Hineri Keiro, or Twisted Path has been known as the very leisurely walk through the forest inside the capital. The path that lines it is made of purely white rocks, surrounded by tall trees. This path is very active at night, which is why it got its name of Twisted Path. Park officials wander throughout to make sure the peace is kept, and bystanders often tell the officials if a fight happens to break out.

The reason this path is so popular at night is because of the special stones that make up the path. When the moonlight hits the stones, it glows. The full moon is the best time to come out and experience this path as all of the stones are lit up, causing the entire path to glow radiantly. Benches are also located alongside the path to allow for people to sit down. Trashcans are also located there for people to throw any trash away. It is a very clean pathway and is often kept as such.
