The Morning Mist {T}{RP}

The sun hasnt risen yet in the Village of the mist. the morning mist, makes the village so much cooler than usual during this time of day. People are still sleeping in their homes. the street are empty, the roads are quiet.

A shadow can be seen moving through the city rooftops. Masa just woke up from his sleep. he tends to wake up earlier than most genin around here. maybe its because you cant see anything through this mist. But for Masa its a walk in the park.

He is on his way to the village lake down teh road from the village center. maybe 2 or 3 meters away. He can feel the morning sun on his face as he feels its warmth. He says to himself " gotta move quicker if i want to use this mist"

I had been awake for several hours. The previous night was sodden with miserable dreams, tearing me from the sweet, cataleptic sleep. Rather than lying in bed, drenched with sweat, I was determined to conquer this day, early. It mattered not if fatigue filled this soul, for sooner or later that would be overwhelmed with the excitements of dawn.

My ears perked as some sorts of figure made its way through the mists. Through the mists I could see a shadow. Quickly I repositioned myself into the path of this form, standing with a teeth revealing smile. How would this encounter go, I wonder?

Masa stops right in his tracks as he feels something in his path ahead. "Who up at this time" he says to himself as he continues. He decides to slow his pace down. deciding if he should go around this person. or go straight ahead. he keeps thinking as he closes the distant.

The mist is getting more and more thick as he gets closer to the lake. he can feel it in the air. the density, the wetness, and teh coldness. Still knowing that the figure is waiting for him now. actually teh figure shifted his position towards Masa. "he'll move after this" he said as he starts to form teh hand seals for his Pressure Jet.

*DRAGON SEAL* Masa shoots a stream of pressurized water at the figure. Not knowing if he hit the target or not yet. he'll find out soon...

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: User shoots a stream of water towards the opponent.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: Easier to dodge at longer distances.
Description: A simple jutsu utilizing the water release. User performs the hand seals Snake, Dragon then transfers charka to their throat, creating a steady stream of pressured water from their mouths, that then hits the opponent for D rank damage. The jet stream has a maximum range of 10 meters and travels in a straight line. Speed is equivalent to throwing a kunai.
Limit: Water Release.

The stream of water struck me in my chest and I gritted my teeth in pain. In anger, I clenched my fists and stared into the mists to where this figure stood. In a blur, this body moved through the mists to where that figure stood. My hand dashed outwards in an attempt to grab this fool, he who had infuriated me.

Whether or not I could grab this individual, my other hand, the right, swung outwards and straight, directly towards his face.

Same no Ryoku (Strength of the Shark)
Rank: “C” Rank
Skill: Passive
Effect: Greatly increases the user’s brute physical strength.
Special: A passive ability that is always active. Must have had the Same no Gishiki put upon the body.
Drawback: The user must start with this technique if taking the ritual upon birth. All other physical aspects, such as speed, are not affected.
Description: One of the two Same no Isei, or Powers of the Shark, Same no Ryoku (Strength of the Shark) is a passive ability that greatly increases the user’s brute strength. The muscles have become greatly enhanced and are capable of performing much greater actions of lifting and overpowering the opponent. The strength gained is dependent upon the user’s Specialist choice and Difficulty Class.

At “D” Rank, the Taijutsu Master Specialist will have the physical strength of a “C” Rank Taijutsu Master.
At “C” Rank, the Taijutsu Master Specialist will have the physical strength of a “B” Rank Taijutsu Master.
At “B” Rank, the Taijutsu Master Specialist will have the physical strength of an “A” Rank Taijutsu Master.
At “A” Rank, the Taijutsu Master Specialist will have the physical strength of a “S” Rank Taijutsu Master.
At “S” Rank, the Taijutsu Master Specialist will have the physical strength of two “S” Ranked Taijutsu Masters.

Same no Seirei (Spirit of the Shark)
Rank: “C” Rank
Skill: Passive
Effect: Dramatically increases the user’s chakra pool.
Special: A passive ability that is always active. Must have had the Same no Gishiki put upon the body.
Drawback: The user must start with this technique if taking the ritual upon birth. Chakra control remains unaffected.
Description: One of the two Same no Isei, or Powers of the Shark, the Same no Seirei (Spirit of the Shark) allows the user to obtain a dramatically larger chakra pool than they would normally have. The amount that the chakra pool increases is dependent upon the user’s specialties and their Difficulty Class.
Taijutsu Master

At “D” Rank, the Taijutsu Master Specialist will gain a chakra pool equivalent to a “D” Ranked Ninjutsu Specialist.
At “C” Rank, the Taijutsu Master Specialist will gain a chakra pool equivalent to a “C” Ranked Ninjutsu Specialist.

Type: NinJutsu/TaiJutsu
Effect: A High speed movement technique where a user moves from one point to another as if appearing to teleport in a short distance in almost untraceable speeds. User moves in 10 meters
Special: ---
Drawback Able to use 3 times a day when first learned. Each time learned after first time user is able to use it one more time. If user uses it passes the number capable, leg muscles cramp dramatically and user is unable to move till medical treatment. May only be used on the ground in a straight line whether facing forward or away.
Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. When used this technique does not take up any movements. However a user may only use this technique equal to half the amount of their movements per round rounding down. Thus 3 movements user may use it only once per round. 15 movements user may use it 7 times per round without it taking up a movement.
Limit: User must have a Character.

Masa felt the figure rush up on him, in an instant. he felt a swing, from the air and read its movement with his ears. he moved his head back knowing that this person is trying to hit him. The punch connects, but lucky he moved his head back a little and got zipped in the eyes where his forehead protector was. *tink* the fist made as it connected to the forehead protector over his eyes.

"this guy is fast, the mist is lighting up." he says to himself as he pulls one of the bells out and sticks it into the figures pants without him knowing as he connected with teh punch to Masa's forehead protector.

Masa jumps back after he was hit. He got the bell on the guy thats all that matters. "I dont know who he is, but he is fast for his size" he thinks to himself, he begins to to for his hand for the hidden mist jutsu, to intensify this mist."He saw me coming a mile away i bet" lets change that right now....

Kirigakure no Jutsu (Hidden Mist Skill)

Effect: A Skill where a user uses the water around them to create a massive mist to fill around the user.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: ---
Description: A skill which creates a very dense fog that descreases the surrounding visibility to near zero. It produces an environment perfect for a silent assassin who follows an opponent through sound. This mist can not be blown away by any type of Wind Jutsu.
Limit: Water Release

I stood, still, not bothering to go into the offensive anymore. This was a waste of my time, and prolonging this would be an even further waste. The mists thickened before my eyes, and I had no desire to track this man down.

"You fool! Stop this immediately or I will tear you in half! You have angered me enough!

Deep in the Mist, Masa hears this than laughs to himself. Not out of disrespect but out of humor. As in ' He really did say that'. He gets to his feet and begins to make the hand signs to clear the mist.

The mist begins to clear.

They stand actually 5 feet from each other.

" Sup" Masa says to him as he puts his hand up for a "low high" wave.

I folded my arms and stared down at this child. Standing at six feet and five inches, I was considerably taller than Masa. Then I saw the headband belonging to the Village of the Mist. It was difficult to control this anger against him, for he had assaulted me. But I must, for he belongs to the same village as I.

"Give me your name, and tell to me, why did you attack me?"
