My GFX 'career' started off with MS Paint. I used to love the program, whenever I was bored, I would go on it and just doodle. When I got older however, I started to take MS Paint to new levels. At this point, I used it for spriting, and still do to this day. It's a simple program that's often underestimated by the majority of people.
Later on, about three years ago, I acquired Photoshop. This program blew my minds to bits, and every time I learned something, I would discover a new feature and set out to learn it. I've been doing that for the past year, and even do it today. The beauty of Photoshop is that once you learn the bare essentials, you can create good-looking stuff by just messing around with the filters and brushes. Eventually, after seeing what my cousin had done with Photoshop (a simple sig) I was amazed, and plowed through endless tutorials creating my very own signatures. I started off bad (really really bad), but eventually got the hang of it, and started producing stuff that I could show to friends. I chose digital imaging (a subject heavily involving photography + photoshop) as one of my 3 choices in high school, and I am still studying it now.

So yeah, the Artistic Views board is cool. I would like to be a GFX Mod because it would give me the chance to clean up the Artistic Views board, as well as guide people towards being better GFX'ers. I love helping people, so posting tutorials would not be a problem. I would also like to see more people excited about the artsy side of this forum, seeing as there is a lot of people with great GFX capability that do not use it at all. I would love to create new contests, as well as set new challenges for the more advanced people out there. I think that I am up to the responsibility of being a GFX Mod, and will definitely give my all if I get accepted. Thanks for taking the time to read this app, adios! ;D
