Well this part is kinda straight forward seeing as I'm relatively new to the world of RP'ing. However, when it comes to skills, I'm organised, friendly, and also have the ability to explain things clearly when needed. This may be off topic, but I am a senior prefect, and in charge of the student voice in my school. Being a senior prefect basically means that you were trusted by teachers and pupils alike to do tasks such as welcoming new members into the school, helping senior staff (head teacher, etc.) around the school, and also be a good example to other students. Student voice is a committee of students, that collect together ideas from the pupils around school, and then ultimately present them to the staff. The head of the student voice (me) is in charge of doing such tasks as appointing new student voice representatives (two per year group) and putting together the presentations that will be shown to the staff. Over the past two years, doing these jobs made me advance in the skills mentioned above, and generally helped me in being a capable 'guide' of sorts.

Additional Comments:

I decided to apply for the staff position, seeing as this site was somewhat understaffed, and in need of assistants. Some of you might say that I haven't been around long enough, or that I haven't got enough experience to become an assistant. To that I say two things:

1. Not my call to make, but If you are doubting my abilities, why not give me a few questions and see how I do.

2. While I haven't been around long, I am almost always on the cbox, and I also keep active with my posts.

Other than that, there's nothing else for me to say, but hope for a good outcome.

Hrmmmm. I don't know. I went back on your last 100 posts and I saw you help about 4 times and 3 of them where in support an you basically restated what other said beforehand. Like I don't even know whether or not to give you questions because I don't know if you know any of the stuff. Like I have nothing to base your knowledge on. In the past we have denied people who have helped this little over their 100 posts so I might. I'll think about whether or not to give you questions.

Point made. I do visit the support section often, but I don't usually respond to questions that already have a few replies since this leads to me just repeating what was said before, because a lot of the time, the right answer was given. But I can see you not wanting to accept/ ask questions do to my lack of helping out.

1/2 denied. I am sorry, but I cannot rule otherwise. The reason for this was stated above, there is not enough to get a good indication of your knowledge. So my big and obvious suggestion, take a month or two to help out all you can in all the different sections where help is always in high demand, before trying again.
