Description:Under the current circumstances, the Sound village has remained vigil of surrounding villages too long. With a population slowly increasing, Niatsu hopes to improve structural integrity by having talks with the surrounding shinobi villages. With his goal in mind, he will set off to none other than the Mist village and will need an escort team. Not wanting the ANBU to be heavily involved, Niatsu ordered that his team rekindle and a potential ANBU candidate escort him to the location where he will have his meeting. Since he has yet to and will not contact the Mist village before arriving, it is best to remain vigil on this mission.
Objective:Escort and attend the meeting with Niatsu and ensure his safety. The kage's life rest in your hands.

Malice had been walking for more than a little while, he had been training almost as soon as he had gotten out of the hospital, cuts and scraps were the only problems but he had bandaged himself up as best he could. Now they were being thrown right back into another mission, there Kage Niatsu had been away the time when they had slaughtered the Tena clan, and now they were to head out again, it was no big deal to him. He had learned a couple of new techniques just before he had been called to duty, they weren't what he wanted to learn, but considering the time he had, it was all he could manage, he wondered who his current teammates were going to be.

Malice arrived at the meeting point and took a seat next to a tree and leaned up against, allowing himself to collect his thoughts again. The weather was pretty nice, though why they had to meet next to a run down shack made little sense, he was really close to a new set of techniques that would make his strength double atleast, now all he had to do was wait for the Kage and the rest, then they could be off to wherever they were going.

Kazishimi had finished training for several techniques and was now ready to take on his new mission. He was travelling with his great companion, Kiba, his sabertooth tiger. Luckily he had managed to escape the reservation undetected and was now travelling towards and old cottage of the Kage's he did not care much about why they were meeting here, he was just excited for the mission they would be entering.

[/size][/i]isagi left the place and quickly went to the rendezvous point of the mission. He remembered the exact coordination and followed through it accordingly. He wondered exactly what kind of mission that they would participate him. And was sure that it if it meant having it personally assigned by the Kage then that meant that it was certainly a dangerous mission. He soon realized that the destination point seemed to be up a hill close to a large field surrounded by couple of farms and cottages here and there. Upon arriving to the scene, he noticed that both Kazishimi and Malice had already arrived to the scene. Thus, meaning that he had somehow arrived late as usual. Upon arriving he placed himself near a tree, wondering why the Kage would set up a rendez vous point close to an old rubbish cottage. It didn’t make sense to him but hey, he is after all the kage. He does whatever he wants to do. So Hisagi greeted his teammates with a slight nod and headed his own way. Not bothering to start and spark any conversation. Plus Malice wasn’t a chatty person and Kazishimi was flat out annoying so why go through the trouble? Now it was time to wait for this mission to start.

“Team Rekindle Reunion

So… Vivid were the words that rang repeatedly in the thoughts of Niatsu, seeing the old cottage off in the distance. Eyes narrowed he’d continue to approach as the visions flooded back—

“Haha what a dump Jericho” Niatsu said laughing wholeheartedly at his new guardian. “and you’ll be staying and training here… Oh and its Jericho-sama to you boy” responded Jericho “Whaaaat…..” Niatsu said in a look of sheer hopelessness upon his face.

“Maron… What the hell are you getting at by having me see this place again” Niatsu said turning his head away and down from the place he once called his home for a short time. However as the distance slowly closed he could see from his peripheral vision the team that would escort him to the Mist village, the only team to survive the Tena Genocide mission. With a whole new attire and weaponry in his arsenal, Niatsu not only appeared to have grown as a fighter, but the shinobi he saw before him seemed to have grown as well. Not bad… he said to himself approaching them but looking at Kazishimi rose something up in Niatsu as his once casual walk turned into a full speed powerwalk, with aggression in each step towards Kazishimi. Eyes already emboldened with what appeared to be anger he’d walk into a proper distance to throw a punch and attempt to strike Kazishimi in the jaw with his right hand; the strike wasn’t a strike to hurt Kazishimi, but just enough to cause him to lose his balance. Niatsu had been infuriated by Kazishimi disappointing him and not following Hisagi like he should have “As an original member of Team Rekindle, I expected you to follow my orders!” Niatsu said in a tone of voice that didn’t quite qualify as shouting but just below it.

Having released his feelings about Kazishimi’s actions he’d turn towards Malice “…” and simply stare for a second and nod in his acknowledgement in the shinobi’s actions “and you!” Niatsu said turning towards Hisagi “Don’t put yourself in that position again! You stop him before he leaves the mission perimeters!” Niatsu said upset at Hisagi for not thinking before acting on orders of Daimyo Army General.[/font]

Malice sat, occasionally opening his eyes into little slits to allow himself the least possible view, watching the other teammates arrive, he had expected to see most of the old faces, after all the kage had a team that was his go to force. Kazishimi had arrived in the distance after him, and Hisagi had arrived, after, Hisagi giving his usual nod in acknowledgment, atleast he knew that he could handle himself. Kazishimi had needed aid before in the last mission when Malice had been struck thanks to his blood in his veins and dulling his senses for a split second. It was only soon after when the man they had been sent to protect had arrived....Niatsu.

Malice had had a couple thoughts about the village, his first reaction was to kill surprisingly, when he had first came and was still keeping some things under control, his blood lust in his veins urged him for battle. It was Niatsu and only Niatus' presence that had halted him. Niatsu the only man in the village that he took pause from and respected. Malice watched as he immediately went for Kazishimi, but his words fell on def ears to Malice as he slowly rose from his seated position, the kage had changed, When he approached it was like the air was crowded. Malice nodded to Niatsu when he did the same to him, keeping quiet and allowing him to continue.

Kazishimi looked around to acknowledge his surroundings. Malice was currently lying down against a tree trunk and seemed quite unimpressed at the presence of the rosy haired shinobi, he ignored it, they had their moment of teaming back in the event when the fireballs had started coming their way, but that was dead and gone and he was back to looking down on him while he would simply ignore the silver haired Genin. A few seconds later, Hisagi entered the area, he simply nodded and kept to himself it seemed none of them were into having a conversation too much. Kazishimi witnessed the Otokage enter the surroundings, as soon as he had seen Kazishimi or so it seemed he walked alertingly towards him or so it seemed. Niatsu would throw a surprising punch towards the rosy haired shinobi that would hit him on the shoulder. Kazishimi looked in awe and rubbed it lightly it did not hurt so much but it had caused him to flinch and take a two steps back. He could not help himself and spoke.

KAZISHIMI KENPACHI – “What was that for?”

NIATSU BURO – “As an original member of Team Rekindle, I expected you to follow my orders!”

Kazishimi bit his lip in disappointment before he spoke back against his leader, the orders he was given were horrific and he wasn’t going to stand there and do them.

KAZISHIMI KENPACHI – “The orders of murdering innocent families for what their leader did? I don’t regret it… at all!”

At last that’s what he thought Niatsu was talking about, he was ignorant of the fact that he meant to keep an eye on Hisagi. He folded his arm and frowned towards his leaders as he turned to Malice not saying a word and then to Hisagi also disappointed at him. Why was he not disappointed at Malice, he was the one that, much like other shinobi, almost died during the mission.

[/size][/i]lashes of the event flickered in and out of Hisagi’s mind as his back remained leaned against the trunk of the tree, enjoying the shadows and obscurity given to him by the massive branch and its surrounding leaves. He remembered every single moment of that event, but still the one that haunted him the most was Naruku’s foul and abrupt departure from the event. He could have stopped him but decided not to, as if allowing him to escape and fleet from the country. Of course, he followed him and spied on him in the process. But Hisagi felt like he should’ve stopped him right there on the spot. However, he was hesitant and felt the need to fully grasp Naruku’s reason for his acts before jumping and acting instinctively and primitively. His short trip back to memory lane soon stopped as his senses tingled causing him to open his eyes and look down the pathway, for walking up to the destination point was Lord Niatsu himself, accompanied by another man.

T[/i]he Otokage was walking slowly until that is, his foot work increased thus making his way really quickly towards the scene. Hisagi shrugged a bit puzzlingly for a moment, thinking that maybe the Kage wanted to start a fight –well, that’s what he picked up from the sudden change in his behaviour and mannerism. And then out of nowhere, Lord Niatsu lunched his arm forward and landed a punch on Kazishimi’s body. Oh was the only sound that echoed in Hisagi’s mind as he looked on trying to decipher the reason behind the punch and the conversation going on between the Kage and the rose haired punk. He heard it all and came to a complete understanding; the Kage seemed to be disappointed in Kazishimi for his actions during the event. He didn’t quite know why, until he remembered that Kazishimi had decided to stay back, during the mission and also wanted to spare Kenshi’s life. Perhaps that’s why the Kage was disappointed in him. He looked on with pale white eyes, giving away a slightly disappointed look as well, but that didn’t last very long for the Kage directed his attention towards him and spoke with an upset tone. Not thinking before acting? Was he serious? Whatever. Thought Hisagi as he widened his eyes once the Kage opened his mouth and narrowed it once he closed it. He figured that it was best to just keep his mouth quiet. There was absolutely no point in causing any stupid discussions especially with a hot tempered man such as the Kage. [/size][/blockquote]

“The true reason for fury”

Almost immediately after striking his team member he’d not seen shame but disappointment What the hell? He didn’t follow my orders and he has the nerve to look like that?! he said becoming more infuriated, but the boy’s response would show what was hidden behind the visage. “The orders of murdering innocent families for what their leader did? I don’t regret it… at all! ” The Otokage paused for a moment with his eyes narrowing further to clarify “No… I’m talking about you not keeping an eye on Hisagi!” he said pointing over towards the green-haired boy. The whole subject had been about following a simple order to stick together, in fact Niatsu hadn’t even been briefed on who contributed what, but taking a second to reflect on what Kazishimi said Niatsu felt compelled to make a rebuttle.

Niatsu seemed to turn a bit away from Kazishimi, towards the direction he’d came in fact and would speak in a much more calm tone of voice “But to hear you now is more disconcerting…” Niatsu said “Have you learned nothing… For the people who killed hundreds… For the people that destroyed entire villages… You would expect the truth from them? The leader must’ve saw no other option but to take a kunai for his people; like I would do for my own. Like us they are no different, we stick together through anything, we shinobi consider our mission to be first priority, but the safety of our members is more important; for without that unity a mission cannot be completed efficiently.” Turning to face Kazishimi again, his eyes still blazing in fury but with a calm voice Niatsu would say “To put simply you’ve forgotten your training; Malice… You’re in-charge of this escort mission” Niatsu said as he’d start walking to signal the start of the mission. Although Niatsu spoke pretty words of protection in reality he held no true attachment to his subordinates, loyal servants he considered them rather. He’d try to make it clear that Kazishimi was mistaken, that the people in the village have caused too much pain to be trusted further, they had their chance, and they destroyed it; how could only one man pull of all those events without their village knowing, is how Niatsu perceived his deception.

With Malice now in charge of the escort mission, he’d expect him to take charge and lead them to the shore nearby; one hundred meters out to be exact. At the shore would sit a dock and docked a ship fit for sailing the sea; with a man waiting for Niatsu and the others.

Malice kept his eyes on the surrounding area as usual, he always kept himself aware, Kazishimi as always had something else to say once the other was done, however this was the kage. Hisagi, unlike Kazishimi kept his mouth shut, this way the mission could begin and in turn there could be more of a chance for his search to expand. Niatsu distance from all of the escort team was not very much and he didn't know if he was supposed to hear, but he was a little loud, with each word of Niatsu little “kage” speech, he couldn't imagine him taking a kunai for anyone, but what he said was what he said, and Malice would keep it to himself unless asked of his opinion.

Malice let off a bull shit, in his mind as the words of team members more important than the mission went off as he kept his eyes on the surroundings, his eyes however snapped back to the kage when he stated that he was leading the mission now. Malice started at the kage for a second, maybe he was in charge out of spite, or some kind of game, either way, Malice hated leading, he would rather go his own way. “Why....?” he said under his breath, almost a whisper, there was no surprise on his face or in his voice, it was just a question. Niatsu already started to walk away, Malice took that as his Que. “Yes, sir” he replied simply, his voice always cold and no emotion. “Triangular formation, ill lead infront of Niatsu, Kazishimi, right, Hisagi left, behind Niatsu. Two meter spacing..” he simply said, sounding nothing like an order, but as if it was the most obvious way to take. Malice quickened his pace to catch up to Niatsu first and making his way a meter out infront of him. His instruction was rather simple,if they didn't understand he didn't really care. The reason he chose to be himself infront was so he didn't have to walk next to someone, should be a quiet journey for him

------ The Leading Role ------

Kazishimi had not clearly gotten what his Kage had been saying what he had failed at was to keep an eye on Hisagi. Personally, Kazishimi had even forgotten that the other member of Team Rekindle was from Leaf, he had to admit, he considered him to be a Sound ninja now and didn't question his loyalty. Niatsu on the other hand wasn't so trusting, he was going to reply back and waited for his leader to address what he mentioned earlier. The rosy haired Genin listened as the Kage spoke like a leader claiming they did just as he would have done, Kazishimi was quite gullible and believed him on the fact that he would take a kunai from them but that they were lying he doubted. The leader was the only one strong enough to cause that much damage within the village, the rest were, dare he say it, quite weak. Once more though, he kept to himself it seemed to be that Malice and Hisagi thought he should with the way they barely talked. Right now he wanted to get this mission over with. He ended his speech claiming Kazishimi had forgotten his training, he begged to differ, Niatsu had not done his role as Leader of Team Rekindle very well, they had barely done any training except for the initiation. His last words hit him hard, Malice was now the new leader of the mission.

His eyes widened before narrowing itself on Malice, right now he hated both his Kage and the new leader of the mission, to be quite honest he would rather have Hisagi as leader but once more, Niatsu did not trust him. Letting out a slight groan he turned his eyes away from the Kage who was walking away. Malice spoke briefly explaining how they would walk and Kazishimi listened without speaking walking diagonally one meter from Niatsu while staying two meters away from Hisagi who should be at his left. Malice had began walking towards what seemed to be the shore and from quite far away he could see a man waiting with a boat, he hoped dearly that they would not be attacked while on the sea locomotive.

[/size][/i]bviously this mission was going to be a great nuisance. Thought Hisagi as he looked on at the confrontation going on between the Kage and Kazishimi, it was best for Kazishimi to just stay quiet. And Hisagi was trying to tell him through utilizing only his mind and his thought, hoping that somehow Kaz felt the energy and responded to it. Obviously that wouldn’t work since there’s no such things as speaking like that but hey it was worth the try. Thankfully though, Kazishimi kept his mouth quiet and his tongue behind his mouth. They could finally proceed with the mission and head towards wherever they were meant to travel to. But before they would take a further step, his grace would start to give an inspirational --well slightly—inspirational speech to his team members. Hisagi’s mind laughed, he couldn’t display it of course. But he found it amusing to see a straight up bad ass try to sound humble and inspiring. It was a solid attempt he’d give that to the Kage. But still he could tell that that wasn’t really the Kage’s strong point. And that deep inside he probably didn’t give a damn about their lives.

H[/i]owever, Hisagi still had to admit; Lord Niatsu did seem mighty different. He got a different vibe from him, it seemed livelier than the last time he saw him. He couldn’t decipher why but it was just judging fully out of the current situation and the vibe he got from him. Furthermore, his grace gave the order, well not really an order but appointed Malice as the captain of this mission. Hisagi wasn’t surprised or shocked but he still couldn’t help but to scratch his head, seeming puzzled but really he wasn’t, it was just his form of reaction. Not that he cared about who led what. Anyways, upon receiving captainship, Malice would make his first order just that very moment. And Hisagi followed it without hesitation He walked towards Malice and Niatsu’s left side and made sure that he was spaced two meters away from Kazishimi, standing on his (kaz’s) right of course. He walked at the same pace as Kazishimi so the triangle wouldn’t look odd, and continued his steps while surveying the area, looking out for anything out of the ordinary as they continued to be led on by Malice. As Niastu had anticipated, Malice had taken charge of the group; although he didn’t seem all that eager, he knew that he could rely on Malice, after all he gave everyone a chance till they screwed him over once. Following Malice carefully at the two meter spacing they’d approach the docks; identifying them the man would approach them “Hi” said Jenzo with an older man’s voice with a little frustration added into it. “I’m Jenzo, the captain of this ship; her name is Bella, men!” said Captain Jenzo as twelve would appear leaning over the railing over the ship “Yes captain?” asked one of the members “The Otokage is here… We are setting sail!” said the captain.

OOC: Since this is your mission, Malice. You will be taking over the NPC and where I go and you’ll be in charge of the travel thread. Kazishimi, and Hisagi will follow your lead, I’ll regain control over my character when we travel to Water Country. [The kage will stay in his cabin and rest while you guys are on the ship and don’t start any conversations with him, I don’t want you to risk my character’s personality][/font]

It wasn't a long walk, they had it in silence, Niatsu as escort, it was strange to him, the this didn't have the feeling of escort it was something else, he couldn't describe. As Malice walked he couldn't help but think back on the moment he was given his status as leader, Kazishimi stared daggers at him, his eyes full of hatred at losing to him, how could they stand such things? Not being in perfect control, letting there emotion now cloud there judgment, Kazishimi now showed emotions and feelings of resentment and hate, that could affect his judgment, how could he count on him if things so trivial affected him? How could he trust anyone.....if things so easy as hate, depression and vengeance could change them in a split second. He couldn't and he wouldn't, not ever. It was in there own volatile nature, human nature, to kill each other off until another claimed power over the other, then another was envied for it in an inevitability to war. The cause of all this.....emotion....

“Hi” the words spoken would snap his mind back to the mission, they had traveled the distance and now rested at the ship, the captain had said his words and announced that they would sail. Malice led the way, following the captain up to the ships main deck. “Don't you worry,” the captain began, “Bella is a fine ship, not only fast but sails as smooth as silk” he assured them confidently presenting the ship with his arms open, like a grand design. The ship itself was grand, it was big, but the deck was a little rickety and had a crack here and there, but what hardened ship didn't. Malice stood infront of Niatsu, he stared at the captain, blank expression, his eyes soulless. “Oh, yes” the captain said breaking eye contact with Malice and making eye contact with Niatsu. “I have prepared my quarters for you, only the best for the Otokage...” he trailed off, Niatsu' gaze was worse than Malice's, his had nothing but soullessness, the kage however....Whatever the captain saw made him hurry with his little talks. “Yes, yes.....right this way....” he finished, his voice tense.

The captain was respectable, as he led Niatsu down the ships decks and out of sight, Malice looked out onto the ships main deck as the men had now finished untying the ship and began to cast off. Assuming that Hisagi and Kazishimi were still behind him Malice spoke as he always did, calm, collected, with nothing in his voice. “Both of you sweep this deck, know the surroundings, do as you see fit afterwards” Malice made his way to the front of the ship, and sat down, crossed his legs facing there destination which was open sea at the moment, thinking to himself once more.

Kazishimi continued walking towards the direction in the formation they had been ordered to do. His arms was crossed and his eyes were looking elsewhere, he wasn’t really concentrated on where they were going anymore. Eventually they would arrive within the ship, Kazishimi quickly made his way within the locomotion following his Kage and his leader. He ignored what happened to the two aforementioned and instead made his way to the back of the ship hoping no one had followed him. Whatever had come out from their mouths in the entrance of the ship he had not heard it, such as the Kage going into his cabin or Malice giving an order. He leaned back against the railings and closed his eyes, resting until they arrived to the Water Country.

[/size][/i]hey continued to walk towards their destined location, Hisagi was resting his head on his palms for he had lifted his arms upwards and had placed his hands in the back of his head, walking with a relaxed composure while keeping an eye out for anything unusual as he would sometime drift away into his own thoughts. Eventually they finally arrived at the shore and soon board the ship after being greeted by Jenzo, the captain of the ship. Once inside the transport, Hisagi had followed the crew till the captain’s floor. Lord Niatsu was showed his room and had left the scene. Hisagi not seeing the point in staying around anymore decided to walk away from Malice and the Captain just as the Kaguya ninja began to talk --giving orders again so it appears. Hisagi stopped for a brief moment before walking down the wooden stairs, he glanced over his shoulders and looked at Malice, raised a grin on his face. “Ay-ay captain!” he exclaimed and finished it off by waiving a military like solution; of course, taking displaying the utmost sarcasm. His gesture was not to show any disrespect at all, or anything of the sort. It was just to tease him a bit, to break his balls. Then again Malice probably wouldn’t be bothered by it, him and his terminator—robotic behaviour. And so on, Hisagi chuckled to himself and step down the wooden stairs. He walked towards the side of the boat, where the anchor hung, and rested his elbows on the edge of the wooden railings –allowing his body to rest and his thoughts to roam freely in another world as this boat voyage continued. Malice sat now, the cold breeze of the ocean past through as he sat at the front edge of the ship. Malice's eyes had never left the captain and Niatsu as they went down the steps to the captains cabin, a captain could fetch quite a price for a kage, the money could fix the ship get more men, could do a lot. Hisagi was quite the guy, his personality was one he had seen many a time, and as he sat down and heard his remarks, he didn't have to his head to know what he was doing in answer. They split up of course, they all went to there separate areas, they all retreated to what they all called a comfort zone. Many of the me around them, the ship man around them whispered to each other about the “Ninja” on board the ship, it seemed many had certain feeling towards them, the words that came with Ninja was coward and baby killer. It affected Malice in no way what so ever, he would kill anything or anybody, it made no difference to him, the ship man who were bold as they passed Hisagi and Kazishimi would raise there voices specificly.

The captain had come up from showing Niatsu his cabin and immediately yelled his orders in a stern clear voice. “Alright, cast the sails and have her go full speed! Lets get Bella to water fast and smooth!” he finished. The ships sails were engaged in full and the ship started to quickly head to the land of water. Malice came to the conclusion that it wouldn't take very long for them to arrive....

Kazishimi had ignored the whispers of the shipmen and had kept to himself, usually he would have spoken but currently he was quite angry, his anger had shifted away from Malice and kept with Niatsu, he felt like going and talking to him on this trip but decided it to be best if he just slept the whole way towards the Land of Water. His eyes kept closed as he heard the ship sail and start making its way to their destination, whatever his companions were doing he did not know, although he was curious to know what they were doing on the road to the Hidden Village in the Mist.

[/size][/i]s time flew by, Hisagi remained in the same position enjoying the silence and the wind as it whispered through his ears. All he wanted was a moment to let everything sync in his mind. In the last few days he witnessed violence, death and betrayal –all these which was somewhat instigated by him. The death, the men he killed. He knew that it was a mission and that it was mandatory but he still reflected back on it. Asking himself if it was really necessary, then Kazishimi’s voice hovered inside his mind, remembering what he rambled about. Perhaps he was right, right about not having to resort to killing those poor citizens of the Tena clan. And then suddenly Hisagi burst out a cynical laugh –completely knocking that thought out of his mind –of courser those people deserved what they got, and he didn’t regret one bit. Speaking of deaths, Hisagi remained silent as a couple of ‘ninjas’ passed by him chatting, whispering about the rumoured event that took place a few days ago. Words of cowards and killers flowed through the air waves and snuck inside of Hisagi’s ears. That instigated a smile on his face. Yes, he was a killer. Yes, he did murder some people. And yet he could give a rat ass damn what they thought. But still the matter was still laughable so he turned around to face them and let his body rest on the wooden railing. “You want to know what I heard? Well, I heard that the children squealed like bunch of girls when they nailed them to the floor. And the women...well, they moaned like whores when they got ravaged again and again... and again.” he said coldly, slowly, without remorse, as he narrowed his eyes towards the ninjas that were speaking amongst themselves. Before he knew it, he saw himself laughing menacingly as he turned back and refocused his attention on the open sea, letting the rumours shove down the throats of those girly ninjas, silencing them for what he hoped was for the reminder of the boat trip.
