Deido Hashira no Jutsu (Mud Pillar)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: A pillar of mud fires out of a muddy area aimed from below a target. It reaches a max of 10 meters.
Special: Dog, Rat
Drawback: It needs mud in the area to be used.
Description: The user fires a burst of mud out of a muddy area. This technique is not very damaging and was designed to impair or stall a target so the user can close in on them. It can be used in tandem with the Deido Sakana no Jutsu.

As the young man eyed over the field upon which he had settled and decided to be his training area, he saw the area around within almost a kilometre. It was a clear field suitable for training, with few trees and bushes laying their shadows on the grass, which swayed in the gentle, cool breeze that swept over the area.
"Now this seems like the perfect place to start training my new technique, don't you think that too, dad?" Niklas asked from the man standing behind him.
The older man looked to be nearing his forties atleast from his face. It had several scars and wrinkles. He was wearing the standard mist ninja outfit.
"So it would seem, so you wanted me to show how the technique was done?" Iroi said with a smile as his hands flew into a string of handseals and his son could only watch in awe the speed and precision of his father's handseals as he created a large mud field that started just in front of the duo.
"Now, that we have the material to use for you to learn with, let's start off with an easy jutsu that should be easier to do than the mud clone," His father calmly explained.
Doing a technique that required only the use of two different handseals, it caused a pillar of mud erupt from the field created earlier. This pillar shot up to ten meters in height, before dissolving into mud, that splat back into the large field.
"It's your task to replicate that technique, when you do I'll tell you what it's called. " His father stated and walked few meters to the shade of a tree, and sat down.
"I'll watch how you progress from here," and with that his father fell silent, only gazing the boy from the shadows.
Niklas was lost in thought as he meditated in a sitting position. It's all about the mental image of driving my chakra into the mud and bursting to a set direction.
"Alright, let's begin."
Niklas molded his chakra by doing the required handseals and sent his chakra to the mud. Some mud bursted upwards towards the sky in a hungry attempt to try to reach it.
