The town was small, similar to the last one he used, and he would employ a similar tactic. Dawning a black cowl and dark glasses once again, his sharingan arose from within his eyes as he approached. Two pink hued blades apparently made of glass, or some other form of translucent substance formed in his hands, and he began flowing through the town, puncturing the left knee of every citizen with the blade. He didn’t want to kill these civilians, and he didn’t need to up to this point. He was simply trying to convey a message. The message was someone meant business. After he finished he would simply leave a note to be more precise.

The screams echoed out into the land. The blood began to mass on his black clothing. It was becoming quite the gross exchange. The townsfolk were defenseless. As he finished and made sure they were all injured sufficiently, he began writing a note. After he was finished he would simply leave it to be given to the villages authorities. Unless something unexpected happened.

His feet would pound against the puddles. Kasugai continued on his path looking onward. The rain continue to pour the traveler was protected by his umbrella. Some thunder roared in the distance. Soon he would hear screaming from the little town he approached. Dark brown eyes looked around nervously his guard was up.

From a short observation all of the victems' knees was damaged. This was diffrent because if someone wanted to go for the kill those people would be dead. Maybe this all set up to be a trap of course that was a possibility. His left hand gribed onto the pole of the metallic umbrella.The gray haired male continued his steps until he saw a strange man. Immediatly he turned into a alley his head barely poking out. Kasugai woudl continue staring at the man.

Asa finished his note with a florish of his pen, and a similar signature as the one he did for the hokage. He had heard the people who were laying on the ground in pain calling out to someone for help. He assumed someone was walking around the streets of the small village. Perhaps another stroke of luck. Perhaps a new messanger.

Turning he saw a flash of movement with his sharingan. Something darted into an ally nearby. Fairly quick. Perhaps ninja training, but unlikely. He moved differently. He needed polish. Usually in this situation he would use some technique to put the fear of god into him, but he didnt want any of his releases to potentially give anyone more information then he wanted them to have at this time. Thats when he saw it. Accross the street there was a tiny school house with a map of the world on it. Throwing one senbon with pinpoint precision, he his a specific spot on it. Then using his vocal symphony knowledge would disguise his voice and address the person.

"Hey. I know you're there. There is a letter here. take it to the amekage. He'll probably reward you. The location of his village is now marked in this school house."

It was a good move. Now if the threat of what he did to these villagers wasn't enough, he knew the threat of someone unknown knowing his hidden village location would probably stir things up. With that, he would underground fish project away, leaving behind a envelope addressed specifically to the amekage.

Durring his silent observation a coupel question formed. The first one was the most obvious why did he go through all the trouble. Although the situation made it slightly easier making the importence very or extremely. The last question was what information was contained into the letter. From his buisiness trainning Kasugai learned that detail and benefit was very importent. If the detail was great enought it could be turned into profit that is beneficial to the owner of that information. Money was what he truelly needed.

Suddenly the gray heared parasol fighter would hear the man's voice. It seemed that the man had a high skill for observation. Kasugai woudl walked out of the alley after the senbon was thrown. His dark brown eyes woudl look at the map noticing the senbon hite an location that was marked as the hidden rain village. Afterwards he would turn his gaze towards the man keeping silent watching the man like a pray infront of its natural enemy. The man vanished into the ground he remained in his spot for a few moments.

Carefully walking over to the location every few steps he would stop. This was done to look at the ground carefully prepaired incase the man decided to attack from beneth. When the candy man reached the envelope used his umbrella to poke it. Waiting for a few moments nothing happend. Kasugai picked up the envelope before carefully examining it. Throwing the envelope upon the ground like it woudl explode in his hand. He took a few steps away from it. When that danger was cleared he picked up the suspecious envelope once again. Afterwards he would put it in his pocket of his light blue hoody. There he began his journey to find the embassy that would lead him to the village hidden in the rain.
