  So I would say that third times the charm when it comes to applying for an assistant position but I can't sefly say that. Why? Because I've practically made atleast 8 maybe even 10 applications to be a staff member and be a member with color and out of those tries once did I succeed and became a GM. Why did I quit being a GM? It wasn't quite as exctiting as I wanted it to be. I wanted to help people and stuff. I wanted to be more involved with the process of this sites growth and I know I sound like I'm copying and pasting from a "Believe in yourself" psychology but thats the truth. Satoshi I feel your concern. I truly do but I would like to explain something so others could reach thought of this. 9 times I tried applying for the same spot and each time I got closer and closer. I had finally dropped my dream of becoming assistant and became a gm which I applied to after I saw that the job of a gm was needed but I didn't feel eight. Sure I got the spot but it wasn't what I really wanted. I quit because I didn't enjoy just being a gm. This whole day I have been checking on the site if anyone has replied to my app. My heart sank when Nakamura got the spot but it encouraged me aswell. Satoshi I don't know how to describe how much I really want this and the only way I'll ever let go of the spot is if I died and you had to forcibly take it away due to inactivity.

Just to clarify on things.

I wasn't upset over Nakamura getting the spot but that he had recieved it in matters of single hours. I thought that if the mods truly believed I could do it there would be no hesitation but I bounced back. Being apart of the staff team is a lot of work. Even if you are a regular member, you can still help out the community numerous amount of ways that aren't so repetitive and mundane. Being a GM may not have been 'exciting' as you wanted it to be, but it is an important part to a roleplaying forum, not so much the OOC functions. We need a mix of both, and being on staff isn't that glamorous either.

Aside from that, I really am unsure. I don't have any questions to ask unfortunately, but I still don't know if you would make a potentially good assistant. I am on the fence like Jubei is hehe. Moderators should have no problem training assistants, though its whether or not you are even ready to take that leap from membership to assistant as of yet. I'll keep an eye on this hmm.

Tenkai I am so ready for this. Although I have no idea how to push you to the side of the fence I want I can tell you that I understand that being staff is not the easiest job here. You are constantly fighting with some members and members always ask you to grade stuff and look over them but I can assure you and everyone else who is sitting on this fence that I have already thought of a plan. A plan that I would share with you if you asked for it but I do have a plan and believe me it will work. I don't know how to prove that I am ready for this but all I know is that I am and I can face any challenges you would give me.

Effect: Defensive weapon of various sizes and forms of thickness that reaches a certain length and width. Shields can be used for protection or thrown from afar.

Drawback: Certain types of shields are too heavy for throwing and some even hinder movements. Shields are metallic and thus conduct heat and electricity as normal metal.
Description: Type of weapons that are normally circular and built with incredible thickness to withstand offensive attacks. Usually equipped with an arm strap or handle on the inside for easy defense tactics. These specific shields are of the larger variety, ranging within 5' radius all around, to about 7' (Larger shields are generally for larger protection spaces or just bigger people.) Tower Shields are generally used for war and mass protection due to their large size. These shields can withstand one "B" Rank NinJutsu technique, or 40 explosive secondary weapons and a number of techniques weaker then it respectively adding up to a "B" Rank. Personality:

Koori is most definitely what you would call the silent type. He rarely speaks a lot, and his facial expressions are expressive, and silly however silent he may be at times. He doesn’t believe in idle chatter, but he is quite willing to talk at length if the situation calls for it. He is the type of person who would speak at length and quite often at a party, but says nothing of true value unless you have earned his trust. He believes in the receiving, rather than giving out of information. His is not polite however, and will maintain a conversation only if he deems it needed against the untrustworthy, but beyond that silence of the valued facts and loud handed bravado extreme otherwise is his natural state.

Koori has a very calm, fateful demeanor to him. He believes in the procession of fate, and that everything occurs as it does in the proper order of fate. This is not to say, however, that he believes that events are locked into stone. He has full belief in the ability that everyone has to change their own destiny. His belief is that fate is kind to the determined, and will change for them. At the end of every battle, no matter the result, he is content that fate had guided him there for a purpose. Even if he loses, he still believes fate is as it should be, and that all he can do is learn from his mistakes.

The Chuunin has a most dark way about him. Thats what people notice most about him. He is seen in his own eyes a perhaps an un-sung hero. Not the guy for the spot light, but the guy to get the job done. He is mostly silent, although upfront he is probably loud and rude as all hell. Koori has a short fuse and won't hesitate to throw a punch rather then talk things over, although he isn't a stranger to interrogating people. He has broken people's arms in the past in order to get what he wants, whether it be information, money, etc.

Is he an uncorrupted man as well. So much so, that he is actually somewhat is a bit of a bad guy to some. Justice for all, is a phrase commonly used by the vigilante type of guy. So much so, that killing a man was not beyond the Chuunin, not even in this cold world where death was not exactly uncommon to begin with. His methods are a bit, ridiculous, but they work. He will not change for anyone or anything, that's just how he is, he will not stand for someone having to go through and experience what he had to growing up, he will not stand for injustice. This demeanor carries over into another part of Koori, the inability to quit, the inability to give up even when all hope is lost, if he is to go down? It is to be with a fight.

Appearance:

Koori stands at 5' 10" and weighs about 150 pounds. He has a good posture about him and stands tall. His skin tone is soft and a bit tan. His hair is rather short for an Uchiha however, as he like to wear it short. Black in color, as most uchiha have, and eye color Blue. He wears a special attire unique to him and himself only. Starting with the head, he wears a backwards white basball cap, brim facing backwards, back of the hat facing forwards, with the Kiri headband plastered on his fore head, where the hat is, on the hats back (facing forward). He wears a simple chain necklace handed down to him by his father before he was killed in the Uchiha massacre.

Next would be his upper body and upper torso. He figure, is ripped or cut so to speak. He has chizzled abs and broad shoulders. He wears a black giny tee, plain and bland. Over that, the necklace form his father hangs down over it. He also wears a opened, button up T shirt over that. white in color, the shirt is usually always opened. The most unique part of it, is the Uchiha Fan on the back of that shirt. Red and white with a black outlining around it, it is rather large. He wears a pair of fingerless tactical glove over his hands, with the metal plate on the gloves backhand side for protection against blade and etc.

Last but not least would be his lower body. He wears a pair of white in color cargo shorts, boxers under that of course, with the side pockets for extra storage of personal belongings. He holds them up with a black leather belt around his waist. He wears, on his feet a pair of black rubber soled sneakers on his feet, over white socks. He wears his weapons pouch over his right ass cheek, on his belt.

Description: The user performs the handseals needed as they take in a great deep breathe within. Holding it for a movement the user exerts out the breathe in a great force as an amount of smoke comes out in the usage of one movement, the number of movements increase depending on the rank type the user is pushing within the technique. When the user first learns the technique as a "C" Rank the user is capable of creating an amount of smoke covering within the distance of ten meters radius. The Smoke is capable of rising high into the air as it stays when the user wishes for the attack to be performed. The smoke itself may be used as a distraction, to make an opponent incapable of seeing for a brief moment to allow the user to perform more stronger attacks if needed. Within the ten meters of radius as the cloud of smoke is high in the air the user is capable of making the smoke rain down fire balls the size of golf balls down towards those that are along the ground. When the user learns a different rank the amount of distance is increased by ten meters. When the user learns the "S" Rank version of this technique performing the technique becomes quite easier as the amount of chakra is reduced by one rank needed in order to perform the technique, as the storm of golf sized fire balls is added with an extra amount of damage of a small explosion like that of a tag.

  Effect: Causes the opponent to believe that a part of their leg is caught within the ground.

  Drawback: The effect is only illusionary, meaning that it does nothing to the opponent if they break the illusion.
  Description: Gathering chakra via use of handseals, the shinobi releases this chakra to attack the opponent's brain. The brain, thus effected, will cause an illusion within the mind stimulating the senses of touch, sound, and sight. Within the opponent's vision, a small portion of the ground will gave way underneath either their right of left foot, causing them to lose their balance slightly. They will then find that the ground is seemingly closed again, except now their foot is caught within the ground. Unless dispelled, they become unable to move away from that spot.

Those who get hit by a Brawler's Iron Fist feel a knock back effect depending on the user's class.

  Drawback: The user is only capable of performing this attack so many times per day depending on how many times the user knows this technique as well as the Class level of the user.
  Description: When the user first learns this technique they are capable of performing this technique a total of five times per day as well as any other technique that is in conjunction of the Iron Fist. Every time this technique is learned the user is capable of performing this technique as well other techniques into conjunction one more time. This means that if a user learns this technique twice they are capable of performing this technique a total of six times. Depending on how well and how strong the user is by Class, the user is capable of performing the technique with devastating power. The higher the class is the more devastating the attack will be creating a more sufficient way of breaking one's bones.

History:

Birth Years. - In the beginning, Koori was never a very special child. He was born under the parents Anko Akumu, and Raiden Uchiha. He was born with the bloodline of the Uchiha, the sacred crimson copy eyes. That would not be all, however. His parents, one was a Kiri nin, and the other a leaf nin. This posed a problem between the two. They each brought theor son Koori, to their respective village and clan leaders thereafter, to put the boy under review by the leaders to see what he was better fit for. First, he would be taken to the Kuroi Akumu village in Kiri, and examined. Black Waltz, the leader, examined the child himself. He was to be fit and train in the way of the Akumu but with that, all the laws of the Akumu came with that, for the rest of his life. His father questioned if this was truly the best for the boy, but his mother was indeed pleased.

Not but a few days later, he was brought to Konoha, and examined by the Uchiha leader. He was indeed fit to be an Uchiha, and even though but a mere baby, the leader saw potential in his eyes. He was to be an Uchiha as well. Grateful for this, his father still questioned but one thing. Where to raise their son? Konoha he would be too influence by the Uchiha, and in Kiri to much by the Akumu. His parents stayed up all that night, they did not receive any sleep. They thought an thought about where to go, but they didn't come up with any good places in between. They had thought of the Tea Country, but that weilded no shinobi, and they wanted Koori to have proper academy training and be a shinobi of a village.

Finally, they both decided to let him stay in Konoha. The Akumu would be far away, but they would not really be able to rough him up, however, his mother wanted him to be roughed up, and thus she took him, away to Kiri. He was raised and trained and drilled the laws of the Akumu into his head for quite some time. He trained and worked hard at becoming a shinobi for many years. It was however not before long, that Koori and his mother would travel back to Konoha and train with the Uchiha and become a Konoha nin. That, was when it had happened, when they were away in Kiri. The Uchiha clan had been massacred. It was indeed a very sad day in Konoha, that day.

Genin Years. - With that, time had passed, and although his clan had been killed off, some other then him had survived and came back to Konoha, but not many at all. He would continue his training and work into the most respected Fire release by the Uchiha people, but not Konoha. Koori already had a great sense of honor and pride now, after training and refining his chakra control under the watchful eye of the Akumu and his mother, who was now his guardian in Kiri. He traveled home, back to Kiri to leave the dead clan of the Uchiha in Konoha. As he trained, he went through the academy. He went by every day making some friends here and there and really blowing the competition away with his skills, and impressing mostly everyone, sensei included. He was at about age ten when he first graduate from the academy. This, was more or less early, but for someone with his skill level and determination to perhaps one day, avenge his father, it was bound to happen. He was quickly, with others, put onto a team of three, with a sensei. His team members consisted of another boy, and a girl.

The boy, was an Inuzuka. Inuzuka Tolas. He was a odd ball, that was certainly for sure, with a small black puppy named Tobi that helped him do those techniques in combat. The Female, was a Medic. She went by the name Hyuuga Ryusaki. She was a branch member of the Hyuug clan, and did not know how to utilize Jyuuken like the other members of her clan, since she lived in Kiri. Instead, she was super strong and could have killed anyone in one punch. Perhaps the most unique one of them all, was their sensei. He was a man, with what would seem like only one eye, and his face was covered in a half face mask, covering his nose and mouth at all times, with his headband falling slightly over his one eye. He had lost it in combat, or so he said, but what had happened in their private training, Koori and his sensei, Takashi, he found that he was perhaps, a jack of all trades. He had a sharingan eye, from a fallen comrade. He knew how to utilize the Inuzuka techniques and Medic techniques as well. He even had a crew of his own dogs. It was rediculous.

Through their training and misisons as a team went through rather successfully. Team 3, as they were, did many missions together. They started off easy and simply, with D Rank Missions, and then moved on to C Ranked Missions and so on and so forth. They eventualy did many C Rank missions and Takashi became confident in his Genin's abilities, and took them out on a B Ranked mission. They were to travel and patrol Kiri no Kuni, their own Water Country and report any suspicious activity to their Kage. Eventually after much traveling was done, they were engaged by a Kayuga female. She was very nasty and looking for the location of their beloved Village. They did not give their answer, and a large battle was fought. They eventually ran away from the fight and lived to see another day. After more training with his team mates, they split off from their team, and with the arrival of the new kage, Koori wishes to meet her, and perhaps make another team to further himself and Mist.

First off I would like to say that I am honoured that I have gotten this far and thank you for giving me a chance now off to the questions.

Note: I am assuming that this is a re create/create and not a revamp unless stated somewhere.

Corrections

1)Your Specialist Section is wrong. Genjutsu masters can only go into 2 releases,clan and fighting styles. You have 5 and you must remove three.

2) You must sacrifice a grandmaster slot for your fire release since you start off as a Uchiaha Gen Master

3) You have to be a master in the earth release or have 250 training points in Sand and Lightning to go into crystal. (Assuming that this is a re create) Also you cannot recreate into crystal

4) Primary weapons cannot be B rank or higher unless stated it is Sonic Blaster or Sonic Wave Amplifier. Also you could not even lift that shield because it reqires at least for you to be a tai master.

5) You cannot start with Large Flashlights. All secondary items must start at the smallest size possible

6) That would mean that you would need 12 more slots left for your secondary weapons.

7) Your Personality states that you are a chuunin? Re creates are gennins

8) All Uchiha’s must start with Grand Fireball

9) (Assuming He received Dice Roll and received Sharingan) You must know the fire release before receiving the Sharingan. (Assuming he doesn’t receive the Sharingan) You must know the Fire Release for your “Raining Flames Technique”
