I’ve been doing a lot lately, GMing and stuff. Feeling as though I should give assistant a shot. My know how about the site is rather good, know a lil’ bit. Effect: Allows the user to move around on the ground or water as if they were skating on ice. Cuts travel time by half.
Special: “Hand Seals” – Serpent, Dragon, Tiger
Drawback: It is easy to track down anyone who uses this technique anywhere besides an ice terrain.
Description: By manipulating water molecules and chakra underneath their feet, the user slides across the ground or water as if they were skating on ice allowing them to travel much faster then the average shinobi’s running speed with less strain on their muscles. With each step, the area stepped on is covered with some frost.

Tasukeru (Seeing Life)

Skill: Doujutsu
Effect: Allows a full three hundred and sixty (360) degree field of vision and some predictability to physical attacks. Unlike Byakugan, the user sees life in its normal colors during this tech, no details spared. Signs of life, thermal readings and X Ray vision is near perfect. Can also read a determine the difference of a regular shinobi to that of one with a bloodline or if they house any foreign presence by the different chakra waves displayed when observed through Tasukeru. This does not mean one knows the BL right away. Must have encountered the BL before in order to know exactly who they are. The ‘C’ ranked version grants the user up to 50 meters of observing. Each new rank for the Jutsu will add 50 more meters. This can be trained multiple times after all the ranks are achieved in order to add 50 meters onto one’s total. Each extra training is worth an S ranked training.
Special: Although one is born with this jutsu, one must activate the eyes through training.
Drawback: Heavy chakra drain over time, especially when multiple phases of the Tasukeru are accessed. While Taijutsu can be predicted, the Onigami are not designed to have fast twitch muscles. As such, perfect blocking simply won’t happen all the time.
Description: Summoned through will, the scarlet eyes of the Onigami will grow a very vibrant neon red and all life becomes theirs to fully observe. Once activated, the user has a three hundred and sixty (360) degree field of vision, as well as the ability to see into other people’s bloods. For those allied to an Onigami, this jutsu is revered for making the Onigami known as the ultimate scouts.

Drawback: Must be learned several times.
Description: The user is now capable not only to expand their own chakra by using the bloodlimit's skills, but this time they are capable to "feel" what's around them by using said chakra. This is used to identify a disrupt of chakra around them, in other words, Genjutsu. By identifying the Genjutsu around them the user is capable to break it the same way they identified the Genjutsu, this means that the Genjutsu breaks at the very moment the user notices it. The "D" version only works with "E" Genjutsus, the "C" with "D" or lower and so.

Aw I thought there was only supposed to be three questions, guess I’m special XD

1. A good knowledge of the techs, rules and customs of the site. Nice, patient attitude, knows when to ask for help and willingness to help plus all ‘round awesomeness

2. Send a MSG to the person that since my post got in first it takes priority so he’d only get the +6 so he’d have to continue training and if he/she was reluctant to comply I’d bring it up with someone of higher powers than I. Plus I’d quote the thread and PM the H-Mod saying, “Ninja’d!”, that’s what I’d do.

3. In this situation myself here, totally need a BM. I’d MSG them back and say, “Sorry but I’m not able to help as I’m not a BM and it’s something they should do, not I”, ‘cept cooler.

- The minimum age for a Character is 8’
- State what Village you hail from
- A medic can not be a Ninjutsu specialist
- You have to specify if you are a clan or gen non-specialist however you’d then have to either switch that non specialist with the Ninjutsu specialist ‘cause a medic can not be a Ninjutsu specialist.
- Kunai are 2 per slot, you have thirty equalling 15 slots, 15 slots is the maximum a character can have at creation. You’ve gone over it with the extra tag so either remove a kunai or remove the tag, can have more tags if you get rid of a kunai, up to eighty.
- It would be nice to have the description of the weaponry posted on the page as well; example: I need to know what kind of sword the broad sword is for future reason as there is a cost discrepancy between the swords – Great sword, long sword, short sword etc. also the ranks are different, take a sword of B rank or higher and it becomes void, a problem.
- As for appearance, personality and history you’ve written down all good so I’m a little confused about that but just in case I’m supposed to comment about it, for a blood limit character you need five paragraphs of writing.
- the limits of the techniques have been removed and the ice sliding technique in particular is a Kaishin clan techniques, you are onigami, not only that but for your freebies you listed only fire style and phantasm perception, you need Ice release in order to even have that techniques which in turn requires the water style and the wind style, neither or which are also not listed so remove the tech.
- Also on that note two things; you can have one more release/perception/stance and please add the limits back onto the techniques
- Also please note what training of recognition has been trained either by underlining, bolding or both etc. (Has to be the D rank cause a bloodlimit can only start with three techs) Please keep that in mind for future techniques as well
