Location: Right on top of an ocean. Plain and simple. It is 100 meters by 100 meters of salty sea water that is quaking with waves and has air blowing against the bodies of all those who arrive. The sun is burning down on all.

Lily stood on the waving water below her as Rose moved inside of her body. The sun was beating down on their bodies as they stood on top of the shifting ocean waters. They were waiting for someone, anyone in fact, to have a fight with. Lily touched her clothing as she waited for someone. Their great sword was held tightly on their back.

Looking down at the water he stood upon, chakra poured through his feet insuring he wouldn't break the surface. With his long black trench coat, Mukizu shiffted his head upward looking up at the magnificent sun over head. All his pants pockets were full with Kunai, the only ninja tool Mukizu has even needed. Four extra arms would be concealed within the black coat, his black banada rested on his head protecting him from the heat of the sun some-what. Lowering his head back down to the water, The Young Ninja noticed someone off into the distance fifteen meters away. Each of his extra arm's would grip a kunai tightly, this unknown person could be friend or enemy, and Mukizu never took chances like that. Chakra flowed up into his mouth, The Taijutsu Master slowly began slightly moving his jaw in a type of chewing motion. A sticky substance rested in his mouth until the time was right, but for now, he continued his slow walk over to the figure keeping a watchful eye on their movements...

Lily stood on the water looking at her new found opponent. He was making some movement in his mouth, and Lily didn't want to find out what he was doing. Lily immediately started her handsigns. It took her only a second and a half to form the jutsu, being a Ninjutsu master as she was. Lily smiled as she made her jutsu and a current on water would slowly form at her feet. This current she would use to defende herself against any attacks that her opponent might have in mind to hit her with. Lily then formed another handsign, this one being an attacking jutsu.

This jutsu would take another second and a half to use, but once used would send 4 of the ten water balls she'd summon at her opponent, who was ten meters away. That was three seconds now, and Rose was drawing her body out of Lily as she did this, grabbing the gaint sword that the two possessed and holding it. However, she'd only pull her body half way out of Lily, enough to use the sword if need be.

Suiton no Tate (Shield of Water)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: The Suiton no Tate acts in a manner similar to the Suna no Tate. By using water and combining it with the users chakra, they can allow it to move around the body to deflect small incoming projectiles or even use it for techniques.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: The shield can not really block taijutsu attacks, constantly absorbs a very very small amount of chakra.
Description: Small currents of water flow around the body of the user, capable of deflecting small jutsu or even extinguishing C-rank or lower katon techniques . This jutsu activates automatically unless the user himself chooses to "disable" the ability in a situation. Does not acquire the awareness of the user to defend (can block strikes that the user can't see, like the sand shield has been known to do).
Limit: Water Release

Suiton: Mahou Mizu Misairu Renda no Jutsu (Water Release: Magic Water Missile Barrage Technique)

Description: User focuses her chakra into tiny bits of water, condensing them to form nearly-solid balls while still retaining their liquid properties. The balls levitate in the air, much like in the system invovled with her Ochiru Ame no Jutsu. The balls will then fly at the opponent, and depending on the amount of chakra used to throw them, the "Missiles" can easily dent thick metal armor or to knock down wooden doors on metal hinges. When a "missile" strikes an oponent, the chakra holding the water together will release into the atmosphere, causing the water to loose its ball-like shape and revert back into flowing water. Only 10 missiles can be created at a time, but when one is used, another can be instantly recreated for an additional cost in chakra.
Limit: Must have Water Release

OOC- It's kinda hard to tell if someone is chewing something SLOWLY from fifteen meters away jus' sayin'...

The Taijutsu Master would keep up his steady walk, while he kept up his chewing. His jaw would move up and down, from left to right while he chewed, the sticky substance would becoming stronger after each motion. The size stayed the same within his mouth, but once he spat it out a number of deadly situations could occur within the blink of an eye. Shiffting his eye's from body part to body part, The Flawless Ninja could tell this person was a female. Suddenly, the unknown female began doing handseals. His reflexs took over his body making ever sudden action twice as fast, quickly popping one of his arms out of his coat, The Young Ninja threw a kunai with the middle set of his arms. The Kunai would fly through the air with great speed, cutting through it like a hot knife passing through butter. [---This is an attempt to stop the handseals---]

Once the Kunai left his hand, Mukizu quickly put it back within the trench coat, and began sprinting towards the female with blazing speed. Running from left to right, The Flawless Ninja would notice four small balls of water coming straight at him. [---Only is my kunai didn't reach you in time---] By Mukizu running from left to right he could dodge these four balls of water with intense speed, and skill. The Young Ninja was now next to the female, throwing a baisc jab, The Taijutsu Master easily broke past the barrier of water and took a step closer towards the female. At this point a half second passed, Mukizu released another jab with his opposite arm aimed right for her chin.

Effect: A quick, straight punch thrown with the lead hand from the guard position.

Description: Picture Stand with your feet hip distance apart. Step your right foot back 18-24 inches with the weight of your right leg on the ball of your foot (right heel is somewhat elevated and the knees are slightly bent). Bring your right fist close to your right cheek bone and your left fist slightly in front of it about jaw height. Pull your elbows in towards your ribs so that they line up somewhat below your fists. Push off of the ball of the right foot, bend the left knee slightly and start to extend the left hand in a pushing type motion (there should be a subtle rotation as your left hand goes forward your right shoulder moves back). You may also rotate the fist so that when it reaches the desired destination your left palm will be facing down. Retract the left hand as fast as you extended it and return to the original position. Remember before punching relax the hand, snap it forward and clinch before making contact. Do your best to strike with the first two knuckles and keep your wrist in neutral position upon impact. Aim six to eight inches beyond your target. Extend the arm only about 90-95 percent. Keep your chin tucked down toward your chest--this protects your jaw from exposure to being hit. Bring your hand back as fast as you throw it. Move your head on an angle as you throw the punch.
Limit: Must learn in a gym that teaches Bokushingu (Boxing), Must know Upright Stance or Semi-Crouch[/spoiler]

Mastery: Inside Fighter

Skill: TaiJutsu
Effect: The Inside Fighter are power houses. They like to get in the space of other fighters and prove who is better by hitting harder. The Inside Fighter Mastery has two effects. First Effect is that they are able to hit harder than any normal fighter. The second effect is that their endurance is impeccable because the fact that an Inside Fighter likes to get into the personal space of other fighters they are acceptable of getting hit far more than any other type of fighter, so high endurance is the best option.
Special: ---
Drawback: This Mastery does not stack with other masteries dealing with Striking Power. This Mastery works only on striking techniques using only the Fists. This Mastery works with Universal Techniques, however does not stack with strengthening Techniques that increases the user's striking ability. This Mastery only works if user has a good footing and proper stance. Does not stack with the Damage Reduction found in Brawler.
Description: May hit hard, may be able to endure great hits, however speed is what gets the Inside Fighter. No they do not take any types of Negatives to movements, just that they do not gain speed benefits.

"B" Rank Mastery - Gaining 500 Training Points - Each Rank is increased by One Rank. This means a "D" Rank technique has the destructive power of a "C" rank technique, and a "C" Rank technique has the destructive power of a "B" Rank Technique. "D" Rank techniques takes a deduction of 1.4 of a rank, while "C" rank takes a deduction of 1.2 of a rank, while "B" Rank is reduced by one rank.

"A" Rank Mastery - Gaining 1000 Training Points - Each Rank is increased by One and a Half Ranks. "D" Rank techniques takes a deduction of 1.6 of a rank, while "C" rank takes a deduction of 1.4 of a rank, while "B" rank takes a deduction of 1.2 ranks, while "A" rank takes a deduction of one rank.

"S" Rank Mastery - Gaining 1500 Training Points - Each Rank is increased by Two Ranks. This means a "D" Rank technique has the destructive power of a "B" rank technique, and a "C" Rank technique has the destructive power of a "A" Rank Technique. "D" Rank techniques takes a deduction of 1.8 of a rank, while "C" rank takes a deduction of 1.6 of a rank, while "B" rank takes a deduction of 1.4 ranks, while "A" rank takes a deduction of 1.2 rank, while "S" rank takes a deduction of 1 rank.

If a Technique is an "S" rank technique, the amount of damage does stack as it starts by the lowest rank. This means that the user would hit as if hitting with an "S" Rank technique with an additional "D" rank of power. If a user is knocked out of a proper stance that allows him to use his whole body in an attack the mastery does not work for the user.
Note Each Mastery: Inside Fighter Mastery takes away Muay Thai Mastery for its Mastery.
Limit: Must have mastered Bokushingu (Boxing) by gaining 500 Training Points. Every 500 Points extra until they reached 1,500 Training Points the user is able to pick either Mastery: Inside Fighter for greater strength and endurance, or user is able to pick Mastery: Outside Fighter to become a Hybrid Fighter.[/size]

Lily watched the kunai coming forward at her and simply finished her handsigns for the jutsu in a single second. The water flew upward from around her feet and a water shield was conjured up. It was true that the kunai would've stopped her second set of handsigns, but it didn't the first and the water blocked the kunai attack for her. Lily then watched as her opponent dodged all of her balls of water. Lily cursed, and while Lily had been doing all of these preparations Rose saw her opponent moving forward...and fast.

Rose was already prepared [OOC: It was stated that Rose was prepared for an attack in an earlier post.] and swung the great sword in front of Lily to counter the jab, so that it wouldn't hit her sister. After doing this Lily would immediately send the other six orbs of water that were surrounded her forward at her opponent's body, as he was now within range. If the man were to move his arm and try to go in with another attack Rose was going to keep moving the sword to block his attacks. Since the sword had a wide girth it covered the whole front of Lily's body just by being placed there, but the man might try a swing from a different region, and Rose would try to stop him.
