Description: Highly trained soldiers, these men fear nothing but fear itself. One being assigned to each KMP platoon, they prefer to just shout orders and leave the bashing to their minions, rather than doing it themselves. Be aware though, although they may appear to be simple minded loud mouths they are not to be trifled. Each of them is a competent warrior in the arts of Enten Kobushi, so beware.

Description: A bit slow minded, dull, lacking imagination and dutiful: the perfect soldiers and policemen, these guys used to guard the streets. Now they are a force occupying Konoha, complying to Uchiha Ashi’s orders, spreading a lot of suffering over the village.

Option B: All Kenjutsu techniques up to C
Option C: All Medic techniques up to C

Plot:
After the self chosen exile of Ashi Uchiha the peace would gradually return to Konoha. As far as the Hokage is concerned this only means that her execution has to be postponed until the Konohagakure can get their hands on her. For about a year things have remained quiet as the case lingered on and Ashi remained missing without a single trace.[/blockquote]
That all suddenly ended though, at five o’clock in the morning a speaker tower once again appeared. It stands on the west side of Konoha, a run down ghetto and has quickly entranced the local populace. Apparently it appeared just as the previous ones, it was summoned into place. Reacting quickly the AnBu retaliated and defeated the rebels that stood beside the tower. Unfortunately enough a large number of explosives were utilized, turning the corpes unidentifiable and without any evidence.
Clearly something went wrong in the enemies communication, as the tower appeared well before enemy could gather in strength. They were observed however, large groups of men in the mechanized uniforms of the old KMP. Their large numbers indicate that they must have been gathering followers from the local populace, a most disturbing prospect.
The tower has been quickly dismantled and is not broadcasting any more. From the previous battle with Ashi’s lackeys the information has been gathered that Ashi powered these towers by sucking chakra out of Couatls, one must be around. And most probably the enemies leader, either Ashi or a high officer of the old KMP, is guarding the chakra sucking machine. This leader must be captured alive, for it is either Uchiha Ashi herself or a lackey of her who could yield valuable information about Uchiha Ashi’s whereabouts.
Objectives:
- Defeat the groups of rebels and clean Konoha’s streets.
- Capture the leader of the rebels alive.

Rules:
- Only open to Leaf ninja and their allies.
- If a BM says you’re dead then you’re dead, don’t stall everyone else please.
- You can miss the IIC once, after that you will be skipped when you miss the IIC again.
IIC Length: 36 hours, which is the equivalent of one and a half day.
