Choosing to wait right outside the Gates, I would wander around. I was early, but the appointed time was coming soon. Whoever showed up would accompany me on my travel to the Land of Waves. If I had to go alone, then so be it. Adjusting my cap, I would silently await my companions.

Coming out of the gates, I was well outside of the Village and Country of Ame. The rain here was diminutive as I walked on the ground, feeling it all the while. My chakra, however negligible, cushioned my feet to prevent any noise in the mud of which I walked in. Silently, I put my hood up to cover my face as darkness quickly masked it. My halo shined brightly with a golden hue to it as my moonlit occuli observed the area around and ahead of me. Walking down and into the open field, I saw a ninja of Ame wandering around—and to an unobserved person—without purpose. But I assumed that this was one of the people that were to accompany me on the journey. With that, I walked up to him, nodding as I opened to my mouth to speak.

“I suppose you’re one of the people that are assigned to this mission?”

"No, I am the man who will end your life." Silence followed. "Sorry, that was a joke. Let's go already, there's no point in waiting any longer." With that, I would set off in a brisk pace for the country that we would have to pass through in order to get to the Land of Waves. Time was already short, so I moved quickly, expecting the one behind me to hurry. It seemed he had managed to finish his training in time from last I saw of him. That was reassuring, though one could never be too ready for the exams. Swift steps would lead us to Hi no Kuni, which I saw in the distance ahead.

It would seem like my companion had a sarcastic-like manner in way that appeared all too harsh, yet funny. No matter, I would take heed to his rashness, for we truly had to hurry. Taking a deep breath, I followed swiftly behind the older man as my eyes took everything into view. The rain no longer poured around here as it seemed all to peaceful and calm. Passing the greenery, I noticed we went in the direction which led us to the Fire Country. From there, I would continue to follow my companion, watching and observing carefully as I reminded myself of my goal and purpose of this mission.

Indeed, we did not have much time, and as I saw the Hidden Leaf Village in sight, I would run pass it. My speed would kick in, thus passing my companion. With that, I would run at such a speed, not hesitating a moment to rest. The Land of Waves—where we were assigned to go—was the next stop. The goal and purpose planted firmly in my mind, I knew that there was many out there that was very skilled in the arts of ninja, more so vastly than any in the village. But I can only do my best and hope to complete the mission. With that, I jumped through the luxurious foliage of the leaf, and zoomed out into the open. With a gentle splash in a puddle of water, I passed the scenery, leaving the greenery behind.

The Land of Waves was in sight.

Once again I was passing through this lush country. No doubt it would have been a nice place to relax in. However, I was not in the mood for such pleasantries, I would rush ahead with Aizen behind me. The Country of Fire was indeed vast, but we had to make haste. Swift steps would deliver us to the edge of Hi no Kuni. Now in sight was the Land of Waves.

The two of us were finally here. "Let's go, and get this over with." Then I started heading in the direction the map/scroll told us to go. The location would not be too far from here.

"Right.” The words seemed to slip out of my mouth silently yet audible to my companion as I saw that we have finally arrived in the Land of Waves. Alas, we have come here to complete our missions, and in doing so; we can only hope to do our best in the exams. With a sigh, I glanced at the vast oceans that filled the lands below as I walked on the bridge. Nodding to my companion, I would leave with him and into the building of which we were assigned to go.

What will happen, I wonder?
