Plot: Lady Ranu Kia has stepped down as Kazekage, and thus a new one has been elected within the Sand Village! The villagers to celebrate a new leader in the driver seat of the village have put together a type of event that will celebrate the New Ruler. There will be a village wide party for the day, with gambling, and good cooking, and more importantly, beer.
Location: Sand Village
Rules:
IIC Length: 1 Day.
Prize(s): Three Soldier Pills for the Raffle winner, Ryo for the Gambling winners.
NPC's: Shop Owner, and various ANBU running the games and tournament. Aside from that, this is purely PC.

Rules:
- Open to all within the Hidden Village of Sand.
- All Ryo that is spent or lost(when gambling) will be donated to the village fund. Think of it as a fund-raiser.
- Rules for Dice Games and other mini-events are as followed:
- Double or Nothing: Very simple. A person places down a minimum of 100 Ryo, then states ‘odd’ or ‘even.’ If they guess correctly, the earn double of what they put down. If they guess incorrectly, they lose it all. They can choose to keep going, doubling their money each time, up to a maximum of 6000 Ryo (they‘ll be forced to stop at that point.) But again, if they guess wrong, they lose it all.
- Craps: Very simple. User gets two six sided die. User places a bet anywhere from 50 Ryo to 500 Ryo. If the user rolls an Eight (8) - Twelve (12) They Win 1.5x Their money. The roll and Even Seven (7) in any way, they win double their money they bet. They roll Snake Eyes (1-1 on both die) they loose everything. They roll anything under Seven (7) to Three (3) they lose half of their money they bet.
- Raffle: Those that come to the event will be assigned a number. After the formal Kazekage declaration, a number will be drawn from a bowl (Aka, a dice will be rolled, the number of sides equal to however many participants there are). The lucky owner of the number drawn will receive three soldier pills.

- A vendor will be present, offering secondary weapons for a discounted price. 50% off specifically. You can not, however, sell to him, and he sells secondary weapons only. All Ryo that is spent is donated to the village fund.
- All Ryo needed for the Prizes for the Raffle and etc. will be taken from the Village Treasury.
