Personality: Seru Velyn is not someone others can say they know a lot about. Largely, he keeps to himself and avoids a conversation that exceeds the maximum amount of words he, in particular, is willing to expend on a single individual. Unless he is truly motivated by a worthy cause, he never "tries" to do anything. His definition of a worthy cause, however, varies depending on his mood and the weather. He has always envied the citizens of the Rain Village because of their weather, believing the dense cover of rainfall is the best thing to keep violence company.
What is known to others is that Seru is very self-serving. He is not one for charity or helping his fellow man without extracting some form of a fee at a later time. His own well-being is among the most important of his concerns, though he is not a stranger to pain and loss. He is merely an opportunist, someone who waits in the shadows and only makes his presence known when victory is ensured. It is because of this behavior that creating suitable counter-measures to answer his foe's attempts is another of his hobbies.
Even so, it should be noted that he does not like violence. Seru is very eager to confront another for something most see as a trivial misunderstanding. He is the type to punch a man just because the guy said something that could be taken the wrong way. He can hardly tolerate women, often yelling at them or storming off in the opposite direction. Through it all, however, he insists that he is a peaceful individual.
Appearance: Seru's visage is actually rather peaceful even though his personality says otherwise. When not screaming about what frustrates him most, his eyes are usually downcast and his lips are set into a permanent frown, something that keeps others at a distance. His eyes, though concealed most of the time, appear blue and slightly disturbed, almost as if inner peace were out-of-reach for him. His eyebrows and hair are naturally jet-black, but seem to possess a blue-ish hue when under certain light conditions. The style of his hair is short, approximately jaw-length, and is parted along the left side of his face. Sometimes, portions of his hair is tucked behind one, or both, of his ears. His physique is quite ordinary, being neither too thick nor too thin, though his fitness could see improvement, were he not too lazy to put forth the effort. Aside from these details, no blemishes or other points of interest are noticed.
His attire is subject to change, usually when the weather becomes too harsh or when he simply neglects to wear certain articles of clothing. In most cases, however, he dons a form-fitting set of white pants and a matching jacket with light-blue lining. The white sandals worn by him go unseen for the most part, primarily due to the long legs of his pants, which reach the ground without being long enough to hinder Seru's movements. The sleeves of his jacket extend to his knuckles and connect in the space between his thumbs and index fingers, securing them in place. When fastened all the way, the jacket's collar reaches the area just underneath his jawline, not unlike a turtleneck sweater. A Takigakure headband is worn, but never seen along his forehead, as he prefers to wrap it around his left arm's sleeve (or bicep, assuming he doesn't wear his jacket).
Seru is also seen wearing additional articles of clothing, accessories and whatnot, but they are not worn as often. Occasionally, a set of square-framed, silver glasses are perched atop the bridge of his nose. It is unknown whether he needs them or not, but he wears them around others or when he simply feels like it. When they are present, though, they are usually the center of his attention, as he tends to fix them or push them higher up on his nose more often than not. In times of need, Seru opts to wear a long, wrap-around cloak of white, which is also lined with light-blue along the hems.
Background: Growing up in a seemingly normal household wasn't nearly as ideal as most may think. Behind the strained smiles and words of kindness that were never believable, there existed a small group of relatives who couldn't care less for each other, truly. For Seru, it was a perpetual experience that taught him the value of independence and that family ties meant little more than dirt in the world he lived in. Even so, nothing could prepare him for the neglect he endured throughout his time in the Shinobi Academy. Periodically, he was bullied by his peers, sometimes beaten for no logical reason, until he realized the only thing that would make them stop is violence.
No, he didn't like violence. But, that didn't stop him from lashing out at those twice his size. It didn't effect his anger while he took on uneven odds, not caring about who won or lost as long as he could inflict a great deal of pain on someone. His body suffered because of his actions, earning multiple cuts and broken bones throughout the years. However, his body learned to adapt to the various sensations coursing through him, gradually allowing him to become stronger and faster. It was through confrontation, itself, that he began to tip all of the scales in his favor.
Seru was the only one to attend the graduation ceremony injured because of the fights he got into. He didn't receive praise from his parents or his younger sister. No one was there to give him the encouraging words most children of his age would require. Still, he hardened his heart further, realizing that he would improve even without help from the other shinobi. His senseless violence and constant outbursts earned Seru several opportunities to work alone on the missions he was given. Only on certain occasions, would he be seen tolerating a team, let alone working with his peers. To this day, he has yet to calm his omnipotent temper, making him difficult to get along with.

Drawback: Depending on the Rank, is dependent on how strong or how much the user is capable of doing with the Goukakyuu no Jutsu.
Description: The user quickly performs a few handseals. The user then places the hand over their mouth creating a small like circle. This technique in turn is then to help the user control the great flame. The use then blows out and creates a large fireball that twice the size of a normal human body. When the "C" Rank version is first learned the user is only capable of blowing out the Great Fireball that is cannot be moved or go anywhere else. This also means that the technique does not explode in a fiery explosion, but burns greatly to anyone that is caught within the technique. When the user learns the "B" Rank version then the user is capable blowing the Great Fireball into the distance, sending it away from the use it to hurl towards the very opponent. This technique is only capable of going into a straight line and this is capable of having the size three times the size of a human body. This technique when launched at an opponent then becomes dangerous because at this point the technique can explode causing damage that is even more devastating.

Hanabi no Shinka (Fire Flower of Evolution)

Effect: Creates a small flower made of flames with six petals that are each six inches long.
Special: “Hand Seals”- Rat, Dragon, Monkey, Rabbit, Tiger, extending the left hand away from the body, then using the thumb, index, and middle fingers in a triangle-like formation.
Drawback: This ability has no real value beyond using it within a combo attack.
Description: This jutsu creates a flower made entirely of flames. The user performs the required hand seals, channeling chakra through the left hand’s thumb, index, and middle fingers. The left hand is then moved away from the body, and the three mentioned fingers form a triangle shape, while the other two fingers close like the user would make a fist. The built chakra then move upwards and out of the hand, sparking to life and creating a flower with six petals that are six inches long each. If the triangle formation is ever broken, then the entire flame disappears. This ability can almost be treated like a fighting style stance. Each use of a Hanabi no Shinka will require a set amount of petals to be used; after the petals have all been used, the ability must be re-performed. Any time that a part of the Hanabi no Shinka has been destroyed, so long as the whole flower is not destroyed, it will slowly regenerate unless it has been used for an attack.

Description: The Orb ability of the Fire Flower of Evolution is a simple cantrip. Once the user has the Hanabi no Shinka in play, all the user must do is move the index finger of the left hand forward, and one of the petals of the flower will seemingly fade. The user will then open their right hand, revealing an orb of flame that bursts into life. The orb itself is small, with a diameter of about three inches. The orb itself hovers about two inches from the hand. The user at this point can either attack or continue a combo chain. Each time “E” rank training is performed, the shinobi then gains the ability to create one more orb. However, the ratio is always 1:1 for petals: orbs, so creating additional orbs will still require a petal.

Katon - Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique)

Effect: The user is capable of performing a few handseals in which gives them the capability of blowing a large body of fire in size of a large sphere that has great fire proportions and explosive capabilities.

Drawback: Depending on the Rank, is dependent on how strong or how much the user is capable of doing with the Goukakyuu no Jutsu.
Description: The user quickly performs a few handseals. The user then places the hand over their mouth creating a small like circle. This technique in turn is then to help the user control the great flame. The use then blows out and creates a large fireball that twice the size of a normal human body. When the "C" Rank version is first learned the user is only capable of blowing out the Great Fireball that is cannot be moved or go anywhere else. This also means that the technique does not explode in a fiery explosion, but burns greatly to anyone that is caught within the technique. When the user learns the "B" Rank version then the user is capable blowing the Great Fireball into the distance, sending it away from the use it to hurl towards the very opponent. This technique is only capable of going into a straight line and this is capable of having the size three times the size of a human body. This technique when launched at an opponent then becomes dangerous because at this point the technique can explode causing damage that is even more devastating.

Hanabi no Shinka (Fire Flower of Evolution)
Rank: “E” Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive, Defensive, Pre-requisite
Effect: Creates a small flower made of flames with six petals that are each six inches long.
Special: “Hand Seals”- Rat, Dragon, Monkey, Rabbit, Tiger, extending the left hand away from the body, then using the thumb, index, and middle fingers in a triangle-like formation.
Drawback: This ability has no real value beyond using it within a combo attack.
Description: This jutsu creates a flower made entirely of flames. The user performs the required hand seals, channeling chakra through the left hand’s thumb, index, and middle fingers. The left hand is then moved away from the body, and the three mentioned fingers form a triangle shape, while the other two fingers close like the user would make a fist. The built chakra then move upwards and out of the hand, sparking to life and creating a flower with six petals that are six inches long each. If the triangle formation is ever broken, then the entire flame disappears. This ability can almost be treated like a fighting style stance. Each use of a Hanabi no Shinka will require a set amount of petals to be used; after the petals have all been used, the ability must be re-performed. Any time that a part of the Hanabi no Shinka has been destroyed, so long as the whole flower is not destroyed, it will slowly regenerate unless it has been used for an attack.

Hanabi no Shinka: Mi (Fire Flower of Evolution, Seed)
Rank: “D” Rank, 5x “E” Rank Potential Additional Training
Skill: Ninjutsu, Offensive
Effect: Uses one of the petals of the Hanabi no Shinka to create a small orb of fire in the right hand.
Special: The forward movement of the index finger of the hand holding the Hanabi no Shinka.
Drawback: Uses one of the petals of the Hanabi no Shinka.
Description: The Orb ability of the Fire Flower of Evolution is a simple cantrip. Once the user has the Hanabi no Shinka in play, all the user must do is move the index finger of the left hand forward, and one of the petals of the flower will seemingly fade. The user will then open their right hand, revealing an orb of flame that bursts into life. The orb itself is small, with a diameter of about three inches. The orb itself hovers about two inches from the hand. The user at this point can either attack or continue a combo chain. Each time “E” rank training is performed, the shinobi then gains the ability to create one more orb. However, the ratio is always 1:1 for petals: orbs, so creating additional orbs will still require a petal.
