Miscellaneous Specialists Question

In the Miscellaneous section of the Specialists thread, it is mentioned that we have 5 Miscellaneous slots and most of the options we have mention that we have to sacrifice a Miscellaneous slot to get them.

So I assume that the following happens:

I choose to get the ANBU specialist, I use a slot for it and sacrifice an other for a total of two. Then if I want to get in more than one division, I sacrifice more slots which means I can get in at most 4 divisions using my 5 Miscellaneous slots.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

Also, for every time I use the Miscellaneous Mastery, do I get one more Miscellaneous slot?

for your first question, wrong. If you wanted to get into four divisions for ANBU(as in your example) you would only sacrifice one slot for each division; a total four. Every misc specialty, with the exception of Misc Mastery, takes up only one slot. As for Misc. mastery, you're right. You loose one Fighting Style, Release, Perception, or Clan Mastery Slot, and you gain one additional Miscellaneous slot instead. I believe so, but I'm not sure if you can use Misc Mastery with Medical Style slots.

For ANBU its one slot per division.

Misc mastery means you sacrifice like a release mastery and get another misc slot.So yeah

ANsatsu Senjutsu Tokushu BUtai (Special Assassination and Tactical Squad)

Must Sacrifice 1 Miscellaneous slot.
Able to learn all universal ANBU techniques
Able to go into 1 Division per Slot Sacrificed and learn everything in the Division.

To me this would mean how ever many slots you use for anbu thats how many teams you can join. So the maxium amount of teams anybody could join would be five.
