Additional comments: I’d just really like to contribute more to the site and keep a little busier. This is my first role play site so I can understand if you guys think I’m not up to it but you know I think I am. I’m active everyday, I’ve helped out in the support threads a lil bit, granted I’ve skipped out on the character creation threads as of late but that’s easily rectifiable.

I am not so sure buddy. i see you helping out alot but most of them aren't as helpful. Like you would answer questions in the support and only half answers the questions. And out of 262 posts I only see maybe 10-20 posts in helping and half of them were not even confident answers. Character Depth

Personality:

On the battefield, her analytical skills shines the most. She is a very observant individual, and gifted by her clan at birth, she is able to fully understand her surroundings and focus at the chaos at hand. Normally, she is very defensive, and supportive of her teammates. She awaits for an opening to strike just at the right moment, and tries to find the flaws of her opponent and take advantage of it. Mainly her personality can come off as determined, and individualistic, because though she helps out her teammates the best she can, the mental process she goes through is quite independent.

During a dangerous mission, her protective skills and nurturing feminine charms shines the most. She mainly tries to ensure that her teammates are out of any danger, whilst completing the difficult task at hand. Keeping the balance of the team in check is quite hard for her, thus her personality here is normally scrambled, desperately trying to shuffle between protecting her allies from harm, and completing the mission at the same time. Her multi-tasking skills are needed, as well as her communication skills. She vocally begins to take charge and help asses the situation when needed, as if she were the mother of the group.

Overall, the girl just likes to have fun with her friends. She is a pretty laid-back type of girl, yet she loves to go on dangerous adventures and life-threatening situations too. As long as she has her two best friends with her, as much as they pain her to be wit them sometimes, in truth she will be fine. Though she comes off to be snobby and sometimes patronizing, she is really caring of her allies and would do anything for them in a heart beat. That is one of the reasons why she became a medical ninja too, so if someone were to get hurt, she was able to heal them back to proper health.

Before the tale even begins...

The Hoshikage clan is one that has impacted Amegakure in many ways during the village's past. They do not have unique jutsu of their own, the people within the clan, their customs and what the family is about is what makes it so unique. The first thing that would pop to mind when referring to the Hoshikage are their firm belief in tradition. The Hoshikage Clan is one of prestige and elegance, if one of the family does not conform with the highest of standards among society they shall be exiled, the most humiliating thing for an individual of the prestigious clan. The Hoshikage are mostly know for their role in the village's politics, there is usually at least one of the clan within the village council, and they have played crucial roles in electing shinobi into the Amekage position.

There are a few traditions of the family that are essential to the tale that is to be conveyed. The Hoshikage are known to bear many child, yet only the first male and first female children are actually important, the others are to tend to their eldest siblings. The eldest son is to be trained as the next "Primera" of the clan, or the head of the family. Only when the Primera dies is his rank given to his son or grandson. The Primera takes every decision for the family and decides which of his children shall wed and which shall remained servants to the clan. The eldest daughter is to be trained as a trophy wife. Being a "Trophy Wife" is something very derogatory to the woman of this time and era, yet the girls of the clan bend themselves to the will of tradition. The eldest of the female siblings is known as the Segunda. From the beginning of her life, the Segunda is trained to perfect in the arts of flower arrangement, etiquette, gastronomy and the like. They are taught to be beautiful yet silent. Among Amegakure it is quite prestigious to be married to a Segunda, they are said to be the best wives a man can have. The Segunda is given as a middle name, the name of the Primera's eldest sister(the Segunda of his generation). The current Primera of the clan decides to whom the Segundas are married to, and the girls can do nothing else but oblige and become the man's trophy wife. The girl's are usually given as peace offerings to calm conflicts or to reward heroes.

Metal Sound Whistle Jutsu
Rank:[ 'D', 'C', ]‘B'
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: It searches for a hollow sound(Ear Canal) or metal type object(Earring), and once found, it with knock off a series of loud clings. The higher the rank the more loud the cling is, the more efficient sound to where it is. The user will get as close as they can to the enemy and use the whistle, if the person seemingly has earrings or something metal on or around their ear they will be defended to a great extent for a long period of time, but only 8 or 9 posts, Buzzing will occur towards the end when it will stop, the enemy will hit a series of headaches, and bloody noses until it ends. The buzzing, headaches, and bloody noses obviously occupying the enemy for an attack. If the person does NOT have any metal around their ears the whistle will not be as magnified and will not last as long. If no metal, same occurrence will happen but for a shorter period of time, and hurts less.
Special: Peace style fingers covering mouth but able to whistle
Drawback: User will have his or her hearing senses and abilities weakened greatly, because of such close range usages. Their senses will be dulled almost as much as the opponent. The close range of the attack is allowing a feedback of the same loud buzzing noise, the only thing is that it is a little less vivid and the user doesn’t hurt as bad as the opponent. They would have dizziness and possibly a headache but nothing else. Depending on the Rank it’ll last longer,

Allies will not be effected to much because their distance from the whistle wont be too short distanced, they will most likely receive a high pitched whistle making them receive a short headache, 2-3 posts.
Description: Once you whistle you will hear clings, loudness and lowness depending on your rank.
B Rank;; The loudness of the whistle is louder, much louder. The effects of the whistle will last much longer than if you were a C-Rank. 7-6 Posts for B Rank(Metal) 5-6 for B Rank(No Metal).
C Rank;; The loudness of the whistle is semi loud, but not as loud as a B Rank. The effects of the whistle will last half the amount of time of the B Rank, 4-5 Posts (Metal), 3-4 (No Metal).
D Rank;; The loudness of the whistle is practically dull, but it still can cause an ear bleed because of the pitch. The headaches and nose bleeds will only last practically a post. 2-3 Posts(Metal), 1-2 Posts(No Metal). (Only Headaches and Nose Bleeds)

Effect: The user releases a sound-wave that vibrates at the same frequency as the earth below them, causing a shockwave.

Description: The user channels chakra into their hands and steadies themselves. They than slam their palm against the ground, releasing a wave of resonating sound through the earth. The wave disturbs the earth and causes it to vibrate at the same frequency, creating a shockwave of earth that blasts upwards along the path of the wave. The shockwave moves in a straight line at roughly the speed of a kunai. Anyone struck by this technique will be blasted by highly vibrating earth from below them, causing damage to the legs and lower body. This technique has a range of about twenty meters, before the wave loses its frequency and energy. When the user learns the C rank version of this technique, they may only create one shockwave path. When the B ranked version of this technique is learned, the user is capable of creating three shockwave paths at once. When the A ranked version is learned, the user is capable of creating five shockwave paths at once. These shockwave paths can only move in straight lines. When the user reaches A rank difficulty class, they no longer need to place their palm on the ground.

2/There is a submission re creation that is set up. After looking at it you see that it is alright and is ready to be approved. You see that Dr.Abumi (using her only for the sake of the question) has accepted it and placed 1/3 underneath. You are an assistant and the member wants you to finally give the final approval. How do you proceed?

3/ There is a member in NFRP who begins to complain that you were baiting and complaining and that you were being unfair. He posts in the complaints thread and he begins to complain and saying that you should be demoted for you actions. You have solid proof that you weren’t doing such thing and presents it. He continuous to make a big fuss about it and continuous to accuse you of the crime. He also begins to bait and flame you as well. What do you do?[/blockquote][/font]

• Hoshigaki and sansutomu do not mix meaning you can not be both, choose one blood limit and one only
• Age is too young
• A Taijutsu master with releases is probably not the best of choices
• Senbon are B ranked items and can not be used in a character sub
• Forgot to add clan non-specialist
• Appearance: I don’t know what you’re doing with that Ioshi, are you just putting that in there in place of an actual description or is that a mistake?
• For a blood limit 5 paragraphs of history is required
• History is completely wrong for the Hoshigaki clan
• (Metal Sound Whistle Jutsu) You must be a sound ninja for this
• (Oto Hijutsu – Seken Kyoushin (Sound Secret Technique – World Resonance)) there is no mention of sound blasters in the bio and you must be a member of the sound village for this once again

3. Don’t buy into his flame, provide my evidence and act nice and calm in the situation while reporting this to a higher authority (dependant on how he is baiting/flaming you know like through PM or C-box etc. If he's doing through complaints board then people probably already know).

1/ You got the majority of the questions done and such but you did miss a fair amount.

• They are only allowed one item or main weapon. Cannot have both
  
• Hoshikage are barred from Fire release therefore that shouldn’t be in one of their freebies
  
• You stated that it is missing its Misc Specs. But you weren’t specific to which you referred to. Hoshikage and Sansutumo requires a Grand Master slot. They could have said that they didn’t have misc slots because they don’t want any
  
• They didn’t miss non-clan spec because with a mastery you can only have 1 mastery and 2 non specs.
  
• The height and the weight is not appropriate with the age
  
• The Hoshikage clan requires for you to start off with three techniques.
  
• The member cannot use the name Neliel because we do not allow real names from other mangas to be used.
  

Now I know you said the member needed to choose one {either Hoshikage or Sansutumo} you still had to state what is required for both so that when they edit you don’t have to repost saying so. Now another problem is that some of your answers where half answered. Like the mention of the jutsus. Yes you are correct that they need to be a sound ninja but also inform them that they need permission from the kage to obtain it and it goes for all village wide jutsus. You also failed to mention that 15 senbons do not count as 15 slots. Again yes you stated that Senbons are not allowed in the bio for they are B rank but clearly they will make the mistake of placing 15 shurikens or 15 kunais into their bio because they made the mistake last time.

Note: I didn’t feel like writing out the appearance so i just put appropriate amount meaning that just pretend it was like 4 paragraphs but its okay. I took it out of consideration.

Dr.Abumi ,as you may have noticed, is an assistant therefore she provided 1 out of the two approvals needed BUT as this is a re creation you cannot give the final acceptance for it is only meant for moderator and up. Only mods and up can give a final or at least one of the acceptance when it comes to re creations

If a member continuous to bait and flame you then do not try to give them a warning. Contact higher moderation and we will deal with it.

I am sorry but the way you answered these questions give me a doubtful mind over the fact that you don’t know enough. Stay a little bit longer. Re apply but look through the index. Try to help out more. MOAR POSTS. And make sure your answers are not incomplete. I am sorry but

I'm going to have to agree with Ioshi's decision but Ioshi-- try giving correct information next time. You also messed up on number one when telling him what he missed. When you are a master of something you can't have ANY non-specialist. All you get is two more slots that you can go into a combined total of 500 TP into.

All in all-- I agree with Ioshi with the denial. This is not a denial since I can't give the second one, but maybe you can try again later when you are more experienced.
