An oasis lies just near the edge of a wide desert. This oasis stretches for 200 meters by 200 meters. There are palm trees that fill the oasis, and sand that covers the ground. Although there are no grass blades, there is low shrubs covering the ground. There is also a small river that cuts directly through the middle of the oasis.

Lily entered the oasis and felt the cool breeze lift the mist from the water on to her face. It felt so cool as it pushed back her orange hair. Lily breathed a sigh and said, "That feels so great, do you feel it Rose?"

Rose lifted her head, her blonde hair shifting ever so slightly. "I do," she said, "and it is a lot better than that intense desert." That was when Lily noticed someone only ten meters away. It was her opponent...Lily waited, just staring at him.

[Solus]

Gosei hated the desert. And not without good reason, damn sun. That's why he became the Kage of Konoha and not some desert backwater like Suna. Before him an oasis doomed, occupied by... Two girls? Well, ain't I lucky today? Slightly nearing them he came to a halt only ten meters away from the couple, noticing their Sand headbands. They had probably seen his headband too, and as Hokage almost the entire world knew him, so chances that these women knew exactly who he was were quite large. Sensign their low chakra levels he decided that they were less than a minor threat. "I'm sorry ladies, but I'm afraid you have to drop your weapons and come with me." He said, placing his hand on the handle of his katana. If they were to act up he would only use Suiton, Fuuton and the few offensive medical jutsu he knew. Just for fun.

Lily saw the man in front of her and of course she noticed him. The Hokage of the Leaf, almost everyone knew him. But he wanted to Lily to come with him. "Oh, are you looking for a date?" Lily said laughing, "Sorry, but I don't have a purpose going with you. I don't want my body to show up dead." Lily said this while forming handsigns and created rocks all in the ground below her feet. In reality she created only a handful of pebbles, and this took 3 seconds to perform. The second technique would also take 3 seconds.

Lily then made her second technique, which wasn't relatively strong, but was still a good technique to distract the man in front of her. A handful of pebbles would shoot forward at the man and Lily would laugh and say, "Finally, let the games begin."

Doton Soushi no Jutsu (Rock Creation Technique)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A technique where the user takes the time to formulate, or create Rock in order to use other types of techniques for great usages.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Must be learned more and more in order to be capable of performing better, and capable of producing more Rock like formations for other types of techniques. Cannot be used on Sand
Description: What occurs is that the user takes the time to push down into the ground their own chakra. As the user does this the user takes the earth like materials found within the ground which is the components of soil as they begin to formulate and harden them all around in order to create harden rock like materials. The user may slam their hands against the ground in order to use this technique or just by pushing their chakra down to the ground. A user can gain the capability of grabbing onto the very ground and molding a piece of earth into a hardened like rock. The more the user learns and the higher the Difficulty class the user becomes the more they are capable of mastering this type of technique. When first learned the user is only capable of formulating rock into the size of their hand. When the user learns the "C" Rank, version this type increases to five meters in radius. Each time learned after that, the distance increases by ten feet giving a total distance of thirty-five meters in a radius distance. For each Difficulty class the User is the larger number this distance becomes. Each Difficulty class after C The distance increases by Ten meters. This means that if a user becomes S Rank in Difficulty Class and learns the S Rank Version of this technique the user is capable of formulating Rock within a Seventy-Five meters Radius.
Limit: Needs the Earth Release

Doton: Tamaishi Danmaku (Earth Element: Pebble Barrage)
Rank: "D" Rank
Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: A simple technique used as a distraction in which the user uses a few hand seals concentrating along the chakra towards the ground. Doing so, the user takes the chakra and the rocks as they use the simple knowledge of the Doton Soushi no Jutsu (Rock Creation Technique) to push forth sending multiple small grape sized like pebbles towards the opponent.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Depending of the rank the user knows of Doton Soushi no Jutsu (Rock Creation Technique) depends on how much pebbles the user is capable of pushing forth.
Description: Small like stones is created along the ground in pebble like form as they are pushed up along the ground and sent flying towards the very enemy or enemies depending on the type of distance the enemy or where the enemy is standing. This type of attack is somewhat of a basic like attack and is to be considered more of an annoyance when first learned by the basic form of Doton Soushi no Jutsu (Rock Creation Technique). When the user gains rank as well as Difficulty class of Doton Soushi no Jutsu (Rock Creation Technique) the technique of Doton: Tamaishi Danmaku (Earth Element: Pebble Barrage) becomes even more dangerous with more pebbles within the distance.
Limit: Needs the Earth Release, must have knowledge of Doton Soushi no Jutsu (Rock Creation Technique)

The girl had started on handseals, surely that was not unexpected. The problem was that without a target, those handseals would be useless. He would push his right hand towards the woman, creating a funnel of wind. Although very useless at this distance, it would do exactly what Gosei wanted it to. It would kick up the desert dust, creating a big yellow cloud that would block the girls sight.

Taking a deep breath the Genmaster would run into the cloud, but not straght at the girl. He would be immensely faster than the woman, who would still be fumbling with her seals. Stepping forth from the cloud on her right side, with his blade drawn, the Genmaster would make a diagonal slash, hopefully making a gash from her right shoulder to the left of her stomach if it hit undeterred.

Description: The user quickly gathers a small amount of chakra to there hand and pushes it outward with there palm as a small funnel/gust of air blows out with enough force to push the opponent back or off balance.
Limit: Must have Wind Release.

Lily saw her opponent direct an attack at the ground and cause a dust storm. Lily stayed silent even though she wanted to laugh. She still made her jutsu, but only in front of her as to not hit herself. While she finished her jutsu Rose pulled herself halfway out of Lily. It was obvious to both Rose and Lily that the man was going to attack, or else he wouldn't have made the dust cloud, so where was he? Rose had already grabbed her great sword for this very reason. That was when Rose heard something to her left shoulder, Lily's right, and she immediately acted.

Rose turned her body in a swiveling motion, half of it being out of Lily's body now, and used her own blade to stop her opponents. She didn't know that she'd be hitting a blade, and was actually hoping for a cut, but this would suffice. Lily then shot around, swinging her body low and planning on kicking her opponents feet out from under him. If he somehow avoided this then Lily planned on fleeing backwards five meters.

With a loud ring his sword would meet another. It was to be expected. In his free left hand chakra had already gathered when he noticed one girl sticking out of the other. That was an interesting development, but it mattered little. Once again the funnel of wind would be created, this time it would be shot point blank, aimed at the girls chest. If it hit she would inevitably stagger a few meters backwards.

Charging more chakra into his blade the Kazeraikou would immediately follow up with a horizontal slash, forming a blade of wind. From this distance there would be little ways of dodging, and she wouldn't be able to block a blade of wind with a blade of steel... If it hit she would be the owner of a new gash.

Effect: Using a weapon or ones hand, the user slash's the air creating a sickle shaped gust of wind mixed with chakra that speeds out cutting anything in its way before eventually dissapitating.
Special: ---
Drawback: Accuracy counts and as the gust keep moving, they can damage anything in the area.
Description: Not to be confused with Temari's Kamaitachi no Jutsu which requires a fan. The user gathers chakra to there hands or weapon and slash the air, diagonally in front of them with much force as a sickle shaped gust of wind blows out incredibly fast. It can cut down opponents, inflicting a moderate amount of damage and chop down trees. It has even been known to cut through rock when used with enough force. Can also repel weapons and even sound waves.
Limit: Must have Wind Release

Lily was having so much fun and she started to laugh uncontrollably. "Let's go!!" she suddenly shouted. Rose pulled herself back into Lily as she shouted this and their opponent started to form handsigns. Lily knew that an attack was coming and prepared herself. There was a funnel of wind that hit her and did send her flying backwards, but Rose was an intelligent one. The Hokage would have no purpose in using such a smile jutsu, unless he was going for a non-fatal fight, in which case it wouldn't hurt if Rose kept the fight going on her side. Conversely, if she was right then she had an upper hand. She shouted to Lily, "He's making a follow up attack." Lily smiled slightly and then started to move out of the way of the attack.

The Hokage had unknowingly given Lily room to work by knocking her back, and with Rose's intelligence this fight was going just the way Lily wanted. That was how Lily and Rose fought, Lily saught blood while Rose determined an opponent's power. Lily was able to move somewhat, but unfortunately not enough. The blade was still coming right for her left arm. Lily would get a deep cut into the upper part of her left forearm, and the blood would trickle down her arm. Lily ignored this pain for now, as she started to really get serious. "You cut me," Lily said forming handsigns, "Now I get payback."

Lily made her handsigns and sent a blast of water flowing from her mouth to her opponent, hopefully to crush him with this move. After doing this, for Lily didn't expect the attack to really do anything to the hokage, Lily would start running the ten meters to the river. If the Hokage would follow her Lily was going to throw a couple of kunai at him to stale.

Effect: User shoots a stream of water towards the opponent.

Drawback: Easier to dodge at longer distances.
Description: A simple jutsu utilizing the water release. User performs the hand seals Snake, Dragon then transfers charka to their throat, creating a steady stream of pressured water from their mouths, that then hits the opponent for D rank damage. The jet stream has a maximum range of 10 meters and travels in a straight line. Speed is equivalent to throwing a kunai.
Limit: Water Release

What a persistant girl. At least he had made a cut, that was a progression. When she had formed her handseals a simple step to the right would solve his entire problem, as the jet of water would merely pass past him, leaving the Godaime unharmed.

The Genmaster was getting flustered, the woman wanted to get away from him. Not much to his surprise, clearly she wasn't all that good at close ranged combat. However, by presenting her back to him on her retreat the girl had left a giant opening for the Genmaster to exploit. The female was still only a few meters away when he did this, making it an excellent oppertunity. Thrusting his arm forward he would shoot forth bandages. They would quickly catch up with the girl, tying her up in the blink of an eye and turning her into a mummy, making the women tumble forward into the sand. That should do the trick.

Sen’eitaishu (Hidden Shadow Bandage Hands)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Wraps bandages around a patient or object.
Special: --
Drawback: Must have a bandage source within the sleeve.
Description: The user thrusts their arm forward, releasing bandages from inside their sleeves towards the patient. These bandages are strong as ninja wire and fly forward at the speed of a kunai, wrapping around the target and immobilizing them. This technique has a range of five meters, plus five for every difficulty rank above D the user possesses.
Limit: Must be a medic.

Lily was busy running toward the river when suddenly her opponent started to do something. Rose was the one who made Lily realize it. "Lily," Rose said, "He's attacking." Lily decided that it was okay, she had made it to the river. Lily formed handsigns just as Rose spoke, and was able to come up with a water jutsu that might be able to help her. She formed the handsigns, and held the serpent sign. She then lifted water from the river and directed it into a beach ball. Out of the ball then flowed a serpent that would get tangled in the mass of bandages, saving Lily. Because of her ninjutsu mastery Lily could make handsigns and jutsus extremely fast, and fast enough to save herself this time. Because the serpent could extend 20 meters, even after the initial raveling of bandages it would still attack it's opponent. As to whether he kept trying to rab it up was up to him.

Meanwhile, since the snake had saved her and only 2 seconds had gone by, Lily made another range of handsigns, and this time constructed three other bodies besides hers from the river water. They were water clones. They stood in a line, all four of them, and Lily was the one farthest on her left. The one farthest right would move away from the rest, running toward the hokage to shoot another water attack at him from the right. Pressure jet.

Suiton - Suijou Choudanoretsu (Water Style - Striking Water Viper)

Effect: The user creates a long snake made from water to attack a single target.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: The user must be within 20 meters of a large body of water.
Description: After performing the needed hand seals the user will levitate a beach ball sized sphere of water into the air. With the "Serpent" seal being held the sphere will draw upon its source of water to lash out with a long, sinuous viper up to 15 meters long and 20 centimeters thick. The snake will bite at and attempt to swallow the victim and drown them in its innards.
Limit: Water Release, Requires a significant water source

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu (Water Clone)

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited; however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state. When first learned the user is capable of having or capable of creating up to Five Clones. Each time learned the user learns this technique the number of Clones is capable of increasing by one. The maximum amount of clones is Ten for the Difficulty Class of D Rank. For each Difficulty Rank Increase the number increases by five of maximum but learning is still one per learned.

Sorry for posting so slowly darling. And your Tpz rising so fast, that's like, very awesome ^^

Gosei chuckled at the womans petty attempts to thwart him. As she formed handseals averting his bandages he would simply throw a senbon forward. As it would penetrate the serpents mouth Gosei would form a single seal, activating the attached explosive tag and destroying the aqeous snake with little effort, splattering water everywhere. As the girl formed her seals Gosei would mimic her with his own, forming five similar water clones from the water of the former serpent.

Standing as the second from the left from the girls point of view, the Genmaster would notice that he had more 'men' on his side. The one furthest on the left would jump in front of the pressurized stream of water, taking a serious hit, all it needed before falling apart fro herewas a little push. But at least the attack had been stopped. The one next to the selfless clone would fire a ball of water from it's mouth, aiming at the oppressive water clone.

Never having left the real girls out of his sight the Godaime and the rest of the clones would close the distance. Digging into his pouch the genmaster would fire a senbon with an attached explosive tag at the single clone on his left side. The throwing weapon would enter the clone, coming to a stop inside the aqeous creature. Raising his sword in an upwards slash the Genmaster would hack at the real opponent upon reaching melee distance. The last two clones would stay only one meter away from their master, one guarding each flank, keeping an eye on the womans clones.

Description: The Teppodama is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does some hand seals which then causes a a big ball of water to come from the users mouth and then hit their target.

Lily watched as her clones were destroyed, one after another. "Curses," Lily said simply as her opponent then ran forward toward her. Lily saw him coming, and as he was running forward he would also have to deal with her other water clones. As such, Lily knew that she had time to make her movements. Rose inevitably realized the exact same thing.

Rose herself threw the sword over her shoulder to Lily and shouted, "Counter him." Lily did so, swinging her blade in front of the Hokage's to block herself, and then she moved her sword in a complete forward direction. As she did this Rose would be concentrating on other things, that involved growing her hair out. She would grow it out for four seconds, making it 3.75 feet longer. It was already 2.25 feet. After this time it would be 7 feet long, and six seconds will have gone by.

After this six seconds, as Lily was still shoving her sword forward Rose would stretch out her hair and try to grab a kunai and throw it...If she could.

Ninpou: Kami Enchou (Ninja Art: Hair Extension)

Effect: Allows the user to rapidly grow out their hair.
Special: "Hand Seals"- Horse, Rabbit, Dragon, Dog, Monkey, (hold)Ram
Drawback: The user must hold the Ram handseal for the duration of the technique. The second they release the handseal, their hair stops growing.
Description: The user performs the required handseals, running chakra along their scalp and all the way through their hair. This allows the hair to push from the scalp and outwards, creating a massive growth of the user's hair. The hair itself will continue to grow for as long as the user maintains the Ram handseal. It takes one turn to grow about five feet of hair.
Limit: Universal Ninjutsu

Ninpou: Kami Shihai (Ninja Art: Hair Control)

Effect: After the user has grown Hair after using the Hair Extension technique they are able to control it somewhat, allowing the user to use it almost as another appendage.
Special: Handseals
Drawback: None
Description: With this jutsu the user is able to control their Hair, and after forming it into certain objects they will be able to use those objects after learning this jutsu. This jutsu allows the person basically another limb; the user sends chakra down their Hair, which allows it to be controlled with the user’s mind. The hair will become prehensile, and will be able to grab and wrap around things, not strong enough to impede anyone of normal strength, but strong enough to lift small objects or more specifically objects up to and including five pounds of weight. This jutsu allows the user to control up to 10 feet of hair at D Rank, 30 feet at C Rank and 50 feet and B Rank.

Thank the heaven's that her weapon was a great sword, it might be good at blocking, but it was to large and clumsy to launch a proper counter attack. Moreover, he was to close for her to use it correctly. With a louch clang their swords would meet, haulting eachother in their tracks. Funnily enough the girls hair would start ot grow, but it was to little to late. One water clone would jump forward, making a long jump towards the genmaster.

Jumping to the right the Godaime would remove his blade at the same time the water clone rushed forward. With his strength so suddenly removed the girls blade would slice forward, most probably cutting the clone into two parts, if not it would simply fall apart on its own. Having scuttled back three meters quickly, Gosei would finally unleash his plan. His hands came together, grasping into a single seal. The explosive tag that the water clone had absorbed earlier had now been freed and was ready to go.

It would ignite, sending a blast in a one meter radius, right under the girls nose, literary. this would most probably spell the end of the battle.

Lily was shocked as her attack would fail, but Rose was more shocked than her. They were about to make a more concentrated attack when they noticed the water clone still coming at them. The two put little thought into the clone, after all they felt confident in their abilities to stop it. However, soon they realized that they couldn't avoid it, because at some point the hokage had planted an explosive tag in the clone. "Oh no," Lily said, but it was too late as a flash of light became and it radiated throughout their entire body, blowing them to smitherens.
