I've been an active RPer for years. In that time, I've had the privilege to work with many people on many different sites. On a Pokemon and another Naruto site, I was an event coordinator. One who came up with events, organized them, and made them happen. On the pokemon site, I came up with the idea of allowing characters to be 'pokemon coordinators'. I typed up the rules for 'breeding','contests', as well as helped to create events that would encourage people to join the site and keep people active... such as a 'create your own pokemon' contest. We didn't use the pokemon created, it was just a creative outlet for people to work on aside from RPing. I was also tasked with what seems to be the same tasks that an assistant would have on this site. The ability to speak with new members about the rules and in a peaceful way resolve the issue as well as understanding the rules of the site and grade members' work based on quality, quantity, and creativity.

On the Naruto site, I was more restricted in the powers I had, but I mainly was used in the creation of the world. I created missions, events, items, anything I could think of that I thought might enhance the world and make it exciting to participate in. I led members through mini-arcs I created and kept the world as involving as I could. This didn't last as long as the Pokemon experience, so I don't have as much to say about it.

I will say that I was often the one to bring up issues I found on both sites regarding issues with rules and how the site didn't quite match up with the universe it was related to... and I could be stubborn on my view. I considered myself to be 'the voice of reason', but I wasn't so conceited to not admit when I was wrong. When there are reasons for deviations and why things work a certain way, I don't meaninglessly stand behind an ideal that will not bear fruit by my retaliating.

Ahhh, shall we begin from the top?

Name; Naruto is an obviously canon name that cannot be accepted in this context. Perhaps if you were to choose a last name that was unique it would fly, but seeing as it's the name of the main character with Uchiha at the end, I would call it a complete lack of creativity.

Bloodlimit; In order to make an Uchiha you must follow these pre-requisites:

• A user must make a character that is not an Uchiha beforehand.
  
• User must have completed 5 events or interactive missions.
  
• User must have gained at least 750 TP with a previous character and must be active.

Seeing as this profile is sorely lacking, I would never believe this person had created a character here beforehand and had completed the 5 events/IMs and 750tp. I would encourage the user in other options, ensuring they understood that starting with a BL would reduce the number of techniques they could start with to three as well as increase the amount they would need to write for Personality, Appearance, and History. If they could prove they had acquired the reqs [at this point, they'd have to create the uchiha with the account the reqs were completed with or pm me with the account that had the reqs completed with], then I would let it pass.

Height; 100 meters would never pass. A normal person is from 1.5 to 2 meters at best. I would also suggest using centimeters or feet' inches" to describe height since they are more common forms of measurement in such a field. Also, for a 12 year old, you'd best look at a height/weight conversion chart to make a choice.

Weight; For someone who is twelve, I would doubt such a person would be over 200 pounds... or at 100 kilograms. As a Taijutsu Master, the character would be in impeccable shape. 85 to 100 pounds (38.6 to 45.5 kg) would be a reasonable weight.

Age; good. on a side note, remember when this profile is accepted since every six months real time is a year ic time.

Birth Country; Across the Ocean is not a country. Choose from one of the lands under 'Major' or 'Minor' countries and choose from one of the options with '___ no Kuni'. {e.g. Hi no Kuni (land of fire), Tori no Kuni (land of bird)}

Village; good.

Special; Good on Taijutsu Master, however grand mastering into Uchiha is a no-no unless you had the reqs. If you did, then this would be good as well.

Weapons [Primary]; Sword is too vague. Choose from one of the sword types found [here]. Also, copying and pasting the info for the sword type you chose is recommended to keep such information tied to your character all in one place.

Weapons [Secondary]; You have a total of 15 slots, 15 kunai would take up 7 1/2 slots since it's two kunai to a slot. You could choose to fill up the rest or just leave it be.

Weapon [Non-Weapon]; If you really want to start with that empty glass, it'll take the place of the sword... I'm sure you can find many uses for it.

Character Depth; This stuff seems like it should be put under Appearance. Character depth is a section of your bio, appearance is a sub-section of your bio, and the text fills the sub-section with useful information.

Personality; Using canon personalities is a no-no... especially when you're using the character's name it originally belonged to. This is a severe lack of creativity. Not the first, and certainly not the last.

Appearance; Uchiha are required to be completely different from canon Uchiha. This simply means that one can't look like Sasuke... however can retain the common black hair of the clan. Also, Neji's eyes are trademark of the Hyuuga Bloodlimit. If you want those eyes, you would need to go into Hyuuga. If you want the Sharingan, you would need to go into Uchiha.

History; Wow, that was a really short history that didn't have anything to it. I mean, how can I assume it's good with nothing there? (totally kidding btw)


Techs; Impossible to start with gates 1-3 unless you were recreating and had a ton of TP to use on it. Seeing as you haven't mastered a tajutsu style, it's impossible to go into it anyway. Furthermore, if this is the profile's first character, one could only start with 3 jutsu if they were in a BL and 5 jutsu if they were not... along with the freebie from each of the (fighting styles/perceptions/releases) they started with. I would also encourage reading this section of the Uchiha BL:

A user is capable of starting off with the Sharingan Technique bust must go through a dice roll within the Dice Board. The roll is produced by a Staff Member. The Die Roll must be between 1- 20 out of a Dice Roll of a 100 in order to start off with the Sharingan.

If a User does not gain the right to start off with the Sharingan must remove the Sharingan eye, and will only be capable of starting off with two techniques if the user is barely creating an Uchiha. If a user is making a recreation Character who is an Uchiha, they must remove the amount of Sharingan Eyes they have placed upon them and deduct the respectable amount of Training Points from their Overall Training Points. This means that if a user has Sharingan 1st Tomoe, and Sharingan 2nd Tomoe, will have to remove both techniques, and reduce the amount of training Points equal to when they first learn the two techniques in which is stated during a Re-Creation.

If a user was at a certain Class level and looses the amount of Training Points in which the user becomes one Class Level lower than they were, then the user must make the according changes. This means that if a user had 510 Training Points, which would make them "C" Class, and looses the Sharingan 1st Tomoe Technique, the user will become a "D" Class character because of the Training Points deduction.

If a user does not gain the Sharingan through a Roll, they are capable of earning the right of gaining the Sharingan. This right does not give the Sharingan automatically, just the privilege to the road of obtaining the Sharingan. The user must complete an additional amount of three hundred training Points after a character has been completed. A user must complete two events, or interactive missions to be capable of earning the right of going into the Sharingan Tree.

Description; I'd say using a human canon description from another game for how the puppet looks is fine as long as the person doesn't start spouting off Kingdom Hearts or making Mickey Mouse puppets after this...

Overall, I have no idea what you're trying to accomplish as far as weapons go. Your description and your list were two very different charts as can be seen above with two very different results. It seemed you remembered the poison gas bombs outside the description, but forgot the poison gas bomb launcher and vice versa. You're way over your slot count out of description because you (miss-hit?) a zero under expendable blades. I don't know what rank the person is creating this, but you cannot use a self-destruct core as a genin... not that it matters because you're over your slots limit even without counting the x grade material you need to replace.

In the end, it's impossible to come up with a working total because it depends so heavily on the grade that is used in replacement of the S-grade material and the weapons attached to it which the description and list given can't seem to agree on. In the end, the puppet would need to be re-worked to come up with any solid total.

.:Unfair Training Grading:.

I would tell the member that I graded it as I saw fit. If they disagree, they should find a different staff to grade for them. Simple as that. There's no set in stone checklist to go off of, so each Mod/Assistant has to grade based on how they see fit. Where one staff sees a 9, another might see an 8 while another might see a 10. If it bothered them so much, they could avoid having me grade for them but the training grade still stands unless I was just totally in the wrong which I don't think I would be... but you never know.

Ahhh, the age old question. You want to know what the driving force to all good stories, epics, and myth are? The one thing that keeps people interested in any story? Conflict. When things don't go as planned. That is something I've noticed this site lacks sorely in the time I've been here. I notice that people have tried to cover this up by giving 'conflict' in the form of events that don't really effect the world they're in. This is a good idea, but on the large scale this only works for so long before people realize that what they've been working towards will never come. People need a reason to train or the training becomes meaningless. You get lots of old people on the site with B to A ranked characters... and what do they do? They either sit around and troll because there's nothing better to do, join staff because otherwise they'd have no reason to be here, or they create new characters and start over again four or five times.

There's a saying that I think fits perfectly with these situations. Go, set, ready. You'll spend forever and a half wondering when the right time to add conflict is, whatever the form, and you'll spend all that time preparing for it... in fact, you should add it and then find all those little holes in the system and cover them up as we go. I haven't been here during the times war was introduced... and perhaps that isn't the conflict we should introduce. Maybe the only conflict should be one against recurring enemies controlled by staff. Perhaps an organization consisting of characters that are against all villages. This can be useful because it will add a feel of purpose to the site with those who run the site able to maintain control all the while. It will encourage creativity, bring purpose to the villages (perhaps getting an alliance going for a common cause allowing for more IMs and Events to spring up around this arc) and get people excited about getting stronger so they can be a key part in such a plot. I'd rather see an Akatsuki spring up than watch a world full of bunnies, flowers, and all the ninja skipping along holding hands under a rainbow following it to the pot of gold where Lucky comes out and starts hoarding his lucky charms. Just my honest two cents on how it could be improved.

I'm going to address a different issue altogether this time... The Bingo Book. While it's cool to have PCs in it... why not add some NPCs that can be RPed by GMs? This could be good for IMs if a group of ninja (or two teams) need to team up to take on a stronger opponent. I've been seeing how many people need more IMs since they're a major part of unlocking BL and Shinobi Class.
