The young Hoshigaki ventures out into the forest to see what he could find, using his senses, the smell of blood can fluster through his brain quickly. He sniffs the air quickly, the sweet scent of the beautiful liquid would stomp in his brain as he would smile. Walking forward he would follow the scent, through the trees, through the darkness. He would laugh as he thought about eating his dinner for the night, though he would frown at the fact that he knew that he was a killer. Not for humans, just a killer for those poor defenseless animals. A shark's gotta eat.

Gohma's rough skin would slide against each trunk of tree as he brushed by, sinking deeper into the forest. He's beginning to like the aroma, thinking that it seems to be dangerous gets his blood flowing. The blood seems to be sinking deeper and deeper into his brain as he could barely taste it, walking further into the darkness. The owls would hoot, and he could hear the water from the beach a far ways away. He knew that he wasn't too far off of the shore. He could almost see it now, the dead carcasse lying lifeless on the ground. A chuckle would erupt from the young hoshigaki. This one would fill his stomach this very evening. Though he wasn't too sure what kind of meat this would be, if it was human, he would have to change his mind about his meal.

It looked like a large furry animal balled up and hunched over, Gohma wouldn't be able to recognize his face. Birds would fly from the trees during the night, and Gohma would look in their direction. Making sure that no one was watching him as he created his meal. Leaning down and getting the large smell of blood in his system, he would lift up the animal. Tilting his head side to side, yes it was a boar. A large one, but it was quite easy to lift by his leg, it's about time to snack on a midnight meal in the dark, alone. Or so Gohma thought about the situation.

Chi Kaori (Blood Scent)

Effect: Allows the user to use their sense of smell to hunt down opponents who have been injured.
Special: The user must cut the opponent and allow them to bleed.
Drawback: Cannot tell differing scents apart.
Description: After injuring an opponent, the Hoshigaki will generally try to force an underwater fight by flooding the field or trapping someone with some other water-based techniques. However, that is not necessary, it just makes the hunt easier. The user is then capable of using their sense of smell to track the scent of the blood of the opponent, making it much more difficult to hide from them.
Limit: Must have Same no Gishiki.

Chikarra though HE was unusual, enjoying walks in the dark, misty forest. Until he laid his eyes on the Hoshigaki in front of him. Chikarra was well hidden, as he always is, just to see if this boy is an opponent or not. Chikarra seemed to wince as the boy began feeding on the deceased boar, but, what does it matter, it's already dead. Thinking of a good way to get the shark-boy's attention, Chikarra came up with a clever idea. Since just walking out would not have as much as an effect, Chikarra pulled out one of his kunai knives. Showing no emotion at all in this dark area on his face, Chikarra stabbed himself in the palm of his hand with the knife, letting his blood pool out onto his arm, and his white robe and pants. "Now, it's only a matter of time before he notices me." Though Chikarra, holding the kunai in his wound, to make sure the blood stays fresh.

The First Bite Is Best

Though not when you're feeling uncomfortable, knowing that there had to be something out there that killed this boar before Gohma had. He figured that there was something watching him, like he was some sort of show at the petting zoo. Though during the night, his visitor would have no clue who or what he was. His robe would cover his face and the shadows in the night would be his ally. There was absolutely someone out there, the feeling just barred at him until, that's right, the blood came from within the trees. A new, fresh scent came breezing through the mist.

Dropping the pig to the floor, Gohma would grunt, reach into his back pouch and hold a kunai in his hands. Thinking to himself he would mutter while he thought.

~If he wont show himself, then I'll find him.

Fleeing through his handseals, he would look past bushes and trees in order to see a small white fleck. This was most likely his stalker. Landing his handseals on ram, he would hold it and focus his chakra on the ground and the condensed water beneath the earth. He would begin feeling the earth begin to shift far around him. The ground below him would begin to shift down further and further, as the ground further than that would shift up. Making a large crater into the ground.

This crater would be filled with trees almost like an arena, though he wasn't finished, he was just trying to get a face to face look at the man, infiltrating his privacy. How many men go out in the complete darkness looking for a fight. The man must be looking for a fight of some sort, because he's bleeding. He's most likely an intoxicated civilian. Nevertheless, it would take him a little longer to finish the technique with a large bowl of water.

Suiton: Satsugai Naiou no Jutsu (Water Release: Killing Depths Technique)
Rank: "A" Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu, Supplementary
Effect: Creates and fills a large crater of water where the user is currently standing.
Special: "Hand Seals", hold Ram seal.
Drawback: Takes two turns for the technique to work, during which the user must remain completely still. Use of this technique in dry areas can potentially cause long-term droughts.
Description: A powerful technique that can be used in combination to fuel the Hoshigaki's love for battling underwater. The technique is actually a two-pronged technique, combining the use of both the Earth and Water releases. Performing the correct handseals, the user will hold the Ram handseal, channeling chakra throughout the ground around him. The ground will then quickly begin to do two things; one, the ground around the user in a diameter of thirty meters will begin to sink downwards a total of twenty meters; two, the ground at the edge of the thirty meter radius will begin to move upwards for ten meters. This takes one turn to complete, creating a crater that is thirty meters deep at the highest part and thirty meters across. Then, the user will fill the crater using the aquifers below the ground, drawing up the natural water from the surrounding area. The filling of the basin takes an additional turn. When the technique is complete, the user will have created a large lake in which they can fight their opponent.
Limit: Must know Tsuchi no Kuchiyose: Aquifer no Jutsu. Must have the Earth Release. Must be a member of the Hoshigaki Clan.

"Oh boy" Chikarra muttered as this bloodthirsty guy came at him. "I guess it wont hurt to toy around with him a little, right?" Thought Chikarra. Chikarra knew that the shark-human was a lot stronger then him, but he figured that playing around a little bit wouldn't hurt that much, after all, he can heal himself, thats why he became a medic.

Chikarra noticed the ground's properties shifting, jumping back a good twenty meters, to assure that he will not get hit by whatever technique may come at him. Just when he lands, Chikarra forms a chakra scalpel on his non-wounded hand (right), swinging it at a tree. The tree took the impact and gave in to a clear cut. Chikarra felt good slicing the tree, watching the whole tree fall down, defeated. "Lets have some fun, shall we?" Chikarra spoke with a wide grin, and the taste of a challenge.


Chakra Enjitou (Chakra Scalpel)

Effect: The user creates a two inch long scalpel of chakra extending from the tips of their fingers.

Drawback: If the user is struck with a C rank or higher technique their concentration will falter and the scalpel will dissolve.
Description: The user gathers a powerful aura of chakra around their fingers, creating a faint blade shape extending from their fingertips and glowing blue. This scalpel is two inches long and, if the user chooses, can be extended beneath the skin, to cut without breaking the skin. This scalpel is as hard as steel and can cut through muscles, arteries, and bones.
Limit: Must be a medic, must know Shosen no Jutsu.

Now We Can Get This Started

His scent grew more dim the further he got away from Gohma, and that was proof of him being a ninja and knowing capabilities. No one could jump that far without being a ninja. A grunt would erupt from Gohma's throat. Water would begin filling the giant 30 meter in diameter bowl. The technique would be complete, and judging the fact that the scent of his opposing ninja was far away. He might have just stayed outside of the giant lake of water. Nevertheless, as the lake would fill itself to the brim, Gohma would pull off his robe and reveal shorts and an undershirt. He knew that he was prepared for this kind of encounter.

Splashing into the water, he would begin to switch his breathing method to his gills. Taking in the heap of water from under the ground was refreshing and swimming was easy. The scent dissapated since he dipped into the water but he could remember exactly where it had originally came from. Jutting through the water, Gohma would begin to pull the sword from his waist. Growing closer to the spot he had originally thought of the attacker being, he would think for a second. Distractions.

Before he erupted outside of the pool of water, Gohma would begin to run his hands through multiple handseals getting used to the fact of being underwater. This would become really easy if his opponent had intentions of killing Gohma. Though what was the point of watching him? He wanted to know this man, and what he had in mind. Spewing a mist of water up from the lake and towards where he figured his opponent would be, he would hope that would distract him before he surfaced.

He Should Have Just Introduced Himself

Suiton: Himatsu no Jutsu (Water Release: Spray Technique)

Effect: Creates a small mist that can be used for a variety of differing purposes.
Special: Ram, Tiger
Drawback: The mist is very fine, can be seen through, only capable of being used for a distraction.
Description: A technique that creates a mist that can be very closely related to seaspray. This simple Suiton-based technique causes a fine mist to rise up off of a water source. The most common application of this technique is to surprise an opponent with the spray so that it gets into their eyes and they close their eyes. If not otherwise dismissed, the mist will last for three turns before being blown away or evaporated.
Limit: Must have Suiton no Jutsu. Must be a part of the Hoshigaki Clan.

Chikarra saw as the opponent created a relativly thin cloud of mist, clearly using it as a distraction. Chikarra decided the man had no real intentions of killing, though he did not relax, since this is a fight none the less. Chikarra knew where the opponent would be, and thought of what he is now doing as a warning shot.

He breathed in, then let out a Wind Arrow, and a strong gust of wind following the fast moving arrow. The arrow managed to go through the water, but it also stopped a couple of meters short of Gohma. "Shit, I guess he figured out that techniques range. No worries, I have no intent of doing too much damage to him, nothing my healing hands can't fix." Thought Chikarra.
Now Chikarra is hoping the enemy will come at him, and as he stands, anticipating the next move, he quickly creates and charges eight wind senbon, four each hand, and fills them with extremely pressurized air, readying them for underwater travel, just in case. "Your move, Hoshigaki." Chikarra spoke loud enough for the shark to even hear him from underwater.

Kaze Ya no Jutsu (Wind Arrow Technique)

Effect: User is capable of breathing inwards and exerting outwards a large like arrow to pierce into the opponent's body.
Special: User takes in a deep breathe filling their lungs with air.
Drawback: Only one may be created at a time.
Description: The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. This arrow may be blocked as it is just a large consumption of wind, however it can not be deflected away. This means that the object must be large in size enough to defend from one against the wind. The size of the arrow is the size of the opponent's mouth with the length of three feet as it can travel up to the distance of twenty meters. This technique is used for short range to steer an opponent away from the user.
Limit: Must have the Wind Release


Fuuton Kaze no Senbon (Needles of the Wind)

Effect: User hurls a mixture of senbon needles in the form of wind to cut into the opponent.

Drawback: ---
Description: The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. This technique may be blocked by large objects, however something small such as a sword, or a staff will allow the needles to seperate still moving towards the object it was originally sent to. Not a powerful technique as the user is capable of hurling up to ten senbon wind needles that gives out minor cuts. However this could be used as a more of a set up technique to allow the user to perform a more dangerous technique.

He's launching D-Rank attacks, and so either he's holding off on the big attacks, or he's not very strong. Judging that Gohma would be far under the surface of the water, he would jet straight to the top of the water and out with little of his effort. This was nothing he wanted to worry about. He underestimated his opponent. jumping towards the person standing on the land, he would attempt to slam into him, with his fists which would have water wrapped around them. At the same time, Gohma would be clicking his breathing to his lungs.

While rapidly swimming he had finished hand seals and the strings of water would also be attempting to wrap themselves around his opponent. If this was finished, he would have enough space to actually get an answer or two out of the man.

Effect: Allows the user the capability of switching between the use of gills and lungs.

Drawback: If activated above ground, the user is capable of suffocating to death.
Description: Normally, the Hoshigaki's body is set to breath through the lungs, which takes in oxygen from the air and then allows the user to exhale. However, the Hoshigaki's body has a secondary set of breathing tools- gills. By activating this technique, the user becomes capable of switching the manner in which their brain commands the body, moving to use the gills instead of the lungs. In this manner, it is impossible for the Hoshigaki to drown as they are now using gills to breath. To cancel the technique, the user must simply perform the Tiger handseal, ending the effect and transitioning back to the use of the lungs.
Limit: Must have Same no Gishiki.

Botan walks down a thinning path into the forest, looking from tree to tree.

"It's a nice night for a walk, a little chilly, but nice." he says as he hears the oceans waves slapping against the water in the distance.

As the trail ends to a thin patch of grass that slowly grows at it progresses, Botan leaps up into a tree, landing on a decently thick branch not far up in the air. He then looks around as he starts jumping from tree branch to tree branch, progressing through the forest.

As he's jumping he hears someone near screaming, not from pain, but in anticipation, to far away to make out the words though, Botan changes his direction about 45 degrees to the right, and starts going deeper into the forest.

As the shark-boy charged at him, Chikarra sensed danger. He knew he had to get the man away from him, for his techniques will surely pack quite a punch. "I need to think of a........Got it!" Chikarra exlaimed in his head. "Hehehe, take this!" Chikarra yelled aloud, swinging his arms, throwing his already charged wind senbon at the Hoshigaki. While his opponent was distracted with the senbon for about two to three seconds, Chikarra had enough time to plant four kunai around his feet, all covered with what seem like explosive tags. Chikarra was gonna blow himself up, and everyone around him! Or was he?

[/b][/center]Gohma would sit atop the man, his water wrapped around him, the needles sticking from him. This man had obviously tried to kill him. Reaching into his back pouch for some paper bombs of some sort. Letting out a sigh, Gohma would reach into his back pocket and raise his kunai up to the man's throat.

~I'll kill you, right now, if there's no explanation.

Gohma would then look up to the boys head band, it was shiny and showed the mist village symbol. This person was either luring him in with the boar, or just a coincidence and looking for a fight. He's lucky Gohma decided to hold back. He just wanted to capture his opponent and know what he knew.

~I don't know who you are, and you come from the same village.

It's not very often Gohma wants to murder someone from the same village. This man obviously just gets on his nerves. Looking down, Gohma would also see the drying blood coming from the man's hand. Gohma would release another sigh as he cringed, the senbon sticking from his body were nonsense.

As Botan continued to near the location he thought the screams came from, jumping from branch to branch swiftly he noticed a body of water in the middle of the forest. "That's odd" he thought, taking a second glance as he continued to jump towards it.

As he neared the edge of the water he spotted someone sitting on top of another person, the one on bottom wrapped in water. He would then crouch, and jump quickly behind the nearest tree, quietly, hoping he wasn't noticed, he was on the other side of the body of water though, so he was quite a distance away. He then jumped back into the tree, hoping for a slightly better view of the two Genin. He then stared intently at the two as he waited for the next move.

"Hehehehe. Hahahahahhaahahaha." Laughed Chikarra. "That was a lot of fun" said Chikarra calmly with a smirk on his face. "Surname Seshin, given name is Chikarra, nice to meet you Hoshigaki. I have a tendency of breaking into fights, so excuse this mess. Anyway, no killing intentions, so if--" Chikarra noticed someone across the body of water, friend or foe, he had to bring attention to that. He didn't mind spying on people, but it got on his nerves the other way around. Lowering his voice to a serious whisper, Chikarra spoke."There is someone spying on us, at the other side of the lake, I believe he is hiding behind one of the trees. Should he be an enemy, may I ask you to kindly unbind me so we can find out?"

This Isn't A Smooth Character

Gohma had no intentions of unbinding this one, and the new intruder was just another distraction. If he wanted to make himself noticable, he wouldn't be hiding in a tree. Letting out a small sigh, Gohma would release one bind of the water, from his less dominant hand, being his left, to have more control over his long sword. Sliding the sword towards his enemies neck, Gohma would heave a large about of air into his lungs and then release it before he spoke. Clearing his voice, he would nod at the fact that there indeed was someone watching, and he didn't even need to check. The look in the man's eyes would undoubtedly show he sees something.

~I know there's someone watching, and now they know I know it.

If this person in the tree had no intentions of attacks, then Gohma would be sure to leave him alone. The man watching Gohma eating, seemed to make him a little more uncomfortable. Begining to touch the man on the ground with his sword, he would raise his eyebrows and ask once again.

Gohma would just keep a close eye on the one in the trees. He can't be silent for long.[/size][/blockquote][/td][/tr][/table]

[Botan]

Sitting on a rather thick branch, Botan watched as he noticed the man on the bottom looking at him. He stared at the near stalemate situation for what seemed like an eternity to him, then deemed it best to go over there, and see what's going on. Quickly he stood, jumping from branch to branch, covering about 20 meters in about the same ammount of seconds. He stopped once he felt he was near enough, jumping down, and approching the Gennin with caution, but not showing it.

"Hello" is all he would say, staring at the two.

"N~e," Akiko's hands were clasped close to her chest. Her head swivled left and right, the small girl being genuinly frightened of the writhing shadows of the unlit misty forest. She jumped nearly out of her skin as an owl hooted overhead. "N~e..." She wished she could have found the way out of this forest, but she had the unfortune of being completely lost.

The forest at night was so frightening. Especially when you were one of the smaller things there. If only Omori had been there, he could have gotten her out posthaste. But he had disappeared earlier that day. She heard the sounds of conflict.

Realizing that that could be people, Akiko broke into a sprint and ran towards what she percieved to be the source of the sounds, only to stop when her feet splashed into the water. She lept into the boughs of a tree, only to spread her wings and take flight a moment later. Though she couldn't see well in the dark, when she came close to the sounds of the battle, she landed in a tree about ten or so meters away from them. The deceptivly small child looked down and saw two vague figures, one restraining the other it seemed.

On what had become reflex, Akiko's Doujutsu activated, her childish heterocromatic eyes glowing a haunting green in the deep shadows of the moonless night. And to her at least, the world became as bright as day, for her eyes relied not on light to see, but saw because that was their purpose. She recognized the boy that was trapped by the other. And she could tell their relative strength through her Omniscient eyes.

A surge of anger flowed through her body and animated her hands, forming three series of handseals, one after the other, the first and third the same. Silently, cubes of pressurized air formed from the mist, only to dissolve and reform into ten invisible duplicates of the Laughing Buddha, each floating in a defensive semicircle infront of her. And again, another set of 100 cubes of dense air appeared around her. This one she held in reserve. All the same, they swirled around her, reflecting her anger in the atmosphere.

"GET AWAY FROM CHI-KUN!!" Akiko yelled, sending one of her Wind Golems first straight down, then straight at the man who was in combat with her former classmate. Another man was in the trees. Akiko kept a piece of Omniscience on him, but focused on the object of her ire. The Golem moved quickly, relfecting its master's mastery of the Wind Arcana, and should it reach its target unmolested, would strike with an open palm to his chest, intending to break his concentration and dislodge him from his current position without causing him too much harm.

Tsubasa Sodachimasu no jutsu (Wing Grow Technique)

Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Lets the user grow wings of a bird out of their shoulders.
Special: Ram
Drawback: The user may feel some pain, due to the initial outburst of the extra shoulder bones that are used for the rest of the wings to grow on. Cannot Re-grow wings that were ripped or severed from the body. If one wing is removed then it is impossible to retract the wings. If a wing is injured somehow, once retracted they cannot be used for 2 weeks OOC.
Description: The user forms the handseal, and then the extra shoulder bones that come from the Ritual of Talon and Feather burst through the back of the user and they start to grow into wings of any given bird, through chakra increasing the length of the bones, (user chooses) that are twice the length of the user’s arms. Chakra will numb the pain, but it will still hurt. The chakra will also accelerate the growth of the skin, but it will come out with feathers, having stimulated the chemical. The user may then use the wings to fly and perform other techniques that require this jutsu. When the Tsubasa wishes it or has an injured wing they can retract the wings into their body to heal over time or simply to hide them.
Limit: Must be a Tsubasa, must have Ritual of the Talon and Feather performed on them.

Drawback: Guidance of an experienced Tsubasa. [PC or NPC]
Description: This training will allow the Tsubasa to control their wings properly after growth. Without the training control of the Tsubasa's wings will be jerky and extremely difficult. The control will be harsh enough that the Tsubasa will be unable to fly without it and merely have the wings for show. With the simple exercises and control methods taught by the experienced Tsubasa, the user will rid them self of the problem of controlling a new appendage and be able to use their wings as if born with them naturally.
Limit: Must be a Tsubasa, must know Wing Grow, must have Ritual of the Talon and Feather performed on them.

Effect: Allows a full three hundred and sixty (360) degree field of vision and some predictability to physical attacks. Unlike Byakugan, the user sees life in its normal colors during this tech, no details spared. Signs of life, thermal readings and X Ray vision is near perfect. Can also read a determine the difference of a regular shinobi to that of one with a bloodline or if they house any foreign presence by the different chakra waves displayed when observed through Tasukeru. This does not mean one knows the BL right away. Must have encountered the BL before in order to know exactly who they are. The ‘C’ ranked version grants the user up to 50 meters of observing. Each new rank for the Jutsu will add 50 more meters. This can be trained multiple times after all the ranks are achieved in order to add 50 meters onto one’s total. Each extra training is worth an S ranked training.
Special: Although one is born with this jutsu, one must activate the eyes through training.
Drawback: Heavy chakra drain over time, especially when multiple phases of the Tasukeru are accessed. While Taijutsu can be predicted, the Onigami are not designed to have fast twitch muscles. As such, perfect blocking simply won’t happen all the time.
Description: Summoned through will, the scarlet eyes of the Onigami will grow a very vibrant neon red and all life becomes theirs to fully observe. Once activated, the user has a three hundred and sixty (360) degree field of vision, as well as the ability to see into other people’s bloods. For those allied to an Onigami, this jutsu is revered for making the Onigami known as the ultimate scouts.
Limit: Must be part of the Onigami BL.

Fuuton: High Pressure Air Cube

Effect: The user creates high pressure air cubes.
Special: “Hand Seals”
Drawback: Doesn’t do anything on its own. Can be seen by some doujutsu (sharingan, byakugan ect).
Description: The user performs hand seals to make ten invisible high pressure air cubes in a five meter radius around the user. The technique can be activated unlimited times in a battle. The cubes are 1x1 meters and floats around the user’s body making him/her clothes, hair ect. move (looks cool). The cubes are always moving around the user and do not need constant chakra channeling to it, it’s one time technique. The cubes last until they are depleted by a technique or the user dispels them. The user can control the cubes in a twenty meter radius around them and can make a total of ten cubes when first learnt. Additional C rank training adds five meters to the control that can be trained up to forty five meters and adds ten cubes that can be trained up to one-hundred.
Limit: Must have Fuuton. Must have at least 250 TP in Fuuton.


Fuuton: High Pressure Air Cube Manipulation

Effect: The user can shape the cubes into anything he/she wishes.
Special: “Hand Seals”
Drawback: Fuuton: High Pressure Air Cube must be active. Can be seen by some doujutsu (sharingan, byakugan ect).
Description: The user forms the hand seals and releases the chakra into high pressure air cubes. The cubes then reform into any shape the user wishes them to be. The shapes will be shaped ten meters from the user and can be controlled up to twenty meters. The technique doesn’t do anything other than solidifying the cubes and shaping them. When someone gets in contact with the shape, he/she can’t pass by it since its solid shape.

* - Small object uses up 5 cubes.
* - Medium objects uses up 10 cubes.
* - Big objects uses up 15 cubes.
* - Gargantuan objects uses up 30 cubes.

Effect: Allows wind techniques performed by someone who has obtained a mastery of Fuuton to move at twice their natural speed.

Description: The masters of Fuuton no Jutsu are often known as Shunshin no Kami, or Gods of Speed when using their powerful wind techniques. By focusing upon a common aspect within wind techniques, the user will then release their wind techniques shaped slightly differently, allowing them to move up to twice as fast as they normally would.
Limit: Must have up to 500 TP in Fuuton techniques. Once this is done, this technique is gained automatically.

Chikarra is pinned down. He has a sword pressed to his neck. Should he do anything? "I guess I could tell him I mean no harm, I don't see what I did wrong though, we were only playing, I do it all the time with my elders...." Interrupting that thought is a very loud and high pitched yell. Chikarra knew that voice. "GET AWAY FROM CHI-KUN!!!!" It was Akiko! His old academy friend, and probably his only friend! "I'm so relieved she came at a time like this, and now this should get really interesting." Chikarra thought, as he notices she is using her regular wind golem jutsu. Normally most people can't see it, but Chikarra had grown accustomed to that jutsu over the time. Still pinned to the ground, Chikarra is now really curious about how this will play out...

Gohma could feel the presence of stronger chakra fleeing through the air. Letting out a quick grunt, he knew that this was going to be extremely interesting. Dead night, seemed to be more of a hassle now a days. Nevertheless, Gohma would let go of the bind he had sealed with his pray locked against the ground. Another sigh would erupt from his lips as he quickly looked up to the one who screamed the name of his opponent. Quickly sheathing his sword once more to his robes, he would look at the goloms hovering around his new attacker's body. This was going to be trouble.

Racing through his handseals he would think about his next move, that golom is going to be crashing into him in seconds. Thinking, thinking, something defensive and backing off a little would be a good plan. Taking the water from the large crater of it to his left, he would form a large shark sitting upon the surface of the earth, to shield him from the attack. While the shark would sit there shielding him, more and more handseals would be flourished through in order to fluctuate his skin. It would then stiffen and prove useful for any taijutsu based attack. Or something similar such as a punch from one of these goloms.

Jumping backwards towards the boy who had originally jumped to down to awkwardly greet us or something, he figured that this one meant no harm. Though he didn't plan on this one joining him on a team. He would look to the water, to the man he let go of from his binds, to the one attacking him, and finally to the man now standing next to him. So far, all Gohma knew of was part of the boys name of which the attacker called out. He said Chi-kun. A grunt would sound as Gohma figured it out. He was dealing with friends, or family or something. This was going to be harder than it had appeared.

Suiton: Samekabe no Jutsu (Water Release: Shark Wall Technique)

Effect: Creates a small wall in front of the user that takes on the appearance of a shark.
Special: Bird, Dog, Snake, Rat, Ram
Drawback: Is only capable of blocking one technique of the same rank as the technique.
Description: A powerful defensive technique that has been utilized by the Hoshigaki clan for a long time. By molding their chakra into a portion of water, they will cause that water to rise upwards in front of them, taking the form of a shark. The technique is also a pre-requisite technique for many attacks that build off of the technique, expanding this viable defense into a powerful offense once the imposing attack has been nullified. The Shark Wall will remain in place for three turns or until it has been destroyed. At maximum, the shark is six feet in height and eight feet in length.
Limit: Must know Suiton no Jutsu. Must be a part of the Hoshigaki Clan.

Samehada (Shark Skin)

Effect: Focuses chakra into the user's cartilage body, using it to dampen the impact of Taijutsu-based attacks.
Special: Ox, Tiger, Snake, Dragon
Drawback: Only lasts for five turns or five hits, whichever comes first. Only works against melee strikes.
Description: The user's body, which has been altered by the Same no Gishiki, has gained a thin layer of cartilage underneath the user's blueish skin. The user, then, will learn how to use that cartilage in combination with their chakra in order to lessen the impact of melee strikes against them. When the user performs their handseals, channeling chakra into the thin layer underneath the skin, the cartilage there begins to act like a sponge, ready to cushion damage. When the user is hit, the sponge-like manner of the cartilage absorbs a portion of the damage, reducing the damage done to the user significantly.
When the user is hit by a "D" Rank attack, the damage is reduced by 40%.
When the user is hit by a "C" Rank attack, the damage is reduced by 30%.
When the user is hit by a "B" Rank attack, the damage is reduced by 20%.
When the user is hit by a "A" Rank attack, the damage is reduced by 10%.
When the user is hit by a "S" Rank attack, the damage is reduced by 0%.

This technique can be re-learned up to four additional times. Each time the technique is re-learned, the duration increases by one turn/one hit, and increases the amount absorbed by the cartilage by 10%.

Botan would listen as he heard the commotion from the girls mouth, and stop dead in his tracks, motionless, seeing as nobody had seemed to take an offensive towards him. He would then notice the Gennin on top leap off and start making handseals, and a large shark form, as he ran in the direction of Botan, who would leap back up in the tree as he watched the Gennin jump into the water. He would notice the mans slightly odd stature and his unfamiliar fighting style.

He would then look to the small girl, who seemed very temperamental, wondering what she would do next, hoping not to much blood would be shed, still having yet to see the extent of the powers of anyone.

"Stay back Chi-kun!" She yelled adirectionally, only to lower her voice to a near mutter, "I'll take care of this." She had little chance of stealth. Then again, that wasn't her aim. move out Akiko gave her loyal golems silent command, sending her invisible minions out in different directions. Two more went down and joined with the one she had use before, setting up a defensive perimiter around Chikarra.

Though they couldn't be seen, they were comletely solid. She sent out five others, having them spread out and attack the man from five different directions. From his perspective, one attacked from in front and above; assuming straight ahead to be 0 degrees, and directly above to be 90, then it attacked at about a 50 degree angle. It aimed an open palm at his face.

Two more attacked from his right, aiming their open palm strikes at his right lung and kidney, respectivly. The fourth approached from the left, aiming for the side of his left lung. Of these three, the one aiming for the right lung attacked from about the 2:30 position, while the one aiming for the right kidney attacked from a 1:45 position. The one aiming for the left lung attacked from the 2:00 position. And what of the fifth? He circled around to the Sharkboy's 6 O'clock.

The two remaining wind Golems remained where they were, protecting their master. At the same time this was going on, Akiko performed another set of handseals, closing her eyes for a brief moment. She knew that the sharkguy was had her within his field of vision. This jutsu would screw up his ability to see in the dark for a while. As soon as her eyes opened, a blinding flash of light issued forth, hopefully blinding him, and even if not, he would lose some, if not much of his ability to see in the dark for as much as 20 minutes.

In the time that bought her, Akiko performed a much longer chain of handseals. As soon as they completed, two ion trails shot forth from her body. Each grew and ungulated until they each took on the appearence of Akiko herself, wings and all. They both took flight, circling around to either of the sharkman's sides, then switching to a 'flying wheel' formation, keeping their target in sight. Both dopplegangers were about five meters up, well outside the range of the man's sharkshield.

Each of the two copies performed a quick series of handseals. As the chakra flowed from their master to the dopplegangers, patches of their artificial appearence turned blue-white and pealed off, reveiling an unaltered clone beneath. Countless blue white petals rained down from above, swirling around and attempting to seal any direction of escape for the unfortunate shinobi to arouse Akiko's anger. The petals were so expertly controlled by the fake entities that they even completely avoided the Wind Golems, though filling in the space so completely that the average person couldn't tell.

Meanwhile, though they likely wouldn't be able to tell from this distance and with all this chaos, not with all these jutsu going off near concurrently, Akiko's breath grew heavy and raggid, beads of sweat forming on her smooth skin, despite the temperature. No person, no matter how well versed in the use of chakra, could be uneffected by such a sudden and large drain on their chakra.

Description:When first learned the user is capable of creating one clone that are within the size of Medium size. The lightning looks similar to that of a human but the chakra makes the lightning makes the clone look like a normal person. The clone may only last for an amount of two rounds per class level starting at "D" Class. Every time the user learns this technique the user may create another clone. The user must add in an amount of chakra to allow the clone to perform lightning techniques that the user wishes the clone to perform at later time. When the clone it hit the clone forces an electrical charge that may shock the opponent greatly immobilizing the opponent.

Description: The user forms the hand seals, focusing chakra around them. They then mold the chakra into several hundred blue-white sakura petals of lightning in a three-meter radius around the user, like the Sand of a Saton user. These petals float gently around the userfs body. Each one gives out minor shocking, but together they can give strong shocks and burns akin to a C rank shock. The petals last until the user chooses to dispel them. The user can control these techniques in a fifteen meter radius around them.
