Description: The user performs the handseals needed as they take in a great deep breathe within. Holding it for a movement the user exerts out the breathe in a great force as an amount of smoke comes out in the usage of one movement, the number of movements increase depending on the rank type the user is pushing within the technique. When the user first learns the technique as a "C" Rank the user is capable of creating an amount of smoke covering within the distance of ten meters radius. The Smoke is capable of rising high into the air as it stays when the user wishes for the attack to be performed. The smoke itself may be used as a distraction, to make an opponent incapable of seeing for a brief moment to allow the user to perform more stronger attacks if needed. Within the ten meters of radius as the cloud of smoke is high in the air the user is capable of making the smoke rain down fire balls the size of golf balls down towards those that are along the ground. When the user learns a different rank the amount of distance is increased by ten meters. When the user learns the "S" Rank version of this technique performing the technique becomes quite easier as the amount of chakra is reduced by one rank needed in order to perform the technique, as the storm of golf sized fire balls is added with an extra amount of damage of a small explosion like that of a tag.

Effect: A wind technique using winds to lift and control a certain amount of weapons or people using powerful and at some points violent winds after utilizing the wind release. However, this can only be done to a certain extent.

Drawback: Must be learned multiple times, last handseal must be held for the technique to work. Once the seal is broken the technique will end.
Description: Performing the necessary handseals, the user will affix their wind release chakra and summon a small to large amount of powerful wind around a certain number of objects. At this point they can be suspended and controlled, moved through the air. However, the ability and amount of things possible to be moved varies along the rank learned for the technique. The winds if commanded can be very dangerous at any point in time, however it may only maim or move. When first learned at "D" Rank, the user is capable of having lifting a total of 10lbs. When dealing with weaponry, the weight of each weapon will be added together to result in the max; same with shinobi. When "C" Rank is reached the user is capable of lifting 50lbs. At "B" Rank, 200; At "A" Rank, 500; and finally at "S" Rank, 1000lbs.

Effect: User hurls a mixture of senbon needles in the form of wind to cut into the opponent.

Description: The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. This technique may be blocked by large objects, however something small such as a sword, or a staff will allow the needles to seperate still moving towards the object it was originally sent to. Not a powerful technique as the user is capable of hurling up to ten senbon wind needles that gives out minor cuts. However this could be used as a more of a set up technique to allow the user to perform a more dangerous technique.

1) You will need to change the age of this character, because the starting age limit is 08 [eight], nothing lower than that, so 06 [six] ain't going to make it.

2) Even though it's not truthfully important [too me it is], but you're 5'4 what? Please put feet, or what fits for you.

3) I think for birth country you were meaning to put Mizu no Kuni [water country], Hi no Kuni [fire country]. UNLESS you have something stated in your history about this, then never mind.

4) To go into the Gyakusatsu style, you would need persmission from this man; Uchiha Satoshi. Also, you cannot go into the Enten Kobushi style for two reasons, A) because you will need to have fire release, which a Hozuki is not allow tot go into, or B) you will need lightning release, which is also another thing an Hozuki is not allowed to go into.

5) Can't go into gates, sorry. Hozuki's are incapable of going into gates. =/

6) Sorry, you can't go into Fire Release [hozuki's are not allowed to go into that release], you should probably change it into Water Release, because you MUST have that in the first place [since you are a hozuki]. All the other releases [besides fire] that you have up are good.

7) You cannot go into the Tsubasa, because one of their restrictions is; You Can't Go Into Any Elemental bloodline, and sadly Hozuki is a Water Bloodline, so please remove Tsubasa.

8) Your secondary weapons exceed the normal 15 [fifteen] slots you are given. Kunai take up 01 [one] slot per kunai, and Senbon takes up 01 [one] slot, per 05 [five] senbons. The 12 [twelve] kunai + 15 [fifteen] senbons. ALONE, takes up the entire 15 [fifteen] slots, so please remove the A-rank scroll [which isn't allowed, because you can only start with C rank items], and World Map, because it is a B rank item. Or correct your item slot to it's appropriate manner.

9) Yeah, you will have to change all of your starter techniques in your ninjutsu area. Reason I am saying this is because, since you are starting with a Hozuki you must[/u] start with Atsui Usumaku (Transitional Membrane), Mugen Korosu (Infinite Breath), and Kaishin Shimasu (Regeneration). So, at first I would try to calm the person down, and ask them to take this to the PM, but if they don't want to handle the situation in a calm matter, and keeps ranting in the C box. I will print screen what this person is doing, send it to an upper staff right away to handle this situation. If the person apologizes for there behavior, I will simply drop the whole issue, and start anew. I'm a easy-going guy, xD I forgive people for their wrongs.

A) I want to become a staff member on NFRP because, I would like to pitch in and help others on this site. I was told by many it's a hard job, but I like to do things that others deem hard [no homo], to prove it is not, and it just takes some dedication too. And I'm tired of being on and seeing things not check, because there is no staff on at the moment--when I know I can help out and stuff, but then I can't because I'm not a staffer. B) A good staff member is one who helps others, and has the patience to make someone understand something, in which they cannot. Also, someone who is not afraid to be honest and real with, how they feel. If the staff is having a discussion about something the person does not agree with, they should be open about it, and speak there mind [in a calm matter though, ignorance is not the answer D8 my dad told me that], not just agree to agree. And I think I can do that with no worries.

You got everything I tried tricking you with, just make sure you know Hozuki's also get the option of having a water bottle holding belt in the place of the norm weapon pouches. Also, you can still give the person a warning if its justified, just yeah, make sure to let a Mod or a HM know regardless. Otherwise, good job.
