Additional comments:

I know you guys know me, and you guys know about my activity as well. I can tell you that I was extremely active on here when I was a staff member, and apart from my little mistake about the multi ranked techs, I believed you guys had no problems with me.

I am on here every single day and I do try and jump in threads as much as I can. I am slightly concerned about my 'potential staffing' posts due to there not being much threads available in the support and subs area, heck even customs, but I am trying to be as active as possible in that department.

I know I was going to get demoted for my mistake about learning multi ranked jutsus. But I am being extremely careful when training now. It is totally up to you guys about accepting me again. I even don't mind you guys watching me carefully either. I absolutely loved my job as an assistant and I will be totally delighted if you guys gave me a second chance. So my fingers are indeed crossed and my toes are too. And I can actually cross my toes.

All I am asking is for a second chance.

Well enough of my babbling, the ball is now in your court. But please when you guys make your decision, please don't make it because of my mistake. I have learned from it and I do intend on getting better.

So yush, this application has been here unscathed by typing but most likely read by countless eyes non-staff and staff alike. I believe this can be attributed towards the major "fall out" between you and your training issue. During that time I wasn't particularly highly active enough to post due to IRL but read simple tidbits when I could.

Personally IMO, if you were an assistant for six months and that's all that truly occurred then you've been gone long enough so far to be readmitted back under the knowledge and pretenses that you know all the rules now and how they operate.

Then again as a assistant that was something you should have known in my opinion. I also felt that when you deleted your account instead of awaiting the consequences (no matter how sure you were that it would occur), that you were just running away from it all and deciding not to hear the final decision and just go punish yourself. No matter how sure you knew you were about Heero's incoming ruling you should have just awaited it and just taken it after he said it instead of deleting and applying it to yourself just because you knew what he would do. That's like my only major problem about the ordeal, you just going off and deleting. Just let him tell you YAHTRICKYAHUDIDTHISUDIDTHATPZLADY and then just take the demotion.

In the words of what Heero probably is thinking, this situation is like "He's the boss of a business and you made a mistake which everyone knows your gonna get fired for. Just as he's going to your cubicle to tell you what you did wrong and punishment he just see's that you packed up and left. Then two months later you come back wanting to get hired again."

lolnfrpasabusiness is always a humorous subject though it can be much like a business in how the staff operates and such. (w/o getting paid. fml)

Finally I believe that only after Heero's judgment here will anyone be able to get a approval or decline on/against you (unless it's one of those green people per usual). But idk, to me he has the most clear understanding and would be able to tell you if your ready to be introduced back to the staff society.

So I neither approve nor decline.

Fair enough, I understand your message and it makes a heck of a lot of sense.

The main reason why I did delete my account was simply because of the TP reduction that I believe I was going to get. It is the main punishment for learning jutsu incorrectly correct? I accepted the demotion, and the TP reduction but I just didn't know what to do with the character when it came to revamping. I must admit, deleting my account was a stupid idea and should not have been done. And believe me, I regret it.

But I am clear on this: I will not delete my account for reasons like that again, nor will I delete my account if things don't go my way. The second sentance would just be plain immature anyway and I am far from going to start behaving like that.

I do feel that Heero should post in here since it was him who I did take this up with and he knows better about the suituation than anyone else on this site. So I guess I will wait for him to post and make a decision or an opinion if he does jump in here.

Okay... So, to be honest, I don't really have anything to say to this that Kaeor hasn't covered in some way. You already know my opinion... I know that you think that staff is ignoring this thread, but I really don't think that anyone [Moderator wise] will be posting in here until Heero's opinion or perhaps a Head Moderator's opinion is seen. As far as I'm concerned with this, I'm in the same boat as Kaeor-- Neither giving an acceptance or denial. Sorry.

Edit: You know what you pretty much know your stuff, you made a mistake and learned from it. When you aren't sure on things you always ask so even if you don't know everything you take the effort to learn it. Past mistakes aside you were active and dedicated and never did anything incorrect as a staff member per-say.
