The Rushing Meadow Hotel has kindly offered its services to the Ninja Villages this year for the famed Chuunin Exams. It's location within the center of the Capital allows it to be a prime traveler's rest, having easy access to all other areas of the capital. A large cobblestone pathway leads up to the walls that surround the hotel, ending with a single opening in the gate with two paths; one in, and one out. Blooming gardens and trimmed hedges adorn the carefully decorated pathways, which at night are lit by small candle lanterns.

Following the path through what could very well be a park scene, travelers will find the quaint hotel, its columns holding up a balcony upon which many travelers can generally be seen. Tables are set both inside and outside for the dining purposes, and a lake is set peacefully by the entrance to represent tranquility of the estate. There is to be no fighting within the hotel, or one will be kicked out and removed immediately. Serene gardens also surround this building, and the paths only lead to other areas of the vast garden.

Upon entrance to the Hotel, one will see red carpet leading straight to the front desk, as if to denote royalty. Because the hotel has offered its services to the Exams this year, the prices have been lessened for the attendants. For a small fee of 1,000 Ryo, one can rent out a single room for the entire duration of the Chuunin Exams. Each room bears two single-person beds, as well as a beautiful window view of the capital itself. A small desk is in the corner, and a bathroom is also to the right of the room entrance. Not only that, but a small electronic safe is hidden in each closet to protect one's valuables. They may set the PIN Code. Finally, there are two more doors in each room that lead to the rooms beside them. You must pay extra to have linked rooms.

Upon a desk lies a phone, coupled with a small binder. Upon opening the binder, the residents will have access to any of the hotel's services. For 100 Ryo, they are allowed access into the Hotel Spa for any duration of time for that day. 200 Ryo allows the resident to order food from Room Service, and 400 Ryo pays for Maid Service for the duration of the Exams as well. 50 Ryo will pay for small candies upon your pillows for the duration of your stay, and another 500 Ryo will allow access to other rooms, such as your teammate's. Renting conference rooms cost 500 Ryo as well, and television in a room costs 100 Ryo. Finally, access to a weight room costs 50 Ryo per visit.

Raiel walked into the hotel, looking at the prices. 1000 Ryo for a room throughout the entire duration of the Chuunin exams... Hmmm... Raiel figured she could stay here. She pulled out 1000 Ryo and walked up to the desk. "Can I rent a room?" She said, setting the Ryo down. When she had been given the key, she would walk to her room. Once there, she opened the door, walked in, closed the door, and locked it. She looked around the room, seeing what she was capable of doing. There were plenty of ammenities that she could add, but she didn't care about them. For now... She laid down on the bed and fell asleep.

Only an idiot wouldn't buy a room for the entire stay of the chuunins. Hopefully he would be around for the other rounds. Pulling out 1050 ryo he plopped it upon the desk. "I want a room and pillow candies please." A grin was upon his face candy. Yum. When the transaction was completed he walked up with his key into his room to see CANDY! YAY. Sitting down on the bed he ate the M&Ms and went to sleep. He had to rest there would be a long days ahead of him.

The kunoichi would enter the hotel and pull out 1,000 ryo for a traditional room, she needed no amenities, just some place to sleep. With the money taken she would take her key and make her way to the room, ignoring the Oto Genin nearby.

Raiel would awake, realizing the time, before fleeing her room and heading straight toward the same room in which she had been in before.

Waking up from his rest he had work to do. Rapidly forming handseals he drew some kanji on the ground for his medical technique. Finishing the long set of handseals quickly a clone was formed. A complete replica. No one would ever be able to notice the difference. Giving the clone direct orders it put a second pair of his clothing on and took his head band wrapping it around his own head. This was step one of his plan for living a little longer in the chuunin exams.

He told the clone many important things that will not be described in this post that were part of his plan. Giving the clone many of his own items he was disappointed it did not have any of its own. The clone received one loaded senbon arm shots. 10 makibishi, 1 M.P.G, 1 C rank scroll, 2 blood clot pills, his set of ear plugs, 3 thermal capsules, 1 windmill shuriken, 3 light bombs a soldier pill, 5 exploding tags, 5 smoke grenades and his tactical vest. Before he left Kyogi formed two more sets of handseals and making two seals upon his clone. One upon his neck and the other in the middle of his forehead underneath his cloud headband. With that the clone quickly left looking exactly like Kyogi, sounding like him, it was time to start the chuunin exams. Kyogi was fucking tired and went back to sleep securely closing his hotel door.

Tired as he was he didn't feel like being found in his hotel room. It could end badly. So he wouuld go somewhere comfortable. Walking out his room he grabbed a hat covering his face as he made his way down to the swimming pool which happened to be crowded. As he knew the chuunin exams had started yet no one was able to watch so many people were enjoying the pool. There had to be about thirty people enjoying the pool as well as about five guards patrolling. There would be no fighting here only relaxation. As Kyogi got to the pool area he walked over to one of the guards he deactivated his mouth seal on the clone. If there was anyone safer to be by it was probably one of them. "So what brings you to the chuunins?"

Kyogi had no headband no one would know he was an examiner. "I just can't wait for the part where we get to watch. I am so excited. Aren't you?" He wouldn't let the guard leave him he was his protection for now. His own little body guard by force.

It was time. Kyogi stood up from the pool and walked out of the room and into his room. Once he was in his room he smirked and let out a sigh grabbing some clothing from the bed he placed them upon the bed. After he was ready he drew some blood from himself and formed through the handseals rapidly with his hand to the ground a second medical clone was created from his own blood and of course he was naked yet again... Giving him the clones he went through the same explination process as he had to the first clone letting him know everything. He then went through the process of putting the eye and mouth seal upon this clone as well in the same spots as last time. Walking out of the room he went down to the pool area getting back into his comfy spot he needed some rest.

Sorry, but your new Medical Clone is VOID. Due to being in the Chuunin Exams your other one hasn't died yet, so I'm going to say you can't make another one until two weeks after that happens.

I would have to disagree with you because the restriction upon the clone is one month after the first one was created. Just because one clone is in the exams does not mean I would not be able to create a second one after my char had waited out the entire month to create a second one and his body and chakra levels allow him to do so. The exams don't suddenly put a restriction upon my char's chakra levels or anything.

May only Create once every month (Out of Character time). If a Clone is in an event, the same rules apply with the (Out of Character time) Rules as well as Battle Rules. Clone may not travel across countries because it takes time and length for Characters to move from country to country.
Description: The user draws their blood, creating a circle of kanji on the ground using the blood. They then sit in the center of circle, focusing their chakra throughout every cell in the body, causing the process of cellular mitosis. The cells will then separate from the user, creating a genetically identical clone. The clone has all the memories, skills, and jutsus of the original as well as a chakra circulatory system. The clone lives until the technique expires, or is dispelled by the user, or it dies. When the clone dies its cellular structure will deteriorate, becoming a pile of ash, in which case the user will then be aware of its death because of the outrush of chakra.
Limit: Must be a medic. Must have 500 TP in medical ninjutsu.

Walking into the hotel with his C ranked scroll in his pocket he went up to his room for a little. His clone was trapped with no way out and the next exam could be starting at any time. Once locked within his room he scribbled some symbols onto the scroll the same ones that his clone held. Moving through handseals rapidly he pushed his hand to the scroll his chakra surging outward pulling the clone out of the room through his summoning technique and back into the hotel room with a slight confusion. Explaining everything to the clone he also explained that there were many people gathering at the lively lake and that he must hurry there. Soon the clone ran off to get to the next exam. They had taken his clone once he would try to not let that thing happen again.

Seeing the note from his clone the exam was over and they had passed. Forming the handseals to perform the people summoning he threw forward his scroll unraveling it biting his thumb gently it bled as he summoned his clone out of the event to him. Just as it appeared it disentegrated, the clone's time was up however all of its items Kyogi had given it were back within his possession. The exam was complete and it was time to go home.

The Rushing Meadow Hotel. A quaint spot, and a location that housed the Chunin Examinees, and perhaps Examiners. They offered rooms, and a plethora of other services. With the Doctor's Local History he would know a bit about the hotel, and hopefully know that in fact this place did house the Examinees. If Local History was not applicable, he'd still come here regardless as it was a hotel for him to stay.

The Handler came in with style. He wore a suit suited for the islands. His shirt was pure white, long, with cuffs. His fedora hat was beige with a dark brown band wrapped around. He wore aviator glasses that allowed you to see his blue steel eyes. The Handler was a man with some weight on him. The spotted purple and blue tie was perhaps the loudest part of his outfit but was almost completely covered with his light gray vest.

His slacks were recently pressed, dark gray in color with black loafers. The Handler's coat was a dark brown with a plethora of pockets on the front end and back end. Inside the coat was lined his harness with a plethora of pouches. In the pouches he kept his assortment of smoke pellets, boomerangs, and other assortments. One main pouch for example carried 60 boomerangs, 15 with grapeshots inside, 15 with smoke pellets inside, 15 with tanglefoot bags inside, and 15 with samum inside. He also housed 7 dancing starts, 30 force explosions, 15 tanglefoot pouches, and 30 seeker mines.

In another pouch he housed 15 smoke pellets, another he housed 15 samum pouches. Another carried 7 lightning bottles and 7 northern winds. Another pouch he kept 23 tracers, a tracker, and a glass cutter while another housed his lockpick set. Then nearing the end he kept a medical diagnostic scanner in one pouch, a disrupter in another, a pen flashlight with 20 zipties in another, 2 pounds of semtex but these were divided up in two separate pouches.

The Handler was not here for war. In fact he was here for information. So, the Handler, with confidence walked up the red carpet to the front desk. He would ring the bell, and wait.

The Handler indeed knew that this was the exact hotel that helped to host the promotional exams from nearly two decades ago. There were a pair of attendants near the front desk—one man and one woman. As the new guest arrived, the pair looked up from the records book they were filing through.

The woman took the initiative. She stood up, her light brown hair bouncing slightly before it rested back on her shoulders, and jogged lightly over until she stood right behind the desk.

"Welcome to Rushing Meadow Hotel," she said, smiling as her dark blue eyes tried to meet those of the guest. "My name is Kara. How may I be of service?"

The man went back to flipping through the book. In his hand was a small slip of paper that read Yuna Deiku, and he rifled through the records book in search of that name. He, with frustration, brushed the light blond bangs out of his eyes. It seemed that he had been searching for a while.

Both of them wore the Rushing Meadow uniform—some dark, emerald green vests on top silver shirts and black bottoms. The woman was in a short dress, and the man wore long pants. There was also an emerald bow around the woman's collar while an emerald tie was around the man. The Rushing Meadow logo was right over their right breasts. It depicted some grasslands with a sky that looked like a river with three fishes made out of clouds.

The Handler's skin was the fairest in the room, with the woman's light brown being the darkest. Based on the suit and hat, as well as the noticeable weight, Kara made The Handler out to be a man with a comfortable amount of wealth. All smiles, she thought.

A binder on the front desk was opened to the prices for the hotel.

The Handler flashed a quick smile as he reached up with his right hand, pulling off his sunglasses and placed them in his coat pocket. He took a quick look around and sighed softly with his smile. "What a lovely place," he said quickly before glancing down at the binder. He noticed she was somewhat observing him, and that was exactly what he wanted her to do. He wanted her to believe he was a man of money. A man of importance. Eyebrows raised with a glint of excitement. "Well I hope so Kara," he said placing his finger on the penthouse suite. "I hope your penthouse suite is open. I would just love to have my stay here for the next three days," he said in a cheerful manner.

He removed his hand and placed it by his side to wait for her to answer. The handler gave off an "inviting" persona. He needed them to want to help him after all. The Handler knew this place housed Examinees over twenty years ago, and it may seem like he was in the wrong place (OOC: I am in the wrong place), but perhaps he could still get information regardless. Himinglæva and Dúfa were a little ways from each other, but close enough for the Flying Destruction Machine. If the Doctor's Local History to Waves was correct, the last exam did not have a housing location, which made finding information slightly difficult, however rumors could fly. Besides, having a room on another island is beneficial in the long run.

If there was a room available, The Handler would pull out the 45,000 Ryo and pay for the three days.
