Kowai Shiryoku (Frightening Eyesight)
Rank: "C" Rank
Skill: Passive
Effect: Allows the user to have naturally enhanced eyesight in both the day and the night.
Special: Passive ability that is always active.
Drawback: As with all forms of enhanced senses, they are also more susceptible to their perspective weaknesses.
Description: Sharks have amazing eyesight. Since they often swim the depths of the ocean, where it is dark and what little light that comes through the water is distorted, their ability to perceive minor changes is particularly excellent. Members of the clan learn to mimic these enhanced perceptions, able to peer through the darkest of night as if it were noon and the ability to notice subtle changes like the fluttering of a specific leaf in the wind.
Limit: Must have Same no Gishiki.

Ryuji casually strolled into the training area that he had chosen, for his particular brand of training. He had come during the night, considering the technique he was here to learn, coming in the middle of the night was probably the most appropriate way to go about it. The area in which he had to train, was a large pond with mangroves circling the majority of it, with a small stream trickling in from one side. Smiling slightly Ryuji sat on the roots of one of the mangroves and prepared himself.
First on Ryuji's to do list was to mentally prepare and visualize what he was about to do. He placed his hands on his knees and closed his eyes slowly, he leveled out his breathing, in through the nose, out through the mouth. Looking withing his own body Ryuji began to toy with his charka, sliding his hand along the glowing ball of energy which settled within his chest.
Ryuji then began to visualize his eyes, dissected from the side. He would need to send the chakra to the long wire-like piece of flesh and nerves, which transmits signals from the eye into images in the brain. These would need to be enhanced to send information alot faster through to his brain.
Not only that, he would also need to send waves of chakra to the sensors actually within his eyeballs to widen their scope and increase the amount of things they can pick up on, even the smallest flicker of a leaf or slightest shuffle of a bush. It seemed like the easiest way to do things.
Ryuji began to think upon how much chakra would be required, those two small parts of his eye couldn't require that much chakra, but at the same time, the size of the things he was going to be trying to pick up on were so immensely small that it could require quite abit of chakra just to pick up on them.
Then suddenly he remembered something. This jutsu was supposed to help him see at night as well, so he would have to send chakra to his pupil and trick it that there was almost no light and make his pupils as dilated as physically possible, just to get enough light into them to see. It would take extra chakra just to force his eyes to do something that naturally they wouldn't do.
Ryuji retreated back to his chakra source and ran his hand over it once more. He estimated he'd need a moderate amount of chakra for this jutsu, even learning it. But he would then have to divide that amount into three seperate strands. It was time to begin the vizualization part of his training.
Ryuji began to imagine himself plunging his hand into his chakra source and removing three worm-like strands. They writhed in his hand as if desperate to escape, determined that they had no intention of staying in his hand. But he was not about to let them escape, they had a purpose and a destination, they would reach that place and do their job, no matter what.
First Ryuji guided one strand to the nerves between his eyes and his brain, enfusing the chakra with the nerves wasn't an easy process, each nerve was being doubled, the accelerated electrical waves were passing through and withering away the chakra quickly, Ryuji would have to keep a constant source of chakra to the nerves.
The next place he had to manouver chakra to was the inside of his eye, the place which detected any movement, even the slightest hint of it. Upon sending the chakra to this section of his eye, Ryuji began infusing each tiny little piece with each tiny little sensor which made up the greater sensor that was his eye. The chakra here increased the rate at which these sensors worked, therefore increasing what they were able to pick up
Then for the final piece of chakra, this would neet to go to Ryuji's pupils forcing them further open to allow for a greater amount of light to enter, therefore allowing him to see in darker situations. Ryuji laced the chakra on the inside and outside of his pupil, the chakra outside pulling it wider and the chakra inside, pushing to the same effect.
Opening his eyes Ryuji had completed the vizualization stage, now to put it all into practise, that would be the difficult part. But if it all panned out as well as his imagination had shown it to, it should be quite simple to complete.
