Description: A music concert will be held in mist in commemoration to our Sandaime mizukage’s ascension to power. In preparation to this, a small group of genin are requested to go about setting up the capital for the celebration. Due to the possible workload, a group of atleast two are recommended to set up the capital. Among the list of preparations to be done are initial cleanup, decoration set up, the construction of a podium/stage for announcements and for the entertainers. The orchestrators of the festival also ask that you should contact local cooks and restaurants in order to have them prepare food for the festival.

Raiton – Sousagatakoushi no Jutsu (Thunder Style – Laser Storm Technique)- Part 10

Effect: Summons a powerful thunder storm that emits thick, blasting bolts capable of tearing through even the strongest of earth and metal. Best of all, it can follow a general target once locked at high speeds, similar to a taimaster, and does not stop until the user cancels the target out.
Special: ‘Handseals’ – Hold ‘Ox’
Drawback: Consumes a handsome amount of chakra. Can only be used three times per thread. Does not discriminate between friend or foe. Requires the user to hold the ‘ox’ seal while in use. Requires one turn to summon the storm.
Description: After the necessary handseals are created, a strong thunderstorm descends from the skies, darkening the clouds and inciting a cold air about. Quickly after, a powerful thick lightning bolt descends in the form of a straight, constant flowing thunder beam. Light blue in nature, it’s radius spans forty meters in a circular, spherical pattern, and its constant output can destroy even the hardest of surfaces. Excellent for a raiton user to use whenever faced with large obstacles or foes. The user guides the bolt whilst holding the ‘ox’ seal, and must keep eye contact at all times with whatever it is they wish to target.

Nyustukyi entered the area that the festival for the Mizukage was suppose to be on. Of course other Genin had been enrolled into the task of fixing the park up. Nyustukyi looked at them, they were all puzzled on how exactly they were going to clear out the trees from the clearing. There was about thirty meters of trees. The others had actually resorted to using axes to chop the trees down. This angered Nyustukyi, how dare they, ninjas, stoop so low. He walked over to the bunch and walked directly in front of them. They all regarded him with eyes of curiosity and spite. He glanced at their Chuunin leader. Then he cleared his throat and spoke so all could hear him. ”I highly suggest, that you all clear out from these trees. About fifty feet sounds like a great distance.”

Immediately as he said his words, flashes of doubt and interest, as well as annoyance flashed in the eyes of everyone there. Before any could speak however he said one final thing. ”That is if you want to stay alive.” and left it at that. He stood back forty five meters. As a Chuunin came up to him he glanced at him and performed a strong of one handed half seals. At the appearance of the half seals others around him stared. They, to his delight, began to move. He smiled ever so mockingly at them and began to focus his chakra towards the sky. Sending massive amounts towards the sky he understood what he was about to do. However, others in the crowd seemed confused on what exactly he was about to do. Nyustukyi simply smiled at this and began to gather more chakra into his body. Then he sent his massive amount of chakra into the sky upwards and smiled at the result.

Clouds started to gather and he started to watched them. He focused more chakra and knew it was going to take a bit of time for the lightning storm to gather at full strength. Regardless he was going to do something else and he smiled as something came to mind. He looked around at a boy standing looking at him and then the trees. He spoke clearly to the boy. ”Go and get some cooks, the faster we get this done the better it will be.” and watched the boy look towards the Chuunin. The Chuunin could not argue with his logic. Then he sent more chakra into the heavens and heard the boom of thunder and smiled.

The beginnings of the storm was coming about. Now he just had to make sure the chakra fully gathered and fully made itself ready. Then he took a deep breath and stood there watching the storm and watched it gather and churn. A few more moments and he would unleash the beast upon the trees. They wanted the trees gone? He would get rid of them all, and since he was feeling nice. He would even put out the flames for them. After all, if the attack on the village had taught him anything, it was that no one in the Mist Village, in the Water Country, could perform freaking water jutsu.

Nyustukyi was now standing in the middle of a park, behind him shinobi of the Mist Village. In front of him, a great and mighty enemy, that he had met many times on the field of battle. The great enemy that was trying to make his mission a failure; or at least take up his time. What enemy could be so evil, so tough, so menacing? The answer was simple. Pine Forests. That’s right. Pine Forests. As in forests made of nothing but pine trees. He had long defeated them on his island where he constantly trained, now he was going to defeat them in the heart of the Mist Village. How was he going to do this you may ask? Well above him the clouds were black and churning, which could mean only one thing. A signature attack he used to destroy many things.

The attack was one of the strongest of the Lightning Release, the Laser Storm jutsu. He held the chakra in the air and watch the bolts of lightning being to churn and circle then he smiled. He unleashed the jutsu, just a one of the Chuunins and a very loud mouth Genin came up to him. They were obviously going ot ask him what he was doing. The lightning came down and hit the center of the pine forest. The ground shook from the impact and within a few breaths the pine forest was leveled. Nothing stood but burning lumber, and even that was barely. He smiled and looked at the Genin and the Chuunin. In fact all on lookers had the same face. They were ghost white and wide eyed.

Nyustukyi smiled at them and turned, making the effect of his turning away from the show more dramatic by flicking his hair in the wind. He walked past the Chuunin and then remembered something, and walked back over to the area. More hand seals, another long one, and then he held the jutsu. The Chuunin was about to round on him for such a strong jutsu he knew it. Still he cared not, this next one would shut the pest up. This was easier for him to perform after all it was just a water jutsu. His bloodline made sure he could perform such a jutsu. His mastery of water jutsus did not hurt either. Then he held his breath and began to increase the amount of chakra flowing to the area. Water began to form and he smiled as it did so and form into fifteen pillars of water.

People began to gasp and the Chuunin fell silent at the sight of the jutsu. Then Nyustukyi let the fifteen spikes fall and they rushed forth. He watched the fifteen spikes put out the flames and Nyustukyi turned to the Chuunin. ”There. I did most of the hard work, think you all can do the decorating?” He said smiled and in a female like whip. Then looked at the Genins and smiled. Then as if offhandedly mentioning it he said, “And would you look at that, I didn’t even break a nail.” and he walked off. He was in an alleyway when he felt it and turned drawing his blade. Behind him stood a Member of ANBU Black Ops. Holding his hands up.

The signs obviously showed he was a Captain, but Nyustukyi had seen most captains on his missions in some manner. Being the Kage’s Bodyguard was one reason why he had. The Captain stood there and Nyustukyi had never seen him, his mask was that of Wolf. ”I see you must be my new Captain.” Nyustukyi stated with respect in his voice. No female voice was used, his actual male voice was sounding out.

”This is correct. Impressive view of power I must saw. I am glad you’re in my division.” the Captain said in a wolfish snarl.

”Thank you Captain. I do have a question if I may.” and as he spoke the Captain motioned ofr him to continue.”How come I have never seen you before?”.

”I like not being seen, but I have had my eye on you. Go back to the Kage get your gear, I delivered it myself.” with that he was on the roof tops.”Also note. Us wolves are always around in the village. and as he said this three move ANBU Wolves appeared. Nyustukyi could only think one thing. Dude, they’re so cool.
