Experience: On this site, I am an assistant(my activity has been low due to school and work, once spring break gets here, activity should go up) I have been a moderator on several sites I was once apart of. I only left one on bad terms. I was in charge on a Star wars Rp as a faction leader. Which meant I was in charge of coming up, and working with other leaders creating events and things to do to keep activity high. (site was shut down due to the leader getting deployed.) I have been put in charge of looking over character applications and enforcing rules of the site. I'm not sure what else you want to know.

Additional Comments: I have been a member of the site for around two years. I have already come up with several events and things to do on my own, I am willing to work with anyone to help create and event or a story. I honestly think I could be a better GM then I am as an assistant. I like creating stories and events more then I really want to train, and I think I really could bring some fresh ideas to the table.

Plot: A wealthy lord in the Land of the Sea have sent complaints about some creature attacking every ship sent to an island he claimed as his own. He has been trying to explore the island ever since he acquired it three years ago. Fed up with the failure of his own men, he has sent messages to three Ninja villages in hopes they can work together long enough to find his Island. Not much is known about the island other then it is a thick with vegetation it constantly rains. The Island only reappeared three years ago after it was “Lost” in a deep fog. The fog consumed the Island over a hundred years ago. Explorers brave enough to go into the fog never returned. The people of the area do not dare approach it, and the Lord is paying a group of sailors brave(or stupid) enough to approach the Island, on top of the ninja help he is asking for.

The reports the wealthy Lord has received claimed that some large creature, in the shape of a squid, attacks any ships that comes with in three miles of the island. The ships are said to suddenly disappear in a thick fog. As the fog settles, the ships are gone. After sending multiple ships at the same time, the Lord is convinced someone, perhaps a rival, is playing him for a fool. The Villages Hidden in the Snow, Leaf, and Mist have all been asked to send a team of three ninja to protect three ships of explores he is sending to the island. They have been asked to meet with him in person before they leave.

Location: Land of the Sea
Rules: -This event is DE so either a Staff or a BM says you're dead, then you’re dead.
- Your task is to guard the ship from whatever threat that rears its ugly head.
- At least one Ship must survive
-The surviving ships must also have the Lord personal assistant aboard and unharmed.
-No more the one team of no more then three. All three can be Genin, However, one must be at least A rank and have distinguished him/herself. (Five events or more, plus 8 missions total, 5 must be C rank or higher.)
-Open to Leaf, Mist, Snow and missing/Non ninja
-C or higher Rank
-If you enter this event, and live, you are required to be apart of the second half. You will not be paid other wise.

IIC Length: 2 Days
Prize(s): Ninjas will be paid 30,000 Ryo apiece, Non ninjas will be paid 20,000 ryo after successful return. A bonus of 5,000 ryo will be rewarded for every additional ship that returns.

Name: Lord Choa
Age: 67
The governor of several small island, he is one of the most well respected, and highly feared rulers of the area. Anyone who opposed him seems to disappear, or have an accident. His shipping business is one of the most respected in the world. If his business fails, so does the economies of the every Island nation and business set up along the coast. This is perhaps the on;y reason his business methods are ignored by the ninja villages. It is widely said that he has his hand in every business around, legitimate or not.
Appearance: His face is full of wrinkles and scars. His leathery face shows no emotion other then anger and frustration. His plump body is covered by some of the finest materials to ever be made. His is a short man at only 5'6. He is missing three teeth, all replaced with silver fake teeth. His hands wear many rings of different sizes and color, and changes from day to day. His chin is covered with a long grey beard, to match the thick head of grey hair.

Appearance: A tall, skinny man, he keeps himself professional looking at all time. His face sports thin glasses. On the side of his head, he is already starting to grey. His face is neatly trimmed and shaven. His clothes, much like his boss, is made of the finest materials money can buy. The man carries no weapons, but carries a book in his hands at all times. The cover has no writing, and he lets no one else hold it. He is however constantly reading the book, muttering in a strange language.
Bio: Born in poverty, this bright child was recruited by Lord Chao when he was ten years old. No one knew why this boy was chosen, Li is prepared to carry the secret to the grave. What is known however is the child was extremely intelligent. By age 13, he had already attended and graduated the top school of the Sea country. His photo graphic memory helped him excel at everything he attempted. By the age of thirty, he had only left his master side twice. Both times no one was sure where he was.

Appearance: A beautiful women, this pirate is one of the strongest warriors around. Her speed and strength is second to none. Her long raven hair goes down her back, her finger has one gold ring which she wears. This ring identifies her as one of the seven pirate Lords. Her clothing changes very little. She wears ripped black pants that go to about her knees. Her red shirt hangs loosely on her shoulders hardly hiding the large chest beneath. Her neck wears a single gold chain with a locket on it.
Bio: Where is was born is not known by anyone. Even herself. She thinks she was born around the Bear country, but her mother moved so often it was hard to be sure where she was born. She left her mother when she was 14 and joined a group of six others. They all had there own skills and talents. As there infamy grew, they each went there separate ways, starting there own crews and organization, to prove they were the strongest of the seven. Sheba has been the most successful of all the pirates, her domain reaching from the Snow country all the way to her “base” in the Sea country. She and her “fleet” of ships attack merchant and traveling vessels to help feed her ever growing empire.

Uhm. In a case where an assistant wants to be just GM, is this even necessary? He already +is+ a Game Master by default, if you want to be demoted to just that specific job, tell Heero or Kurenai. I'm sure they'd demote you to it. I don't see the need to apply if you were already capable of doing so in your job plus more before e.o

Regardless his activity as an Assistant is nowhere near well enough to warrant a secondary title of Game Master. Also, as it's been stated, it isn't needed. As a staff member if you want to do an event just post it up and go with it. You don't HAVE to be a Game Master to do events.
