Eternal [Inner Circle- State of the Arts Hospital]

Hoshiro had never seen anything like this. The whole village was divided into sections it seemed. The lower class on the outside, higher class in the middle ring, and what seemed to be a palace in the very center of Mo. His master would be impressed with the magnificence of this village. That is, if he hadn't already been here before. Thinking about it, it was more than likely that he had. A frown hinted on Hoshiro's face as he wondered why his master hadn't come with him in the end. It would have been safer. Maybe it was a test of trust..? Whatever the reason, Hoshiro found himself at the base of the State of the Arts Hospital. He wasn't sure if this was where he was supposed to go for this sort of thing, but it seemed a good place to start.

Walking up to the door, he pushed through to find himself in the entry room. At the front desk were receptionists helping patients to sort out what their symptoms were so priority could be safely determined. People were sitting scattered among the hall, perhaps waiting their own turn to be examined. Not having any ailments of his own, Hoshiro wondered if he should even be here in the first place. Taking hesitant steps forward, he crossed towards the front desk.

"Hello. My name is Kagemoto, Hoshiro. I've come to acquire medicine for my master." He passed a note from his master to the person at the desk. "Would this be the appropriate place for this?"

A young receptionist fund a newcomer approaching her. He looked nervous, it showed pretty well. The boy introduced himself as Hoshiro who was looking for some medicine for his master. The note he handed her contained everything needed. "Yes, this is the place." the receptionist smiled and gestured for him to sit and wait. "A nurse will be here shortly with what you needed." she added and then directed her attention towards the patients waiting the line.

A while passed and a nurse dressed in pink and white would be coming with a small package. She walked towards the receptionist who in turn directed her towards the boy. "Are you Kagemoto Hoshiro? I have the medicine you need." she offered the package to the young boy. "I hope this will be enough, if not feel free to come by and get some more." and with that she vanished.

Footsteps could be heard from the hall where she left yet there were a few more. A lady dressed in blue kimono with a white cloak over a shoulder came by and stopped at the receptionist desk. She checked a few documents and then walked towards Hoshiro. She smiled at the boy and started to ask him questions "Hello. May I give you a few questions regarding the service here?". The Duchess herself was asking random people around the hospital to rate the hospital.

Everything happened very quickly, fast enough that all he really had to do was give single word answers for everything to just fall into place. The woman receptionist was very polite and nice. The wait wasn't long at all as a pink dressed nurse arrived and offered the package, which he gratefully accepted with a 'thank you'. Overall, the visit wasn't as extremely taxing as he originally thought it would be, searching the marketplace to find the items he needed. Being a non-ninja village, he was impressed with the organization and efficiency of the institute.

He was equally surprised to find himself facing a smiling red-head who seemed a little older than himself. She was really quite pretty. She was concise with the way she spoke, making sure she was clear without being too verbose. At the same time, he didn't think she was being pushy either. It was quite a skill she had.

"Questions?" He repeated, a little curious why she would be asking him these things. Perhaps it was her job to evaluate the customer's responses... in which case it would be rude to refuse. "By all means." He gave a small smile to indicate he was in no real hurry. He was curious what medicine his master had asked for, but knew his curiosity could wait until he next saw the old man.

It seems Hoshiro agreed to her request. Alright, the first question would be "How would you rate the response time to your request here?". She would give the boy time to absorb the question and then started on the next one "How would you rate the politeness of this facility?". Hopefully the boy didn't have any problems with those questions and actually she added "Is this your first time here or not?" thinking he came here often.

The line of patients was quickly dissolved as they all got into a room with a doctor checking them and soon more people were coming. Most were just passing by as they already knew which floor to go to but a few had to ask. There were always two guardsmen standing at each floor, all in red robes on and leather pants. That seems like the standard guard uniform here in Mo, they showed how strong the men were by revealing most of their trained bodies.

He watched her lips as she spoke more out of habit than anything else. He'd learned to read lips in his time traveling about the lands with his father and it just made sure he understood what people were saying, even if he had trouble hearing them. Then why did he feel uncomfortable as he did it? His mind eventually dismissed it as his body malfunctioning for some reason... Maybe it was the octopus he had last night. In all honesty, this was enough to turn his day weird. Well, aside from the dress of the guards who wore leather. Such clothing would typically prohibit movement, so why would they want to wear things which made it harder for them to move? And the capes? Well, in all honesty, he wouldn't mind wearing a cape... though it provided the opponent another place to grab one might not be used to.

"I'm always impressed by how quickly hospitals respond to people in need. Doubly more-so when it doesn't matter who the people in need are. I think it's as incredible that such a large body of people can be so coordinated in their efforts." Hoshiro noted. "Really, it takes equally as incredible a person to maintain it. Those I spoke with were polite and accurate, promptly getting what I needed. It's my first time visiting Mo, but I have to say I'm thoroughly impressed. It seems like a very organized place run by someone who really knows what he's doing."

Hoshiro would have said he gave a stellar report that would make any manager happy to hear. Honestly, the only village's hospital he'd been in was Otogakure's and Konohagakure's, the latter he couldn't even remember anymore. However, he truly believed what he had said. It was incredible that a place could act so quickly for people who may not even be part of Mo.

"To be honest, I'd like to compliment the person in charge myself... but he's probably too busy." Hoshiro laughed, raising his free hand up to run it through his hair. It was a nervous habit when he said something he wished immediately after he hadn't said. Now he was just rambling for the sake of rambling, he really needed to keep his tongue in check. She had a job to get back to after all, who was he to keep her from it?

The young man replied to her question with no difficulty at all, it pleased her to hear the service is doing quite well and that it should be commended. Very good indeed, this was the first person she questioned so far but it was still enlighterning to hear of sucess. From the looks of it, this boy was a shinobi from Sound, she has never been there personaly but maybe in the future.

She thanked the boy and thought for a while, he looked like he wanted to let her do her job however that can wait. "I am noticing you are from Otogakure. Would you mind rendering your help to this village? We need a certain rare animal caught, it has eluded us for some time and is roaming free in Mo park. It is extremely dangerous so we would like to deal with it as soon as possible, after all we want our citizens to be safe while taking a walk in the park."

She shall test the skills of a Sound ninja and go with him to witness it up close. "Don't worry, you will be rewarded for your help." the woman added.

OOC: It'll just be a C rank mission and will count as interactive mission.

His ears perked at the sound of 'Otogakure'. He let a small nod and a grunt of agreement escape him. She went on to explain how there was a rare animal loose in Mo park which needed to be brought in. Simple enough, right?

"Of course!" Was the ninja's instant reply! "I would be honored to help in any way I can." Actually, the thought of a mission made Hoshiro forget his earlier embarrassment immediately. He didn't care there were plenty of leather clad strong men who could perhaps do it with their bare hands. He was still somewhat green, but he would definitely do his best. "Don't worry about a thing! I'll be back before you know it!"

Speed had always been top priority to Hoshiro. This being the case, he had already bolted out the door before she had the chance to give him more information on what it was he was going to be facing. Looking back on this later, he would probably remember that speed was important, but so was the proper preparation for such a task.

She was glad the ninja accepted the mission although he seemed to be that thrilled to have bolted out before getting more information. No worry, he wouldn't be able to find the park and wouldn't know the animal to hunt, even with the speed he bolted out it wasn't enough to outrun her shunshins that put her in the lead. She would direct the ninja towards the park where she would brief him on the mission.
