The State of Arts Medical Center [Hospital/POI]

This building is just a newly created facility to serve as a hospital and a research center. The Medical Center has been constructed over the old hospital which could accommodate a limited amount of ill people and could not serve as a research center. Behind the buildings are greenhouses used to grow different herbs and the building has four floors. The Medical Center is opened for everybody but only citizens do not have to pay for medical fees. The Medical Center lets people do research on Animalist and Herbalist professions using their books which contain every region.

NPC:

Head of Research and Medical Care – Matsumoto Yudai (Last, First) is the cleverest man in the whole village. He is in charge with making new technology for the village to improve others jobs and also to care for the ill and wounded. He is a master medic at the age of 30 which is quite impressive. He is the person who sits in his workshop creating various inventions. Sometimes he would go too far and make his workshop explode. He is a bit clumsy and is easily bullied but he pays it back by mocking them later.

Posting rules:

• If a Mo non citizens needs medical treatment, they have to pay 1,000 ryo regardless of the severity of the injury.
  
• One can train medical techniques and learn animalist and herbalist from books which contain every known region.
  
• The books cannot be taken or borrowed. They have to stay inside the Medical Center.
  
• The Head of Research and Medical Care is always present to give advices on where to find certain medical knowledge.
