Kazetora arrived, he was finally there, the village of Mo, he’d spent a small amount of time searching for this village and he was pissed at how close it actually was to Konoha. He went straight to the fortress and showed the mission scroll to the leader of the place, and told her he’d accepted this mission and that he was going to now complete it. He then showed her the Jutsu he’d be training the guards to use. The move was called Raiton: Jibashi or the Lightning Element: Electromagnetic Murder. She nodded, and accepted the Jutsu he’d be teaching the guards, and called forth the guards who could use Ninjutsu to the training grounds.
Once they had all arrived, Kazetora looked over them all. He could tell they not only fought with Ninjutsu but they were experienced hand-to-hand fighters. This would be interesting, he then said “Okay guards, listen up, today you’ll be learning a C Ranked Ninjutsu of the Lightning Element. The Move is called ‘Raiton: Jibashi’, I have not learned this, I will learn it along side you so you may see how a Ninja learns Ninjutsu, I will allow you to ask questions as long as they stay on topic, during the training you will refer to me as Sensei, understood?” The guards then snapped to attention and saluted him and unanimously said “Sir, Yes Sir!” There were about five in total, he then sent for a runner to bring him five copies of the scroll. The runner returned after a few minutes of getting his orders.
Kazetora handed each of them a scroll and set up six posts for them to train on. He told each of them to start reading the scrolls and to memorize it, commit it to memory. Kazetora then began to do that himself. He started with reading the basic contents of it, understanding what he was going to do, what he could do and what the technique was used for. He understood it all, and he committed it all to his memory, he then memorized the handseals: Boar, Ram, and Snake. Three simple handseals but necessary to create a very good and useful technique, he then stood up and said “Okay, after you have memorized the information inside the scroll, including its handseals, you will start practicing the handseals without putting in any Chakra or effort into it, you will start slow, and increase the speed at which you form the handseals as you go until you’ve mastered the seals and can make them in a fast and fluid motion.” The group again saluted and said “Sir yes Sir!”
Kazetora then started the same process he was telling them, he started off slow, murmuring to himself the seal name as he made it. He would slowly increase the speed of which he’d make it and slowly stop saying the seal name. If he made a mistake he’d slow back down to the last good speed and do it several times until he was sure he wouldn’t mess it up again, then he’d go and start increasing the speed again until he’d mastered it and gotten the movements down without a word as fast as he could. He then went back to watching the guards practice their handseals, correcting them as he saw fit.
