Additional Comments: I’ve been on the site for more than 2 years I think, its time I move on to contribute more. I’ve never made any trouble for the staff nor gotten any warnings. My activity has been stable for the past few months and I could keep it this way. I’ve always been helping around the site regularly through pms, cbox, support threads and so on. I am fairly confident about my knowledge of the rules so I think I could be of more help to others as a staff member.

Being an Admin myself on another forum, I realize being staff is a big responsibility and to manage everything needs a calm mind and patience which can be found in me. The past experience will give me an edge over many things that will help me tackle the responsibilities.

3] As a staff member who comes in and gives out ideas. Give me an idea that you may think may improve Roleplay in some way. What would you do in order to have, two ninja villages do something either against, or with one another.

4] What is the first thing you are going to do once you join staff?

I am assuming history, personality and the rest are filled out otherwise I would tell them to follow the template and link it.

1. So first of all you don't have the requirements for the Wood release, water and earth release are needed first.

2. As a D ranked character, you aren't allowed to start as a 7 year old. The minimal starting age is 8.

3. You can't have 2 bloodlimits (Kaguya and Sansutomu) so choose one. If you choose Sansutomu you must be born in Rain
country.

4. You can't start with that many techniques either. As you have a bloodlimit, you can have 3 starting techniques and 3 freebies (release, perception, fighting style). You can start with the lowest rank techniques, not B rank so remove Great Fireball.

5. For Underground Fish you need Doton - Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu (Double Suicide Decapitation Technique) so add it if you still want the Underground Fish

6. Bold or underline the ranks of techniques you have.

1. For a C class and C grade material your puppet has 35 slots not 20.

2. You've perhaps forgotten to add a self destruct core and poison gas bomb launcher so do that please. The the core takes 4 slots and launcher 2.

3. The cost was a little off so I've made a list of how it should look like:

Well I think we should encourage more events and missions between villages. I've had an idea of an open event for some time now. Basicaly a GM or 2 makes an event happening in say custom villages which could be going on for an extended period of time. Have it revolve around some action, skirmishes between land lords and rich people. Have each side hire ninja from different villages to compete/work for them. Each side will make different ranked missions within an event for people to choose and that way even low rank ninja could join in without needing Chuunin or Jounin. It's just an idea I'd like to try.

If I get staff, I will still do what I've always done before however I would first check out staff section for anything I need to know. My priority would be posting in threads I am in IC, then I would go check the pms for anyone needing me and solving their problems. After that I would look around the forum to see if anything needs to be done, like answering questions in support, checking bios ect.

I don't have any large quarrels with the answers. Only missed the weight on the puppet and that you need Rock Creation D rank. So, now you wait for Head Moderators or Heero-
