflict and no troubles how could one not want that? And this guy who was hurrasing this girl had a fortress! Not the type to mess with indeed.

But by god it was hard to do for the blind genin. There was a tugging sensation from his heart to stay and help out for it was as his heart was telling him the right thing to do.

"Hey old beggar can you stay and play flower festival for me, just stay where you are and keep playing I'll give ya my remaining ryo for your troubles too" asked Satoru in a quiet manner tossing his remaining money at the beggar.

This was all quickly done as the boy, in a hurried trot moved a few meters away from the beggars location as the barbaric laugh was uttered in his direction.

At least the music was nice, and it was cool that the beggar took some requests for his performance. Yes it was decided by the young Shitakuma that if he got outta this he would definitely take up the pipa.

"Hey eh guys....I don't wanna fight here's my wallet please leave...!" Shouted Satoru in his buisness like voice as he hurled from his pocket what looked like a large wallet at the men.

From what Satoru could sense is that the men were about 20meters now from his position and would reach the bag that he had tossed at their 15m in their charge. As soon as they walked over, got close or attempted pick the thing up Satoru was going detonate the device via a hand seal.

Damn, thought the boy, he was being clever today. Everything just fell into place. The reckless opponents charging in, the musician filling the air with sound so that the boy could sense the things around him and well, Satoru couldn't think of the last thing but he was sure that it worked out for him.....

It was a bit odd tho, not using his blades or spear for a initial attack. So sue the boy, he was swordsmen, not a sword-saint. And if they attack 3 vs 1 then be damed the boy was gonna use everything he had.

So standing nonchalant with his main right hand resting on his katana that was strapped at his back the boy would wait to spring his trap before meeting his opponents.

The old man has a grin on his face, the boy wouldn't know of this since he couldn't see at all. The old man would stay, whether Satoru wanted he to stay or not, and now Satoru requested him to play a song, he would gladly obey.

"Do I sounds like I give a damn about your wallet?" said the barbaric voice as he leaped up over the roof of the not-so-high building on the left side.

"Well, I do." Another voice, and this one was headed for the pouch. As the music went on and on and the mood got higher and higher, the boy could hear footstep coming from the right side. Two set of footsteps, lighter than the three coming from the left. These two might be thief or something. They were more of the stealthy type but one thing they didn't know, they couldn't escape the hearing of a Shitakuma.

"RAR!!!!" The barbarian leaped from the roof and toward Satoru with a big axe in hand. "Careful young one, that guy has a big axe in hand, you are probably faster though, strike back with your weapon as soon as your opponent shows an opening." said you-know-who.

No who were these other guys? And what was going on here! So many questions and no answers except for the fact that they all most likely wanted the boy dead.

But first thing was first...

"Kaboom..." muttered Satoru giving a quick hand seal to the explosive pouch that the greedy attacker had picked up. The small explosion that would come forth would most likely gravely injure the man and hopefully knock him out or put him out of commission for a while.

For all Satoru was concerned it was one down, but onto the rather barbaric individual who was now jumping down upon the boy. Now it was plainly obvious even to a blind person where this
attack from the barbarian was going. And since air-born the counter attack would be very punishing.

As the large male would jump from the roof the boy would turn his back to the coming attack. Then Satoru would unclick his katana from its holder and would wait till the last possible moment. Thanks to the old beggar the type of attack from the barbarian was most likely going to be a downward hack of some sorts, and who said that beggars were useless ha!.

So what ever attack would come the boy would Shunshin back wards underneath the large male so that when the barbarian landed Satoru who would then be in a kneeling position as well as facing his attackers back.

"Nice try...." Said the boy, he was never one to say cool stuff like the other ninja's when they made a successful attack.

And so in a tri-slice from his katana Satoru would cut his S initial deep into the man's back which didn't really look like an S but in practicality it just looked like a backwords Z in shape. Then to finish the poor barbarian the boy would lung the blade into the small of the mans back (D rank stab).

Satoru was sure that type of attack against the back would be very painful and depending on how strong his attacker was, stop the barbarian from attacking again. And if the large man before him was able to dull the immense pain well the blind genin knew he would have to attack again with more leathal force.

The boy would then withdraw his blade from the barbarian's back as he waited to hear and feel the results of his attack.

The battle was so nice to watch especially with the music binding together, the old man has a wide smile on his face as the boy listened to him and took out some opponents easily. First would be the money-luster that was not dead after the explosion. The explosion occured as he was liftingthe 'pouch' in his hands, his head and body were everywhere and his blood dyed the road red. The one charging near the one was shocked by the explosion and only proceeded for few meters after that.

The barbarian was just...ordinary barbarian, big, fast, powerful and dumb. His axe hacked the ground open and stuck there for a moment, allowing Satoru to slice his back like it was sandwich or something. The lunge hit the lung of the barbarian precisely and he was out of the fight for sure, suffering from the pain and agony along the ground.

"The men on my right has swords in their hands." said the musician. As the boy was dealing with the barbarian, his opponent got the distance closed. One would lunge his sword quickly at the boy, chest height while the other one swung his sword horizontally at Satoru's gut from the left.

"Is that what they have? I was stuck between metal pole and butchers knife..damn guess I need to work on that." sighed Satoru a bit disappointed that he was still a bit lacking in sensing those kinda details about his attackers.

It would only take a few more months of training until the boy could be aware of those things on his own. It wasn't that the boy couldn't smell the steel on the blades or hear them being carried its just that being in his youth meant that he had alot on inexperience then his other clans men.

At least his sensory breathing would allow him to feel the mens swing and lunge to-wards him with their blades. Now this was what the boy lived for, skill against skill, blade against blade. Where the price of victory or defeat could be in the sum of one false movement or lack there of.

The boy wouldn't meet their blades with a block more then attacking the blades themselves. Sure of his speed and strength the boy would attempt to bat the blade diagonally upward with Satoru's own katanta. This could be accomplished by the boy via many-things thanks to the shitikamu way of seeing. For given the owner of the blades movement and thrusting motion to-wards that direction as well as the added tremor jutsu used the boy was able to feel out the coming attack.

The attack from the other gentlemen was from what Satoru could feel and hear was another weak gesture of swordsmanship, and the only way to show respect that one swordsmen could show to the other was to attack at full skill and speed. Even though these men where most likely hired thugs the boy would treat them like equals in combat.

So as Satoru could feel and here the other attack coming in its horizontal manner most likely directed to-wards the midsection of his body. That blade would be met by a downward-diagonal slice from Satoru's katana that had just batted the other opponents blade upward in the opposite direction.

If this type of attacking block was successful it would force a huge opening into both of the opponents with their blades being batted away from Satoru's body and away from their own. And such an opening would not go wasted for upon the success of the tactic would result in Satoru slashing each opponent with his own thrust of the sword upon the opponents chests.

The boy blocked both strikes easily and skillfully. The one with his blade knocked upward was real stubborn as he forcefully attempted another vertical slash but his heart was bleeding before he could even touch the boy with his sword. His hands moved to the left uncontrollably due to the pain and the lost of consciousness, his eyes closed and he dropped down to the ground, not moving after that.

The other one could defend very well, real well that he vanished suddenly and appeared on the other side of the boy. His katana was ready to release its fury toward the boy, which was a quick throat stab - one of the most devastating maneuver in kendo. Of course, he wasn't as good as a kendo master so his throat stab ain't that beautiful.

At the same time, Satoru would feel an arrow toward him from the south, he would be surprise that he couldn't sense this one. The archer must be real good in hiding his presence, even the musician didn't spot him. The arrow was coming from a higher ground so the archer was probably on the roof. The arrow was flying real fast that couldn't be possible for a thug to perform. The archer wasn't amateur.

To make thing worst for the boy-in-trouble, the one on the left finally reached the boy as he charged through the air in some sort of chakra rush. Seriously, where the hell did these thugs learn about chakra-related techniques? His weapon was probably a sword, sensed by the boy.

The east side seemed to be the point of escape, but then Satoru would sense an aura of power there. There's someone there, unidentified, but must be the most powerful or maybe a little less good than the archer of the fighters he was fighting there.

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The user draws back an arrow and instills it with chakra. When the user releases the arrow, the chakra within the arrow will cause the arrow to spin in a rapid fashion, increasing both velocity and trajectory and allowing a forceful entry into the opponent. The arrow spinning is so strong that it could easily puncture through wood or a thin layer of metal.
Special: Horse, Dog seals in that order.
Drawback: The spinning arrow makes a lot of noise. A high-pitched whistling noise can be heard from a fair distance and provides a high amount of warning for the opponent. Not effective for assassinations.
Description: Gathering chakra as an arrow is knocked and drawn, the user fires the arrow. The chakra causes high spinning and a high noise, but allows for easy penetration of almost any type of substance. It is extremely damaging and due to the winds being drawn along with the arrow, can cause a forceful push backwards for the target when struck.
Limit: Anybody can learn.

This was a perfect example as to why one shouldn't get involved. Hell! The boy was sure if he'd b-lined it out of dodge he'd be that much closer to his own goal without the threat to ones personal life to which Satoru took his life to be a very personal matter.

That last attack took allot of energy to be repeated once again, sure Satoru was absolutely certain he could counter each attack on their own bur not these types of attacks together at once.

And that arrow that screamed in the air sounded like it was something not to be messed with as well as that man charging in with his blade extended outward. So thusly in lue of the situation and willing to sacrifice a bit of his pride...

"Time to move old man..." The comment was directed at the beggar to indicate that the boy was to weak and inexperienced to keep fighting in that type of scenario.

So with all that he could muster the boy would attempt to deflect the attack that would come as a result from the man dodgeing his previous attack turning his body so that his left side was now towards that opponent and his back was somewhat visible to the opponent charging in due to Satoru's turn of the body. The result would be that the boy was now able to force his way to the east, the only path clear of attacking opponents.

So finishing the maneuver Satoru would attack the man to his left after the parry with a simple upward slash across the chest before sheathing his weapon. The blind genin didn't even care if the attack landed or not for it was only to keep the man at bay as he took off in a dead sprint towards the east side of the village. And by the time this quick maneuver was finished the arrow would have slammed into Satoru's previous location along with the other charging attack from the male thug.

Unaware of that which may lie hidden in that direction, but still sure that what ever be over there was way more appealing then sticking around.

Satoru was a sharp guy, he blocked the sudden-disappear-and-show-up-behind hit with his own blade and took a quick rush toward the east side. Clever move. However, he was directly entering the tiger's mouth by now. The thugs successfully lured him into their death trap.

The man standing on the east was nothing but the most kickass man of the entire thug group. With the power of the 7th gate, the man unleashed a series of attack toward Satoru, which was unblockable due to the sonic speed of the 7th gate. As hope was falling for Satoru, the music stopped and everything seemed to vanish.

"Bravo!" The hand-clap of the beggar. "First, you got potential as a sword fighter and just a weapon user and general. Second, learn to respect and don't try to call me old beggar, that sounds exactly like "old hag", which is very rude to an elder like me. Third, I am the one you seek so come with me." the Heaven's Heir said and started to walk away.

Along the way, the Heir would explain, it was just a genjutsu, all of those, are just casted by the lullaby, which sinks into the boy's mind and thus produced illusion. In the realm of martial art, the master level could fight just by using their mind, and the Heir was giving the boy a test by forcing the realism to enter the boy's mind.

After several hours of walking, they would arrive the hidden place of the Heaven's Heir, a heaven-alike place that was really beautiful. Upon entering the training field, there's two other students training there and both of them bowed as they saw their master. "So young one, what do you want from me?" The heir questioned the blind boy.

Game over, please play again and thanks for trying. Were the types of thoughts that flew through the mind of the boy who barley even felt the attack that streaked to wards him. And in the end the boy simply let himself fall into the ground thinking that his life was now forfeit.

Laying face down in the dirt the boy would lay motionless as if he in-fact believed himself dead or dying, but in reality he was actually uninjured and been a victim of a very cleaver illusion.

"Wow even in heaven I'm blind...what a jip...wait...wha?!" Began Satoru but stopped himself as he listened to the old beggar's speech or, now Heaven's heir.

And rude? Ha! if the man didn't want to be called an old beggar then he shouldn't be going around disguised as such...Satoru just called people as he saw them...in a metaphorical sense.

So Satoru would quickly pick himself off the ground, make sure his gear was still intact as well as parts of his body for safe measure. Then in a sort of confused yet deliberate trot he would follow the master to whatever destination the old man had in mind.

"I knew it was an illusion all a long!" Laughed Satoru in a joking manner to indicate that it was a false truth. But apparently Yang Sze who was titled the Heaven's heir was not hearing any of it as he explained to the boy about the illusion being a test and how true masters fought in that type of reality.

After that the boy thought it best to remain silent for the remainder of the trip on the premise that it was best not to upset the man that hadn't decided to train you yet.

And then the million ryo question came from the old master...

"I thought that would be obvious...so should I start with some laps around this place to work on my speed or is it more of my form that needs some work.....Its really up to you, your the master after all."

The question wasn't answered directly more of indirect way of answering the question as the boy rolled his shoulders and began to stretch out his legs.

"Even though it is getting late, but if you think thats best to train now I will. I am your pupil now after all, and did I mention that my clan can't hear the sentence or things that relate to the phrase...I am not going to train you....it's a weird genetic flaw so bear with me on that."

The blind boy's words would be said with the biggest smile plastered across his face as if he knew what his words actually meant but was just dancing around the statement in a very different way. To bluntly say it the boy's statement at its core was basiclly..

I dont take no for an answer, and please train me

Description: This technique is used to move efficiently while fighting. It demands the user to use proper posture and stepping. Without balance, a Tensora student is nothing. Walking consists of keeping the dominant foot ahead, and balancing the other on the ball of the foot. The student will keep his back straight and his head moving ahead, with the front leg bent. Both feet must be pointed forward. The student will then lurch forward with the front leg, bringing the other foot behind. Dragging the back foot is not accepted.
Limit: Must learn from one of the five Tensora Masters

After Master Yang had told the boy in a very heart filled laugh to get some rest in the dojo within the student chambers. This would appear to be only a very small room with only four cots. It would be a very short sleep until dawn had broken over the skyline. The other students whom Satoru hadn’t known just yet darted from their beds in unison in a hurried like manner to get ready for another day of training.

The blind genin was not a morning person, hell it took the kid a half an hour more then the other students before leaving the dojo and into the heavenly surroundings that were sprawled out around the dojo.

The master was busy teaching the more advanced pupils as Satoru was left with the simple instructions from the previous day to simply mimic the other student’s most basic movements. After the boy had mastered the basics, which wasn’t going to be to hard since, being a fairly well developed sword master all ready, stances were pretty easy to understand.

Listening to the students movements it was fairly easy to deduce the basics. The two students were moving in a manner that consisted of them keeping a dominant foot ahead. The other foot was simply kept in a balancing manner using the ball of the foot.
Another thing noteworthy was that the students kept their backs straight as well as the front leg bent pointing forward.

“Easy enough……” said Satoru mimicking the positions that he felt from the students training in the field a few meters away.

Not much could be said afterword, with the blind genin just standing there in the beautiful trainning enviroment. The only thing that the boy could do next was work on anouther form of the heaven style.

Heaven Unsheathing Technique

Effect: The user learns an efficient way to unsheathe the weapon.
Special: Katana, Wakizashi, or Tanto.
Drawback: This isn’t exactly Battojutsu, which focuses entirely on unsheathing. As a result, it has no offensive or defensive effect at all, but rather is just used to unsheathe a weapon.
Description: The user takes three steps forward walking normally, bows fifteen degrees, holds the sheath, and grips the top portion of the handle in the right hand using the correct gripping technique (thumb forward). The practitioner then removes the blade by pulling it upward, then holding it in the Ready Stance.
Limit: Must learn from one of the five Tensora Masters. Must know Heaven Ready Stance.

From what Satoru could tell the next thing was to learn how to effectively unsheathe his swords. It was a technique that the boy never really put much thought into. In fact the boy had just usually pulled out his katanna’s without so much as thinking about proper technique. The heaven style, as Satoru found out was more elegant in nature then simple brutish types of actions.

It only took a few minutes of careful observation of the other students it became pretty obvious on what the boy was to do in this form. The basic sheathing technique was walk forward a few steps to your opponent, bow to a certain angle and grip the blade in a basic manner. Then from what Satoru could understand he would then hold the blades in the heaven ready stance.

It was simple…

It was pretty easy…..

And it made the blind genin thirst for something more difficult. The feeling was like drinking many small cups of water after a journey through some proverbial desert. But Satoru understood that he had to learn the basics in order to advance to the more difficult stages of the heaven style.

So the young genin would repeat the sheathing technique over and over again until it was committed to memory before he would begin the next basic manoeuvre.
