Well where to begin?? I guess I will start with I will probably always have some sort of love for this site even if it sucks the life away from me. I've been here for far too long yet I always get on almost every single day to see if there's something new for me to post in or to creep on. People have been begging for me to go back to GMing, this site is really in need of it, and it wouldn't be right of me to just let them beg and give them nothing in return so I'm back to help.

The Post Below will contain my Event. I haven't finished everything for the NPC's because it's something I'm slowly working on.

Anarchy

No matter where you live in the world, there will always be someone whom disagrees with the current political leaders or the idea of government all together. This is an unavoidable situation, though most radicals don't act farther than protest of the government. History has detailed acts of violence upon innocents to show the government whom really means business.

Despite the booming economy and endless amounts of new jobs, Kaminari no Kuni suffers a hidden blemish in the City of Enrai. An Extremist Group whom refers to themselves as The Black Hand. They had remained unseen and underground for years, just a group of people whom disagree with those whom lead this country. The Daimyo and his family had received endless threats over the past five years, yet not a single threat had been acted upon so the group was shrugged off and considered to be a waste of time. This though had been the plan all along, all while the years passed they had built up an army of believers from Kaminari no Kuni. Though their army wasn't limited to just that of Kaminari no Kuni. They've recruited enforcers from all over the World, though not because they don't like the leaders of Kaminari, but because they want to be a part of the New Kaminari no Kuni. On a fateful night the city of Enrai would be taken. Targeting the main power plant they'd create a blackout in the middle of a moonless night. Causing chaos and terror through out the streets riots would form and soon enough the city itself seemed to burn. The Daimyo's mansion was held strong despite the attempts of The Black Hand. It would be the only place untouched by the disaster.

The group would then divide the Capital City into four sectors, North, South, East and West. They took full control over the South, East and Western Sectors. The Daimyo's mansion is in the heart of the Northern Sector. The Black Hand returned power the next morning to the three sectors they controlled, leaving the resistance of the Government without electricity. The leaders of the group would meet once more to make a new plan of action on how to take over the rest of the city, then after that to move on to the rest of the Country. Two days would pass with silence in the city, no one was getting in or out of the Main gate due to it being in the Southern Sector of the city. Demands would be sent to the Daimyo's mansion, the list of things required for this to end peacefully. The Daimyo must give himself up to The Black Hand, along with turning over all power within his title to them. Should this not be met, they would begin killing innocents whom hadn't sworn their loyalty to the group. They were given three days to respond, the first night three owls would fly from the Mansion, two were spotted and shot down, the third would escape the walls. The owl contained a message of distress issued to the Hidden Cloud Village. The Owl would reach the Raikage's tower early in the morning, leaving them with only forty-eight hours to act.
