Experience: I've been on NFRP for 3 years now, and been a staff member for about... 2/3 of that time, most of which was spent as a Moderator. I have also helped other sites as staff members and even made my own sites.

Additional Comments: A while back, I was demoted for having not been active. While I regretted not being active, I now have found new activity, and find myself on here everyday with the real life friend I moved in with. I recently aided someone in learning all the rules of NFRP and creating a character that was accepted with no problems. I'm now settled in and ready to get going to help out this site again. I feel that I can do a good job as done before, but ultimately, it is up to the current staff to say so. If you feel that I am not ready, then that choice is up to you. I do ask that if you have suggestions on how to get ready, or be better at staffing, that you voice them as I am open to all.

Okay... So I looked back through your 100 posts. Your activity seems to have come in spurts. You'll be active for a few days then you're inactive for a week. I know that's before you moved to your current location. How about you show that you can be more active at your new place first- I know that you know your stuff but the issue is just like Iizuka's. If you can prove me that you can then I'll probably give you an acceptance for assistant.

I 100% agree with both your sporadic activity and the role of assistant for you. So get the activity straightened out and you'll do exceptionally well IMO.

*shrugs* Like I said, the opinion is yours. I've been here for a week and a half and gotten on everyday. I also check up often on my phone to see what I need to do when I get on the computer. I've gotten back into the swing of RPing and been pretty good at keeping up with things. And in regards to helping out... I've tried to help out some people, yet there are a lot of characters and support that get answered before I get the chance. I would like being able to show you guys what I can do as staff again, but the ultimate decision of acceptance and denial is up to you.

I'd actually disagree there, Heero. I've been RPing with 3 different characters as of late, and have tried to help as best as possible. There are a lot of characters, though, that have already been checked, and some that I think might need an Archive notice or need to be archived. But I've been looking as much as possible.

Like I said, I've been RPing with 3 of my characters. Tieren is on a mission right now, my sand ninja Zadkiel is in an Open RP thread in Sand, and my sound ninja Kawamura is on a mission as well. I try to post within one or two days of it being my turn so as to not hold things up, but sometimes it takes longer then I would want for the post to come to me.

I get on at least every day, and often check the site on my phone (Though I don't log in) to see if there is anywhere I need to post when I get home, as well as anything else that I might need to do. I check it when I go on breaks and lunch at work. So I don't agree with you saying that you haven't seen much activity. And for helping, I wish I could do more, but there are some times that I can't show myself helping out without being staff. Sure, if I get or don't get staff is ultimately up to you guys, but I know that I've been active and trying to help as much as possible.
