Personality: Retsu is a carefree woman, easygoing if you will. She rarely cares about what other people will think of her or how she is seen by others. She loathes it when people are formal with her, she prefers being treated on equal par to anyone around her, though sometimes, especially with unexperienced people she will seen them as lesser than her, and she will look at them as if she was clearly better. Retsu's carefree attitude also pushes her away from battles, she usually only participates if she knows her side would lose without her. She tends to loath around to the side, preferring to watch or simply do other things. This of course leads to a lazy attitude when it comes to doing things like missions, training and battling.
Contrasting with her usual relaxed attitude, when Retsu decides to participate in missions or battle, she is completely serious and will do everything she must to completely it quickly and efficiently. When she puts her mind to things, she is surprisingly serious and dedicated. This comes to training, battling and missions, though usually afterwards she regrets it, as she could have done other things like lounging around and the like. Something that is easily recognizable in her persona is her confidence and the fact that she is very headstrong.

Face/Head:The beautiful kunoichi possesses dark skin. Above her nose, symmetrically apart are two cat-like eyes. They are of an odd yellow color, giving off the impression that she may have inherited a Dojutsu, but she has not. This is the natural color of her eyes. Long purple hair adorn her head which are usually tied up in a ponytail. When she must be dressed up classily, she will let her hair loose, and will even dare wearing them in waves or in curls, greatly contrasting with her usual laid-back appearance.
Body:Retsu has sculpted her body to be one that would grant her excellent agility and grace when battling. Her movements are quite cat-like when battling which makes her look even more like a cat paired with her dark skin and yellow eyes. Her body is somewhat curvacious, yet she will not try to show her bosom with low cut shirts and the like. She might wear clothing that hugs closely to her body to exposure her curves though, this is mainly to grant her agility, and affect her male opponents. n_n
Attire: May Include: A white belt keeps her jeans in place. The belt is tied in front by a medium sized silver belt buckle. The jeans stick to her legs like a second skin, making it easy for her to move freely without having her movements hindered. On her chest is a shirt that does not hide her mid-section. The black shirt has white writings on it. "Make Me Purr." Can be read. On her forearms are sleeves, which she keeps around for the overall look./She can also be seen wearing an orange sweater, covering most of her upper torso and black sweat pants, this outfit is mostly used when Retsu knows she will be leaving on long missions or will participate in intense battles.
History: The Keikoku are one of the noblest families of the Fang Country. They are known for their incredible Taijutsu mastery. The family never adopted people within their clan, one needed to be born within them to hold the title of a Keikoku, one could not earn it, it was genetic. They were quite exotic looking, all of them having dark eyes with cat-like eyes, several legends explain why they have such eyes, yet these are simple myths. Their beauty and grace, added to their physical prowess gave them a continental reputation. After a few decades of fame, a child was born to the family. Her name was Retsu...
The girl grew up to be an elegant and beautiful fighter. Yet she yearned for something more, physical combat was her passion but there was something more she wanted to do. She could feel her chakra, dormant but there, just out of her grasp. She somehow knew that she would be able to manipulate it one day, but not in this location. So she left, she was but a kid, too young to know what she was getting herself into. Her journey was a difficult one for a girl so young, yet she persisted, knowing that going back would only cause her trouble, as she had ran away.
She travelled to the Waterfall country hoping to find their Hidden Village. Out of sheer luck, and exhaustion she happened upon the main gate of the village. She fainted before the great doors. She was found by the Jounin guarding the gate and brought in.
She soon enrolled herself into the academy. Another noble family of the Waterfall Village had taken her in, believing in her potential. To the family's surprise, Retsu was quite knowledgeable in the etiquette, wowing even the most difficult of the clan's men. She was a prodigy, graduating from the school in a record time. Now she prays to become stronger to one day prove to her noble family how good she truely is.
After some time passed, the kunoichi grew separated from Takigakure. She did not feel at home, it felt completely alien to her. Taking the village's scrolls she would run, never looking back towards Kusa no Kuni, a country that she had always that about visiting. Within these lands she met with Hanakora, Hotaru the Kusakage. After some talking and giving her the Taki scrolls, Retsu was accepted within the village. After a mission involving Takun, a powerful Hoshigake, Retsu would change her name to Shokora to completely severe her ties with her former life.

Name: Neko(Cat) Size: Small Type: Feline, black cat (Felis catus) Gender: Female Personality: Its personality is somewhat like its master. When doing something that has nothing to do with the shinobi way, Neko will be relaxed to the limit of being lazy. She prefers being petted and given milk. She also likes sunbathing. While in this mode, she can be seen as a snob, walking with her head held high and ignoring anyone that she deems boring or a waste of time.
While on a mission, Neko can be a serious cat. She will aid her companion at any cost. Even though she is an animal, this cat can be quite intelligent. She can regularly predict her opponents moves through logic. She rarely makes a sound, preferring to follow her master and aid in any way she can.
Appearance: PicturePicturePicture Neko has a slim body that does not show any sign of fat. She performs in regular activity and her diet does not include anything that could create an excessive weight gain. Her long and slim body is covered by a layer of black fur, which is smooth to the human touch. Contrasting with the dark hair are two bright yellow orbs perched above a small feline nose. The eyes seem almost human as they seem to explain a story. A long tail protrudes from the lower back of this feline, its length is also covered by the black fur which dances with each step Neko takes. Small claws come out of her paws when agitated or startled.
History:
Neko was born to two cats(surprising no?). She was part of a litter of six. The owners of these cats were farmers in the River Country. They needed money so selling their cats to the highest bidders seemed like a strategic move for their survival, the crops that year had been one of the worse they had ever seen in the last decades. So Neko was sold to a family which were at the head of a travelling circus. This specific circus travelled throughout the continent, putting up shows in every capital for the entertainment of the young and old.
Neko was one of the stars of the show. The cat was taught several taijutsu maneuvers which she performed with her cat-like agility and grace. She was praised by the critics, the cat shunshined around the stage, jumping in the air performing several kicks and punches, sending roaring laughter and amazed clapping through the crowds. But backstage was a different story. Neko was kept in a small cage and was given the bare minimum for her survival.
When the opportunity to run away appeared, it had to be taken, there was no doubt about that. The graceful shadow bounced out of the poorly locked cage and ran for her life. The circus had been setting itself for a weak in the Waterfall Capital, and that is where she met her new master. This new master was nothing like the men and women of the circus. She was patient and actually fed her to her heart's content. How else could she refuse such hospitality after the hardships she had gone through.

Initial Jutsu::
All of Neko's Taijutsu moves are different than the one's performed by human beings. Her kicks are weaker, yet she plans out her attacks, trying to kick when they enemy is down or weak. Of course she uses her agility to compensate for the weakness of her legs.
Shunshin no Jutsu, ˲Éí¤ÎÐg, (Body Flicker Technique) Rank: "C" Rank Type: NinJutsu Effect: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. This technique allows a user to move from one point to another at speeds double of their speed potential of up to ten meters. Special: --- Drawback The user is only capable of doing this three Times per day after learning it the first time. Each time learned the user is capable of going into this multiple times. Each time learned the user is capable using this technique an extra turn per day. If the user uses this technique more then stated, the user's muscles will cramp and render the user unable to run about and move period. Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. Limit: User must have a Character.
Nawanuke no Jutsu (Rope Untying Skill) Rank: "E" Skill: NinJutsu/TaiJutsu Effect: The Untying technique allows a user to get out of simple, and exotic knots quite easily that consist of rope tying. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: This does not work against fully restrained type of creations such as shackles, as well as exotic pillars and benches. Description: This is a technique taught to all Ninjas. Whenever a user is tied up in a simple, or exotic knot made by rope the user is easily capable of getting out of the technique. Limit: An academy Jutsu that all is capable of performing if they wish to do so.
Gouken no Kamae (Iron fist stance) Rank: E Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Once in this stance one¡¯s speed and strength increases due to positioning of muscles and limbs. Special: None Drawback: None Description: Not exactly a technique, but a fighting style. It packs tons of speed and power and relies on the user's physical strength and fitness. It is also the prime holder of the majority of Konoha's elite taijutsu techniques. Standing with one arm behind their back and one extended, the user is ready for a quick strick with their fists and feet. This leaves them open for quick spins and jumps that will power their attacks. Limit: none
Dainamikku-Entori (Dynamic Entry) Rank: D Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Jumping forward with a kick to the opponent¡¯s face, the user sends the opponent flying Special: None Drawback: Leaves the user open after the kick if dodged. Description: Nothing more than a flying jump kick straight to the face. Used as an opening attack. The user jumps straight at their opponent one foot forward hoping to knock them back. Limit: Must know Gouken no Kamae
Konoha Reppu (Leaf Gale) Rank: D Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Spinning kick made to send an opponent off their feet. Special: None Drawback: If dodged, user is open for an attack. Description: With a burst of agility and speed, the user of this move quickly performs a low spinning kick at their opponent¡¯s feet. If successful this will knock an opponent down and leave them open for some of Goken¡¯s more powerful attacks. Limit: Must know Gouken no Kamae
Kage Konoha Buyo (Shadow of the Dancing Leaf) Rank: C Skill: Taijutsu Effect: The User jumps in a way that makes the opponent think they are below them, when in fact they appear in the air beside them. Set up for other attacks. Special: None Drawback: While in air the user is vulnerable to attacks. Description: Jumping into the air in a manner that surprises the opponent, making them think you are still on the ground, you appear beside them and are open now to using many more of Goken¡¯s powerful attacks. Limit: Opponent must be in the air(Dynamic Entry, Konoha Senpu allow this), must know Gouken no Kamae
Neko's Time Skip Goken:
Konokha Senpu (Konoha Hurricane)(10) Rank: D Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Spinning quickly at an upward angle, the user kicks their opponent in the jaw sending them HIGH into the air and open for another attack. Special: None Drawback: Leaves the user open if they miss Description: With a powerful spin kick at the opponent’s jaw, the user sends their opponent high into the air. This is a more effective way of sending opponents flying than Dynamic Entry. Limit: Must know Gouken no Kamae
Konoha Daisenpu (Leaf Great Whirlwind) Rank: C Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Jumping forward and doing two spin kicks at the opponent, one low and one high, this attack is nearly unstoppable and will send the opponent onto his back a few feet away. It is very painful to the opponent due to the jump adding speed and power to the kick. Special: None Drawback: Must be very close to hit, leaves wide open while striking Description: Running forward and spin kicking, the user sends to kicks out. One low and one very high that are nearly simultaneously used due to the speed of the attacker make this move very effective. This will send the opponent flying backward and in a lot of pain. Nearly unblockable. Limit:Must know Konoha Senpu, Gouken no Kamae
Konoha Shoufuu (Leaf Rising Wind)(30) Rank: C Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Sending a quick kick at the opponent’s arms and chest the user knocks them back a step and makes them lose their breath for a second, if it hits. If it is blocked it numbs the blocking arm, or sends the blocking weapon flying. Special: None Drawback: If missed the leg is open to a counter attack Description: In the middle of combat sending a foot in a roundhouse kick the user attempts to knock an opponent back or disarm them. This can cause numbness of a blocking limb and/or loss of breath. This attack can send a blocking weapon flying from the power behind it. It is also very dangerous due to the leg being wide open to attack after the move. Limit: Must know Gouken no Kamae
Konoha Boufuu (Leaf Winding Wind)(30) Rank: C Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Jumping into the air and spinning, the user brings their head down in a drop kick atop the opponent’s head. This can cause a concussion if a direct hit is made or can cause dizziness if only slightly hit. Special: None Drawback: During the spin the user is open to attack. Description: Jumping into the air in mid spin, the user builds up speed and power using centrifugal force down atop an opponent’s head. This attack can cause a concussion or dizziness if landed correctly. Limit: Must know Gouken no Kamae
Konoha Goriki Senpu (Leaf Strong Whirlwind) Rank: B Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Jumping forward and doing two spin kicks at the opponent, one low and one high, this attack is nearly unstoppable and will send the opponent onto his back a few feet away. It is very painful to the opponent due to the jump adding speed and power to the kick. Special: none Drawback: Must be very close to hit Description: A much more powerful version of Konoha Daisenpu the user’s spins are much faster and his power is multiplied. The attack will cause major damage if landed and cause the opponent to be dazed or given a concussion if hit high, if hit low it may break leg bones and send them flying. Limit: Must know Konoha Senpu, Daisenpu, Gouken no Kamae
Konoha Daisenkou (Leaf Great Flash) Rank: "C" Skill: Taijutsu Effect: A technique that relies on one tremendous kick to defeat the opponent. The speed is slightly faster and a lot more power is put into the one kick ,so much so that it seems to cut the air producing a keen whistle. Special: None Drawback: If dodged user is open to attack Description: The user jumps forword rotating his hips to perform a strong flying roundhouse kick to the opponents head, some say true masters of this technique can hear their leg cut through the wind creating a sort of keen whistle. Limit: Must know Gouken no Kamae
Gouken no Kamae Bansu (Iron Fist Stance Advance)(10) Rank: "D" Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: Stance used for more of advanced movements. This stance is needed and is shown for different types of techniques. A stance that adds a diversity to the Goken Stance Special: --- Drawback: --- Description: A boxer stance. The user has their legs bent and arms raised up to cover the face. The Jabbing fist is slightly more forward then the strong fist. Elbows are in, shoulders are up, hands are cupped but not clentched. Fist is never clenched because it is best to clench the moment of contact. This creates a stronger force of hit. Knees are bent, body straight but lowered to protect the stomach area. The legs move as the user bobs and weaves never staying in place. Limit: Must know Gouken no Kamae
Makuu Shihai Rank: "B" Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: A wharping technique to where the user side steps in a massive distance from side to side, pushing through leaving after images in its stay to confuse the enemy. The user moves with such speed that it seems they are moving at an accelerated rate. Special: --- Drawback: Must know the after image and shunshin technique that is equal to one Makuu. The user must know two after images, and two shunshins in order to perform this technique once. Description: The user moves in such a way with such speed that it seems that they are moving from one point to another with blazing speed. The opponent is capable of seeing where the user is going but by the time they figure out where they stop the user is already there. The user uses the after image technique followed by the shunshin technique moving in a straight line creating a series of after images that seems that the user is becoming multiple. During half of the way they after image a second time and shunshin once more. The user slids along the ground from side to side using the speed of the shunshin, however when they move they leave a trail of where the user was once was in order to confuse the enemy in some way. When the user first learns this they are capable of doing this once. In order to learn this multiple times they need to know at least one more after image, and one more shunshin each time learning. Limit: Must know Gouken no Kamae Bansu,
Mittsu Kasho Sutando (The Three Point Stand) Rank: "C" "B" "A" "S" Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: A defensive stance that is used for taking hits. A stance that is used if the user is unable to attack back. This can be used as a ploy making the user seem as if they were useless. Special: --- Drawback: Takes up fatigue. The user uses up their muscles and slowly becomes weaker and weaker. This technique is used for defensive purposes but they are not immortal so they will still feel effects of hits and attacks. This technique is used for hand to hand combat only. It is not used for techniques against NinJutsu Techniques. Description: The user stands tall without slouching. They take their arms raising up their hands up to their face. Their elbows are bent touching each other as the user slouches slightly. The user brings their arms inwards towards their body to protect their body. Their face is protected with their fists. Their legs are shoulder width apart as they bend their knees slightly. Knees are never straightened because that can be deadly to the knee. As knees are bent the upper thighs touch each other down to the knee. This protects the private areas from low attacks. If an opponent wishes to attack the private area straight on the user all has to do is move slightly to the left to the right rotating their hips. When an opponent attacks the user concentrates on their muscles and joints as they quickly squeeze tensifying these areas. This technique nulls or dims down the effects of techniques. Depending on the TaiJutsu technique and the capability of this technique the user is capable of dimming down strong techniques. Each rank the user learns they are capable of dimming techniques one rank lower. Limit: Must know Gouken no Kamae
Hadouken (Surge Fist) Rank: "B" Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: A technique that is used within Mittsu Kasho Sutando. This is an offensive move that is used within Mittsu Kasho Sutando to push and slam opponents away. It is called Hadouken because when the user hits the body it feels that their nerves have suddenly been shocked. Special: --- Drawback: --- Description: User does not have to be in the Mittsu Kasho Sutando, but this technique was made for it. The user inhales a deep breathe. Doing this the user concentrates on their inner energy, it does not take manipulation of chakra but to exert it outwards in a strong forward punch. The user attacks the opponent punching towards the chest area of the opponent. Exhaling out the attack the user punches clenching his fist at the last possible moment. Using their hips, and shoulders within the attack the user attacks rotating their fist to hurl and send the opponent flying into the distance. Depending on the Class of the user is dependent on how far the opponent can fly off. If the user is "D" Class the user flys Five Meters. "C" Class Ten Meters, "B" Class Fifteen Meters, "A" Class Twenty Meters, "S" Class Twenty Five Meters. The technique attacks forward as the user exerts out their energy within the punch. When connecting to the body the nervous system in the body reacts badly as it begins to spaz out creating a shock to the body. Limit: Must know Mittsu Kasho Sutando
Jigoku Guruma Rank: "D" Skill: TaiJutsu Effect: A technique where the user grabs the opponent pushing them down to the ground, while rolling over them and using the momentum to throw the opponent off into the distance. Special: --- Drawback: A technique that can be countered during mid fall. This technique must be performed quickly without pause or else it may prove to be harsh against the user. Description: A simple technique that an opponent can get out of. A technique that needs to hurl the opponent into the ground using their own force to do so, and then using the momentum to throw the opponent away from the user off into the distance. Limit: Must know Gouken no Kamae Bansu

Lady of Lightning
Lightning Mastery Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Through much exposure and experience with lightning and lightning jutsus, the ninja learns to use lightning not only to shock, paralyze, and or numb, but a burn is added to all off his/her lightning jutsus. All lightning jutsus cause damage of the rank above it. A D causes C rank damage, a C rank causes B rank damage, a B causes A rank damage, an A causes S rank damage. an S rank causes...a lot of damage... Special: Automatic with all lightning jutsus. Drawback: A devotion to lightning techniques. Description: Through much exposure and experience with lightning and lightning jutsus, the user becomes a master of lightning jutsus. They have learned how to extend lightning’s usefulness into burning as well as shocking, paralyzing, and numbing. Limit: Lightning release (Obviously) 500 TP of Raiton no jutsu techniques. Once you have 500 TP of Raiton jutsus, this is automatically "learned".

Lightning Wall(80) Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a wall of lightning as tall as the user and 2 feet wide in the direction of an attack on the user that blocks most attacks and shocks anyone that touches it, paralyzing them for 30 seconds. Special: Dragon, Snake, Boar, Rabbit, Monkey, Dog, Horse Drawback: Will be destroyed by any attack higher than B rank. Cannot block multi-directional attacks. User becomes tired and worn out after use. Description: The user does the handsigns, creating a wall of lightning in the desired direction. The wall stays in place for 5 seconds, or until the user dismisses it. Limit: Must have Lightning Release.
Ichiren Raikou (Chain Lightning)(80) Rank: B rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Release a devastating lightning stream that can chain up to the maximum of three opponents. Special: Handseals Drawback: Must be standing in place to perform. Description: After forming the last handseal, a stream of lightning will release in front of the user's hand and chain through the user's targets. The lightning is weaker after it chain through every opponent, the first opponent receive the full damage(B rank damage)of it, the lightning is still quite powerful when it touches the second opponent(C rank damage) but is not really powerful when it hits the last target(D rank damage). The lightning travels at the speed of 45 meter/second so it is quite hard to avoid. The first target must be in front of the user and the angle that ordinary human eyes can see when the lightning is released. The lightning can travel up to 30 meters so the distance between the user and the first target, the distance between the first target and the second target and the distance between the second target and the third target must be within the traveling range of the lightning for the jutsu to work. This jutsu has a radius of 40 meters, with the user being the mid-point of it; the lightning will not make it out of the radius. The user must hold the last handseal for the duration of the jutsu. Limit: Lightning Release Skill (Raiton no Jutsu)
Raiton - Rairyuu no Tatsumaki (Lightning Dragon Tornado)(80) Rank: B Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Creates a large Tornado to where a massive dragon like element pushes forth creating a large like vortex. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: --- Description: Rairyuu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a bolt of lightning to drop from the sky. The current will be contained within and around the user's form. They will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon and strike out against his opponent. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target. Limit: Must have the Lightning Release.
Lightning Clone(80) Rank: "B" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user creates a clone made out of lightning that would be used for battle against opponents. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: When first learned the user is capable of creating one clone that are within the size of Medium size. The lightning looks similiar to that of a human but the chakra makes the lightning makes the clone look like a normal person. The clone may only last for an amount of two rounds per class level starting at "D" Class. Every time the user learns this technique the user may create another clone. The user must add in an amount of chakra to allow the clone to perform lightning techniques that the user wishes the clone to perform at later time. When the clone it hit the clone forces an electrical charge that may shock the opponent greatly immobilizing the opponent. Limit: Lightning release
Insei(30) Rank: "C" Rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Launches off several "stars", made out of lightning. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: This jutsu, especially when creating "Stardust", will do but little harm when hit by only one; it needs multiple hits for it to form any kind of threat at all. Can only be learned ten times Description: After performing the required handseals, one must point their hand forwards, or whatever direction they want to aim their "Meteor shower" at, and release the desired particles. One can chose to release three types of bright blue-white particles; Stardust, Comets, and Stars. The Stardust is a small round ball of electricity, not bigger than ten centimeters, with a three feet trail of electric balls behind it. It can make rounded curves of 60°, directed by the user, and travels at the same speed as a shuriken or kunai being thrown. A shock of this would only give the opponent a swift and weak current through his body. The Comets are three foot spheres, rather than the small chips, and travel at a slower speed, around that of a ball being thrown, but can be moved without limitations regarding maximum angles. A hit of this will let the opponent's entire body stop moving for two seconds. The Stars are actually smaller than the Comets, being a pointy ball-like light around one feet in diameter, but much more concentrated and travel at twice the speed of a thrown Kunai with a five foot trail of sparkles following it. This speed has limited it's maneuverability, though, as it now can only travel in one straight path. If hit by this, the opponent will have a somewhat powerful surge of electricity going through his body -- giving burn marks and painful spots all over it. When this jutsu is learned once, one gets five "star-slots" per shot. Stardust takes up one slot, Comets take up three, and Stars take up five. Per time an extra training is done, one gets another five star-slots. Limit: Must have the lightning release.
Maruchifurasshu no Jutsu (Multiflash Technique)(30) Rank: "C" - "B" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user creates multiple blinding flashes of light. Special: Rat - Bird - Rat (hold) Drawback: "B" Rank blinds the user for one full round after use. Description: The user forms the three needed hand seals and holds the final "Rat" seal and collect chakra to his/her eyes. Upon opening the eyes the user will discharge the chakra into extreme bright light that flashes rapidly and repeatedly for seven seconds. At "C" Rank the light will blind the target(s) for one round and also one round of blurred vision. At "B" Rank the light will blind the target(s) for two rounds and also two rounds of blurred vision. Limit: Lightning Release, Hirameki no Jutsu (Lightning Flash)
Musenki Bougai (Radio Jamming)(30) Rank: “C”, “B”, “A” and “S” rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: By sending out a stream of chakra, the user can jam a certain amount of radio signals by messing with the receiver. Special: Dragon, snake and ram (hold last hand seal). Drawback: There is always a chance to be caught. User cannot control complicated devices like computers. Description: By using knowledge, the user will turn their chakra into waves that are not very different from radio waves. These chakra waves will enter an apparate that has a receiver of a sort, since they will pass for radio waves (i.e. radios, communication devices, wireless telephones, walkie- talkies and to a certain degree cell phones). The chakra will block out other broadcasting signals as soon as they have entered the device (if you have aimed the jutsu on a phone and another person calls the number to the phone, the signal will be completely blocked out for example). However, the user has a chance of being caught if someone has a device that can track radio signals. Higher rank = longer range. The length of the jutsu will depend on how long you hold the last seal.

Thunder Clap Technique(30) Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The jutsu will stun and immobilize a person by sending an electrical current through the air. The people affected would be immobilized for one turn. Special: Handseals required Drawback: Allies are also affected the jutsu. Description: The user makes a series of hand seals and stops on the last one, charging electricity into their hands. The users spreads his hands out wide and claps them together. An invisible electric current is sent out, radiating outward from the user. It will stun and immobilize anyone in a 3 meter radius, long enough for the user to attack or escape. Limit: Must know Lightning Release
Raiton: Raikou no Ken(C) Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Allows the user the ability to send small jolts of electricity into the opponent with every hand-strike and arm block for three turns. Can be used in conjunction with most Taijutsu that deal with hand-strikes. Special: Snake Drawback: May backfire if user attacks a water clone or other water type barrier etc. Description: User takes in a very deep breath and holds the snake handsign briefly while their chakra is diverted to their arms. With every punch or other hand strike, the user's chakra is sent out into the opponent's body in a small burst that is electrified. It doesn't cause paralysis immediately, but the strikes do accumulate and it adds to the power of each strike. Basically, you hit harder and you shock as well. A smaller shock is sent out whenever the user blocks an attack with their arms. It is significantly less severe, but it does cause discomfort to the opponent. Limit: Lightning Release
Raiton – Raiu Karasu (Thunderstorm Raven)(10, 20) Rank: D, C, B Skill: Ninjutsu. Effect: Creates ravens of lightning to attack your opponent. Special: Tiger, Dog, Tiger Drawback: Must be learned multiple times in order to truly master. The swallows dissolve if they pass out of forty meters of the user. Description: The user forms the hand seals, creating ravens of lightning around them. The ravens are roughly two feet in wingspan. The ravens are comprised of pure electricity, and discharge into a shock of electricity when they strike an object. Each swallow discharges with a D rank shock. The user can control the motions of the swallows completely. When first learned, the user is only capable of creating up to five ravens at a time. Each time learned, the user can create an additional five ravens. When the user attains to capability of creating fifty ravens, the technique increases to a C rank technique, allowing for an additional five per training as usual. When the user reaches the capability of creating one hundred twenty swallows, the training becomes B rank. The user can create two hundred swallows, total, before they max out. Limit: Must have Lightning Release.

Special: None Drawback: None Description: Not exactly a technique, but a fighting style. It packs tons of speed and power and relies on the user's physical strength and fitness. It is also the prime holder of the majority of Konoha's elite taijutsu techniques. Standing with one arm behind their back and one extended, the user is ready for a quick strick with their fists and feet. This leaves them open for quick spins and jumps that will power their attacks. Limit: none
Dainamikku-Entori (Dynamic Entry) Rank: D Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Jumping forward with a kick to the opponent’s face, the user sends the opponent flying Special: None Drawback: Leaves the user open after the kick if dodged. Description: Nothing more than a flying jump kick straight to the face. Used as an opening attack. The user jumps straight at their opponent one foot forward hoping to knock them back. Limit: Must know Gouken no Kamae
Konoha Reppu (Leaf Gale) Rank: D Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Spinning kick made to send an opponent off their feet. Special: None Drawback: If dodged, user is open for an attack. Description: With a burst of agility and speed, the user of this move quickly performs a low spinning kick at their opponent's feet. If successful this will knock an opponent down and leave them open for some of Goken's more powerful attacks. Limit: Must know Gouken no Kamae
Konoha Shoufuu (Leaf Rising Wind) Rank: C Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Sending a quick kick at the opponent’s arms and chest the user knocks them back a step and makes them lose their breath for a second, if it hits. If it is blocked it numbs the blocking arm, or sends the blocking weapon flying. Special: None Drawback: If missed the leg is open to a counter attack Description: In the middle of combat sending a foot in a roundhouse kick the user attempts to knock an opponent back or disarm them. This can cause numbness of a blocking limb and/or loss of breath. This attack can send a blocking weapon flying from the power behind it. It is also very dangerous due to the leg being wide open to attack after the move. Limit: Must know Gouken no Kamae

Animal Friendship Rank:C,B, A Skill: None Effect: This Enables the user to become compatible, or really a way for a person is capable of gaining the friendship of an animal Helper or friend. If not used then the animal will feel intimidated, will not listen or just angry at you at all times without just cause. Special: --- Drawback: In order to use a helper you must be capable of knowing this. Reasons why is because again the Animal will NOT listen to you no matter what. Also in order to be compatible with the animal you must train in the power of the animal. If you show malice towards the animal, if you show, cruelty towards the animal training points could be lost. Description: To train you must approach, play, feed, etc with the animal. You must love the animal as if it is your buddy. You must train long and hard to gain the trust and of your animal companion. If you wish to gain "Animal Friendship" with an animal that is equivalent in strength of small animal will be a rank C training. If you wish to gain "Animal Friendship" with an animal that is equivalent in strength of a medium animal will be a rank B training. If you wish to gain "Animal Friendship" with an animal that is equivalent in strength of a large animal will a rank A training. Limit: Must be started before you go into Understanding and Teamwork, is needed for animal Helper.
Animal Understanding(learnt twice) Rank: C, B, A for the helper to understand you plus a C Rank to understand your animal. Skill: None Effect: This enables the user to be capable of understanding the animal as well as the animal being capable of understanding you. Special: --- Drawback: The animal will not be capable of understanding you in any way or form. Also you would not be capable of using the animal as a cheating form to gather information off of the animal. Description: In order to train you must go through a certain way of how you talk to the animal. You must undergo a form of training in which the animal is capable of understanding you. In order for you to understand the animal, you must go through another form of training in where you learn how it reacts, and how it acts. You can either show malice or love towards the animal, it does not matter which you go with for one way or another the animal will understand you and what you wish for them to do. If you wish to understand the animal you must undergo a separate C ranking training along with the original training. If you wish to gain "Animal Understanding" with an animal that is equivalent in strength of small animal will be a rank C training. If you wish to gain "Animal Understanding" with an animal that is equivalent in strength of a medium animal will be a rank B training. If you wish to gain "Animal Understanding" with an animal that is equivalent in strength of a large animal will a rank A training. Limit: You must know Animal Friendship or Animal Control in order to learn this.

Ikimono Supîchi (Animal Speech) Rank: "C" Rank Skill: Skill/NinJutsu Effect: A Shinobi, or a warrior is capable, gaining the ability to speak as well as to understand the language between a type of family of creatures. This type of technique can be used to where they can accuratly speak, and concise in a normal like speech pattern to where the animal will understand the user, and the user will understand the animal. Special: --- Drawback: The user is only capable of going into this depending on what type of animal helper they have. Description: --- Limit: This technique must be known multiple times. The user however must have a Helper that is according to the correct speech. What this means is if the user has an animal Helper of the Canine breed, then they are capable of communicating within a speech form towards that type. If the user has a Helper of the Birds of Prey Breed, then they are capable of communicating within a speech form towards that type. Must have completed all basis of the Animal Helper performance. Must learn Animal Friendship, Control, Understanding, and Teamwork. Must also have at least have fifty training points with the partner Past that of the Friendship, Understanding, and Teamwork before learning.

Shunshin no Jutsu, ug‚Ìp, (Body Flicker Technique)(+500TP) Rank: "C" Rank Type: NinJutsu Effect: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. This technique allows a user to move from one point to another at speeds double of their speed potential of up to ten meters. Special: --- Drawback The user is only capable of doing this three Times per day after learning it the first time. Each time learned the user is capable of going into this multiple times. Each time learned the user is capable using this technique an extra turn per day. If the user uses this technique more then stated, the user's muscles will cramp and render the user unable to run about and move period. Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination. Limit: User must have a Character.

Waterfall Techniques
Kinjutsu: Sho-ro Taiga (Crying River)(70TP) Rank: ”B” Type: Ninjutsu Effect: Rends the earth apart in a straight line for twenty yards. It is possible to deviate from a straight line, but requires extra chakra. The cut into the earth is about six feet wide and twenty feet long, while about five feet deep. It is possible to expand the length, width, or depth of the cut, but requires extra chakra. The user then fills the cut with rapidly-flowing water, creating a stream where there wasn’t one before. Special: All seals Drawback: The use of chakra required for this technique is amazing. It can easily drain the user of chakra. Because of the amount of chakra necessary for the technique, it can only be used once every month. The body is incapable of handling losing that much chakra so often. If tried to use more than that, the body will instantly reject the technique and will lock all chakra within the body, preventing them from using any techniques at all for a week. Description: Described in Effect. Limit: Because of the amount of chakra necessary for the Jutsu, it has been labeled a Kinjutsu. It is only possible to learn this technique from a scroll in the possession of the leader of the Hidden Village of the Waterfall.

Nara Clan Jutsu

Kagemane no Jutsu, ‰e^Ž—‚Ìp (Shadow Imitation Technique) Rank: "C", "B", "A" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: The signature move of the Nara family, this jutsu allows the user to control their own shadow and merge it with their opponent's shadow, combining them. This links the movements of the user with the target; the target is subsequently forced to make any movement the user makes. It is an extremely versatile technique, as the user can contract and change the shape of their shadow, potentially grabbing multiple targets at once. The degree to which the user's shadow can be stretched is limited by its total surface area. Special: "Hanseals" Drawback: Must Be Learned Multiple times in order to truly achieve something grand. Must hold Rat hand seal until the technique connects with the targets shadow. Description: Using the shadows of other objects, the user can extend their shadow beyond its normal range. The amount of time for which an opponent can be held is limited by the user's chakra, since the user must constantly maintain the jutsu. The jutsu is also more difficult to maintain at greater ranges or for multiple opponents, since the user's shadow must be stretched constantly. At closer ranges, it requires considerably less effort on the user's part. Additionally, the target can force their way free with enough effort, though the amount of effort required to do so is considerable. There are two tables or understandings for this technique that consists of the Difficulty class of the User as well as the Opponent, and as to how far the user is capable of using this technique. When first learned the user is only capable of using this technique at a distance of Ten meters. Each higher Rank archived, the user is capable of extending the shadow another five meters. The user must first however, learn each rank a certain amount of times before then next rank is obtainable. The C rank version must be learned five times total. At which point the ditance is upgraded to "B" Rank training and now extends ten meters each time trained. This version must be learned 3 times total. The "A" Rank version, extends the range to Seventy meters, and every additional "A" Rank training extends it another ten meters. This technique caps out at 100 meters. The user is capable of making their shadow split and by doing so takes up the distance of the total form of the original technique. This means that if a user has this technique to where they can use thirty meters and wishes to make this technique split to three shadows the maximum distance is ten meters per shadow.
Difficulty on Escaping: Escaping the Kagemane is a tricky art for some, easier for others. Depending on your Stamina and Difficulty class depends on how well the opponent can escape the Kagemane. The Kagemane is held for a Certain time frame depending on Rank of the technique learned. "C" Rank can be held for 18 seconds before it breaks no matter what. "B" Rank 36 seconds, "A" Rank 54 Seconds. For every difficulty class the user is above the opponent, add another five seconds. If the opponent for every difficulty class above th user, subtract five seconds. If the Opponent captured is a Taimaster, subtract 15 seconds additionally. If the opponent is a Tai specialist, subtract 5 additional seconds. If the opponent is a Taijutsu No specialist, leave it as is. After doing the math, the amount of turns held will be apparent. Kage Kubi Shibari no Jutsu, ‰eŽñ”›‚è‚Ìp (Shadow Neck Bind Technique) Rank: "C" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: ---- Special: Must be done while Kagemane is active, "Hanseals" Drawback: ---- Description: After capturing an opponent with the Shadow Imitation Technique, the user can then further extend their shadow up to the target's throat in the shape of a hand, which chokes them to death. Additionally, it can be used to bind the limbs of exceptionally strong targets who can move, even while bound by the Shadow Imitation. Limit: Nara Clan Technique, Must have knowledge of the Shadow Imitation Technique "C" Rank
Kage Nui, ‰e–D‚¢ (Shadow Sewing) Rank: "A" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: ---- Special: "Hanseals" Drawback: Cannot move while using this technique, be be stationary, can only use the Kagemane while using this technique. Description: Forming hand seals, The user of this jutsu can extend their shadow and create multiple tangible tendrils for various purposes. Such purposes can include using them as stabbing weapons, rope for binding an opponent. The user extends their shadow either up their own body with Kagemane, or up their opponents body once caught in Kagemane. Then, forming some handseals, 5 shadow like tendrils are formed that can be used to trie down appendages, stabbing weapons, and rope like wire. The tendrils are not very strong at all, in fact, they can barely rip through skin, but they can if concentrated hard enough on the technique. It must also be used simultaneously with Shadow Imitation Technique, so it is possible to split the shadow and use both jutsus at the same time. Each time learned, the user can create two more tendrils. Limit: Nara Clan Technique, Must have knowledge of the Shadow Imitation Technique "B" Rank
Ninpou: Bekutaya no Jutsu (Ninja Art: Vector Arrow) Rank: "D", "C", "B", "A", "S" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Allows the user the creation of the Vector Arrows, which attack the opponents shadow by forcing the opponent to move in a certain way. Special: "Hand Seals", must hold Snake handseal. Drawback: The user must hold the Snake handseal for the duration of the technique. Drains a small amount of chakra for each turn that the shadow is active. Uses the Kagemane Distance and strength formulas. Requires the user to have the same rank of this technique as the opponent's Difficulty Class in order to force them to move. The user's arrow must completely envelop the opponent shadow in order for the opponent to be forced to move. The Bekutaya cannot bend, meaning all turns must be done with 90 degree angles. Description: Bekutaya, or the Vector Arrow, is a powerful Nara Clan Ninpou. Utilizing their shadow, the user will find themselves capable of extending it outwards in the shape of an arrow. The arrow will move upon the ground, capable of being directed like the Kagemane no Jutsu, with the exception of the user being capable of only making one Bekutaya at a time. The arrow will attempt to ride on the ground and attacks the opponent's shadow. If the arrow pierces and envelopes the opponent's shadow, the opponent will then be forced to be drug along with the arrow, no matter how the user manipulates the direction of the arrow. The opponent, while within the Bekutaya, is incapable of performing Taijutsu, but may still counter attack with Nin or Genjutsu. If the opponent is of a higher Difficulty Class than the user's rank of Bekutaya, then the opponent is capable of fighting against the flow of the arrow, but will suffer from a reduction of 10% movements per turn while within the arrow. Limit: Must have Kagemane no Jutsu. Must be a member of the Nara Clan.
As a B-Rank
Shadow Dome Rank: A Rank Skill: Ninjutsu, Forbidden Jutsu. Effect: Creates a dome of Shadow around an entire 10 meter arena within which they cannot see anything. Special: "Hanseals" Drawback: Cannot see into dome. Can only be used once per thread, any allies caught within it cannot see. Description: Shadow Summoning used the user uses more handseals and then the shadow tendrils form a dome around an entire 20 meter arena. No one can see within this arena. This makes for the opponent losing visibility while the Nara Clan member can still see. This jutsu may be used with Kagemane, however, the users shadow must extend and connect with the targets as per normal. This jutsu takes allot of chakra, and thus is usually used as a last resort. The strain put on the body can injure the user of the technique greatly, and thus for its strain on the user, has been labeled forbidden. Limit: Nara Clan, Shadow Summoning, Shadow Imitation Technique "A" Rank
Shadow Blast Spear Rank: B Rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: A beam of Shadow as sharp at it's end as a spear, and fired as fast and powerfully as a spear is thrown, fires from the hand of the Nara Clan member. Is able to be controlled in mid air to turn. Special: "Hanseals" Drawback: Inaccurate and while being used takes much concentration. No other Jutsu cn be done while this one is, user cannot move. Description: Forming handsigns, shadows begin to form around the fist of the Nara Clan Member. upon his hand being covered in shadow he can thrust his hand forward and the shadow will shot forward in one tendril and hit the opponent with the shadow, doing the damage a thrown spear could cause. This technique can only go as far as half of the users Kagemane Distance. Limit: Nara Clan Member, Shadow Blast Kunai, Shadow Imitation Technique "B" Rank

Hard to control, does not turn well, and while being used attacker can not use any other jutsu. Only extends as far as 10 meters. Description: Forming handsigns, shadows begin to form around the fist of the Nara Clan Member. upon his hand being covered in shadow he can thrust his hand forward and the shadow will shot forward in one tendril and hit the opponent with the shadow, doing the damage a thrown kunai could cause.
